Broken bones bye bye tonsils and much more

One march morning as I was running in the gym at daycare I tripped on my shoelaces. I went flying as I sat up, I was crying, and Zack came running. He and Susie asked I was ok; I said no my left foot and ankle hurt. They went and got the teacher who had them help me to the office. When we got down to the office, we had to wait our turn as lots of kids were waiting for the nurse. When it was my turn Zack told the nurse why we were there. She looked at my ankle and foot and called mommy. Who had to come get me and take Zack and I to the emergency room. He came as his auntie was out of town and he was staying with us.

When we arrived, they took us to a small room, and we waited and till a nurse looked at me. We then went to the waiting room and waited for my name to be called. When it was finally my turn a doctor came in and looked at my foot. She let mommy know that she suspected I may have broken my ankle and possibly a bone in my foot. so, she had a porter take us to Xray and then back to the room. The doctor came back in and showed us the pictures, she said I had broken my ankle and fractured a bone in my foot. she and mommy talked, and she put me in a splint. Which would stay on until we could see the orthopedic doctor in a couple days. She then got us a wheelchair as I wouldn't be able to walk on my foot.

That afternoon the gang came over and we watched movies and had a bowl of ice cream. 3 days later mommy Took Susie Zack and I to my orthopedic appointment. She decided to put my leg in a cast up to my knee. I chose a light purple cast and she said it would need to stay on for 8 weeks. when we got home mommy and I started packing for a quick weekend trip to see her sister my auntie Sarah graduate collage.

After 8 weeks were up my ankle and foot had healed completely. A few weeks later I got sick with another sore throat this was number 4 since January, and number 10 since last September. After my antibiotics were finished, we saw a special doctor who fixed ears noses and throats. He decided to take out my tonsils and put in ear tubes. A few weeks later mommy Zack's auntie him and I went to the hospital as he to needed his tonsils out. We were taken back and after a while we both woke up with our throats still hurting. When we got back to his Aunties, she made us both milkshakes. We were on a soft food only diet for 2 weeks as well as on strict rest for those 2 weeks.

A few weeks later Chucky and Kimi came into daycare very excited their mommy was expecting a baby. We found out that same week that Sam and jake were also going to be siblings again. In Sam's case her Youngest Auntie was Expecting but for grown up reasons Couldn't keep the baby. So, her family was adopting it Jake's mommy and daddy were Adopting a friends Son's baby, as he and his girlfriend were not ready to be a mommy and daddy.

We found out several weeks later that Kimi and Chuckie would have a sister, Jake and Sam would both have brothers. Chuckie and Kimi's sister would be named Melinda jane after Chuckie's birth mommy who had died when he was 6 months old, the jane was for his grandma's middle name. Jake's brother was to be named Ryan James Ryan for his uncle who died in Vietnam before he was born, and James for both his great grandpas. Sam's Brother was to be named Steven Austin after his great grandfathers.

These babies all came the first week of June and were so sweet and very cute. We spent time helping at all the different houses and just taking care of all the babies. It turns out that I am good at getting babies to sleep, so I spent lots of time doing just that. We spent the month of July at day camp. In August we took several road trips and saw a lot of new places and things.

Next time we see Dianna learn to sew earn her first swim level and get a library card and so many more things that will happen to the gang.
