Hughes stood up in the middle of his mattress looking at the sight of beauty. Removing half the bed sheets was Cherri sleeping peacefully while is drooling.

"... There's a beautiful lady on my bed…" Hughes' thoughts were fazed into a really fluffy warm feeling.

A wholesome feeling from last nights event, which made Hughes lost track of what's important. The experience of having sex with a demon in the world of Hell is the adventure of his afterlife-time. However, that feeling soon turned into a pornographic fantasy with a good visual point of view Hughes did with Cherri. He can't say that despite her beautiful body, her smile is what made his heart run faster as they looked eye-to-eye.

Hughes then snaps out of his fantastic experience of last night's passionate fornication, and back in reality.

"I can't believe I caved in…" Hughes said with disappointment. He was flushed with embarrassment placing his hand on his face. "And after all I said last night, I went ahead and said my own lines. Damn my talk of manner's maketh man!" Hughes lay back down and started to do the one thing he never thought he would ever do again.

Hughes grabbed his emergency cigarette on his little counter.

He took a deep breath before starting his own puff puff pass.

"... Oh damn!" Hughes stopped for a moment. "What if she's not a fan? And is this full tobacco? Will this displease her? Oh Satan, it's been forever since I had a lady in bed- No, that's not the- wait yeah- ah!" Hughes head is all over the roof.

Hughes decided to just give up and smoke.

"I'm sorry… I'm sorry… I'm so sorry…" Hughes laid back down.

He took another pass for himself. Or so he thought.

Hughes' cigarette was taken away; Cherri took a deeper puff before she could breathe. She then stopped smoking and confronted her savior eye to eye.

"... Good Morning!" Cherri greeted with a kiss and a pass of smoke.

Hughes swallowed the smoke rather than being choked by the nicotine.

"M-morning…" Hughes greeted nervously.

"Well, I gotta get going…" Hughes said to Cherri.

"Oh~ Look at you in your business suit~ Looking like a cute accountant~" Cherri teased him while fixing his tie.

"Well, I always have to dress to impress…" Hughes answered nervously.

"Well, it's working on me~ Nom!" Cherri bit his perfect ear.

Hughes chuckled nonstop from Cherri's comment. As he is willing to head to work he can't; Cherri couldn't let him go.

"If you don't return… I'll blow this place up." She whispered in a flirted tone.

"Is that a threat or are you trying to flirt with me?" Hughes really couldn't stop grinning from Cherri's personality.

"Oh~ why are you so flustered?" Cherri stopped him by petting his neck.

Hughes couldn't stop his purring from the possibly the only place he can call true heaven.

"Miss Cherri, I have to go to work…" Hughes reminded her.

"I know…" She answered even though she wouldn't let him go.

"Then can you please let me go?" He's asking politely.

Despite Cherri's age, which hadn't been confirmed for Hughes, she truly is acting like a brat. She even started kicking while holding onto Hughes.

IMP

According to the line of business almost everyone in Pride Ring hadn't survived the cleansing, which brings IMP a little downhill with money. Of course, when the cleansing has started there will be less customers in Pride Ring. New demons will come in with a purpose for killing, but they need to be promoted to capture all audiences.

"So, how about we go back to getting a billboard?" Blitzo suggested.

"We already have that, Sir. And according to the company if we asked for another billboard at another Ring they would give us an extra charge." Moxie explained.

"Well, shit Mox, when have we ever got an extra charge? Okay, then any other idea?" Blitz suggested for the group.

"Uh, yeah, why am I here?" Loona asked Blitz. "Shouldn't all staff be part of this?" Loona pointed to the office door.

"Loony, you are part of our organization and have done more jobs than Hughes." Blitz pointed out facts. "And of cours, Hughes has no kill experience necessary, we cannot have our only historian/record/accountant/office mascot to be massacred just like the Cleansing." Blitz listed the reasons for not wanting Hughes to participate.

"Yeah, but I'm pretty sure he has ideas. Why not just let him in?" Loona suggested someone else's opinion.

The tree imps look at Loona with a surprise glare. Loona is a bratty, moody, teenage girl who doesn't exactly give a damn sometimes. To their surprise Loona actually called Hughes name rather than being called a pussy.

"Oh, Loony! You cared so much for Hughes like a brother!" Blitz hugged her like any dad would. "You get a tweat!" Blitz gave her a baby tone with a dog treat out.

"Stop it!"

Loona kicked the door down from the office. She looked into the room and saw no one had arrived at the lobby.

"Hughes, where are you?" Loona called with a bit of annoyance. "Seriously, are you even here? Don't make me regret calling-" She paused.

She stopped calling and noticed someone she knew was outside of their building. Through the screen window of the office was a hellhound on the other side. The hellhound came into the building unexpectedly; it was a huge surprise for Loona seeing him here of all times.

"Ah, shit!" She whispered to herself. "Why is Tex here!?"

Loona brought out her mirror and makeup before introducing herself to Tex, short for Vortex.

He was laughing outside the room as if he was having a chat with someone familiar to him. Whoever it was Tex couldn't stop laughing at the conversation he is having with the mystery person.

Loona decided to look through the IMP door and hear the conversation.

"Hehahaha… Man, I can't believe you went all through that!" Tex is in awe. "You really got some guts escorting people safely." He complimented his acquaintance who happened to be Hughes.

"HUGHES!?" Loona yelled out his name. After screaming she quickly hides before anyone notices.

"Well, I gotta go." Tex said his leave. "It was having a conversation with you…" Hughes brought out a fist bump. "It's great to see your a-okay. Well, despite your 'upgrade', at least."

"Yeah, it's nice talking to you too. And it's great to see a familiar face."

"Hey, man, same here. From now, we have each other's back."

"Hm! Damn straight… Take care Tex." Hughes finally let Tex depart.

The two of them are now officially friends.

As Hughes walked into the office building he had caught his eye on Loona who was sitting on the sofa.

"Morning, Loona-" Hughes was caught in an unexpected attack from Loona. Loona immensely pushed him against the wall as if he were to be a threat.

"How do you know about Tex!?" Loona asked with a ferocious look.

Hughes started to see how much of a threat she was being. This is the first time ever he had been interrogated by someone who isn't a police or a mob.

"Well… I bumped into him like almost two months ago…" Hughes explained his part of the past in Hell. "And now, we just chatted…" Hughes is feeling really unsettled.

"Why was he here?" She barked at Hughes.

Hughes looked at Loona's eyes.

It looked like she really was going to kill Hughes, but deep down Hughes finally figured it out.

"... Do you… Have a crush on Tex?" Hughes asked with a smug face.

Loona's face went extremely red. Under all that ferocious attitude Hughes knew Loona really is a girl.

"That's adorable~ Lil' Loony~ Having a crush on another Hellhound~ Shows how much of a maiden you are-" Hughes was giving a googoo gaga tone for Loona who is embarrassed by hidden love.

Loona pushed him hard against the wall with anger. It hurt like crap for Hughes.

Even though Hughes can also have moments of teasing anyone who is in romance, it was a bad call for him to tease a Hellhound who is always an angry moody teen.

"Don't… Fucking Push it!" Loona threatened him once again.

"S-sorry…" Hughes started to regret it. "It's just cute, is all." Hughes explained his teasing.

"... Whatever." Loona put him down which broke his fall. "Blitz is calling you, let's go!" She said in an angered tone.

The two of them walked into the meeting discussing their expansion.

"Hughes! Just the cat I wanted to see!" Blitz greeted Hughes. "Listen, what do you get for us? Tell me, are there any advances for our company?" Blitz waits for Hughes who is caught off guard. Hughes didn't expect this to be a meeting involving his own presentation.

"Well, actually, I-Uh…" Hughes dropped his papers. "Um- I was looking into this company's advances, and I gotta say Blitz, has any of y'all ever thought of an expansion for IMP? I looked through the records and it seems as though most of your payments from clients immediately drain the accounts…" Hughes explained to Blitz about the money accounts the company profits. He has no words, or anything he wanted to say for a good reason. "... Just where exactly is the money?" Hughes asked, looking through the charts.

"Well, there's my new fish tank…"

"Okay…"

"And then new parts for my wicked awesome van…"

"Alright…"

"Horse riding lessons-"

"I'm sorry, what?"

Hughes found one of the sources of the company account.

"Yeah~ I got myself a new teacher, and it's not just that-"

"There's more!?" Hughes asked starting to list all of IMP's financial spendings.

The list kept going after a good twenty minutes. Everyone in the company was awfully embarrassed for what they had spent for their wants. At this rate, Hughes is already thinking about getting another job.

"Okay, I'm just gonna start asking," Hughes tries to breathe. "Are you outta you freaking mind, or just too stupid?" Hguhes said, looking at the lists.

"Have you guys even accomplished a certain goal for this company?" Hughes ridiculed his coworkers' resolve.

"We're assassins, our goal is making money-"

"And get this company ongoing!" Hughes was extremely pissed. "I mean holy shit, man. Not one single amount of cash is put into this company aside from all your selfish wants!"

"Which is why, you are going to be the one who will help get this company going-"

"No!" Hughes disagreed quickly. "Blitz, if there's anyone who should be concerning the company it should be all of you! There's something called, 'No Such Thing As A Free Lunch!' Holy shit, no wonder you are not getting many clients. Fucking use that money to buy a billboard!"

"Ha! Fucking told you Mox!" Blitz won the war. "We're getting a new billboard!"

"No, I mean, yes, but not-"

"I told you this is the guy we needed!" Blitzo started drawing an advertisement on the new billboard idea and a new propaganda poster for this month. "Congrats Hughes, you are now January's Employee of the Month!" Blitz took a quick photoshoot for Hughes' success.

"Fuck Yeah! Congrats, dear!" Millie congratulated Hughes. And so did Moxxie, though he did understand Hughes' face and thought about the situation he's in.

"I am so sorry…" Moxxie pity Hughes.

"I am never going to understand these people…" Hughes decided to give up.

Afterwards

As everyone went home, so did Hughes.

As he arrived, Hughes got a letter from Cherri who had to leave. Over at the west side of the Pentagram is her own territory, and it needs to be blown up before Sir Pentious could get his hands on it. After reading the letter, Hughes was starting to wonder about his relationship with Cherri afterall. Chances are he may be part of a "More than friends less than lovers relationship", or probably fuckbuddies. All he knows is she really worships Hughes and leaves out the friendship part.

"Huh~" Hughes sighs as he lays down on his bed. "Man, today has been hectic…" Hughes said to himself.

At last, Hughes was at home so peacefully.

"This is nice…" He said to himself while making tea.

Hughes really has nothing going on in his life at the moment; the moment he wanted is very bliss.

"Now, let's see what's on today's story!" Hughes grabbed his remote control.

As he was completely snuggled and perfectly comfortable, Hughe prepared himself a good soap opera story he had caught up on since he got in Hell.

"And Now Presenting, Helluva Novela!"

"Previously, on Helluva Novela! Has Alejandro finally left Gabriella for the sixtieth time, or will he stay with Gabriela until everything can work out… again! Stay tuned after the Break!"

"... Man, this is good television." Hughes commented.

Hughes never really had a fondness for television drama's until he heard about broadway. A time when he had no money, or no place to go, Hughes discovered a variety of genre of entertainment live theater at the public park. There were all sorts of people gathering into the heart of the city dancing, singing, and even crying for the entertainment they often put up. Hughes loved to see the greatest stories being told. Sure it's not cartoons but it is the reality which can make a story climatic.

"Why! Why don't you love me Alejandro!?"

"That's the mood, Gabriella…" Hughes said, drinking his tea.

After watching the whole thirty minute Hughes then looked over at his counter. The grimoire was just sitting there, and hadn't been touched since yesterday. Alastor came to visit for a life advice for Hughes.

The book is just there with no one reading.

Hughes hadn't really thought much of the book; after having the greatest sex experience with Cherri Bomb and dealing with the accounting with IMP, it had been a day where he completely forgot what was important. Hughes looked at the time from his eye seeing it wasn't late."Well, if I had too…" Hughes was tempted.

"... Alright!"

Hughes got out of his warmth. Before he could read his book, Hughes locked the door and covered up all the windows.

Hughes grabbed another cup of tea as he began reading the grimoire. It glistened when he turned the cover page. The whole book was starting to give off a certain vibe for Hughes. It was as if someone was on his shoulder whispering into his ear about the contents of the book.

"Okay…" Hughes gulped with nerves.

Hughes began reading the first chapter, the encyclopedia of the world of Hell.

Before Hell has been ruled over by Lucifer, All of the demons roam among all over Hell. Some of them not knowing what to do except causing chaos amongst all others. Pride, Wrath, Greed, Envy, Sloth, Gluttony, and Lusts, all Seven Sins were created in order to bring Balance of Hell. Eventually, Sinners were no longer spread through all of Hell as the Ruler Lucifer Magne had made a new system elevator, which divided all Demons and Sinners separately into Seven Rings where each of the Deadly Sins rule in order to balance them all.

However, as death rates increased in the Human Realm, Hell has been increasingly overpopulated, and Sinners were taking all territories for grabs which leads all parts of Pentagram into an all out world.

Lucifer had taken a toll for the greater good of Hell. For the Demons of Hell, for the sake of no war, Lucifer and God had dated a new system, The Cleansing.

Every 365 days, God will send out all of his Fallen Angels into a purging rampage. All Sinners and Demons are to be executed and their souls will forever be darkened with no chances for another after life.

As the sun had risen, All Sinners and Demons were completely killed off by the Fallen Angels, and a new order was made for Sinners and Demons.

All new Sinners are now confided into the Pride Ring, and are to never leave.

Hughes reading was interrupted from a power outage. It was so sudden, but the lightbulb just exploded. All the intense reading really got him the goosebumps. Like all cats, Hughes' hair was completely frilled from the explosion. Hughes grabbed whatever he could to make a lamp with little kerosene.

Hughes continued reading.

So far it's more about the beginning of Hell's new order.

Eventually, it's more about the information about Hell's class of Demons.

There are several classes of demons in the World of Hell.

Most of them were born in the lowest class of demons, and some ranked for their classes.

Imps:

The Lowest Hellbornes of Hell as well as the lowest of Hierarchy.

They are working-class demons of society, mostly hired for heavy labors or servants. They are the least respected of the Hierarchy of Hell. They even have their own society in Pride Ring with extremely shabby homeless demons.

Abilities: Ocular Illumination, Pyrokinesis, Prehensile Tail, and Flight

"..." Hughes kept quiet with absolute doubt.

"... They have neither of them… Except, oh, I don't know, wasting their funds for shits and gigs… BULLSHIT!" Hughes continued reading.

Succubi:

They are also species of Hellborn, second lowest ranking of Hell's Hierarchy along with other demon species.

These species are known to have sexually intensifying abilities to humans.

Abilities: Human Shapeshifting and Lust Manipulation

Hughes nervously moves along the context.

And actual succubi in Hell, Hughes would probably died by his sex-drive.

"Know to self," Hughes wrote a down side note. "Stay the fuck away from them!" Hughes is now officially protecting his virtue, sort of.

Hellhounds:

These canines are Native to Hell that resemble dogs and wolves.

Like imps, they are the lowest-ranking tier of Hell's hierarchy system.

Because of this, the majority have a servitude role, being used primarily for labor or work to the point that their service is advertised in businesses.

Abilities: Human Disguise and Enhance Senses

"Huh…" Hughes remembers Loona being an actual teenage girl. "I wonder what she looks like in Human form?"

Sinners:

Subspecies of Demons that were all once humans who have committed sins before they died, which results in them arriving in Hell as their punishment in afterlife.

They are the large group of demons whose appearance and abilities vary widely due to their demonic forms corresponding to their human self's aspects.

They are in the lower-middle levels of Hell's hierarchy, being above three lowest-tiers.

Sinners have known limitations that separate them from natural Hellborn demons, for instance, all Sinners are confined into the Pride Ring and are unable to traverse through the other rings.

Hughes finally gets to know more of the Sinners of this world. The information may help him understand his abilities.

Until he read the worst part of being a Sinner.

… Furthermore, Sinners are the only known species of demon that are unable to reproduce-

Hughes immediately smashed the book onto his table.

By Satan, it's as if he was reborn with a vasectomy.

"How can I explain this to my unborn children's children's children!?" Hughes' tears wash out the lamp like water-hose.

What was worse, last night, when he was finally at his climax, it was like putting out a wildfire.

"Oh Satan!" Hughes continued crying on the table.

"Oh Satan, I lost about millions of lives!"

Hughes gave up reading the grimoire for the night, and just thought about the consequences for the past two months living in Hell.

(A/N: He was a Solo Player before he met Cherri '-')

The next morning...

Hughes couldn't get enough sleep after what he had read.

Of course, he plans on continuing his studies with the Grimoire, but once again his heart is hollow.

This isn't the first time Hughes was upset for being a Sinner. After what Sir Pentious mentioned about the eternal lifespan Hughes will forever be a short cat because of the characteristics and age. He is forever young, and now he will have no kids to tell stories of how he ended up in Hell.

"It's not like I don't want kids…" Hughes wanted to cry, and at such an early morning. "... But it would've been nice… having a child to love… knowing Papa will always be there…" Hughes now starts to cry.

"And now… I will never know… What it will be like…"

Hughes immediately wiped off his eyes. They have been completely dark circles since last night.

"This is the price I pay… for Power…"

Hughes made it outside of the parking lot of his job.

Suddenly, he took notice of his boss having a fit with some lady.

"Huh~" Hughes shook his head. "It's too early for this… It's too early for this… It's too early for this…"

Hughes took deeper breaths before entering the building.

"Get it together, Hughes…" He straightened his chest and backed up. He was more stern, focused, and even happier than he can ever be.

"I can get through this!" Hughes' confidence boosted as he entered the elevator.

"Nothing is gonna break me down!" Hughes pride finally fired up.

He's so amped up he can literally take down any demons in his way. Whether Hell, Satan, or even a grimoire tries to put him down, Hughes is gonna kick some ass!

"Let's go already!"

The elevator made it to floor.

The doors were finally being opened.

And then...

There was silence.

There were complete silence.

Hughes stood there seeing a group of females and three males in the middle of the floor.

According to Hughes data, it was a complete letdown.

The group of people, tall and short, are Succubi.

"... Wrong floor..." Hughes whispered.

Hughes pressed the button more than three times, for the next three floors up.

The doors finally closes in front of him.

There was silence.

"...AAAAHHH!"

TO BE CONTINUED!

How will Hughes survive this!?
