Adrien's stomach growled as he looked at the small wheel of Camembert sitting on the desk. Plagg had already eaten a wedge out of it, but he was so hungry. Lunch had seemed like hours ago, and he got hungry particularity when doing hard homework.

"Stop right there!" Plagg floated in front of Adrien's face, and Adrien's hand quickly sprang back. Had he been so desperate he had almost eaten Camembert? "Sorry, Plagg, I don't know what came over me," Adrien said, with a small shudder. He wasn't to worried though. It was almost time to go to Ladybug's for she had invited Cat for supper down in the sewers at the small apartment they shared.

He wasn't sure what he was craving more, his Bugaboo's good home cooking, or the company he craved. Marinette had been busy lately, and he was feeling touch-starved, wanting his Princess play with his soft black ears, making her laugh when they would flap and twitch and the oddest moments. He loved making her laugh.

Finally, it was time to go, and Adrien hurried down the stairs to find Nathalie. "Going out?" she asked, her voice professional and businesslike as she clicked away on the computer. Despite her serious attitude, Adrien knew Nathalie cared about him. "Yes. I'll be back in awhile."

Adrien walked normally till he could no longer see the mansion then ducked into an alley. "Plagg, Claws Out!"

Adrien felt himself being wrapped in the familiar black leather, a comforting feeling. He couldn't wipe the grin off his face as he descended the ladder into the sewer. Even here, Cat could smell the good chicken his lady was preparing. She's going to make me fat and happy one day, he thought to himself. They mended their tiffs and poured out their secrets to each other, and now everything seemed right in the world.

"Cat!" Ladybug skipped to her partner's side as he let himself in. She was smiling, those bluebell eyes he could lost in were sparkling and happy. For a moment, his breath was taken away. She crossed her arms, a playful look on her face. "Where's my hug?" she giggled. Cat caught her in a hug, and she wrapped her arms around his waist, squeezing tightly. "Um, Kitty? Do you have to squeeze quite so hard? I'm not going to squeak like one of your chew toys." Cat laughed and released her. "Will you squeak if I do this?" he leaned down, capturing her mouth. It wasn't a squeak, more of a soft sigh and his he felt Ladybug tangled her hands through his hair. Finally, they broke away from each other. "That was some hello," she said, turning back to the stove where the chicken was frying. "Can I do anything to help?" he asked. "yeah, the rest of the food is in the fridge. Can you set it on the table?" Cat nodded, and the pair quickly.

Finally, it was time to eat, and Cat's mouth watered as he looked at his piece of chicken. Until Ladybug snagged it on her fork that is. "My Lady, us cats get very cranky when we don't eat," he teased lightly. "Oh, I was going to give it to you. Open your mouth." she held out the fork, then playfully sprang away when his mouth got close. She let him eat though on the third try, and Cat smiled to himself. His Bugaboo was in a flirty mood this evening. Two could and would play that game.

"You did a fine job cooking. Your going to make me very happy one day," he whispered. "I hope your happy now," she said, brushing her fingers lightly on his arm. She had made a strawberry shortcake for dessert, and Cat purred happily as she set the piece in front of him. "You sure this isn't catnip?" he gave it a small poke, and Ladybug laughed.

"Will you do something for me?" Cat asked, as he and Ladybug cuddled on the bed an hour later. "Would you rub my back? I just need…." he sat up and leaned close to Ladybug so their noses brushed. "I need to be touched."

She nodded, sliding a belt off him so he would be more comfortable and started working on his shoulders. Her feather light touch heavenly, and his purr started again quietly. He needed this, needed to be fed physical touch. He was so relaxed, he could almost fall asleep on the comfy bed. "Your turn," he grumbled, sleepily, and Ladybug stretched out.

This was nice. No akumas, just them. They didn't do this often as usual the two heroes were to busy. They were growing closer, their relationship deepening. Cat hadn't been immune to the little secret looks Ladybug had been giving him lately, and his heart with speed up and a warm blush would spread across his cheeks.

Before he left for the evening, he just held Ladybug in his arms, rocking her gently back and forth, giving her little kisses at times. She needed to be touched as well, and reminded that she was strong and brave.

"Ice cream tomorrow and maybe a movie?" Ladybug asked, her voice a touch wistful as Cat stood in the doorway. "As long as you don't drool all over my shoulder, love."

"I love you, Cat," Ladybug said, her eyes now bluer then an ocean wave, and Cat felt her love washing over him. "I love you too, Ladybug," and he reached out to stroke her soft cheek, noticing how she leaned into his touch and closed her eyes.

Adrien felt lighter then air the rest of the week, even his Father's absence or crabby glares couldn't get to him. His Lady loved him, and he loved her back. Finally, the wall between them had been destroyed, the wall Cataclysmed into dust.

Though Monarch was still out there, Cat knew that as long as he stood by his Lady's side, nothing would break their bond apart, for they were stronger together.
