A/N: Shit, I wasn't planning taking this long to put out another chapter. The scenes that corresponded with the episode were easy, it was filling in the gaps that were hard. Oh well.
Anyway, this chapter was mainly supposed to build up Alice and Jake's friendship, while establishing that Alice already doesn't like Lexi. Have fun!
October 31st
Chucky watched the rays of sunlight pour into Jake's empty room, blinking his eyes in adjustment. By now, Jake and his cousin Junior were being dropped off at school, and after that stunt at the talent show, he was banned from bringing the doll with him. Not that Chucky cared, but he did have a particular itch that needed scratching. That itch was, of course, to murder, and it didn't help that Jake was suspended for three school days.
Oh well. He gained the kid's trust, and it wouldn't be long before he could enact his plan.
Chucky began to laugh outloud, looking down at his hands… and realizing that they didn't look plastic. Rather, his hands began appearing more flesh-like, with some cracks.
"Ah shit." the doll groaned, reaching into his overalls and pulling out a golden amulet with a ruby in its center. The heart of Damballa, it was called. It was the whole reason he was able to transfer his soul into the Good Guy doll the night he died. Thank god Tiff gave it to him before he got here. Too bad for the other dolls he split his soul with though.
"Ade due Damballa, adhuc iuvenis est, dimiserunt eam!"
In an instant, Chucky's skin retained its plastic form, and he put the amulet away with a smirk. That's one problem gone. But the other…
The doll made his way out of Jake's room and down the house's stairs. Well, house was being generous, it was more like a fucking mansion. Luckily, he knew where everyone slept. Or more importantly, who was still here.
The ginger killer giggled to himself, making his way into the kitchen to see the maid, Annie, open up the dishwasher, beginning to pull out plates. Seeing she was distracted, Chucky stealthily ran up to the woman, just as she was brushing her gray ponytail out of her face, and gave her a strong push. As she fell forward towards the rack of knives and forks, which were placed right side up, Chucky wondered what she was thinking. Perhaps she tripped on spilt water, or maybe even a dishrag. Didn't matter now, as her face met the sharp ends of the utensils, going through the soft flesh and popping out the back of her head.
Chucky sighed in satisfaction, opening and closing his hands. Sure, it was just one kill, but this… this was enough for now.
"Barclay, you have a visitor!"
Andy quickly stood up from the cell's corner, as a guard opened the door. The guard appeared younger than him, having short black hair, a thin mustache to match, and plain white orderly clothes. Barclay waited, with bated breath, as the guard grabbed him by the arm and led him out the cell, down the hall, and into a room that was plain white, with two chairs. In one of the chairs was an older woman with blonde hair, wearing a black coat and beret.
"Hey Kyle." Andy weakly smiled, sitting down across from his old foster sister. "It's been a minute."
"Sorry." Kyle apologized, looking down. "I've been trying to think of ways to get you out of here."
"So what am I looking at?" Andy asked. Simpson wore a grimace, looking back up.
"I spoke with Mike. That's the reason I took so long." Kyle revealed. "I told him what happened, and he said you shouldn't have been put here in the first place. "However, since you committed aggravated assault on a guard, you should've been put in jail."
Andy snorted, leaning back.
"Yeah, I've been there before." Barclay murmured. "What about Chucky? Is he in Hackensack?"
"I don't know." Kyle admitted. "But Alice is there now."
Andy bolted out of his seat, widening his eyes.
"You took her there?!"
"She told me to." Kyle quickly said. "And I made her promise she'd call me if she actually finds him, and things get out of control."
Andy slowly nodded, preparing to sit down…
And seeing Chucky in the corner, right behind Kyle.
"Hey! Long time, no see, pal!"
"No." Andy gasped.
"You know what they say, Andy!" Chucky cackled. "You can't keep a Good Guy down!"
"No!" Andy suddenly yelled, running past Kyle and kicking Chucky into the wall. Before the doll even slid down, Andy grabbed it by the throat, repeatedly punching him in the face. He was beginning to see red now, and it wasn't just the blood on his hands. He just knew he couldn't let Chucky hurt anyone else-
"Andy, stop!"
Barclay felt someone grab his arm, and he turned around, looking at Kyle's stunned face.
"Andy… there's no one there." she said quietly.
Andy looked back at the wall, seeing a bloodstain where Chucky's head should have been. The same blood was on Andy's knuckles.
Barclay's eyes softened, as he stumbled back, collapsing to his knees. This whole time… he was just hallucinating Chucky

Alice pulled up to school in the Fusion, parking in the student's section. After finding out she could get her school permit, and since her house- Andy's house- was a far enough distance away, she took full advantage. The car was great, and she would not miss an opportunity to drive it.
Pierce grinned, exiting the car to reveal her clothes, being jeans, a plain white t-shirt, and a gray jacket. She considered putting on sunglasses, but then again, she'd be in a classroom for most of the day. Speaking of, the last week had been… interesting. Classes were boring, it's not like she'd taken them seriously for the last four years, but it was the teachers that caught her eye. More accurately, one teacher, named Miss Fairchild. The one with red hair that she saw with Principal Mcvey the night of the talent show. Based on what Andy and Kyle had told her, that woman wasn't what she seemed, so she tried to keep her distance. Not that it helped, considering she had to take her biology class. She just hoped Fairchild didn't know who she really was, or what her intentions are.
"Hi, Jake!"
Alice looked over to the front entrance, seeing Jake Wheeler talking with a taller kid who had short brown hair about some Halloween party. Oliver, she thinks his name was. The kid that Lexi apparently saved pictures of, to which Chucky exposed during the talent show. And just a few feet away from the entrance, Lexi was glaring at the two, while a boy with short black hair, whom Alice had seen with Bree, was holding her hand.
At this point, Alice had figured out who was who. The boy was Bree's son Junior, and he was dating Lexi Cross, the mayor's daughter. Apparently though, she was going behind Junior's back and messaging Oliver, but that was, for lack of a better term, speculation. Worse still, Lexi was just another one of those popular mean girls that Alice had seen dozens of times, even in elementary.
Pierce remembered having her own Lexi when she was younger. A bit taller than her, long brown hair, name was Jessica. She would always make fun of Alice for having a nanny, and how her dad was working at Starbucks to make ends meet.

Alice walked outside of her elementary school, going past the swings, slide, and other equipment. Few kids stared at her, but Pierce didn't pay attention, instead zeroing in on an old, wooden bench by the chain link fence. Once she got there, Alice plopped down, holding her head in her hands.
Mommy and Daddy had another fight the other day. This time it was over how they were financially struggling, to the point where they'd have to send Alice back to public school. Not to mention they might have to let go of her nanny Jill, which saddened her more. Alice liked Jill. She liked her so much, she even nicknamed her Aunty Jill on occasion. And now she might never see her again. Could her life get any worse?
"Hey, Pierce!"
Apparently, it could.
Alice looked up, seeing Jessica Mitchell walking up to her with her clique of other peppy girls. The taller girl- who was also two years older than her- wore a shit eating grin on her face, as she and her gaggle got closer. Alice tensed up, preparing for the verbal assault that was about to happen.
"I heard your daddy works at Starbucks now!" Jessica taunted. "Your family's so poor, you'll probably have to move to a different school!"
Pierce swallowed hard, trying hard not to cry, but the bully kept going.
"And you need a live in nanny!" Jessica laughed. "I guess your mommy doesn't love you!"
Alice buried her face in her hands again, sobbing loudly, while Jessica and her cronies kept jeering at her. It wasn't until a whistle blew that the taunting stopped, causing Pierce to look up to see one of the teachers outside walking towards them.
"What is going on here?" the gray haired woman asked. Alice sniffed, looking up to see who ended the onslaught of bullying today. Virginia Kettlewell was her name, and she was known as being tough but fair. According to some people, she took after her mother, who was also a teacher, but from the Chicago area, many years ago.
Virginia took one look at Alice's puffy face and red eyes, and quickly snapped her fingers at Jessica.
"Principal's office- now."
Mitchell huffed in annoyance, as she and her friends began to go back inside… but not before turning around and giving Alice one last sneer.
"Thanks a lot, Pierce."
Alice paid them no mind, instead wanting to just sink through the earth, until Kettlewell walked up to her.
"Hey, Alice. It's alright." Virginia told her. "It doesn't matter what your parents do. Don't listen to them."
"But… what if I can't come here anymore?" Alice sniffled.
"Well, I'd be sad to see you go, but sometimes…" Kettlewell shrugged. "Sometimes there's not much you can do."
Pierce slowly nodded, before eventually getting up and walking with the teacher, back towards the school.
"But just remember, if you ever have a problem, you can talk to me." Virginia smiled warmly.
Well. If Jessica- or Lexi, for that matter- saw half of everything Alice had in the span of just four years, she would shit her pants.
Alice smirked at the thought, as she followed Jake inside the school, walking right up to him when he opened his locker.
"Hey, Jake." Alice greeted. Wheeler turned around, looking at the girl curiously.
"Do I know you?"
"Not really." Alice shrugged. "But your new buddy does."
When Jake looked at her in confusion, she added, "Friends till the end, right?"
Wheeler's eyes widened, taking a step back.
"Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you." Alice rolled her eyes. "But he will."
"What?" Jake frowned.
"Chucky." Alice explained.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Jake defended.
"Oh, I think you do." Pierce narrowed her eyes. "Listen. No matter what he says, or no matter what he promises you, you have to stay away from him. Don't let him fool you, he's bad. I should know. He's lied to me before, said he was my friend. And then he's hurt- killed- a lot of people."
Wheeler took a slow gulp, stepping backwards again. Just in time too, as Devon approached them.
"Uh, hey." Devon announced. "Am I interrupting anything?"
"No." Alice murmured, walking past Jake. "Think about what I said."
Pierce continued moving through the hallway, leaving Jake with Devon alone to talk. As she pushed through the other classmates, making her way to the Biology classroom, Miss Fairchild opened the door.
"Miss Pierce!" Fairchild smiled. "Alice, good to see you this morning!"
Alice simply glared at her, pointing a finger at her.
"I know who you are, and what you're trying to do." she muttered. "It won't work."
Before Fairchild could respond, Alice stomped into the classroom, going straight to the back row. The teacher simply pinched the bridge of her nose, sighing in exasperation, before her face reformed into a smile to welcome the other students in attendance.
Seven Hours Later
Jake marched into his room, slamming his door shut, and stared right at Chucky.
"What did you do?" Wheeler grabbed the doll by the arms and shook him. "What the fuck did you do? You killed Annie!"
"No I didn't!" Chucky protested. "Accidents happen!"
"Bullshit!" Jake yelled, tossing Chucky onto the bed. "Alice was right. You are a liar-"
"The fuck did you say?" Chucky roared, quickly standing up. "You'll believe that bitch over your friend?"
"We're not friends, Chucky!" Jake shouted. "You killed my dad, and you killed Annie-"
"Listen here, you little shit." the doll growled. "I could've killed anyone in the last week, and that includes you. I don't know what Alice told you about me, but it ain't true."
"Really?" Jake snorted. "How do you two know each other anyway?"
Chucky sighed, rolling his eyes.
"Let's just say we crossed paths. I was an old friend of the family." Chucky revealed. Not entirely a lie, since he knew the girl's grandmother before he became a doll. "I just wanted to be her friend, but she didn't feel the same way."
"Yeah right." Jake stifled a laugh. "You think I'm a moron? I'm not six."
"Tough shit, that's the only explanation you'll get." Chucky smirked. "Believe what you want, I got bigger fish to fry- like Lexi."
"No." Jake squinted. "You back off, now."
"Or what?" Chucky raised an eyebrow. "She's a cunt, Jake. I call it like I see it. Some people just deserve to die."
Jake fell silent at that, while Chucky continued grinning. Unbeknownst to either of them, Junior was listening in from the other side of the door.
Music: "Got Your Six" by Five Finger Death Punch
While Chucky and Jake were arguing in their room, Alice was in her own, listening to music. Heavy metal was one hell of a genre, probably a taste she picked up from Andy, and Five Finger Death Punch was one of her favorite bands. Not that she minded, since the particular song she was listening to was pretty kickass. But while she was listening, she couldn't help but think back to Oliver and Jake's conversation before school today. She specifically heard Oliver suggest to bring Chucky with him, not even needing a proper costume.
Alice's mouth formed into a grim line. A Halloween party, full of a crowd of rowdy teenagers? That sounds like a recipe for disaster with Chucky thrown into the mix. Pierce sighed to herself, as she opened up her dresser and pulled out a black leather jacket and sunglasses. After putting them on, she went back to her drawers, opening the top to pull out a black knife with a white tip. A Marine ka-bar was what it was, gifted to her by a friend of Andy's.
A gun would be too loud in a crowded house, and too much a risk of hitting someone. Besides, Chucky would most likely going around with a knife. Why bring a gun to a knife fight?
Alice smirked, pocketing the ka-bar, and walked downstairs, heading outside into the night air. Unfortunately, given that plenty of kids would be trick or treating, she couldn't just drive over to Oliver's house. That's okay though, it was a nice night.
Pierce continued walking through the neighborhood, eyeing kids of all ages wearing different costumes. It seems it was the year of the superhero, as she could instantly recognize who was who. A little boy with blonde hair, wearing a foam suit that was red and gold with a plastic mask was supposed to be Iron Man. A girl wearing a black suit and red wig- Black Widow. Another kid wearing an all red suit with a lightning bolt emblem on the chest as the Flash, with his friends wearing a green suit and hood, followed by a blue suit and red skirt and cape, as the Green Arrow and Supergirl. Just behind them was an older kid wearing a blue suit and cape that was fashioned as the American flag, with golden eagle shoulder pauldrons- the Homelander.
Alice chuckled, thinking back to when she was a fan of superheroes. After the Battle of New York, she wanted to collect every piece of merchandise connected to the Avengers. It's why her mom, Barb, disapproved of her wanting to have Chucky in the first place, back when she thought he was a friend. Barb cited that she had too many toys already.
In the end, Alice wished she took her mother's advice. Besides, she quickly outgrew the superhero phase anyway, after Chucky murdered her parents. There was no Captain America, or Superman, that would save you from the monster under your bed. No Homelander or The Seven that would stop the horrors of the world from creeping into the average citizen's life and destroying it. No, they were only interested in the aliens and giant robots that threatened to blow up the world. Hell, it wasn't that long ago that people were winding up dead in their beds, their bodies twisted and eviscerated in the goriest of ways. Or rumors of serial killers and stalkers murdering teens at a summer camp not too far from Hackensack, or an all American town in Illinois, just like this one. How quick people were to forget.
Alice stopped for a moment, looking across the street to see Jake full on sprinting. Realizing that he was running towards Oliver's house, she picked up the pace, eventually catching up to him.
"Jake, wait!" Alice called out. "You're looking for Chucky too, right?"
"Yeah, I- how'd you know?" Wheeler asked, slowing down and frowning.
"Call it a hunch." Pierce shrugged. "If he gets to Oliver's party, he can kill a lot of people."
"He's going after Lexi." Jake revealed. "I'm sure of it."
Alice nodded, looking out across the neighborhood. She was still wary of Lexi, especially after the talent show, but that didn't mean she had to let Chucky kill her.
"Okay. Come on." Alice murmured, as she and Jake resumed running towards Oliver's house.
Jake and Alice ran through the gates of Oliver's house, seeing the party was in full swing, and entered the front door.
"Whoa, cool Jake, you came!" Oliver grinned, walking over to them. He took a swing of beer in his hand, while looking at Alice. "Um… what are you supposed to be?"
Alice smirked, lowering her sunglasses.
"Female Terminator." she said in a robotic voice. "Where's Lexi?"
"Oh yeah, she's this way!" Oliver slurred, while leading them over into the kitchen.
"Jake! I'm glad you came."
Alice and Jake turned around, seeing Devon wearing a black shirt with crime scene tape all over him.
"Oh… I didn't know you guys were…"
Wheeler looked at Pierce, realizing what he was thinking, and widened his eyes.
"Wait, it's not what you think." Jake protested, even though Devon began looking towards the ground. It didn't help that Alice and Jake suddenly felt themselves grabbed from behind and spun around, just as Oliver opened a door to reveal a dark room.
"Welcome to seven minutes in Hell!" the kid laughed, as Alice and Jake were pushed in.
Music: Child's Play 3 Main Theme
"Get off!" Pierce yelled, feeling herself thrown into the darkness with Wheeler. The door quickly locked behind them, and Jake turned on the flashlight on his phone, while Alice began beating on the door.
"Let us out!" the girl screamed. "Let us the fuck out!"
Once she realized the door was going to remain locked, she considered kicking the door down, but she couldn't back away far enough. Hell, she probably couldn't even press her feet against the door and push off if she wanted to. Alice looked around at the darkened space, as another memory was triggered. One that she thought she would cherish, but now, after knowing what Chucky was, became embedded in her nightmares.
They'll never find me in here, Chucky. This is the best game of hide and seek ever!
Just keep your fucking mouth shut!
She remembered telling him to stop cursing, but the doll didn't pay attention, instead locking the door to the closest as part of their 'game'. It took hours for a police officer to find her, and being in such a tight space again…
Alice sank to the floor, hugging her knees, and began whimpering.
"Alice?" Jake asked, shining his light down on her. "Alice, what's wrong?"
"He said… he said it was hide and seek." Alice whispered, rocking back and forth. The memory began bleeding into her vision, making her believe she was speaking to Chucky at times. Was this how Andy felt, when he had flashbacks of his own?
She tried the breathing exercises Barclay taught her. In, out. In, out. But it didn't seem to be working, and she began hyperventilating faster. Rocking back and forth continuously. It wasn't until Jake knelt down right in front of her and placed his hands on her shoulders, did she finally look up.
"Hey, it's okay." Wheeler told her. "I know what it's like, to feel alone… but you're not. I'm right here with you."
Alice sniffed slightly, feeling her body calming down, as she reached out to hug the kid in front of her. Funny, she thought she'd have to save him from Chucky, and yet…
Jake saved her from herself.
"Surprise!"
The closet door was suddenly yanked open, illuminating the closet and making Jake shield his eyes. Luckily for Alice, she still had her sunglasses on.
"Wow, look at that!" Oliver grinned. "Looks like Jake's into girls after all!"
Through everyone's laughter, Jake noticed Devon staring at them, looking… disheartened.
"Devon, wait. This wasn't… this wasn't anything." Wheeler told him. Evans simply nodded, seemingly not believing him, while Alice cleared her throat.
"We gotta find Lexi."
That seemed to snap Devon out of his shock, looking between the two.
"Why do you guys care?"
"Because she could be in danger." Jake told him, as Alice was already looking around the house. Jake and Devon followed shortly behind, as the three of them came to a room in the back, seeing two figures apparently playing video games. The video game in question was shooter game called 'Resident Evil', being run on a Vought-Station-5, VS5 for short. The first player, a man with with cropped brown hair, wearing a vest that said RPD on the back, and wielding a pistol, was being controlled by what appeared to be a child wearing a brown horse costume, and the second one, a man in a tactical military getup with light stubble and an assault rifle, was being controlled by someone much smaller…
"Shit!" Alice cursed, realizing that Chucky was right there. She quickly ran over and punted the doll away, making him drop the controller. That's when the child turned to look at her in alarm.
"Stop!" the child, a girl, yelled. Alice looked at her in confusion, before realizing that she was Lexi's younger sister from the talent show. What was she doing here?
"Caroline!" Jake called out, as he and Devon joined Pierce. "Are you alright?"
"You hurt Chucky!" Caroline accused, looking at Alice angrily.
"Yeah, and he would've done a lot worse if I didn't." Alice muttered.
"What do you mean?" Devon asked. "It's a doll."
"You have no idea." Jake groaned, as Alice looked back to where she kicked Chucky- only to find he wasn't there.
"Fuck!" Alice shouted, while Caroline looked distraught.
"Chucky! Where did you go?"
Alice looked around, sighing in frustration.
"Okay, one of you, keep an eye on her. Don't let her leave your sight." Alice ordered, as she began to exit the room.
"Where are you going?" Devon asked.
"To find Chucky." Pierce announced, and Jake began following her.
"And to find Lexi." Jake added, just as all the kids in the house began chanting her name. The teens followed the chant, coming back to the main entrance, and what the two of them made their eyes widen.
Lexi stood just in front of the balcony's stairs, wearing what looked like a mechanic's jumpsuit, a fake brown goatee, and a wild, unkempt wig to match. She was slowly spinning around, jerking her body like she was being electrocuted, and nodding her head while fluttering her eyes as she did so, making everyone laugh.
"What the fuck…" Alice murmured, as she looked towards Jake. Her expression immediately changed, when she saw his mouth twisted into a frown, with his eyes squinted. She's seen that look before. It was a look you made when you were trying not to cry. Suddenly, Alice's mind flashed back to a week ago, when she saw the lights in Jake's house flicker on and off, followed by a bodybag on a stretcher being led out.
"She's your dad, isn't she?" she whispered. Jake slowly nodded, looking down at the ground.
"Yeah."
Wheeler began walking away, making Pierce call after him.
"Jake, wait!"
The boy didn't listen, and continued storming away. Alice looked back at Lexi, feeling her anger beginning to build up. Maybe it was because she lost her parents too, or because she dealt with bitches like her, but this… this was far worse than anything a bully like Jessica did. It was a step way too far.
2012
Alice opened her locker, taking a deep breath as she thought about the latest fight her mom and dad had. This time, it was over Jill. It wasn't even about how much she was getting paid either. No, her mom was accusing her dad of looking at Jill too much.
What did that mean? Like how he looks at mommy?
Maybe it was just a grown up thing. She wasn't sure, and she had a feeling that it was a conversation she shouldn't have been listening to from the other side of her bedroom door, because when she stepped into the kitchen to ask what was going on, daddy had told her they were just discussing Jill living with him.
And then mommy made a remark about how daddy seems 'too friendly' with her, whatever that means.
Pierce shook her head, trying to rid herself of the memory, and shut her locker. Big mistake, as Jessica made her presence known, wearing another one of her ugly grins.
"Hi, Alice." Mitchell smirked. "Still coming to school here? I'm surprised. Did you agree to clean the toilets so you could stay?"
Pierce grit her teeth, ignoring the crowd of students beginning to form around them, while Jessica continued her taunts.
"Or did Miss Kettlewell adopt you because you're so poor? I'll bet your mommy and daddy can't afford to feed you, since they work at Starbucks!"
Alice clenched her fists, her vision beginning to tint, but still, the bully persisted.
"Oh, I know!" Jessica laughed. "Your parents broke up, because your daddy likes your nanny more than your mom! I heard it from my mom-"
Alice let out an angered yell, jabbing Mitchell in the nose. Blood spurted from the bully's face, making her hands shoot up, but Pierce instead kicked her in the shins, making her stumble back.
"Ow!" Jessica yelled. "Pierce, what's wrong with you?!"
Alice didn't listen, instead opting to let out an angry yell and tackle Jessica to the ground. Pierce let out another scream and began hitting the bully, pummeling her fists against her chest and head, even as Mitchell brought her hands up in defense. Realizing she was trying to defend herself, Alice ripped Jessica's hands away and smashed her fist into her face, hearing a loud cracking noise. Most likely, she broke her nose.
"Children, enough!"
Alice suddenly felt herself getting pulled backward, and she looked up, seeing Miss Kettlewell's frown.
"Alice…" the teacher murmured, looking between her and Jessica's bloodied face.
"I'm disappointed in you."
Andy once taught her never to let bullies get away with what they did. Whether it was Chucky, or just some asshole from school. If you didn't do anything about it, they'd only feel emboldened, and they'd keep doing it. Whoever said that if you ignore them, or that they'll go away was a fucking liar.
So she did something. Alice pushed through the crowd and walked right up to Lexi, waited for her to fully face her, and jabbed her right in the face.
"Ow, what the fuck?!" Cross yelled, covering her nose.
"Really?" Alice sneered. "One punch, and that's it? You're fucking pathetic."
Lexi narrowed her eyes, as she tried to slap Pierce, but she easily held up her arm to block, before punching her in the stomach with her right hand, and then struck her face again with her left. Cross stumbled backward, but Alice wasn't done, bringing up her leg and kicking her in the crotch.
Lexi yelped in pain, buckling over, and laid on the floor. Alice glared at the little bitch on the ground, pausing only to look up, as if daring anyone else to touch her. No one did, as everyone looked at her in shock, some of them having their phones out to record the beating, while Alice quickly walked outside. She had to find Jake, at the very least, to make sure he was alright. It was the least she could do, after what he did for her in the closet.
"It was a… red headed child… with tennis shoes, and denim overalls."
Detective Evans jotted down a few notes in her notepad, looking back up at the woman bleeding into a napkin. She called a few minutes ago that a child had hidden a razor blade in an apple, and she was lucky to still have her tongue.
The description made the detective pause though. It sounded almost exactly like the doll Jake Wheeler had at the talen show… and the one he took with him after his father died…
"He wore a Hello Kitty mask, and… oh, and the overalls had the words Good Gay… no, no, Good Guy…"
"Good Guy?" Evans looked up in horror. Could it be?
"Did he have a name?"
"Yes!" the woman nodded. "I think… I think he said his name was… Chucky-"
The woman suddenly vomited out blood, keeling over in pain. Evans quickly rushed to her side, laying her down gently on the ground, as she coughed up blood. Unfortunately, there was nothing she could do, and the woman's body stilled quickly, staring up with a horrified expression.
Chucky… Evans shuddered, remembering a story she was once told. About how a series of murders in Chicago were blamed on a doll that could walk and talk, and called himself Chucky. Legend had it, he was possessed by the soul of the Lakeshore Strangler, Charles Lee Ray. But that was just an urban legend, right?
Right?
Alice stepped outside, seeing Jake walking back into the house.
"Jake, hold on!" Pierce called out, as Wheeler tried pushing past her.
"You saw what she did!" Jake yelled, as Alice blocked his path. "I can't let her get away with it!"
"She didn't, alright?" Alice told him. "I made sure of it."
"You?" Jake looked at her in confusion. "Why?"
Alice smiled, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"For what you did for me when we were in 'Hell'." Pierce told him. "But we need to find Chucky, alright?"
Jake nodded, and the two of them walked back into the house, deciding to check the room that Caroline was in first. Unfortunately, Lexi had beaten them to it, and she was already trying to get her little sister to come with her. However, when Jake and Alice came into the room, she looked up, turning her attention towards them.
"What do you want?" she hissed, pointing a finger at Alice. It took Pierce a moment to realize she was no longer wearing her 'costume', instead having a tan trenchcoat on, but she sported a black eye and bruise on her cheek. "I'll have you know I can get you charged with assault for what you did."
"Cool. Don't give a fuck." Alice shrugged, just as Chucky appeared behind Cross, raising a knife into the air.
"No!" Jake yelled, rushing over and grabbing the doll. At the same time, Devon and Junior entered the room, only seeing Chucky as a lifeless doll, with Jake grabbing the toy and bolting out of the room.
"Man, that doll creeps me the fuck out." Lexi murmured. Alice shot one last glare her way, before taking off after Jake.
She caught up to him running down the street, as she sprinted ahead of him to block his path.
"Jake, don't!" Pierce told him. "You do not want to bring him with you!"
"What the fuck do you know what he wants?" Chucky sneered, glaring at her. "I'm the only friend he's got!"
"No, you're not." Alice gritted her teeth. "Listen, Jake. You have friends. I know it doesn't seem like it, but you do. Devon, me-"
"And me!" Chucky interrupted, looking up at Jake. "Come on, Jake, what did those kids do? They all laughed, just like Lexi wanted. She knew what she was doing! It won't be long until she tries to kill you, so you gotta kill her first!"
"Jake, don't listen to him-"
"Stop!" Jake suddenly raised his voice, making both Alice and Chucky shut their mouths. "I just… I need time to think!"
Wheeler began walking off, still holding onto Chucky, even as Alice still called out to him. She would've gone after him, but the kids from Oliver's party were beginning to head out. Best not cause a scene, especially with a living doll.
"Jake, just… be careful."
Jake looked over his shoulder in acknowledgement, before continuing to walk away. As he got further and further, Chucky looked back at her, flipping the bird. Alice responded with levelling a glare at the doll, before putting her sunglasses back on and hanging her head. Things just got a lot harder, if Jake was still willing to keep Chucky around.

Alice sat on the bench in the school yard again, hanging her head in her hands. It had only been a few weeks since her aunt Nica was declared insane for murdering her parents, grandmother, and Jill, and by now, she was beginning to feel the effects of that night she visited.
She had no one. No mommy, no daddy. No Jill, or grandma, and definitely not Auntie Nica. She was alone now. Completely alone-
"Hey Alice."
Pierce looked up, seeing Jessica standing in front of her, a somber expression on her face. In an instant, Alice's anger surfaced, as she stood up and balled her fists.
"What do you want?"
Mitchell widened her eyes and stepped back, raising her hands.
"I'm… I'm sorry." Jessica murmured. "I came to say that."
Alice furrowed her brow, opening her hands.
"Wha… what?"
Jessica sighed, stepping closer.
"I know how it feels to lose a family." she explained. "My parents, they… they died in a car crash last year. I've been living with my grandparents, but… it wasn't enough. I just felt so, so angry and hurt, that I… I wanted someone else to hurt."
Alice's gaze softened, while Mitchell stepped forward and wrapped her in a hug.
"I'm sorry for what I did to you." Jessica apologized. "It was wrong, and I'm… I'm a bitch for doing it."
Alice say anything, as the two continued hugging it out, right outside in the schoolyard.
Alice smiled at the memory, while she scraped her ka-bar against the whetstone. That was the same day that she…
Pierce stopped, frowning. That was the same day Chucky found her, and took over her body. Funny, she never really thought about Jessica, but now… now she wondered what she was up to.
Alice wore a tight smile, as she resumed sharpening her blade, seeing her reflection in the black metal.
Well, hopefully, she was far away from here, and didn't have to worry about killer dolls.
"...do it Jake." Chucky coaxed, sitting right next to Wheeler on the bed. "Take the knife."
Jake swallowed hard, as he gingerly grabbed the knife from Chucky's hand.
"Congrats, kid! You're going to the super bowl of slaughter!"
"Only Lexi, alright?" Wheeler asked. "Just her, no one else?"
"Of course, I promise!" Chucky grinned. "Scout's honor!"
Jake nodded, hearing Chucky's laughter, as he turned the knife over, seeing his reflection in the blade.
Andy's eyes snapped opened, as he quickly sat up in his cell in Harrogate. It was dark out, but a flip of the light next to his bed told him he was alone… for now.
"Hey Andy, wanna play?"
There it is. Barclay sighed, looking across the room to find Chucky staring back at him, idly holding a knife. What was odd, however, was the fact that the doll's head had a huge chunk missing, leaving only his right eye, nose, and mouth. Just like at his cabin.
Andy groaned, pinching the bridge of his nose.
"Why can't you just leave me alone?" Barclay murmured. Chucky began to laugh, as he got closer, until he approached the edge of the bed.
"Face it, Andy." the doll mumbled, hopping up and sitting next to Barclay.
"I'm all you got."
A/N: Alright, that's chapter 2 down!
I'm not sure how much music I'll insert into these chapters, but it won't entirely be the ones from the show, because the song selection gave the vibes that it was just an R rated CW show.
But, this isn't the last we've seen of either Andy or Alice's flashbacks, so expect some familiar faces from the franchise pop up.
That's all for now. Bye!
