Danny sat with his friends, trying to keep his powers a secret from them. However, his mind kept drawing to the girl that he saw in class. And that kiss. It made him feel weird. It was like she mark him for something.
"Yo, dude? You okay?" Tucker asked, snapping him out of his thoughts.
"Yeah, yeah, sorry guys," Danny said, sheepishly.
"It was about that new girl, wasn't it?" Sam asked.
"Betty? Yeah. I mean, she walked up to me and told me I was cute." Danny blushed.
"Aw! Come on!" Tucker groans.
Sam growls, but Danny missed it.
"Through I already have a strong feeling I need to watch my..." Danny started before he pulled out of his seat.
"...back." He groans, seeing Dash in front of him.
"Well, look what we have here. The Freak-ton." Dash smirks.
"If this is about my sister, forget about it, Dash!" Danny told him.
"Nope, it's about the new girl. I saw how friendly you got!" Dash said.
"All she did was say Hi to me, Dash," Danny said.
"Nice try, Fenton. But everyone saw her kiss you. And guess what? Cute girl, plus you, equals a pounding!" Dash said.
"Look at that, Dash did math!" Danny mocked.
Dash groans and got ready to punch him. However, his arm was grabbed and he turns to see Betty behind him.
"You have ten seconds to drop him before I show why I have a poison symbol on my shirt." She said.
However, Dash was focused on something. She might look like a goth, but she was really pretty. He drops Danny, before taking her hand and kissing it.
"Anything for you." He said.
Betty rolled her eyes and pulled her hand away.
"Now, if you don't mind," She said, walking around Dash.
"Hey, there. Fancy running into you again." She said, smiling.
"Err, yeah. Nice to see you again, Betty." Danny blushed.
"Whoa! That's Betty?" Tucker said.
Sam rolled her eyes before looking toward her.
"Hey, I like your shirt," Sam said, trying to be friendly.
"Thank you, you wear black very nicely." She said, making Sam smile.
"Thanks!" Sam said, smirking at Tucker.
"What the?! Wait just a minute!" Dash shouted, walking up to them.
Betty turns around, her eyes softly glowing. Dash froze before Betty smiles.
"Return to your table, and never bother us again." She said.
"Yes, mistress," Dash said, turning around.
"Huh?" The trio asked, confused.
"He'll be fine. Just a little hypnosis trick I pick up. Came in handy for those that tried to force me into something I didn't want." She said, shrugging.
Danny remembers what it was like to be hypnotic. Jazz had better control of keeping her mind safe, while he was caught under the spell easily. Luckily, he started taking lessons to avoid that again.
"Wow, that's impressive," Sam said.
"Um," Danny said, unsure.
"Is something wrong?" Betty asked.
"No, no! I just had a bad experience with hypnosis before. I just don't feel comfortable with someone messing with my mind." Danny said, remembering all the bad things he did.
He was lucky that Jazz kept a clear head and did everyone she could to free him. He was surprised when Betty kissed his cheek again, causing him to blush.
"Don't worry, I only use it on those that are jerks." She said, smiling.
As a test, her eyes glow softly and Danny felt something enter his mind. He could tell that it was weak enough for him to fight it and shook his head.
"Just testing." She said before he could ask.
With Jazz,
Jazz stood next to her locker, thinking about the new boy that appeared. He was so strange, but seem so nice. Girls crowded him when he walk. Like he was the most handsome person in the school. Jazz won't deny he's handsome, but she knew there was more than that to a guy. She shuts her locker and heard the crowd.
"He's so handsome!"
"He's dreamy!"
"I wish he could ask me out!"
Jazz sighs as Webinar walks down the hall, giving a small wave that case a few girls to squeal or faint. He then notices Jazz and walked up to her.
"Hey, there. We didn't get a chance to talk, I'm Webinar." He said, smiling.
"Jasmine, but everyone calls me Jazz." She said, knowing he was being friendly.
"Jasmine? That's my mother's name!" Webinar said, surprised.
"So, what brings you to Amity Park?" Jazz asked him.
"Errr, change of scenery. My sister and I heard of this town and decide to check it out. We even heard about the ghosts and the protectors." He said.
Jazz raises an eyebrow.
"And what do you know of them?" She asked.
"Only that they fight off other ghosts and are mistaken for lovers." Webinar said.
Jazz wasn't fully sure, but he seem honest with his words.
"Alright. Welcome to Amity Park then." Jazz said, holding out her hand.
Webinar smiles and kisses it.
"Thank you." He said, causing the red-haired girl to blush a little.
After school,
The siblings met up and started to head home. Both Danny and Jazz were thinking about the new students, wondering why they moved here.
"So, Danny? What do your think of Betty? I haven't had the chance to meet her." Jazz said.
"She's something. She knows a little bit of hypnosis. She use it on Dash when he didn't leave us alone." Danny said, surprising her.
"Did she use it on you?" Jazz asked, worried.
"Yeah, but it was really weak. She said she was testing me after mentioning the bad experience I had with it." Danny said.
Jazz sighs. She was glad that the lessons helped him, even with the weakest form of hypnosis.
"So, what about her twin brother?" Danny asked.
"Webinar? He's alright. He pretty much has all the girls swooning for him." Jazz said.
"Wow, something tells me he's going to replace Dash as the most handsome guy in the school," Danny said.
"Please, you know Dash is at the bottom of that list." Jazz said, rolling her eyes.
Danny laughs before both of their ghost senses appeared. They looked up and saw a few ghosts flying around, scaring a few people. However, they looked dangerous and they didn't want to take that chance. They ran into an empty alley and nodded.
"We're going ghost!" They shouted as a flash of light appear and rings started traveling up and down on them.
Danny wore a black and white jumpsuit, with his hair turning snow white and his eyes turning green.
Jazz wore a red and white jumpsuit, with her hair turning blue and her eyes turning green.
The Phantom siblings took off, ready to stop the ghosts.
Ten minutes later,
Danny cups the thermos as he and Jazz high-five.
"Ghost Caught!" They cheered.
"Wow, they were dangerous. I mean, we tried talking to them and they just straight out attack us!" Danny said.
"Makes me wonder if we'll ever meet a nice ghost." Jazz added.
The siblings sighs before they started to get ready to fly away. However, they both felt something grab their feet and were yanked down. Danny and Jazz slams to the ground, thinking that the Ghost Hunters must have caught them by surprise. Getting ready to defend themselves, they turned around and were surprised at what they saw.
"Look what we caught in our web, dear brother."
"The Phantom Siblings. Nice to finally met you."
Danny and Jazz watch as two spiders with human bodies step out of the shadows.
"What the?" Danny asked, shocked.
The girl spider walks up and looks at Danny, giving a sly smile.
"Danny Phantom, nice to meet you." She said, grabbing his face.
Danny could as he looked into the spider's human eyes before she pulled him into a kiss. Danny was shocked and tried to pull away.
"Sister, he can't die." The Male spider said.
The female Spider broke the kiss, licking her lips as she did so.
"I know. I just wanted to give him a taste of my poison kiss." She said.
"P-P-Poison kiss?!" Danny asks, worried.
"You poison my brother?!" Jazz shouted, getting up.
"I'm sorry about my sister, she takes after our mother too much." The Male Spider said, getting close to Jazz.
"Jazz Phantom, your looks preced you." He said, pressing himself on her.
Jazz blinks, smelling something weird coming from him.
"Brother..." The female spider said, groaning.
"Calm down, sister. I'm just thinking of how tasty she was going to be once we wrap them up." The Male Spider said.
"What are you guys talking about?" Danny asked, trying not to let the poison get to him.
"Oh, nothing much. Just planning a takeover with the town." The Female Spider said.
"WHAT?!" Danny and Jazz shouted.
"But first we need to deal with you. My name is Bonelegs, and this is my brother Web Spider." The Female Spider said, smirking.
"Not going to happen!" Jazz said, standing up.
"We'll stop you!" Danny added, his legs shaking a little.
"You're welcome to try," Bonelegs smirks.
And stopped here for now. So, Jazz and Danny got to talk to Webinar and Betty and, in case you guys/girls miss it, Tucker and Sam don't know about their powers. This time, both Danny and Jazz enter the portal, hoping to fix it for their parents, which case the accident. They even met Bonelegs and Web Spider, who are going to be their enemies/lovers for the story. And neither of them will know each other secrets until much later.
And I know I'm going to get somebody telling me that Danny shouldn't be infected with poison because his powers prevent it. Let me ask you all this, have you ever seen Danny fight someone or something that wasn't a ghost in the show? Have you even seen Danny get poison in the show? Blood Blossoms don't count. They hurt him, not poison him. Plus, spider poison is much different than most posions. It's possible that Danny doesn't have a defense against something he never fought before.
