The 4th game begins with introduction of the newcomers.

Steve Fox vs Roperto

The young British boxer and world middleweight champion gets confronted by syndicate who told him to throw a high-stakes match, he do that, they'll share a cut from the prize.

Steve abandons the idea and wins the match.

The mafia however were good on their threats, which forces Steve to flee the Britain and lead the life on the run.

Craig Marduk vs Armor King

Expelled from Vale Tudo for a "minor" scandal. Craig grew bitter against society and his soul was consumed by wrath. One day he started a bar brawl in Arizona.

Armor King being here interferes to stop the rampage. But due to sickness he couldn't survive Marduk's onslaught.

As we know, Craig gets charged with murder of 2nd degree and sentenced for 10 years in state prison.

Christie Monteiro vs Eddy Gordo (choice)

At his master's request, Eddy finds Christie in order to teach her the arts of Capoeira. Christie shows herself as remarkable fighter after 2 years of training.

Now back to main topic. Heihachi Mishima retrieve's Ogre's body and dedicates himself to various experiments to fuse the beast's power to his own. The project however fails as it needs another factor the Devil Gene.

Later Heihachi finds out that G Corporation had restored the human body that they've retrieved from volcano. And he had no doubt it was Kazuya Mishima the bearer of Devil Gene.

Heihachi sends his Tekken Force unit to infiltrate the G Corp and retrieve Kazuya.

Kazuya Mishima vs Tekken Force (Gauntlet)

The raid fails however, as Kazuya successfully fights off the soldiers. Noticing a small camera on the henchman's helmet, sends his vow before smashing it with punch "I wil... TAKE EVERYTHING BACK!"

Amused Heihachi answers the challenge "You delusional fool."

While Mishima Zaibatsu was developing their notorious project...

Ling Xiaoyu vs Miharu Hirano

We switch to Ling Xiaoyu who led typical high school life, training in martial arts and sparring with her classmate and best friend Miharu.

Like in the prologue she receives Jin's message about Heihachi's true colors. Later the announcement of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4 reaches Xiaoyu's reach, despite heeding the warning she enters the competition.

Now the tournament. To keep things short, if I have to, i'll just write down for whom we'd play against who, in order to avoid the repetition of fighting factors.

Kazuya Mishima vs Lee Chaolan

Like in canon Kazuya beats Lee due to latter losing his focus from a surprise of of former's return.

King vs Craig Marduk

Kuma vs Julia

Whether you have a real life or not, like Julia working as researcher to safe the Arizonan forests, she sure trained when she could. But Kuma trained far more dedicating during 2 years skip, and that grants him the advance to the next round.

Paul Phoenix vs Steve Fox

Watch Steve's T5 prologue and see that he battles Paul.

Hwoarang vs Christie Monteiro

Fighters of newer generation clash. The game of experience and you can guess who exceeds.

Ling Xiaoyu vs Panda

Let's just say that the encounter was unexpected. Any other opponent and Panda would've smashed them. But since it's Xiaoyu, she wouldn't hurt her much.

Jin Kazama vs Yoshimitsu

Marshall Law vs Bryan Fury

Due to being immobile in depression for a year due to his failed business and only a month of training before the tournament, the only way Law would win is to evade Bryan's rampage. When time runs out, Bryan collapses and unable to proceed.

Kazuya Mishima vs King

Kuma vs Paul Phoenix

Paul underestimates Kuma and drops out.

Hwoarang vs Ling Xiaoyu

As much as Hwoarang hated this, his Tae Kwon Do mixed with street fighting and dragging out the fight, it wouldn't beat Xiaoyu's disciplined Kung Fu.

It was a very risky tactic due to being used for the first time: The military martial arts, capable to end the fight fast. Unflashy, but Hwoarang knew it's his only chance to win and it works barely.

Jin Kazama vs Marshall Law

Kazuya Mishima vs Kuma

Had Paul won against bear, the rivalry would've returned. But the tournament branch determines this match up.

Hwoarang vs Jin Kazama (choice)

Hwoarang's ending part 1.

Jin Kazama Hwoarang vs Tekken Force

The famous Parking Lot Brawl ends with draw due to Tekken Force ambush. Teaming up, Jin and Hwoarang took down a lot of soldiers. Using the momentum of explosion they escape the scene.

Unfortunately the enemies back up catches up to them and their quantity was to much for the exhausted main cast to handle and they got overpowered and put to sleep.

Jin is taken away to the Honmaru. And Hwoarang is handed over to the Korean military, who sentenced him for 10 years imprisonment due to his desertion.

Kazuya Mishima vs Heihachi Mishima (choice)

Kazuya asks what Heihachi has done to his semi-final opponent Jin Kazama. Heihachi replies "I'll tell you after a fight."

If Kazuya wins he'll remind "Now bring me to him, as promised."

If Heihachi wins "You won't die here. Follow me if you want to see your son."

Devil Kazuya (incomplete) vs Heihachi Mishima

Would be more interesting if the duo fought again instead of Kazuya one shoted Heihachi.

Jin Kazama vs Kazuya Mishima

Jin Kazama vs Heihachi Mishima

And then Jin's ending plays out

Sorry for the delay. The place I've settled in didn't have the internet. If you're dissatisfied with my work then I welcome the constructive criticism.

Tekken 5 and be done with it. See ya.

P.S. note: Those who reread the chapter I've made Christie and Law trade places at the tournament branch.
