Heihachi and Kazuya are waking up after their clash and not a moment late..
Kazuya Mishima/Heihachi Mishima vs Jack 4s (Gauntlet)
Because the iconic Tekken 5 intro plays out. And those who played already know, that main cast was getting tired and Kazuya leaves Heihachi as the bait and flees the temple.
The temple gets blown, observed by Raven.

While reporting he gets jumped by a single Jack 4. But it takes more than that to beat a ninja.
Next morning after the tournament.
Steve has reached the airport by Taxi. Unaware behind his back, the other passenger was the mob, who point his gun toward Steve from behind.
Steve Fox vs Mobs (Gauntlet)
But the mob gets his hand sniped. When Steve sees the gun on the ground, he quickly catches on and eliminates his pursuers.
Nina Williams/Steve Fox vs Mobs (Another Gauntlet)
The syndicate back up arrives or what's left of it. Nina Williams jumps into Steve's aid and finishes the rest gangster she couldn't snipe back then. As soon as clash was finished they get another guest.
Lei Wulong vs Nina Williams
Lei fires two shots at Nina. But Steve knock her over. Nina escapes, thanking Steve. Lei continues pursuing the hitman as Steve watches.
The cop eventually catches up and fight happens. Lei wins, but he was about to apprehend Nina, Steve jumps in and stops the super cop long enough so Nina would run.
Lei Wulong vs Steve Fox (choice)
After the clash, both fighters explain their sides of stories.
Lei. About him being the cop and hunting down the assassin Nina Williams, who was hired by the same syndicate who chased Steve.
Steve himself tells, that Nina saved his life, even though if Lei was telling the truth.
Together they investigate the the hotel room where Nina earlier took her sniping spot. Steve and Lei discovers a recently used laptop computer.
The screen shows the information about Steve Fox being the experiment of Mishima Zaibatsu created through in-vitro fertilization. What's even more appalling is the fact that Nina Williams is Steve's biological mother.
When Heihachi's death has reached the news, Yoshimitsu used his chance to infiltrate the Mishima Zaibatsu vault. On his way he finds Ling Xiaoyu being held captive.
Yoshimitsu/ Ling Xiaoyu vs Tekken Force
As they clear the path, the duo runs into immobile body recognised as Bryan Fury. Yoshimitsu picks the corpse up and escapees leave the underground lab.
Having reached the secure location, Xiaoyu express her distress of why things happened that way. And Yoshimitsu tells whatever info he has about The Curse of Mishima Blood.
After that, they part ways.
Feng Wei vs Kenpo Master
After their temple was raided, Feng was preparing to chase the invaders. The master made a challenge and a final lesson for his prodigy pupil. Defeat him in an all out combat.
Feng emerged victorious, but he did so at the cost of his master's life. Now let the journey begin.
Feng Wei vs Generics (Gauntlet)
And while searching for the Shinken Scrolls he thrashes massive amount of martial arts dojos, it's masters and students
Feng Wei vs Master Kazama
And eventually he fights the other newcomer's father.
Asuka Kazama vs Delinquents (Gauntlet)
She meanwhile was punishing delinquents with a beating of their life.
And when making back home she finds her family's dojo thrashed and cops investigating the matter, among them was Lei Wulong.
After fighting her way out of attempted kidnapping, Lili discovered her strength in being more than just being rich daddy's daughter. Her dad however abhorred the violence.
But Lili realised the value of that "violence" and takes up street fighting competitions behind her father's back, using her own self-made style. And she went pretty far in streets of Monaco.
Lili De Rochefort vs Forrest Law
During the trip aboard with her father. Lili was building up her fighting rep. Her recently defeated opponent Forrest Law passes her an invitation for the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 starting in 2 months.
A month later Hwoarang gets released from prison after receiving a letter confirming an astonishing fact, his master Baek Doo San was alive.
Hwoarang vs Beak Doo San (choice)
After finishing the military service, Hwoarang and Baek return to their dojo and training for remaining time until the tournament.
Anna Williams vs Nina Williams
Anna gets a call from Nina to meet her somewhere quiet. The younger sister felt something shady was going to happen.
And her suspicions turned correct. The sister went to a war with each other with blazing guns and bombs.
When their ordnance ran out, they came to the hand to hand combat. And this time Anna Williams emerged victorious. But she wasn't satisfied with the way Nina fought, not even close.
When her older sister will be at her 100%, when she remembers all of her moves. Only then, Anna will deliver a finishing blow. And until then, she gives her an announcement article of KOIF 5, where they'll settle this grudge once and for all.
Christie Monteiro vs Eddy Gordo (choice)
A week before the tournament. The Capoeira Master (from T2 - T3 timeskip) after serving his long sentence gets picked up by his granddaughter Christie and prodigy student Eddy.
On the way home he gets terminally ill and the main cast rushed him to the hospital. The doctors say that the only possible way for a cure are the Mishima Zaibatsu technologies.
And so the duo trains for the time, until the trip to the tournament.
The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. 32 fighters.
Craig Marduk vs Panda
The Man as big as bear battles and defeats his currently compared opponent.
Yoshimitsu vs Bryan Fury
After an attempted raid of Zaibatsu, the space ninja takes Bryan to Dr. Bosconovitch, capable to bring the vessel back to live with enhancements.
Bryan however used his new found power against the Manji Clan and slaughtered all present at the scene. When Yoshimitsu discovers it, he vows to avenge his comrades.
And he gets his chance at the tournament. The Manji survivor emerged victorious. When he was about to deliver a finishing blow, Bryan evades the sword and flees the battlefield with Yoshimitsu chasing him.
King vs Julia Chang
Julia attempts to reason with King not giving into his rage for Marduk's provocations.
King utters no word. And Julia concludes it can be settled only by fight.
The Pro Wrestler emerged victorious and sends Craig a message that at 3rd round he is next.
Paul Phoenix vs Kuma
Again Judoka vs bear, again old grudge, and again silly talk about being the toughest in the universe.
Paul gets declared as the victor, but soon after he collapses from exhaustion on the ground and gets taken away.
Asuka Kazama vs Christie Monteiro

Bruce Irvin vs Steve Fox
Bruce didn't take Steve's mockery about age too kindly, and he shows that he is still in tune with his abilities despite being 53 years old.
After the match he continues his searches for Kazuya after learning of his resurrection during T4.
Kazuya Mishima vs Raven
Raven recognised Kazuya from the observed battle at Honmaru and states the fact that he ran away.
Kazuya knew that Raven had some other reason to be there and after beating him he interrogates the ninja, who reveals the question of what was under Honmaru?!
Kazuya would've get the full info from Heihachi, though there is one misconception, he is dead.
When he reclaims the Mishima Zaibatsu and deals with traitorous G Corporation, he'll investigate that matter.
Sergei Dragunov vs Lee Chaolan
Dragunov was sent to investigate the matter with dark deities and apprehend the creature known as Devil.
And Lee aims to claim Mishima Zaibatsu after learning that Heihachi died.
Nothing against each other. In the end Dragunov unleashed his vicious Sambo and claims the victory.
Nina Williams vs Anna Williams
Nina makes the score. Herself - 4, Anna - 1.
Anna was ready to meet her doom. But the elder sister didn't give her that satisfaction to escape the shame of constant defeats.
Hwoarang vs Roger jr
I don't even know what to write.
Jin Kazama vs Eddy Gordo
Another warm up.
Feng Wei vs Lei Wulong
Lots of Lei's friends got caught in Feng's crossfire. So the Hong Kong detective gets his chance to apprehend the destroyer.
But Lei's 5 form kung fu didn't do much against Feng.
Baek Doo San vs Marshall Law
If competitors recognised each other they wouldn't show it and just started the fight.
In the end Baek evens the score and advances to the 2nd round.
Ling Xiaoyu vs Jack 5
They fought at the Dark Resurrection opening.
Wang Jinrei vs Mokujin
Wang is one of few, who knows there is more to the tournament than just competition for fame and fortune, as he received a letter from his friend Jinpachi Mishima needing help and the announcement of KOIF 5.
Confusion and worry grasped Wang as he presumed Jinpachi dead for 30 years. Something was wrong, but to know for sure.
As for Mokujin. The dark presence has awaken his spirit to stop it.
Wang recognized every Mokujin's move and reacted accordingly. And that grants him the advancement for 1/16.
Next Marduk vs Yoshimitsu, or would've happened had samurai arrived on time.
Paul still hasn't recovered before the match against King. So Vale Tudo exile and Pro Wrestler automatically advance to the 3rd round.
Asuka Kazama vs Lili De Rochefort
The beginning of another girl rivalry and sequel makes Asuka's victory canon
Bruce Irvin vs Kazuya Mishima (choice)
The employer and employee from 20 years ago reunite. The match's draw sabotages Kazuya's chances of claiming Zaibatsu's manpower to destroy G Corp.
But not everything was lost as Bruce also formed his own army. Leaving the competition Kazuya and Bruce's army infiltrate G corp and crush all traitors.

Hwoarang vs Jin Kazama
Just when Hwoarang was about to be declared the winner.
Devil Jin vs Hwoarang
Jin unleashes his demonic powers and beats his opponent to the inch of his life and scores advancement.
When Hwoarang's condition reached Baek's ears he forfeited his match and rushed his pupil to the hospital. And Feng automatically moves up.
Wang Jinrei vs Ling Xiaoyu
The conflict of interests between relatives. Wang wins and says that future of tournament is a lot grimmer than Xiaoyu would imagine.
King vs Craig Marduk
Craig Marduk disgraced Armor King's name by sowing interruptions at many fighting sports competitions while wearing black jaguar mask in order to challenge King for rematch.
King beats Marduk again. Latter accepts defeat in fair and square match.
Due the draw, Asuka Kazama advanced to the quarter-finals.
Devil Jin vs Sergei Dragunov
Sergei observes his opponent to match the description of his target on the photo. And Jin's appearance coincides with it.
Jin's powers proved to be to much for soldier.
Wang Jinrei vs Feng Wei
Wang's interlude and prelude.

After his match Marduk gets jumped in.
Asuka Kazama vs King

Devil Jin vs Wang Jinrei
Wang was very close to deliver a knock out, bur devil flies upwards and pierces old master with his laser, thus making him immobile.
At the Ground Zero Devil Jin confronts Jinpachi Mishima possessed by evil spirit. Just when they were about to fight, Asuka interfires.
Asuka Kazama vs Devil Jin
Jin mocks her effort to hamper his fight. Asuka doesn't not relent and got herself volunteered for Devil's wrath.
Unbeknownst to vigilante, her Kazama blood bore the ability to supress the devil powers and other evil spirit.
And her job should be easier since Jin bears half Kazama blood inherited from his mother Jun, which also should partially supress the Devi Gene.
Asuka knocks Jin unconscious and wins.
Asuka Kazama vs Jinpachi Mishima (survival)
Asuka's victory was short lived as she still had to deal Jinpachi under Spririts possession, who was biding his time to finish off the weakened threats to his plans.
The younger Kazama's goal is to survive the boss's onslaught.
When the demon was about to shoot the infamous Enma Fireball at Asuka, Raven prevents his fire with Blind Ghost.
Raven/Jin Kazama vs Jinpachi Mishima
Ninja's superiors warn him about the mankind's end if the Avenging Spirit is fully awaken.
Wokened up Jin Kazama interfieres to take down Jinpachi and both heroes join forces.
- if the heroes win. Then their endings play out. Raven reports to the HQ and Jin takes over the Mishima Zaibatsu.
Asuka Kazama vs Jinpachi Mishima (fight)
If Jinpachi wins AND Asuka survived the previous fight, she gets another chance to finish the remaining Jinpachi's health bar after his handicap.
And after the victory, Asuka's ending.
That's where the basic tournament branches throughout the canon are ending.
