Sicktember 3: Hawaii 5-0

This is part of a series of multi-fandom stories for the Sicktember 2022 Challenge. This time out the prompt was "Painkillers." I own nothing, but my dog owns me. Reviews appreciated. This one isn't much more than a drabble, but I hope you like it.

Here's some more short, sweet Steve and Danny Bromance... this time the prompt was "Painkillers."

Danny: "How many of those things did you take anyway?"

Steve: "Just two."

"The bottle says to take one."

"Yeah, but one never works for me."

"And you told the doctor that, right?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because this stuff is at least twice as strong as the stuff he normally gives you, genius."

"Is that why I feel so woozy?"

"I would think so. You should probably call the doctor."

"Well, one good thing… they worked. I don't hurt!"

"You're an idiot."

"You love me, and you know it."

"Yeah, keep telling yourself that."
