Chapter 1 Cinderella
Once upon a time in a far away kingdom there lived a young girl in a shimmering castle and the young girl was the crown princess of the kingdom she lived with her mother Queen Fanny and her father king 19 century. And her close friends were Alessandra and Constance and David and Bruce and Lenny. And Rachel said guys what if I don't want to be queen like my mom wants me to be I want to be a kid and Queen. And Alessandra put her hands behind her back saying Rachel you know as heir to your parents throne you need to know what a Queen needs to do. And She sighed and outside of the kingdom in a small mansion there lived a boy named Nigel Uno he lived with his mother and father he was loved by the servants of the mansion. And one day Nigel's mother died and Monty was heartbroken and wanted to have his son to have a mother again and he married one of his childhood friends Cree Lincoln Cree was not mean but caring and she had three children of her own Hoagie age 5 Wally age 4 and Kuki age 12 months. And Hoagie the oldest was an inventor and he wanted to help Nigel as he was cleaning the cinders of the fireplaces as Hoagie said Nigel. And Nigel raised his eyebrow behind his prescription sunglasses saying not now hoagie I'm in the middle of something. And the younger boy said please? And Nigel chuckled saying ok ok Hoagie ok. And the 5 year old boy danced around by accident knocked the cinders on to Nigel as he earned the nickname Cinderella by accident. And year passed Nigel was now 6 in the first grade like Hoagie and Wally was now in kindergarten and Kuki was an year old. And Cree hugged her step son and two older children saying behave yourself ok you three. And Nigel nodded with his two younger step brothers as she smiled carrying the young Kuki. And the three boys climbed on the bus and Nigel stood looking at a girl she looked at him as he said um hi can I sit here. And the girl nodded fixing her small tiara and saying yes oh I'm Rachel Fulbright. And Nigel said nice to meet you oh do you live in the castle. And Rachel nodded saying yes I live with my mom and dad they work for the Queen and King I am just learning my trade oh cool are those Yipper cards my friends play them all the time. And he said cool oh I'm Nigel Uno. And Rachel shook his hand saying nice to meet you. And Hoagie and Wally looked at each other and smiled saying Nigel and the crown princess sitting in a tree kissing first comes love. And Nigel looked at Rachel saying crown princess?!?!?? And Rachel covered her face embarrassed saying to herself he probably doesn't want to hang out with me now he knows who I am. And Nigel said of course I want to hangout with you your highness. And Rachel smiled as they got to the elementary school as Rachel said see you in class Nigel. And he nodded smiling as he said I can't believe I'm friends with the crown princess. And Rachel smiled again as Constance said you're happy Rach. And she nodded as the glasses wearing girl looked at her best friend saying did something happen on the bus because I saw you talking to Nigel Uno one of the richest boys in the whole kingdom. And Rachel nodded her head covering a slight blush as Alessandra said playfully the crown princess has a crush. And she playfully hit the taller girl saying no I don't Nigel and I are just friends. And Alessandra gave her a look as too say yeah right. And Rachel grabbed her books as Constance said oh the Queen and King are planning a ball for your 7th birthday party next month and you know who is going to be invited. And Rachel blushed again as she pictured her and Nigel dancing together at her birthday ball. And Lenny put Nigel's invitation in Nigel's locker. And this where I come in I'm Abby Lincoln my real name is Abigail but my friends and step brother in law and sister and my step nephew and my nephews and niece call me Abby. And now was my time to play matchmaker as Nigel walked to his locker seeing the invite from Rachel as he said I want to go but what do I wear my red sweater no that is not good enough for a royal birthday party man! And I said Nigel come on kiddo. And he said aunt Abby! And hugged me as I chuckled saying I heard in the middle of my second grade math class what's up? And he told me as I said ok ok Nigel breathe I will think of something. And he smiled as i ruffled his hair and he laughed as he said thanks aunt Abby. And after school Rachel walked into the castle as Fanny sat on her throne saying in her Irish accent you seem happy Rachel. And Rachel said of course mom I made a new friend his name is Nigel Uno. And 19 century said our little girl has a boy friend. And Rachel face palmed saying dad he is a friend not a boy friend! And Fanny chuckled at her daughter's embarrassment as Rachel said mom it's true he is just a friend and it's not like that I secretly like him ok ugh what I'm saying I do like him but he is the most popular boy in school and I'm just a royal princess in his eyes. And she sighed sitting in her small throne. And Fanny said in her Irish accent it's okay little darling. And at the Uno mansion Nigel said no ugh what to wear?!?!?! And Kuki crawled in as Nigel tapped her on her small nose saying I wish you understand what I'm saying. And Kuki sucks her thumb as Nigel put her in her crib that was in their shared bedroom. And the day of the party came and Nigel tugged at his sleeve as Lizzie said oh come on Nigel the princess will like what you are wearing. And he smiled as he walked into the royal palace saying wow. And there was Rachel dancing with another boy as Chad said Rachel your boyfriend is here. And she playfully hit him saying playfully Chad ok ok I will go over to him hi Nigel. And he bowed as he said may I have this dance your highness? And Rachel chuckled saying of course master Uno. And he twirled her as her small cape twirled around her as the queen and king smiled as Rachel said mom dad this is Nigel Uno my friend from school.
