The Imprisonment
Even though the Titan fell , the Priests still held the Demonic Crucible in their inventory. They conducted a plan to set the Slayer away from the battlefield for a short while. The Demonic Crucible , although powerful , couldn't fully overpower the Slayer's ability to grow stronger from battle. Thus , the Priests found a temple. As laws of dimensions don't bind Hell , this temple was massive , many times bigger then even the largest of Titans. It was depicted as having been so big because of the attempts for demons to get into the Inmore's Sanctum to get the Dark Lord's soul , but no matter how high they went , they never got close. Even though it held a good historical value for Hell , the Priest caused the entire thing to crumble , so they could effectively cast their magic to rid the Slayer of his armor , in order for the Crucible's power to have it's effects on him.
What they didn't expect was for the Slayer to burst through the ground from the collapsed temple. To their betterment , the Praetor Suit was removed from his body , though it was mostly luck and not their overall magical abilities. At first , the Crucible seemed to work , but the Slayer slowly started overpowering it. The Priests unexpectedly gained power from an outside source. It wasn't Hell , it was the Maykrs , specifically of the false Father , Vega. Through their combined efforts , the Slayer was sealed into the tomb of torture , with small amount of his blood being shed onto the tomb from the resistance he put up. As much as the Priests tried , they couldn't kill the Slayer , as the Crucible's energy had mostly been depleted from trying to seal him in the tomb. They had ways to research anything they came across , but they couldn't get any use from the blood of the Slayer that was shed on that day , but with him out for the count , they didn't need to worry anymore.
But even in his defeat , he would not be held in the tomb for long , as he would one day burst out of it. This was not binding of the soul into a sphere , rather it was merely concealing the physical body into a coffin. The Slayer's reign of terror over the Dark Realm was prevented for a short while. Everyone in Hell knew that the Slayer was someone only the Dark Lord could defeat , and the one needed to bring him back to the throne as the true Father of creation. Even so , they placed the tomb deep into the bowels of Hell , surrounded by the infinite void of the eternal Hell. Although he never had the chance to burst out himself , he was released by the Seraphim in the robot body formerly known as Samuel Hayden.
