HENRY JONES SR.'S POV
MOVIE THEATER, 1935
I usually never went to the movies unless they played a Medieval movie, but all my colleagues who took their children to see this movie kept suggesting it. I drove to a nearby theater, and bought a ticket. I still couldn't believe that someone thought that it would be a good idea to make a full length animated movie, let alone a full length animated movie about a fairy tale. I stood in line for popcorn behind a young, blonde woman, and a little red headed girl. "I can't believe a person like your father would want to come here." the woman told the girl, who I could only guess was her daughter. "Oh Willie, maybe you should relax." the girl replied. I snorted with disapproval. Had I talked to my mother like that, I would have recieved a whooping, and I would have deserved it. The young girl turned to look at me before she looke at the different sizes of popcorn the theater offered. There was something about her face that seemed familiar, but I couldn't quite place it. I finally decided that maybe her father was a student I taught years ago. "What size popcorn do you want, Nightingale?" the woman asked. What kind of a name was Nightingale? I scoffed as the woman and her daughter walked away. I then proceeded to buy myself a small drink and popcorn and walked in to watch the movie in the front row. I saw the girl sit down somewhere in the middle with her family. Her father wore a grey fedora over his eyes. Young men these days, not even taking off their hats in the theater! How were people supposed to see behind that ignorant fool?! I scoffed as I turned to watch the movie.
