And I'm back with the next arc of Meta-Verse. Taken me a long time to get to this arc. I'll be introducing more new characters in this arc, and this time, Konata's middle school friend, Mio Naganohara, finally makes the appearance. Although Mio is not Konata's middle school friend in her canon show, I thought that I make her a middle school friend of Konata's. Oh, and I'll be introducing one of my all-time favorite slice of life anime series here too. Can't wait to get this arc started. Well, since we're here, it's now time to do it, so let's hop on to it, shall we?

Meta-Verse Department Agency
Outside of the Meta-Verse Department Agency, we see a cockroach crawling to the Agency. But, it moved out of the way when two girls almost crushed the cockroach.
One of the girls has azure-blue hair that is tied into pigtails with two wooden cube hair clips and sapphire-blue eyes. She wears a tan-colored long-sleeve shirt, red checkered skirt, white almost-to-the-knee socks and brown loafers. This is Mio Naganohara, Konata Izumi's middle school friend.
The second girl has short pale chestnut brown hair with bangs pointed in the middle and dark umber brown eyes. She wears the same thing as Mio. This is Yuuko Aioi, one of Mio's friends.
Together, they walked to the Agency, with Yuuko asking the question.
"Where's Mai Minakami?" Yuuko asked.
"She should be here soon. She's wanting to get some stuff done real quick before getting here." Mio said.
"You're right."
"My name is Mio Naganohara. I am one of Konata Izumi's middle school friends from years ago. She would be shocked to see me now, since my hair is a lot shorter, due to blowing bubblegum on it. Yikes. Anyways, we're here in the Meta-Verse Department Agency because some weird fella named Katy Caterpillar said that my friend Konata is here. Is she actually a caterpillar though? Or did she just made that name up for Facebook or something? Anyways, we're now on our way to see Konata. Finally, the time has come."
They got into the Agency and walked to the elevator. They wait until they reached the 12th floor. (If you hadn't noticed, there are like 30 floors in this Agency. Forgot to mention that two arcs ago) Yuuko's bored, and so she decided to put some music on.

Konata Izumi, Tomoko Kuroki, Tsumiki Miniwa, Kon, Paiman, Yotsuba Koiwai and Katy Caterpillar are going to see Mio and Yuuko.
"I can't wait to see Mio again. I wonder what she looks like now." Konata said.
"I do wonder what your middle school friend looks like." Tsumiki said.
Konata nodded.
"One thing's for sure. I contacted her, saying that you are here. So let's see if she got the message." Katy said.
"I thought she came here by herself." Yotsuba said.
"Nah." Katy said.
"Katy's one tough cookie to do that." Paiman said.
"Quiet you." Katy said.
"Just saying." Paiman said.
"Oh, good morning Kyou." Konata said.
Kyou Fujibayashi was looking out the window. She has long straight violet hair that reaches down her waist and purple eyes. She wears a tan-colored long-sleeve shirt, blue skirt, white almost-to-the-knee socks and brown loafers.
"Konata. This is new." Kyou said.
"We're going to see Mio Naganohara. Want to come?" Konata asked.
"I'm good." Kyou said.
"If you say so." Konata said.
The seven left Kyou.
"I wonder." Kyou said, going back to look at the window. "Had Nagisa ever found her path in life yet?"
In the Doctor's laboratory, the Doctor is working on his experiments, until he hears a voice.
"Long time no see, Doctor Who?"
"It's the Doctor, the Doctor!"
A man came into the room.
This man has brown hair and wears a purple and green long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers. This is Sheldon Cooper.
"Sheldon. What a surprise." The Doctor said.
"I see you're up to your experiments again." Sheldon said.
"Well, yes. I am."
"And what are you doing?"
"Well, testing the theory of a Multiversal Conversion."
"Really? If you need that, you need to have a string of universes and pull them close together to make this theory come true."
"I might not need too."
"We already know the multiverse exist. There has been portals and doorways to these universes. And these universes has been created for a reason. One that no one has understood before."
"Yes. I knew that."
"Really? Because you look that dumb."
The Doctor sighed. "Really? This insult again."
"I have a reason on why I pull on your leg every now and then."
"Seriously?"
"Uh-huh."
"Maniac."
"Brainiac. I'm a scientific genius. So call me Brainiac, not maniac."
"We dealt with Brainiac last year."
"I know. And that's why I'm here. To make a particle explosion weapon to get rid of that alien scum for good."
"I think he's dead already."
"He's not dead yet. I saw him destroy a facility yesterday."
"Great. Now what?"
"Good Doctor Who. I'm here to help. We're science partners once again."
"Thanks. And it's The Doctor."
"Whatever." Sheldon left the room.
"Particle explosion weapon? Does that mean get rid of every of his particles for good?" The Doctor thought about this, but shrugged. "Oh well."
Meanwhile, Mio and Yuuko has ran into a girl while looking for Konata.
This girl has chin-length red hair that has two small tight buns (Odangos) on the sides of her head and an ahoge forming on top and purple eyes. She wears a white short-sleeve shirt, red short-sleeve dress, black almost-to-the-knee socks and brown loafers. This is Akari Akaza.
"Hello to you two." Akari said.
"Hey. Do you know where my friend Konata's at?" Mio asked.
Akari shook her head.
"Oh well. Thanks." Mio said.
They started to head off, but the seven has already arrived.
Konata looks at Mio in shock. "God, your hair is short. What happened?"
"That's the first thing you noticed?" Mio asked.
"Well, you're a lot different from where we were in middle school." Konata said.
"You're right. You see, I was blowing a bubblegum, and the bubble exploded on my face, and it caught my hair as well, so I got a haircut." Mio explained.
"Oh wow. That must have been a lot you went through." Konata said.
"Yeah." Mio then noticed Katy on Yotsuba's shoulder. "You're the one that sent me the message."
"Indeed I have." Katy said.
Akari shrieked excitedly. "Katy-sensei!" She grabbed Katy off of Yotsuba's shoulders and literally rubbed her on her cheek.
"You get off! Miss Akaza!" Katy said.
"What in the world is this?" Mio asked.
"Whenever Akari sees Katy, she always does this. She has a very good relationship with Katy, I can tell ya that." Tsumiki said.
"Oh, who's this, one of your friends?" Konata asked.
"Oh. This is Yuuko Aioi." Mio said.
"Nice to finally meet one of Mio's middle school friends." Yuuko said.
"Nice to see that Mio's getting along just fine with you guys." Konata said.
Akari let go of Katy, with the little caterpillar panting hard.
"Are you gonna be okay?" Paiman asked.
"No. I'm not okay." Katy said.
"Here I am." A girl came to them.
This girl has ashy black hair and black eyes. She wears glasses and wears the same uniform as Mio and Yuuko. This is Mai Minakami.
"There you are, Mai." Yuuko said.
"Glad you showed up." Mio said.
"Indeed. Although I saw a ruckus of things going around here." Mai said.
"What do you mean?" Konata asked.
"Oh, you're Mio's friend, aren't you?" Mai asked.
Konata nodded.
"Glad she united with you again. But anyways, I saw a car drifting like crazy at the entrance of the Agency." Mai said.
"Mad Max?" Yuuko asked. "I would like to see that!"
"I don't think that's it, Yuuko." Mio said.
"But Mio-chan!" Yuuko said.
"Is there a drunk driver out there?" Skipper came to them.
"A talking penguin." Mio said.
"Secret agent. Now anyways, who the hell is this drunk driver?" Skipper demanded.
"I don't know." Mai said.
"We need to check, master." Kon said.
"Whoa, what is that thing?" Mio asked.
"She's my familiar. I seem to have a familiar now." Konata said.
"Nice." Yuuko said.
"No time for that. Let's go!" Skipper said.
They went outside and saw the crazy driver. The car stopped, and a young girl came out of the car.
"Pleasure to meet you."
Break
This girl has brown hair and brown eyes. She wears a red sleeveless shirt, pink skirt, white almost-to-the-knee socks with rainbow stripes and black dress shoes. This is Miu Matsuoka.
"What the hell is going on?!" Skipper said.
"Well, you almost damaged the Agency." Katy said.
"Relax. I didn't even do anything, but drove my friends here." Miu said.
"What friends?" They all asked.
Another girl came out of the car, seem to be angry at Miu.
This girl has dark brown hair and brown eyes. She wears a white and blue long-sleeve shirt, blue jean skirt, white almost-to-the-knee socks and blue sneakers. This is Chika Itou.
Chika grabbed Miu in the neck of the shirt. "What were you thinking?! You almost got us killed!"
"At least I still have a good license." Miu said.
"You're a sucky driver." Chika said.
"And I'm assuming you're one of her friends here?" Katy asked.
"That's right. Sorry for Miu. She always ends up getting into trouble a lot." Chika said.
"Not fair, Chika." Miu said.
"Quiet." Chika said.
Two other girls came out of the car, and a girl in her 20s came out of the car as well.
The first girl has gray hair and gray eyes. She wears a green short-sleeve dress, white almost-to-the-knee socks and brown shoes. This is Matsuri Sakuragi.
The second girl has blond hair and blue eyes. She wears a purple sleeveless dress and purple sandals. This is Ana Coppola.
The girl in her 20s has black hair and black eyes. She wears a brown long-sleeve jacket, blue jeans and black shoes. This is Nobue Itou.
"I'm not letting you drive again, Miu." Nobue said.
"Come on, Nobue. It was fun." Miu said.
"You almost got us killed." Ana said.
"I thought something terrible is gonna happen to us." Matsuri said.
"Well, at least we didn't ran into this...Agency?" Chika wondered.
"This is the Meta-Verse Department Agency. This is an agency where people from different worlds come to help other worlds from threats, especially from the Nazis." Katy explained.
"Hadn't Nazis died out like years ago?" Ana asked.
"We thought they did, but we were wrong." Katy said.
"Alright. That explains it." Chika said.
"Nice panda." Miu said.
"Watch it. I'm not being compared to those fleabags. I'm an alien and that's that." Paiman said.
"But you're a panda." Miu said.
"Why you?!" Paiman gets ticked off.
Nobue puts a fist on Miu's head. "Knock it off. And don't do anything stupid, alright?"
"Well, at least you didn't die because of that girl's driving problems." Skipper said.
"Trust me, Miu is full of problems. Problems you shouldn't want to know." Nobue said.
"I getcha." Skipper said.
A girl then came to them.
This girl has reddish-pink hair that is usually tied into high pigtails using two blue ribbons and green eyes. She wears a white long-sleeve shirt, red skirt, white almost-to-the-knee socks and black dress shoes. This is Yutaka Kobayakawa.
"Is everyone alright? I saw that car came by and almost hit the building." Yutaka said.
"We're fine. It's just Miu insisted on driving us here. Thanks for that, we almost ran into stuff." Chika said.
"Chika." Miu said.
"Don't want to hear it." Chika said.
"Yutaka." Konata said.
"That's Yutaka?" Tomoko asked.
"That's Konata's cousin alright." Tsumiki said.
"She's very short." Miu said.
"Not compare to you, Miu." Nobue said.
"I knew this is gonna happen." Yutaka said.
"Don't take Miu's words so seriously." Chika said.
"But I have this problem. I have a sickly physique." Yutaka said.
"A sickly physique?" Chika asked.
Yutaka nodded.
"Explanation solved." Katy said. She then received a call from her intercomm. "What's up?"
"There's something you have to see in your classroom." The Very Hungry Caterpillar said from the intercomm.
"Why, what's up?" Katy asked.
"Some unexpected visitor has arrived." Hungry said.
"Great. I'll be there in a moment." Katy said.
"Alright." Hungry said.
"Let's get to Class D." Katy said.
They all nodded.
"What is this about?" Matsuri asked.
"I don't know. But I'm hoping it's not bad." Katy said.
Later, they got to Class D and saw the cockroach. It's the same cockroach that almost got squished by Mio and Yuuko. But this isn't a cockroach. It's another cockroach girl.
This girl has brown hair that resembles a cockroach and blue eyes. She wears a brown and red short-sleeve dress and is barefoot. This is Chaba.
"Is that a cockroach?" Chika asked.
"Cockroach girl, to be exact. I heard Gokicha is here." Chaba said.
"She is. I given her a job right now, so you have to find her there." Katy said.
"God damned great. Where is she?" Chaba said.
"I sent her down to print some stuff." Katy said.
"By the printers, thanks." Chaba walked off the table and went out of Class D.
"That was scary." Ana said.
"I say she's the opposite of Gokicha." Konata said.
"I do assume that too." Katy said.
"This is your classroom?" Matsuri asked.
"This is, yes." Katy said.
"It looks nice. You have a dollhouse here?" Chika examined the dollhouse.
"That's where I usually do my stuff when I'm not teaching." Katy said.
"I see." Chika said.
"If you want, I can enroll you." Katy said.
"That would be great. But what about our other teachers though?" Matsuri asked.
"You can still go there if you want. I can go down there to explain things to them." Katy said.
"Make sense." Ana said.
"There you are." A girl came to them.
This girl has wavy waist-length light caramel brown hair that has little "flicks" at the ends of her hair and dark hazel eyes. She wears a white long-sleeve dress and white high-heeled shoes. This is Kouko Kaga.
"Oh shoot. Yeah, um, I didn't do it." Tsumiki said.
"You didn't do the printouts to that party I've been wanting to do?" Kouko asked.
"Nope. I'm sorry." Tsumiki said.
"Man. What now?" Kouko said.
"You're not out of luck yet." Konata said.
"I guess you're right." Kouko said.
"I promise they'll be printed out before tonight. Okay?" Tsumiki said.
"Alright." Kouko said.
"Oh, and Kouko. Don't forget the paperwork I sent you." Katy said.
"Oh yeah. I still need to do that. I will." Kouko then left.
"Her and Chinami." Katy said.
"She's having the same problem as well." Konata said.
"Yeah." Katy said.
Speaking of Chinami, she did came to them. Her full name is Chinami Oka. She has waist-length salmon hair and blue eyes. She wears a white long-sleeve shirt, black overalls and black shoes.
"I'm almost done with the thing. Just needed to do the trickier part, then I'm done." Chinami said.
"I wonder how Kouko's going on that." Katy said.
"She's actually at the same paste as I am." Chinami said.
"Alright then. They're due tomorrow, so take your time." Katy said.
"Yes, ma'am." Chinami said.
"Alright. At least you're doing something." Katy said.
"I sure am." Chinami said.
"So, you're about to have new classmates soon." Konata said.
"Oh, those four girls?" Chinami asked.
Chika nodded.
"I'm Chinami Oka."
"I'm Chika Itou. This is Miu Matsuoka, Matsuri Sakuragi and...hmm...Ana."
Katy looks at Chika contently, noticing that she didn't mentioned Ana's last name. Chika knew what she was doing, not to give her last name away, since she knew that Ana is sensitive of her last name. Miu was about to say it, but Ana put her hand on Miu's mouth to shush her up. This confused Katy more.
"Oh well. It's nice to meet you." Chinami said.
"Of course." Chika said.
"I might join a different class, to be honest." Nobue said.
"You can join mines." Paiman said.
"No way." Nobue said.
"Alright." Paiman said.
"What about me?" Kyubey came to them.
"A kitten?" Matsuri asked.
"Not just any type of kitten. I'm an Incubator. My name is Kyubey."
"I might consider taking your class. But I have to think about it first." Nobue said.
"I'm in Class A." Kyubey said.
"Alright. I'll get that straight." Nobue said.
Kyubey then left them.
Katy crawled to Ana. "A word."
Ana is frightened of this. Later, the both of them are in a room, alone.
"Ana. I have to ask. What is your last name?" Katy asked.
"Huh? My...My...Um...Umm…" Ana struggled.
"Come on. You can't hide it."
"What do I do? I can't say it. I'll be an embarrassment." Ana thought.
Katy waited, glaring at her.
Ana sighed, giving in. "Coppola."
Katy nodded. "See? Nothing to worry about."
"Huh?
"Ana. Where are you from? That should be easy enough."
"Cornwall."
"England. So you're an English girl."
Ana sighed. "Do not tell anyone when I say this, but...after years of living in Japan, I seem to have lost my English."
Katy is shocked of this. "Hmm. I get it. I'm sure that there will be some people that understands your situation. I mean, ask Akari, she can help you out no problem. There are some people that can understand your problem, you just need to let them help you first. Cooperate with them."
Ana looked at Katy for a moment, then sighed. "Alright. If you say so."
Katy smiled. "That's a good girl."
Ana nodded.
Outside the door, Chika, Miu and Matsuri were eavesdropping on them.
"I couldn't believe that caterpillar understood her situation." Chika said.
"Maybe she can help her with her English." Matsuri said.
"She's too good." Miu said.
"I can hear you out there." Katy said.
Matsuri's eyes widened.
"Wow. Were we that loud?" Miu said.
"I suppose we are. But knowing you, I knew you would do something stupid like that." Chika said.
"Not true." Miu said.
"Miu." Chika said.
Matsuri sighed. "Well, at least we found another friend that understands Ana's problem."
Chika nodded.
Mysterious Field
Two girls woke up, and so as a cat in this strange field.
One of the girls has black hair that has a bob cut which reaches the end of her neck with a fringe and black eyes. She wears the same uniform as Mio, Yuuko and Mai and has a gray wind-up key on her back. This is Nano Shinonome.
The other girl is young and has light-ginger hair and sapphire-blue eyes. She wears a long-sleeve shirt that goes all the way down to her feet. This is Hakase Shinonome.
The cat has black fur, black eyes and wears a red scarf. This is Sakamoto.
"Where in the world are we? This isn't my laboratory." Hakase said.
"Perhaps we're in a field of some sort, but I don't know." Sakamoto said.
"It seems beautiful out here though." Nano said.
"This isn't my laboratory still yet." Hakase said.
"We've brought you here because of a warning."
Two kittens came to them.
The first kitten has white fur, black eyes, a yellow nose and has a pink bow on her left ear. She wears a yellow long-sleeve shirt and blue overalls. This is Hello Kitty.
The other kitten has bluish white fur with blue spots on some of his body, a pink nose, black eyes, his right hand is periwinkle and wears a blue triangle shaped hat with stars on it and carries a black wand with a white tip on it. This is Periwinkle.
"Well, that's a cute kitten." Hakase said.
"Professor." Nano said.
"Listen to us. The Cube is being searched for by the Decepticons. You have to find the Cube and protect it, your world extinction will be brought to you all." Periwinkle said.
"We wish you luck. This request has been given to us by Optimus Prime." Hello Kitty said.
"The Cube?" Nano asked.
"What's the Cube?" Hakase asked.
"The Cube is the creation of Cybertron. And with it, the Decepticons will create a new Cybertron on your Earth. Protect the Earth, at all costs. We're counting on you." Periwinkle said.
"Okay. Where do we get back?" Hakase said.
A portal opened, and the three fall into the portal.
"I'm gonna get sick!" Nano said.
"You said it!" Sakamoto said.
The portal closed.
Periwinkle looks at the spot they're in before.
Hello Kitty looks at Periwinkle, worried. "You gonna make it, right?"
"I don't know. My magic is becoming darker, and I'm scared of hurting people again." Periwinkle said.
Hello Kitty looks at Periwinkle in worry.
