A/N: Hello, everyone! Once again answering a few questions from Plus-Ultraman. Although, maybe you should consider making an actual profile to ask questions on so I can personally respond to you. It's faster for everyone that way.

Since we have an astalos in here, will we have another monster appearing, maybe even as a... Villain?

... Maaaaaaybe.

Will All For One try to steal Daruka's power?

I... don't really think he can. The powers of the monsters comes from actual organs and such, not however Quirks inexplicably work.

Will Mineta suffer a painful death at the hands of Daruka?

I don't think they'd let a murderer into UA, so no. But rest assured, we will not be seeing much of Mineta in this fic.

Will Daruka be able to shift between her Human and Monster forms?

I'm playing around with that idea. I have a few different methods floating around in my head, but I'm not sure which is best.

And will you do the movies?

Unfortunately, probably not. I have no direct access to the movies. Sorry.

And quick reminder if you haven't already, please consider following me on Twitter (SaiBlade1) and Facebook (Lance Blade) and subscribing to my YouTube Channel (Sai Blade). You guys would be MY heroes if you did that. It does not cost anything.

But without further ado, onto the story!

The impressive school that was UA stood in all its glory.

"8:40 - Same Day"

"U.A. High School Entrance Exam Location"

Midoriya ran to the gate, panting a bit. "I made it just in time!" He said, continuing forward.

"Midoriya! Wait up!" Daruka called after him, running up to him. "You've bench-pressed my tail before. You know how heavy it is. So you also know I have to drag it around everywhere I go, so I'm not that fast." She said in annoyance.

"Sorry, Daruka. I was in total panic mode!" Midoriya apologized, before starting to think. (I was so worried about missing the exam that I didn't have a chance to test out my new power.) He thought as he remembered All Might ordering him to eat the hair. "I may have swallowed the hair, but I still don't feel like anything great has happened to me yet." He said with his hand over his mouth.

"I mean, All Might said you had to fully digest it and it would take a couple hours. You should have it by now, or maybe in another half hour or so at most. Too bad you don't have a Deviljho's metabolism. That hair would've been gone in a minute, tops." She said.

"Damn Deku... And that lizard bitch." A familiar voice rang out as Midoriya turned to see Bakugo walking up to him.

"Kacchan." Midoriya said.

"Bakugo. Did you remember to eat breakfast? Because I can always shove my fist down your throat if you keep talking trash." Daruka warned him, leaking out some Dragon Energy from her mouth.

The angry Pomeranian scoffed at this. "Like you'd even get the chance! I'd turn you into a crater in the ground in an instant!" Bakugo snapped, walking past the two of them.

"That's assuming I don't bite your hands off the moment you get near me." She countered, stomping after him, hoping to have a warm-up before the event.

Bakugo glared at her, then scoffed. "Yeah, right. This isn't worth my time." He said, continuing towards the school.

Daruka smirked at this. "Oh, is that it? Or are you going soft? You haven't been messing with Midoriya nearly as much since the sludge villain incident. Is that because you know he was the reason you got saved? Or because you know I'm his friend and I'll kick your ass if I catch you messing with him?" She questioned.

Bakugo growled at this, but actually managed to keep his cool. He knew that if they threw down, even if he did win, he'd be in no shape for the exam. "We're done here." He said, storming off.

Daruka smirked at this, seeing Midoriya watch them, before gaining some kind of determination and walking forward... only to trip over his own feet. Thankfully, before his face could connect with the ground, a girl touched his backpack and appeared to be holding him in mid-air. The girl giggled at this. "Are you okay?" She asked, removing her hand. He flailed around fearfully a bit, before noticing he was no longer falling and looked at her again.

Daruka was impressed at this, walking up. "Nice catch." She said, before looking at Midoriya. "You okay, Midoriya?" She asked, to which he nodded quickly, looking away from both girls.

This new girl smiled at Daruka. "Thanks!" She said, before looking between the two green-haired teens. "So, are you his big sister or something?" She asked.

Daruka laughed a bit at this. "That's actually the second time I've heard that. The first was from his mom. But no, they're just letting me live with them as an exchange student. So, how'd you catch him? It doesn't look like you're holding him up with just brute strength." She said.

The giggled once more and adjusted Midoriya so he was standing back on his feet. She then smiled and put her hands together, her eyes closed. "I stopped him with my Quirk." She explained, then looked to Midoriya. "I'm sorry I didn't ask first, but I figured you wouldn't mind me catching you." She told him. "This is all so nerve-wracking, isn't it?" She asked as Midoriya flailed his arms again and tried to speak, only to fail and barely manage an "I".

"Hey, yours is one of the best powers I've seen in a while. You've got a great shot." Daruka assured her.

"Thank you!" She said with a smile, before turning to leave. "Well, guess I'll see you both inside. Bye!" She said, heading into the school.

Daruka chuckled a bit at this. "Nice girl, huh?" She asked but got no response. "Midoriya?" She asked, looking to her host.

Midoriya had gained a weird, cocky smile at this with strange, sinister violin music behind it. "Holy, whoa! I just talked to a girl!" He said happily, laughing like a madman.

Daruka sweatdropped at this, before shaking it off. "First of all, you didn't even say anything. Second of all, you talk to me, don't you?" She questioned.

Midoriya looked away at this, scratching his cheek. "W-well, yeah, but uh... You're not exactly a normal girl..." He said nervously.

The former Brute Wyvern loomed over him at this, radiating Dragon Energy. "Midoriya, choose your next words carefully if you wish to have children." She told him as he gulped while looking at her fearfully.

The scene then changed to the outside of a room, a door sign labeling it.

"U.A. High School Hero Course"

"Exam Orientation"

The scene soon moves into what appears to be an auditorium. A massive blue screen with UA written in giant gold letters, the A smaller and inside the U, was up front, with a man standing behind a podium in front of it. "What's up, UA candidates?! Thanks for tuning into me, your school DJ!" The man announced. "Come on and let me hear ya!" He shouted, holding his arms out, then turning and holding his hand up to his ear, awaiting cheers, but heard only silence.

"Are... Are we supposed to say anything, or..?" Daruka asked in confusion. However, Midoriya seemed too starstruck by the hero onstage to answer, and Bakugo didn't seem to care.

He took up a shrugging pose and shook slightly. "Keeping it mellow, huh? That's fine, I'll skip straight to the main show. Let's talk about how this practical exam is gonna go down. ARE YOU READAAAAYYYYY?! Yeah!" He screamed like a rock star, with an intense background behind him, then looked for more cheers, but once again, came only silence.

"This is REALLY getting awkward." Daruka said uncomfortably. If she was remembering right, the proper human word for this situation would be... cringe.

Midoriya, however, looked like a schoolgirl staring at her crush, blushing with a pink, bubbly, glittery background behind him. "Oh, my goodness, it's the voice hero, Present Mic! So cool! I listen to his radio show every day of the week! It's so crazy that all the UA teachers are pro heroes!" He fangirled as the rest of the room around him and everyone in it remained dark and stoic.

"Will you shut up?" Bakugo snapped, sitting beside his childhood friend.

"It DOES get a little old, I'll agree with you on that." Daruka admitted.

"Like your applications said, you rocking boys and girls will be out there conducting ten-minute mock battles in super hip urban settings!" Present Mic announced as the UA on the screen behind him changed into a small green box readying "You Are Here". Several branches came off the boxes, forming to smaller boxes with letters A through G. "After I drop the mic here, each of you'll head to your specified battle centers, sound good? OKAY?!" He asked but was met with silence.

"I see. They're splitting us up so we can't work with any of our friends." Bakugo deduced, looking at Midoriya and Daruka's cards, causing him to flinch, before realizing he was only looking at his card, then looked to Bakugo's own. We then saw both cards. First Midoriya's...

"Exam Ticket"

"Examinee No.: 2234"

"Test Location: Battle Center B"

Then Bakugo's...

"Exam Ticket"

"Examinee No.: 2233"

"Test Location: Battle Center A"

And Daruka's...

"Exam Ticket"

Examinee No.: 2235"

"Test Location: Battle Center C"

"Yeah. You're right. Our examinee numbers are one right after the other, but we're in different battle centers." Midoriya realized.

"Get your eyes off my card!" Bakugo ordered, causing Midoriya to flinch away. "Damn, I was really looking forward to crushing you." He snapped, glaring down at the table.

"And I was looking forward to using you as a toothpick." Daruka countered.

The focus returned to Present Mic as the board behind him showed a diagram of a city, then silhouettes of villains in the top left, top right and bottom right of the city were shown, each marked with point values of 1P, 2P and 3P respectively.

"Okay, okay! Let's check out your targets! There are 3 types of faux villains in every battle center. You'll earn points based on their level of difficulties! So better choose wisely!" He instructed as a pixelated version of Present Mic was then shown going through the city, fighting the villains. Each time he defeated one, he was given a point value to the side. "Your goal in this trail is to raise your score by shredding these faux villains like a mid-song guitar solo!" The teacher explained.

He then pointed out to the crowd. "But check it! Make sure you're keepin' things heroic! Attacking other examinee's is a UA no-no, ya dig?" He warned.

"Well, so much for your 'crushing us' plan, Bakugo." Daruka said with a smirk.

The explosive boy scoffed at this. "I'll get other chances." He said.

Finally, he was not met with silence. "Excuse me, sir, but I have a question." A male voice in the crowd spoke up.

"Hit me!" Present Mic said, a spotlight shining down on a boy with short black hair and glasses.

The boy then holds up and points to a paper with the picture of 4 villains. "On the print-out, you listed 4 villains, not 3. With all respect, if this is an error on official UA materials, it is shameful. We are exemplary students! We deserve the best from Japan's most notable school! A mistake such as this won't do." He said, before spinning around and pointing at Midoriya. "Additionally, you with the unkempt hair!" He called out, Midoriya pointing to himself in confusion. "You've been muttering this entire time! Stop that! If you can't bother to take this exam seriously, leave! You're distracting the rest of us!" He snapped.

Midoriya quickly covered his mouth. "Sorry!" He apologized.

Daruka growled at this dork from nowhere acting like he was above everyone else and snapping at Midoriya, but before she could speak up, someone beat her to it. "That's funny. I thought that the guy standing up and stopping the instructor from talking was the one distracting everyone else." A voice rang out and suddenly, a spotlight shined on the voice. looking back to see who had called out the boy with glasses, Daruka found herself shocked at who she was seeing.

Sitting there was a boy about the same height as Bakugo, with yellowish-green skin and dark green hair, mostly fully buzzed with the exception of a prominent mohawk surrounding a large horn that seemed to have segments to it, with a pincer-like tail and jagged green plates on his legs starting at his knees and going down to his feet, which where anisodactyl bird feet, rested on the back of the chair in front of his. And finally, his most eye-catching feature, the wings on his back, tipped with spiky talons, with lovely, transparent webbing with black lines running intricately through them, similar to the glasswing butterfly. This was the same boy Daruka saw on her first day in the world after being separated from Midoriya, an Astalos somehow transformed into a human, just like herself. He was wearing a black leather jacket over a green t-shirt and torn-up cargo shorts.

The glasses-wearing boy seemed shocked at having this logic thrown into his face but shook it off. "I-I am merely pointing out clear errors from a premier school that should be free of such shameful oversights, and I was putting a troublemaker back in line! Much like you are now! Take your feet down from that seat!" He tried to defend his actions.

The humanoid Astalos simply smirked at this. "You gonna make me?" He demanded, causing the boy to flinch back. "And how do you know it's an error? Maybe he was just about to explain it? Maybe it's supposed to be there to trip you up and it's your job to see past it. As for the kid, I'd take his muttering over you standing up and acting all high and mighty any day. Besides, who made it your job to call this stuff out? Do you own this school? Are you king of the hill here?" He questioned, leaving the boy shocked and unable to come up with a response. "Yeah, I didn't think so. Maybe try getting off your high horse, have a Coke and a smile and maybe we can get this over with." He said, looking back to the front.

"You... I..!" The uptight boy struggled to process his words.

A few others laughed before Present Mic reined it in. "Alright, alright, examinee number 7111!" He said, giving a thumbs up. "Thanks for calling in with your request!" He said, before the screen went to the board, the final faux villain's silhouette appearing. "The 4th villain type is worth zero points! That guy's just an obstacle we'll be throwing in your way. There's one in every battle center. Think of it as a hurdle you should try to avoid. It's not that it can't be beaten, but there's kinda no point." He explained as the pixelated Present Mic met with the faux villain before he ran away. "I recommend my listeners try to ignore it and focus on the ones topping the chart!" He finished.

Iida bowed at this. "Thank you very much. Please, continue." He said, taking his seat.

"I get it... So they're kinda like traps you have to get by in the games." One boy whispered to another.

"The whole thing's kinda like a video game, huh?" The other agreed.

"That's all I got for today! I'll sign off with a little present: a sample of our school motto! As general Napoleon Bonaparte once laid down 'A true hero is one who overcomes life's misfortunes'. Mhmm, now that's a tasty soundbite. You ready to go beyond? Let's hear a Plus Ultra!" Present Mic announced, the words Plus Ultra being shown. Midoriya then looked down at his exam card, clearly both excited and nervous. "Good luck! Hope you've practiced hitting more than just books!" Present Mic said.

Midoriya was shaking a little bit but took a deep breath and stood up. "This is it. This is what I've dreamed for." He said, before looking to the former World Eater. "Good luck, Daruka. I know you'll do great. I can't wait for us to be heroes together!" He said, before standing up and making his way towards the exit.

Daruka had been shocked the entire time after the Astalos boy had revealed himself, but still managed to register what her host had said. "Wha-? Oh, yeah! Me, too." She said, then looked back towards where the former Flying Wyvern was and saw him making his way out.

She quickly made her way after him, but then someone stepped in her way to stop her, a man dressed in all black, save for the grey scarf wrapped around his neck and golden goggles rested on top of the scarf, his face covered with stubble and a head of messy black hair. "Hold it. Let me see your card." He said. Daruka grumbled at this but presented her ticket. "You're in Center C, people going out this way are heading for Center B. Better find your right exit." He said.

Daruka now growled at this, dragon energy leaking from her mouth. "Look, I don't have time for this!" She said in annoyance.

"You're right, you don't. So, you'd better get to the right battle center. Making a scene is a good way not to get admitted into this school." He warned her.

She was about to argue further when she suddenly remembered what Midoriya just told her. "I can't wait for us to be heroes together!" The boy's words echoed in her mind. She sighed at this and turned away from the man. "Yeah, whatever." She said, before heading for the exit he pointed her towards.

The scene then changed to one of the combat zones, the gates to it closed and a number of students lined out in front of it.

"U.A. High School Hero Course"

"Entrance Exam"

"Battle Center C"

And so Daruka stood in front of the gates to this battle center, having changed into something Inko called a "skort" and a tank top. She swung her tail back and forth impatiently as she waited for the test to begin. "Now, how am I going to find that Astalos guy after this? Even if we do both make it into the school, it's a huge building. And we'll have to be certain places at certain times. I'll never be able to find him." She said quietly to herself.

Apparently, it wasn't quiet enough. "I don't know who or what an Astalos is, but you should forget about that guy. Instead, you could have a real man like me." A voice said with a lisp. Daruka looked around in confusion but was unable to find the source of the voice. "Wow! That's an amazing tail you got! Both the big fleshy log combing out of your spine and giant orbs below it. You got booty for days, girl." The voice continued. That finally tipped off the former Brute Wyvern, since in order to see her ass, one would have to not only be behind her, but underneath her, as her tail blocked a clear line of sight to her rear.

So, she turned and looked down this time to see a boy who looked about the same size as a human whelp, with strange orbs on his head that almost looked like giant grapes. Daruka was almost tempted to take a bite out of them, but saner heads prevailed, and she recoiled at what he said, as well as the rather lecherous look on his face. "What the hell?! What is a toddler doing here?!" She asked.

"I'm not a toddler, I'm just short. But I promise you, I am very mature. The name's Minoru Mineta, babe. I could show you a good time, especially if you just come closer." The boy offered, bouncing his eyebrows a couple of times in an attempt to be suave.

Daruka just deadpanned at this. "Yeah, no thanks." She said, swinging her in a circle and sending him tumbling back through the crowd, even knocking down a couple of other students unfortunate enough to be in the way of the rolling projectile.

She sighed at this, shaking her head. "Way to go, girl!" A female voice rang out. Daruka then turned to see a girl with pink skin with horns on the top of her head, eyes with yellow irises and black sclera. And the girl next to her was pretty normal, having short black hair. The only thing out of the ordinary with her was the fact she had plug-in jacks attached to her earlobes. "That guy's been running around, hitting on all the girls here from the moment we got off the bus! What a creep!" The pink-haired girl said angrily.

"Yeah. I think all the girls on the bus wanted to do what you just did." The earphone jack girl said. "I'm Kyoka Jiro, by the way." She introduced herself.

"The name's Mina Ashido! Nice to meet you!" The pink girl greeted happily.

"Daruka Wyveria." Daruka introduced herself as well.

"Isn't this gonna be awesome! If we pull this off, we're gonna get a chance to be real heroes!" Mina said excitedly.

"Well, don't forget, the written exam is a factor in all this, too. We could do great here, but still not make it if we tanked that part." Jiro said uncertainly.

Daruka just shrugged. "Surely they're observing the tests from somewhere. They'll see what we can do. If they're smart, they'll take talent when they see it." She said simply.

"Yeah, you're right! We just gotta show our stuff and do our best!" Mina cheered. Daruka couldn't help but chuckle. High energy people like Mina really seemed to have the ability to draw out happiness others. And she was clearly no exception. However, looking past the girls in front of her, she noticed a figure that quite stood out. And considering the two people she's currently talking to, that was saying something.

It was a very tall and muscular dark-skinned girl with mostly short blue hair, save for a long ponytail that ended in white and red hair and it almost seemed like an elephant trunk, with some nasty-looking teeth at the end. Come to think of it, she also had a large, bone-like crest on the back of her head with protrusions coming from it that looked like elephant tusks. She was wearing a short-sleeved one-piece outfit similar to a bike-tard or female diving suit, further showing off her super jacked body.

If the rest of the body wasn't already a dead giveaway, the head crest, along with the tusks and trunk-like ponytail made it obvious. She had contended with one of these beasts back in her world, in the deeper reaches of the place the hunters dubbed "The Hoarfrost Reach", a good way past where the hunters had thought to venture out into. So, there were at least two other monsters who wound up in this world as humans. With that in mind there had to be more. But between the two of them, surely one of them had to know what happened or how they got there, or at the very least have some kind of clue. Both Astalos and Gammoth were known to be decently clever creatures, after all.

She began to make her way towards the former Fanged Beast, when suddenly, Present Mic's could be heard screaming once again. "Right! Let's start!" He called down, everyone looking to a tower behind them he was on. "Get moving! There are no countdowns in real battles!" He shouted from the top of his tower, wheeling his fist rapidly. "Run, run, run, listeners! You're wasting airtime here!" He called down to them.

And with that, all the students began to rush towards the gate. Daruka tried to go back towards the Gammoth girl, but she found someone pulling her back. "Daruka! That's the wrong way! Come on!" Mina yelled, pulling her along, before eventually letting go as Daruka started to run the right way.

The former World Eater grumbled at this, Dragon Energy already leaking out a bit as she was forced to abandon her main objective once again. (Fine. I'll deal with all of this first. I doubt everyone's just gonna disappear as soon as we're done.) She said as people began to fan out through the streets of the fake city. Daruka herself continued to charge straight forward through the main street they started on, looking to the side to see that the grape-headed pervert had actually managed to immobilize a number of one and two-pointers in place. They couldn't move, but they were still clearly operational, so in Daruka's mind, they were still free game. "Easy meal!" She declared, breathing some Dragon Energy onto her hand and threw some punches to smash through several of the robots, spinning and slamming her tail into the last two. "Hey, thanks for the assist, pint-sized." She said, before taking off.

"Hey! Those were my points! At least let me feel up your tail!" He called after her… only to be bulldozed by another two-pointer.

Daruka then made her way into the freeway, taking out several more robots along the way. If she calculated her points right, she should've had around 30 points. Several other applicants were facing off against more of the robots. She even spotted several people she recognized. Mina was flinging a fluid out of her hands, but upon contacting the robots, it began to make them melt and dissolve. Jiro shot out and jabbed her ear jacks into the robots, releasing some kind of wave that shocked the robots and brought them crashing down.

And then she once again spotted the Gammoth girl, easily dealing with three one pointers rushing her from the front, punching them into scrap, then grabbing one around the neck with her ponytail trunk, swinging it into another one behind her, before throwing it at yet another. One more rushed at her from behind, but she grabbed it with the trunk once again and smashed it into her head crest. "Alright, then. That's an even 40 points." She declared out loud as she made her way forward, her newer, smaller size as a human making her much lighter and faster.

Daruka rushed forward, intent on at the very least contacting the former Fanged Beast, before a three-pointer rushed at her from nowhere. She turned and grappled with it, the two attempting to push each other back, as several one-pointers came at her from behind. "Dammit! Why does everything have to get in my way!?" She demanded, swinging her tail back in forth to crumple the one pointers into scrap as they tried to attack her from behind, then turned back to the three-pointer and opened her mouth, firing a beam of Dragon Energy from her mouth and vaporizing the robot's head. With them out of the way, she finally got to approach the Gammoth girl as she rushed in at another three-pointer, turning around and jumping backwards to smash it with her head crest. "Very impressive." Daruka praised, gaining the former Fanged Wyvern's attention.

It didn't take long for the former mammoth monster to recognize the tail, osteoderms and teeth and figure out Daruka's true nature. "A Deviljho. I knew I couldn't be the only one." She said.

"At least three of us are here, as far as I can tell, including an Astalos running around here in a different exam site." Daruka revealed.

However, before their conversation could continue, they felt a massive rumbling throughout the area, as if an Earthquake was happening. Windows in nearby buildings shattered and several explosions went off before an absolutely massive robot emerged, completely decimating nearby buildings, sending debris raining down into the streets below.

"Are you kidding me!? They made it sound like a tiny, annoying distraction that you should avoid! That's something you'll die against if you don't avoid it!" Daruka said.

"Even my normal form would be dwarfed by that thing! It may even be the size of a Lao Shan Lung! Bigger, even!" Gammoth said in shock.

"There's no way we can take that thing! We gotta run!" Mina cried out, about ten or twenty feet away from them at most, quickly turning to run along with most of the other competitors.

The two monster girls were about to run as well, when suddenly, they both heard something. "Wait! Help! Somebody help me! I don't wanna die a virgin!" A familiar voice screamed, and they turned back to see that the grape-headed boy was trapped under a pile of rubble, miraculously not being crushed do to the giant slab of debris that would have crushed him being stopped by another piece of rubble to the boy's left. However, more debris around him had made almost a cage of rubble that now trapped him, leaving only a small opening for him to peek out of or wave an arm to get attention.

And as he peeked out to see if anyone was coming to help, they could see his eyes and Daruka saw it once again. The look of absolute horror and desperation, as if the boy's eyes were pleading, begging someone to save him. "Dammit." She cursed, tightening her fists, before fully activating her Dragon organ and rushing in. "Come on! We've got to save the punk!" She snapped. The massive machine detected her and brought its fist down in an attempt to smash her. But thankfully, Daruka's muscled had swelled to massive sizes thanks to her Dragon Energy, to the point she was practically double her original size, and she managed to catch the fist. And beyond that, she even managed to start pushing in on the robotic fist, crumpling it like a tin can.

However, the machine still had another hand, which it swung wide open, preparing to swat Daruka like a fly. Thankfully, before that could happen, another figure moved in the way, Daruka finding herself face to face with the Gammoth girl, who stomped her feet into the ground hard enough to bury them into the ground, halfway up her shins, keeping her locked in place, using her head crest as a shield to stop the open hand. She looked up and Daruka and smirked. "Well, Gammoth are well known to protect other species. Why should that change just because the world we're in changed?" She questioned.

Daruka smirked back. "Well, I can't really let myself be outdone by an herbivore, can I?" She asked, pushing away the fist she was holding back, turning and breathing out a beam of Dragon at the wrist of the robot's open hand and she managed to completely burn through the entire wrist, causing the hand to collapse to the ground beside the Gammoth girl.

At this point, however, the machine decided to try and simply crush them by running over them. "Watch out!" Mina cried out, running in and launching out acid by the bucketload onto the tread of tank-like wheels of the machine, the corrosive liquid quickly eating through the tread. And with said tread weakened from the acid, it struggled to support the massive weight and rough movement of the many wheels pulling it forward, the strain becoming too much and snapping the treads, causing the machine to stop in its tracks, causing it to fall forward, bracing itself on its forearms.

The additional crashes and loud noises freaked out the grape-headed boy inside his makeshift cage. "Someone get me out of here! I'm gonna die!" He screamed.

"I got you!" Jiro shouted, shooting her earphone jacks into the roof of the cage, her heartbeat vibrating through the slab of stone and weakening the internal structure of the slab before it finally collapsed under its own weight. Mina came over and her and Jiro then quickly moved aside the smaller rocks to free the boy, at which point they fled. "We've got him! Do whatever you're gonna do!" She called back.

"I'm putting an end to this." Daruka declared, breathing another stream of Dragon Energy, quickly boring a whole through the head of the massive machine, right where the eye was. This must have fried its its computer or whatever controlled it, as it slowly began to lurch forward. The two monster girls made their way back to the rest of the crowd as the zero-pointer completely collapsed to the ground, out of commission. She then turned to the Gammoth girl. "Pretty solid work out there. Our bodies may have gotten smaller, but your power definitely didn't." She praised.

"You weren't too bad, yourself." The former Fanged Beast complimented back. "I'm Maxima, by the way. Maxima Primigenius." She introduced herself.

"Daruka Wyveria." The World Eater introduced herself once gain.

Meanwhile, everyone was in awe at the fact that they brought down the massive machine. "Did you see that? They took that machine down like nothing!" One applicant said.

"Yeah. Even if it was a team effort, I thought that thing was unstoppable!" Another agreed.

"But even then, I'd say those two did most of the work. Especially the one with the tail." Yet another said.

Suddenly, applause began to ring out as the grape-headed boy clapped. "You girls are amazing! You totally saved my life! And you have absolutely rocking bodies!" He said. Despite him kind of ruining the mood with that last comment, but soon, many others began cheering for them as well.

"Gotta say, I could get used to this." Maxima said, flexing as the other applicants cheered.

"It's certainly not bad." Daruka agreed, before looking to the distance. (Now I just need to hope Midoriya's test went well.) She thought.

A/N: So, one more chapter down and we've met a couple more monsters turned human. What did you think of the choices? Did you like Daruka's version of the exam? How did you like the early appearance of some of our classic characters like Mina and Jiro? Did I bash on Mineta TOO MUCH? ... Nah. Either way, let me know your thoughts in the reviews.

And to anyone curious, the origins or Maxima's name comes from the scientific names of the Asian Elephant (Elephas Maximus) and the Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus Primigenius). And Maxima shall be voiced by Lani Minella, the voice of Sindel and Sheeva in MK 9
