It had been a day after Sawyer had given Zeldris to Porlyusica. Jellal had sent a carrier pigeon to the guild, and to Makarov and Erza's group to alert them Zeldris had been found.
Despite Porlyusica's hatred of humans, she begrudgingly allowed Makarov, Erza, and Meredy in.
Erza and Meredy tended to the still passed out Zeldris, as Makarov spoke to Porlyusica.
"So, how is he?" Makarov asked.
"Truth be told I have no idea" Porlyusica muttered, then saying, "I can hear multiple heart beats, it seems he has not eaten or drank anything since the trial that you spoke of". Meredy and Erza perked up.
"Can you tell if something possessed him like we feared?" Erza asked.
Porlyusica shook her head "no, I ca not tell if anything did possess him truth be told" she said walking back over to him, "his eyes look normal as the day I first saw him, and he appears to have lost some weight from his starvation, whether that was intentional or not" she finished.
Meredy spoke next, giving a grim theory, "what if he lost control of himself? Imagine Jellal in the past going crazy being possessed by Ultear and none of us knew until much later?" she said, Makarov and Porlyusica looked at each and then to Erza. As Erza herself pondered this grim theory.
"Well, I think we have been possibly turning a blind eye to the reality of the situation" Erza said rather upset, but she was not going to outwardly show it.
"Erza" Makarov said, "why don't we step outside and talk" and the two walked out of the tree home of Porlyusica's as both the pink haired ladies tended to the still passed out man.
"Erza" he said, sighing, "I think it would be best if you, Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Juvia, Wendy, and Carla should take an s-class quest" he finished.
"I don't mind, but might I ask why?" Erza asked.
"I'm worried about a possible mutiny within the guild" Makarov said.
"Mutiny!" exclaimed Erza, and Makarov quickly hushed her.
"Yes, you remember how bad it was when Gajeel came" Makarov added, Erza nodded ominously.
"I fear that what that Meredy girl said is true, and Wendy and Carla's testimony only makes it seem more and more likely" he said worriedly, unsure of how to manage things.
"I see" she said ominously, "I want to spend some time with Jellal before we go" she finished.
Makarov then teased her "what, do you need to tell him you're pregnant or something" he laughed, Erza quickly slapped him.
In the next moment, the door of the home flung open and Porylusica shouted "come quick! He's awake!"
The two rushed inside and headed to Zeldris who was showing signs of being awake.
Zeldris then muttered from his sleep as he slowly opened his green eyes, "light?" then saying "mommy?" he said as he had focused on Erza, "how did you die mommy? This is heaven isn't it?" Erza blushed as Zeldris continued to make even more confusing statements, "this must be heaven, those old fogies are here" much to the dismay of the others, "Nerobasta?" he said finally focusing on Meredy, "why is a member of the goddess race here? Where are your wings?" he was very confused, until he settled a little bit, "if you aren't Nerobasta then you must be with the goddess with your radiant beauty like a goddess", Erza and Meredy blushed as red as Erza's hair.
Zeldris then seemed to finally gain full consciousness but was still confused about his surroundings. The four people standing over of him had very mixed emotions related to his outbursts but overall were happy he was alive and awake.
"I want you to stay here Zeldris and rest, plus I have some questions for you if you don't mind and I'd like the rest of you to leave, to give him more time to rest" Porylusica said, and the others left.
The trio walked away from Porlyusica's tree home back towards the guild.
Meredy spoke first, "I hope he gets better soon" she said, still on a bit of high from his confused flirts with her.
The question then fell to Erza, "so, why does he call you mommy?" Makarov and Meredy asked in unsion.
Erza shrugged and said, "I honestly have no clue, it only happened the first time because I was trying to wake him up when he overslept again".
"Thank goodness" Meredy then teased, "I was hoping I wouldn't have to break some bad news to Jellal" she laughed.
"So, she's pregnant, dating Zeldris, and he has a kink interesting" Makarov teased, followed by a slap from both Erza and Meredy. The master shook it off and regained composure.
"I will head back into town and organize the guild; your group is welcome to stay as long as they like" Makarov said to Meredy before walking off.
As soon as the master was out of earshot the ladies conversed, "so how long do you intend to stay in Magnolia?" Erza asked.
"At least a day, then we will probably move out then, the nice thing is Jellal is going to have us compete in the Grand Magic Games this year, so I'm really looking forward to that" Meredy said cheerfully.
Erza gasped, "oh my, well that will be nice, within reason" she teased.
"But yeah, we knew you'd want to spend some time with Jellal" Meredy said, then teasing again, "just don't leave pregnant" she finished, who was promptly playfully slapped. The two ladies laughed at this.
"Well, what's the plan for Crime Sorciere after the games?" Erza asked.
"I don't know what we'll do, I think Jellal is considering disbanding our guild" Meredy said, "I haven't given it much of a thought as my mind was in other places during his announcements" she then blushed some thinking about the incident, "and then poor Zeldris got an eyeful".
Erza blushed in unison about Meredy's remark and predicament, then Meredy added, "he is allowing the former Orasion Seis members to go out and do what they want, I'm pretty sure everyone will join some sort of guild, including me" she pondered.
"Do you know which one you want to join?" Erza asked.
Meredy shrugged as they arrived in town, "I'm not sure" she then teased, "hopefully one that doesn't know what my underwear looks like" she laughed and finished. Erza blushed bright red and joined Meredy in her laughter and embarrassment.
Crime Sorciere left the town of Magnolia two days after Sawyer had returned to Zeldris to the guild. Erza and Jellal were on the happiest of terms when they left.
Erza lead new s-class wizard Natsu, along with Gray, Juvia, Lucy, Wendy, and Carla on an s-class quest on the western continent of Alakatashia. This was at the behest of the Alvarez Imperial Empire's Ajeel, He wanted to capture some political prisonsers that had lead attacks on the Fairy Tail guild among others. They left about three days after Zeldris was returned, and they were glad to go and not be near him. Finally, Laxus and the Thunder Legion were sent out to Bosco to take a three-month job there restoring order to the magical community there.
This helped Makarov quell the mutiny that was brewing within the guild and would hope to settle things in time.
