Three Days Later.

Cairo, Egypt.

In a large building in the capital of Egypt, one of the largest metropolises in the world, the building had a futuristic vision. It was extremely luxurious, and everything was reserved for just one person on the top floor.

The canopy curtains were opened, giving a direct view of the famous pyramids while one person calmly watched everything.

There stood a tall man. He was in his early twenties, had dark skin, and his black hair was slightly long. His eyes, black as obsidian, had a malicious touch that seemed to be thinking of many things simultaneously. His body would do justice to the term "Greek God," which represented a perfect physique.

That man was responsible for, three days ago, usurping the heretic gods Seth and Thanatos.

The Fifth Campione; Rael Seth.

It had been three days since he had defeated the two [Heretic Gods] and become one of the beings on top of the world.

After waking up in the desert as a Campione, Rael immediately sets out to hunt Horus.

But that was easier said than done.

Rael just followed a path through the desert, as the Campiones and the Gods were naturally drawn to each other. The Campione's were human radars for finding the Gods.

But at the speed that Horus fled, the God of Heaven could have already gone far away, although Rael still thought that the [Heretic God] would stay in Egypt.

And seeing how searching for him could take a while, Rael put other plans in place. After all, one of the ways the Campiones were known was as [King].

And as a [King], all he had to do was order the mortals to do as he wished.

So Rael went to the capital of Egypt, Cairo, and looked for some magical organization in the region.

When he found her, all he had to do was 'flex' his enormous magical power in front of everyone.

That was enough to bring all the mages in front of them to their knees.

Contrary to what Rael expected, he was willing to use force to subdue the organization. Still, when they realized who he was, they all surrendered with a smile as if they had been waiting for him for centuries.

It was then that Rael realized that for a magical organization, it was not an insult to become subservient to a Campione but a glorious event.

Rael admits that he was a little disappointed that he didn't get to use some of his power but accepted the organization's loyalty.

The magical organization was called the [Eye of Ra], an apparent reference to the Egyptian Sun God.

As an organization from one of the oldest nations like Egypt, the [Eye of Ra] organization was very old and possessed the knowledge of many centuries of existence.

Thanks to this, Rael got a lot of valuable information. His first order was that the magical organization should find Horus and inform him when they locate him.

After that, Rael took advantage of the best luxuries that Egypt could provide him. The organization got him everything of the best it could offer the [King].

Since then, Rael has been enjoying the luxuries while waiting for Horus' location.

Of course, he also took the opportunity to inform himself during this time. Egypt was an extremely ancient land, so the books on magic and history gathered by the organization were vast.

With all the knowledge, Rael took the opportunity to go deeper into the knowledge he gained from this world.

He was the Fifth Campione, and as far as he knew in Cannon, John Pluto Smith held that post.

During the Cannon story, John Pluto Smith had become a Campione ten years before the Cannon story, and the Fourth Campione became one twelve years before the original story.

It was easy for Rael to know that he had become a Campione in that time. As far as he knew, the Fourth Campione, the Black Prince Alec, had become a Campione just over a year ago.

It didn't matter much for Rael, but the fact that he had become the Fifth Campione gave him time to prepare for the future.

In addition, he knew of the manifestation of several [Heretic Gods], such as Tezcatlipoca and Artemis. They were killed by John Pluto Smith, Nuadha, and Siegfried by the future Sixth Campione and Veretharagna by the future Seventh Campione.

In the Cannon, these [Heretic Gods] manifested in the future. With everything in mind, Rael had plans to prevent the birth of future Campione by taking their prey.

While putting his current thoughts aside, Rael wore a casual outfit and walked out of the apartment while taking the elevator.

The whole building had been reserved for him, and it was an excellent place to pass the time.

As he reached the second floor, Rael's dark eyes met with someone waiting for him.

"I am honored to see that you are well, Your Majesty."

They were waiting for him were several members of the [Eye of Ra] association, and in front was an older man of about sixty who wore ancient ceremonial robes. Despite his age and the appearance of a grandfather, there was something about this man that made Rael know him as someone who was not ordinary.

That old lord's name was Amon Asenate, a high priest and the magic organization's leader.

The older man immediately bowed, as did everyone around him, to the presence of Rael, who looked at them for a few moments.

"Have you located Horus?"

Rael's voice was calm, but it had a pressure that made all the magicians sweat.

Even if he did not release his Authorities, the sheer energy of the Gods coursing through Rael's body was too oppressive for ordinary mages.

Over the three days, since they met the Fifth Campione, they have found out a little about him.

The [King] didn't like useless matters. He was reclusive in the library most of the time and only left to return to the hotel.

If they wished to speak to the [King], there should be a good reason, and all the most tremendous respect should be used for this. Things like insubordination and disrespect were not tolerated.

A [King] recluse who only sought results in the most ruthless way possible and accepted no contestation about what he did.

Many people might think it would be easy to manipulate the new [King] because he was young. Still, those poor fools were very wrong, for anyone who tried that was someone more foolish than a Bastard Son of Epimetheus.

"I am very sorry, but we have not yet located the Heretic God, O [King]. Grant us more time, and we will achieve the desired result."

The older man spoke glibly and quickly bowed even more.

"I see. Hurry up with that. I wouldn't want any of my relatives to intervene."

"Understood, Your Majesty"

As he answered Rael, the older man continued to bow as Campione prepared to leave.

"If Your Majesty permits... there is someone I would like to introduce to you." Asenate said calmly.

"Who?" Campione asked quietly.

"Please come in" with the old man's request. A person came up.

Who appeared was a young woman who seemed to be Rael's age, with long green hair and emerald eyes. She had a body that an ordinary woman would not have, and her appearance was simply stunning. She was wearing a white dress with some accessories like gold earrings.

Rael could say with certainty that she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen in his life.

In addition, the amount of magical energy she possessed was very abnormal.

Of course, if compared to the power of a Campione, it was nothing. Still, it was much more significant within the human standards that Rael encountered.

"This is my granddaughter, Nefertari Urbi, and I would like her to be your attendant from today, Your Majesty."

As if on cue, the young woman introduced herself.

"My name is Nefertari. It is an honor to be in your presence, Your Majesty."

The young woman acted like a princess from a fairy tale. There was nobility in her movements and a charisma emanating from her. She spoke politely and calmly as she bowed.

Her charm, how she acted, and her ravishing beauty would have been enough to charm almost any man, which was proven when several of the surrounding men cut off at the sight of her.

In comparison, Rael continued with his serious look, and his obsidian eyes narrowed.

"Attendant? Do you think I need a babysitter, Asenate?"

The obsidian eyes narrowed dangerously at the older man, who quickly denied it.

"Not at all, Your Majesty. I would not be a fool to proclaim such a thing. I believe that my granddaughter can serve you well."

"She is a powerful Hime-Miko with the powers of a Witch, a High Priestess. The only ones who match Witches and Hime-Mikos are the Witch of Sardinia and the White Princess. Her talent is even greater than theirs."

"She can help you, King, by securing everything you want and dealing with the minor problems you shouldn't even care about, so Your Majesty can concentrate on your affairs."

The man spoke respectfully while remaining bowed to Rael, who sighed.

"Very well, do what you think best. Don't make me regret this."

With these words, the Fifth Campione left the place, leaving the magicians behind.

"You have my gratitude, King."

He never saw the smile on the older man's face.
