The great sky suddenly began to darken as gigantic clouds appeared in the atmosphere surrounding the entire city. No, black storm clouds began to surround all of Egypt.

Arcs of lightning began to twitch in the atmosphere with intensity.

"Clouds form and darken, gather wind and rain, my lightning will split the sky, my thunder will shake the Earth! O Lord of the Northern Sky, grant me the blessing of the Storms!"

With the incantation, black lightning arced from the atmosphere uncontrollably from all directions toward the Sky God.

Seth was the God of Storms, Master of Lightning and Lightning, who used his power over the bank of the River Nile. In the [Book of the Dead], he was called 'Lord of the Northern Sky.'

This was the root of the first Authority that Rael obtained from Seth called [Rising Storms] that granted him absolute dominion over the wind, rain, and lightning, the power to control the elements of the atmosphere freely.

This Authority was among one of Rael's most destructive. It would be easy to generate a flood capable of drowning entire cities and generating storms capable of affecting the whole planet if used in full force.

The lightning bolts shot uncontrollably towards the Sky God, who activated his Divine Speed to escape all the lightning strikes.

Several of these lightning bolts struck the entire surrounding region, toppling mountains and devastating the whole region with the sheer power of lightning.

Despite the overwhelming speed of lightning, the divine speed ability bypassed these abilities to move at an even faster speed.

Horus took advantage of his Divine Speed and, in an instant, advanced toward Rael, who kept his hand raised.

"Thunder, come down!"

A single concentrated black lightning bolt came down from the sky, and its target was Rael's body.

The moment the black lightning struck Rael's fingertips, it disappeared!

Horus' eyes widened as he saw Campione disappear, and he reacted belatedly to avoid a kick that sent him flying crashing into one of the temple's walls.

The Sky God recovered as he saw Rael a few feet away. Sparks of black lightning surrounded Campione's body.

"That, a Divine Speed Authority?" The King of the Gods pondered, trying to understand what had happened.

Rael only earned a smile. There was no reason for him to give answers to an enemy.

He did not possess a Divine Speed Authority. Still, a strength of the Authorities was that they suited the Campione and could be used in different ways as long as it did not run away from its essence.

The [Rising Storm] Authority allowed absolute water, wind, and lightning control. One feature is the ability to transform into the air to teleport to different locations.

Turning into the wind, he even had the intangibility to avoid attacks.

It was a helpful feature, but against Horus, it wouldn't work. Due to being a Sky God, it was obvious that Horus possessed Authority over the wind, so he could use his divine wind to nullify Rael's air manipulation.

So Campione took his Authority to another level. Instead of turning into the wind, he turned into lightning.

It worked similarly to the [Black Lightning] Authority that the Fourth Campione usurped from the Fallen Angel of Visions and Lightning, Ramiel.

Rael could move at lightning speed. He could go even faster. However, because it was not a true Divine Speed Authority, it caused intense pain in his body, and he could not stay in lightning form for more than five minutes; otherwise, the pain became unbearable.

The Heretic God and Campione stared at each other and then disappeared.

For those watching in the distance, all that was possible to see were two flashes of light, one golden and one black, that crossed the sky, clashing dozens of times in the sky.

Rael's lightning-surrounded body released shock waves at Horus. In contrast, the Sky God's body fired bursts of incinerating light against Campione.

The two mortal enemies were again forced back to the ground as they breathed heavily. Rael's body was riddled with burns from the light, and Horus' had marks from the lightning attacks.

A speed battle would lead nowhere, so Rael decided to change strategy.

"O Spirit of the Sands, reside in my arms and grant me the strength to destroy Heaven and Earth!"

Rael's two arms glowed as a change appeared in them. Both had taken on a sand-like color. Also, both arms were decorated with ankhs, with seven orbs on each arm.

Rael, in an instant, shot towards Horus. His legs glowed in magical energy as he used the magic [Jump] that increased his speed to something greater than a race car.

The Sky God prepared to react, taking his spear in an arc to strike Rael's head with all his might.

But to the surprise of the God of Heaven, his blow was stopped by only one hand, showing overwhelming strength.

Among all the Authorities usurped from Seth, this was one of Rael's two trump cards.

[Per Djet] was Seth's Seventh usurped Authority, an Authority that granted Rael overwhelming strength, capable of destroying Heaven and Earth.

Its power rivaled the Authority [Divine Power of Vajrapani] of the Ruler of the Martial Realm.

This overwhelming power came from the connection Seth had with the Greek world.

He was strongly associated with Typhon, the Father of All Monsters.

The strongest monster, the son of Gaia and Tartarus, the monstrous giant who single-handedly nearly brought down Olympus and defeated the King of the Gods Zeus single-handedly.

Reacting quickly, Rael used his other arm to strike Horus, who tried to bring his left arm to defend himself but was still sent flying away.

As the God of Heaven recovered, he widened his eyes when he realized something.

He couldn't move his left arm.

On Horus' left arm, right where Rael hit had ankhs, and at the same time, one of the orbs on Rael's right arm had lit up.

"What is that?" The Sky God wondered in shock.

"My Authority." Rael replied neutrally, "Your arm has been 'buried.' You will never be able to use it again."

The root of Authority [Per Djet] was not just unmatched physical strength. It came from the legend where Seth buried and split his brother Osiris into fourteen pieces.

Each time Rael hits the enemy with his divine arms, a part of the enemy's body is "buried" inside them, represented by one of the lighted orbs. The enemy can no longer use that part of his body.

This can be done up to fourteen times, burying up to fourteen body parts. For example, if the enemy is hit in the left hand, the hand will become unresponsive.

This is what happened. Horus' left arm had been 'buried' so the Sky God could no longer use it.
