The battle against the Swamp Witch is over. Her power and dark influence into this world would begin to fade away. The Swamp Lands would take a few months or more for the restoration of this land to be put back to normal.
Inside her demonic citadel, Kurama was trying to restore both Leina and Annelotte to their original forms. They had to tie down Annelotte in order to do this, while Leina willingly accept this and drops down on both knees next to Annelotte to face Kurama. Tomoe would support by offering Kurama two talisman papers to help ward away the demonic influences done to them. She place both talismans on both their foreheads and use her power to cause a burst of fire on the talisman to burn them off, but the flames did no damage whatsoever to the skin. The moment the talisman papers burn away, both of them would begin to feel the effects kick in a few seconds, as the strange energy from the power release upon them would begin to slowly remove the demonic influence done to them. Leina could finally open her eyes to see clearly, while Annelotte reverts back to her original look, before turning into a dark one.
"It is done." Kurama replies when taking a step back
When the effects are done, both of them look unhappy when remembering all the things they have done towards their friends and comrades. Annelotte was more upset and left breathing heavily over the realisation she was no longer in control of her body when she came to the Swamp Witch.
"What have I done?"
"I've done more damage towards everyone…" Leina replies when looking to Annelotte, then looks up at Kurama and replies "I am so sorry…"
"The power from that witch was beyond your capabilities." Kurama replies "There was nothing you could've done."
Leina looks back down to look at her hands and replies "I should've stayed blind…."
"No." Tomoe steps in and taps on her shoulder to get her attention towards her. "You mustn't punish yourself like that. You're sorry for what you've done, and I've forgiven you. Both of you."
Leina turns her head away from her, but she looks back again to find no sign of Fenrir anywhere in the room. Fenrir left the room the moment the Swamp Witch was slain by Alaric.
As for Alaric, he and the others stay beside him when he picks Taki up off the ground and held her in his arms. Kurama turns to Alaric and replies "I am sorry, Alaric. I can't bring her back."
"I know…." Alaric walks past the others and stops beside the body of Vante.
"What are we to do with her?" Samara asks "She's not human, is she?"
"She's a mechanical automaton." Ivy replies "She won't be waking up after sustaining that much damage."
"The dwarves could fix her." Echidna replies "They created her."
"Perhaps. If we could even find their civilisation." Alaric replies
And so the whole team begins to depart from this citadel, but Leina would stay behind to search for Fenrir and said she will re-join them at Annelotte's fort. She knew exactly where Fenrir was and finds him in his human form with a pair of brown pants to cover himself. He looks back towards her when he felt her presence in the room and she comes closer to him.
"Fenrir…"
"Hmmmm."
"What you did to me… What the Swamp Witch made you do to me… I can't forgive you for that. A part of me actually enjoyed it, but this feels so wrong."
"Leina…." Fenrir lifts his hand up and places it over the top of her head. She closes her eyes when he touches her head and sighs a little.
Leina opens her eyes and responds "I'll be going back home to my family. I know you'll try to follow me, so could you please escort me back home?"
Fenrir nods and moves his hand across the side of her face. She soon turns around and walks out of the room with him following her from behind. They join the others and leave together out of the Swamp Lands. Alaric chose to bring both Taki and Vante out of the citadel, knowing this place would surely collapse without the Swamp Witch in control. Shizuka would help lead Alaric back to her home village where it would be fitting to have her bury there with the rest of her clan, while Vante would remain beside them throughout the trip to Hinomoto. The party would remain for a day to recover in Annelotte's fort, then returns to Hinomoto to spread the news. Unfortunately, Leina and Fenrir chose not to travel to Hinomoto and plan to leave the fort during the daytime and go west. Leina knows a small village that could still be intact and untouched by the orcs. Leina says her farewell, thanks both Alaric and Kurama for the rescue and leave. However, before they prepare to leave, Annelotte steps forward and asks to go with the two, instead of following Alaric to the west. She too would thank Alaric and the others for rescuing her, and with nothing for her here in the fort, she now wishes to travel alongside the two, which they gladly accept the third member of their party.
All that is left are Alaric, Tomoe, Shizuka, Echidna, Ivy, Kurama and the body of Vante on the trip to Hinomoto. They all would agree to leave Vante here in Hinomoto inside a coffin and try to find a way to search for the dwarves so they could help awaken this automaton.
Tomoe and Shizuka pay respect towards the princess and spend the day together, while Ivy, Echidna and Samara got a chance to celebrate when some of the priestesses offer a beverage of sake. As for Alaric, he spends the time private with Kurama, who brought him back to her chambers to have a talk with him. He would join her in the bedroom and he sits by the side of the bed, looking back at his sword that remain against the wall nearby, and Kurama sitting behind him to keep her arms around his body.
"Something on your mind, Alaric? You still thinking of Taki?"
Alaric turn his head to the right to look with one eye towards Kurama "I'll be alright. Tis a shame she died, but we only knew each other for a short time."
"You treat us like were important to you."
"Yeah…. I've been through this before. One time, before going into battle against my enemies, I was in camp with over a hundred warriors. I was sitting at the campfire with several men beside me. We never met each other in our lives, but we talked for over an hour, and I considered them as friends. When the battle was over and victory was on our side, I would find five of them lying dead on the battlefield. A toast to the fallen, and the ones who gave their blood to defend us."
Kurama leans the side of her head against his back "Hmmm, you've got a long road ahead of you. It's going to be lonely being here without you."
"You could always come with me."
"I am so tempted to go with you. To see you in battle and celebrating it by going into bed with a lot of women."
". . . . ." Alaric faces forward and tries to hide his little smirk.
"But I can't. As much as I enjoyed this short adventure we had together, but it be best to stay here and protect Hinomoto." Kurama moves her left hand down to press it against her belly and continues "And protect the twins."
"I look forward to meeting the little ones. They'll grow up to be quite a handful."
"Will you promise to come home when you're done?" Kurama asks when moving her head off his back and looks to the side of his face.
Alaric looks back to her and responds "Promise."
"Then come." Kurama pulls back and loosens her robes to see much more of her skin at the front. She lays back on the bed and leave Alaric to move on top of her to help move her robes to expose her breasts.
Alaric presses his lips against hers and the two remain kissing passionately for a while, which would eventually lead to another round in bed together without any interference from the other women.
Meanwhile, the others sit together on the floor in front of a rectangular table where the height of it was so further down to the floor they had to be on their knees in order to eat and drink off of it. While they all drink the sake, more would have to be deliver towards Echidna and Samara, who can drink more than anyone else, and Samara can eat more food than anyone else and still be in physical shape.
"So, what are your plans now?" Shizuka asks when sitting down next to Tomoe with a bottle of sake in her hand.
"I have a house in the capital, so I'll be following Alaric back home." Ivy says to her, then looks to Samara and Echidna to see them sighing deeply over finish drinking the next shot of sake.
"I go wherever Alaric goes." Samara replies "I'm better off with him than being with the rest of my kind."
"Isn't he also your bloodmate?" Echidna asks her
"Yes."
"Well, I'm sure you'll enjoy the long trip through the lands of Amara first." Tomoe replies "My place is here in Hinomoto."
"So that leaves only us three that'll be joining Alaric." Ivy replies
"Maybe." Echidna looks to Shizuka and asks "We could always get another assassin to fill in the gaps of this weird team of ours."
"What? Join Alaric?" Shizuka shakes her head and starts filling her cup with alcohol "My place is here with Tomoe."
"Really? What do you think of Alaric?" Echidna asks "He hasn't claimed you yet."
". . ." Shizuka scoffs and responds "Hey, he may be strong and good looking, but I don't see that interest towards him."
"Maybe it's because you haven't seen what he's really capable of." Samara replies "That man could go on for hours."
"And what use can an assassin do for the Hinomoto? There's no danger coming here anymore." Echidna replies
"Well…."
"What are you doing?" Ivy asks Echidna "You trying to invite another woman to join?"
"Maybe. It gets much interesting when there's more people."
Ivy sighs "You're drunk right now. You don't know what you're saying."
Echidna laughs and fills another cup for herself "I'm not that drunk… Yet."
"Hey, I'm not the only one who hasn't been 'claimed' by Alaric." Shizuka replies and looks to Tomoe. However, Tomoe would keep her hands together above her legs and rubs them together when thinking about that event she experience with Alaric. The look on her face said everything, and the moment Shizuka start to understand the expression she was showing, her eyes widen and look in shock to see Tomoe no longer a virgin.

"Agreed." Ivy replies "At least he isn't here right now."
"That fox woman has him." Samara replies and sighs of annoyance "This food and drinks are the only reason why I haven't left this room and interrupt their private session."
"Plus, she could kill you if you try to get in front of her man." Echidna replies
And so after a while of drinking and eating together, everyone finally calls this a break and spend another while together in the bathhouse, while Alaric was still busy having another enjoyable ride with Kurama. When everyone left the bathhouse to finally get some rest, Shizuka was among the few to stay awake and wonder around the interior to clear her head and thinking about what to do in the future for Tomoe and Hinomoto. But as she was thinking, her mind came towards Alaric and start to wonder how Tomoe and everyone else manage to fall for him. While she shows not much of any crush towards him, but was curious about Alaric and decide to see if he was still with Kurama.
Shizuka would hear sounds of moaning from Kurama, coming from the same bathhouse the girls were before. It was now left for Alaric to share a bath with Kurama and continue to fondle with her breasts. Meanwhile, as the lands of the east was slowly recovering from the chaos the Swamp Witch brought, other evil plans have been put into motion the moment the Swamp Witch was slain. Her hidden ally rules the western lands from behind the scenes with power great enough to challenge the Swamp Witch and the queen herself. The dark one will reveal themselves in the region of Vance.
The Vance Family holds the most power within the western lands, since Claudette Vance remains in the capital as a general to the queen, while Elina Vance is now the Count of Vance Castle. Elina was force to do all the work on protecting this land and waging wars against serious rebellions that have been occurring lately across the land. The Calibara Forest, the Great Wall and Sheldan Free City have become a target, and Elina has been continuing to dispatch more troops to occupy these regions and exterminate the hostile elements. These skirmishes are a rise to a dark evil that is stirring in these lands.
Inside the Vance Castle, a magician from the other continent came here an agreement to work with the noble family and help combat the sudden chaos that is rising in these lands. This woman happens to be Beatrice, the witch who plant a spell on Alaric to stop him from impregnating her and other women. For those who do not know, Beatrice is six feet tall with long dark purple hair and brown eyes. Her outfit is a dark lace top, which shows much of her cleavage and does not even bother to try and hide her ample bosoms, along with a black dress with an opening that slices all the way from the side of the dress that goes up to her hips to show off her smooth legs. Around her waist, she has a dark red cloth to keep the dress tightly put together on her body. She also leaves her left arm expose, while the right arm is a white sleeve that stretches all the way up across her arm.
She fought beside Alaric for a time until she left his side and found another way of travelling to the second continent. The Vance Family heard about her power and saw her an interesting candidate to support Elina, as well as searching for the dark evils that is stirring. Since she had the magic powers of foresight by seeing events of the past or events that would come true, Beatrice would see a new event taking place where Alaric would slay the Swamp Witch. As soon as she got the proof, which was the sudden power surge fading away in the east was the proof of the Swamp Witch's demise.
Beatrice makes her way through the corridors to search for Elina Vance, who was still busy with herself inside her bedroom. Elina was having a hard time dealing with all of these problems and still wishing to leave this place to search for Leina. Because of her duties here, she has no time to search for the sister she long loves to see again. She remain sulking in her room and hugging the pillow to pretend that is Leina she is holding, since she misses her so much.
"Oh Leina… Things would've been so much better if you were here right now…." Elina sighs deeply when holding the pillow tightly against her chest, as well as keeping her arms and legs around it.
Beatrice came through the door, closes it behind her and sighs over seeing Elina's condition. "Lady Elina. Sorry for…. Interrupting on… Whatever you are doing."
Elina sighs in disgusts and finally let's go of the pilot and sits on the bed "I didn't summon you, Beatrice. What do you want?"
"I know you said you'd harm anyone who enters your room to see you like this. But this is good news that'll satisfy you more than that pillow…"
"I find that hard to believe, but it better be important." Elina replies
"The Swamp Witch…. She's been defeated. It's been official. Her armies and dark influence in the east is beginning to crumble in the dust."
Elina scoffs and believes this to be a joke. "You… You can't be serious."
"It seems that not even her powers of foresight could predict her defeat. It's been confirmed."
"By who?"
Beatrice smiles and responds "Alaric."
"Alaric? Isn't he that guy you keep mentioning when you're in bed?"
". . . ." Beatrice freezes with a shock to hear someone was hearing all the 'noises' she makes when going to bed for the night. She still has not forgotten about Alaric, as well as remembering him by seeing through events that has been done long ago. Not only can she see the future, but also looking back at the past of any specific moment she ever had.
"What you need to know right now is your sister, Leina Vance, will be coming home, so you don't have to –"
"Really!" Elina comes off the bed "If you so as lie about this, I'll be throwing you out of here."
"Well, I know for certain she's alive and well. She still has things to do, but she'll eventually come back here."
However, during the night, war was approaching the shores of this castle. A handful of ships from another continent, sailing ever silent in the calm night towards the mainland. The people on board are ready for war, as they all set their eyes towards the castle itself. The castle was sitting in the middle of the lake, and one long bridge leading outwards to the rest of the land. It had strong fortifications where a large metal gate stops any ships from entering the harbor, while a large wooden drawbridge prevents any enemies from reaching the interior. These soldiers are just as bloodthirsty and lust for war as Alaric and the orcs. Despite lacking the proper sieging weapons or any skills of infiltrating the castle, they still press through the night with their weapons ready to do battle and confident this plan will bring a swift end to the Vance Family.
During that night, Beatrice felt a bad omen coming their way and she did not even need to see into the future to see what would happen next. In the end, she fell the same way the Swamp Witch went through, which was never seeing a dangerous event happening right in front of them. Instead of trying to change this fate earlier, Beatrice chose to do nothing, knowing this would delay the inevitable.
Beatrice stands on the walls, looking out at the darkness and thinking to herself "I really wish you were here right now…." Then slightly lifts her head to look higher at the sky. As soon as she saw what she was looking for, her eyes widen and takes a few steps back.
Two female guards approach her from her right, where one of them asks "Is something amiss?"
"Call the guard…."
"What?"
Beatrice looks to them with fear in her eyes "Do it now!" Then looks forward and quickly raise her left hand up to form a large blue dome around herself and the two guards.
And out came a burst of red fire from the mouth of a dragon. In just one second from performing that magical trait, the beast burn the area around them and flew over the city. The dragon was quite large with several times the size of any human. It was a long slender with thin bat-like wings and ridges of spikes along the back.

The dragon flew over the city and begin unleashing more fire across the walls and buildings, continued circling the place to leave the city aflame. Many quickly drew arrows to shoot back against the dragon, but not a single one was enough to slow it down. Beatrice would be one of the only few who would have a better chance to bring the beast down, just as long as she was standing in a perfect position to attack it when it comes flying towards her.
Elina came rushing outside with just her silk robes to witness the dragon flying over a building in front of her and burn the whole ceiling. She rushes back inside to arm herself, then sprints outside the building with as many warriors she could find to gather together to challenge the dragon. She call for many archers to come to her to have them altogether to fire a barrage of arrows the moment they see the dragon coming. The dragon saw what they were doing, so it challenges them and flew down to face the incoming arrows. As soon as Elina gives the signal to fire, the beast lifts itself up to leave the arrows hitting against the thick scales of its belly and leaving not a single arrow through its skin. It fights back by flying over their heads and exhaling a burst of fire down upon them to incinerate almost half of the company, while leaving the rest in a panic.
Beatrice calls out to Elina and comes closer towards her. Elina looks back and replies "What are you doing? Kill that dragon already!"
"It's not that easy." Beatrice looks up at the sky to see the dragon circling around to come back for a second attack. She quickly gets in position, charges a strong energy ball in both the palms of her hands and discharges it on the perfect timing. As soon as the dragon was in range of her attack, she releases the energy ball and made a direct hit against the left side of the neck. The dragon stops its attack and flies over them.
Meanwhile, as the dragon continues to distract the defenders of the walls, a small army was on the move towards the castle. The man in charge happens to be someone Alaric knows well. It was Vilkas that is leading this siege. Vilkas is a barbarian from a different clan than Alaric, appearing in his late twenties with short grey hair, green eyes and a slight scar across the right side of his chin. He wore a black shirt and pants with chainmail over it, and wears a Greek-inspired armour that was brown and copper-coloured outlines.
The last time Vilkas and Alaric met was during the beginning of the chapter, where he got into a fight for Echidna and ends with him leaving the bar with nobody. He always plot for payback against those who humiliate him that day, and since he knows Alaric is on this continent, he plans to invade with his whole clan beside him.
He was not the only one walking beside him, since he now has two women walking beside him instead of one. The other woman was beside him for a long time, while the other one happens to be Nyx. Nyx was waiting for them on the shores, and while she was afraid and nervous to meet these strong barbarians, her tentacle-like staff, Funikura would remove those expressions by violating her body with its tentacles and release a liquid into her mouth to change her emotions towards the new visitors. Nyx had long been waiting for this, and now she has a better chance of getting revenge if she fights side by side with Vilkas.
The second woman beside Vilkas is his special concubine, named Quiet. That is a nickname they call her, since she refuse to say a single word and only Vilkas has ever heard her voice, so he dubs her 'Quiet'. She was wearing a revealing black BDSM outfit, made of tight straps and held together by metal rings, with much of her skin and her curves. She has long black hair, pink eyes and a large chest with wide hips to match Echidna. She also wore long black gloves with holes in them, high-heeled boots and have many piercings on both her ears. Next was a black mask that covers only the bottom part of her face to hide her mouth, as well as a spike collar.
Back inside the castle, the dragon stops burning the insides the focus on unleashing more fire across the walls and burning so many people. Beatrice continues to try to pursue the dragon with Elina following beside her. Beatrice quickly creates another energy dome to protect them both when the dragon unleash fire where the two are standing and flew over them. She makes one more spell to clear the fire that was consuming the area and give her a chance to get into position again. She tells Elina to get off the wall because it was too dangerous and knows what would happen if she stays up here.
The dragon turns around and decides to target Beatrice. She stands by herself and casts another spell that would take a few seconds to complete the magical circle she is creating in the air in front of her. As soon as the dragon hovers down to release another breath of fire at Beatrice, she let the symbol go and be use as both a shield to herself and a seal towards the dragon. This magical symbol expands through the air and goes through the dragon and remain floating around it, as well as causing an electrical current throughout the dragon's body. The magical symbol does little damage to the dragon, but it was meant to send the dragon to the floor and unable to fly anytime soon. This was the perfect time for Elina to charge in with whatever is left of her knights.
With the dragon on the ground, many surround it and attempt to attack from the back and front. The dragon opens its mouth to burn several soldiers, then swings its tail to knock three others that try to attack it from behind. Elina charges in next with her spear ready to deliver the final blow. The dragon tries to bite her, but she takes a high leap into the air and dives down towards the dragon to drive her spear through the top of the head. The dragon collapses and Elina pulls her spear out of it, then looks back to see her people cheer in celebration of the death of the dragon.
With the dragon dead, they can now turn their attention to the next problem coming their way.
Someone from the tower shouts out to the people down below "We've got company at the front gate!"
Everyone turn their attention towards the one who said that, then turn towards the entrance and proceeds to rush over to investigate. This was the time where they discover another attack coming their way, as the army of barbarians are already halfway across the bridge and coming towards the broken gateway into the castle. The dragon has already deliver damage to the gate, so the soldiers cannot raise the wooden drawbridge because of this.
"What is the meaning of this!?" Elina replies with shock and anger towards the incoming army coming across the bridge.
"It's as I predicted…" Beatrice mutters when thinking back at what she foresaw in the future. She only saw images of the Vance Castle burning, but there was no signs of who was attacking in the first place.
Elina turns around to look down at her soldiers coming together in front of the castle gate. She waves her spear out and replies "Stand your ground! We're not out of the fire yet. I need all available troops to the gate right now!"
Beatrice would begin to slow them down by performing some spells, such as an ice wall that was thick enough for them to struggle to break through it. However, a few seconds after making the ice wall, it explodes to pieces thanks to the support of Nyx. Beatrice was surprise to find another magic user, so she sends a fireball towards her and she does the same to cancel the both of them in the air. The attackers would continue to rush forward across the bridge until they reach the other side.
The city guard amass to the front entrance with their shields and swords ready to fight. They manage to get into a shield wall formation in front of the gate and prepare for what comes next. The barbarians would charge in and smash against the shields, forced the defenders to be push back a little at the overwhelming force. It was Nyx who releases another fireball above the gateway, while Beatrice attempts of firing her own fireball to shoot it over Nyx to target those at the back. Both attacks succeed in delivering damage, but Nyx's attack was enough to bring heavy debris to fall on top of the defenders and causing the barbarians to push through much easier than before.
The defenders held the front gate for over two minutes, then force to back away when they lost the shield formation and left to invite the barbarians inside the courtyard. The battle was brutal on both sides, but the barbarians are putting up more of a fight than the defenders, as they fought ferocious and spare none in front of them.
Elina was at the front fighting back against the invaders and fighting just as ferocious as the invaders. She continues striking as many in front of her, while also taking a few blows from her opponents. One was lucky enough to give her a strong punch in the gut, then her second opponent succeeds in delivering a small cut across the left side of her thigh.
As the fight wages on, Vilkas finally got the chance to let loose by tearing through so many with just his dual wielding axes. Not a single foe could last long against him, and chooses to cleave his way through to reach Elina. As for Nyx and Quiet, both attempt to distract and challenge Beatrice in a fight. Nyx remain on the bridge and continues casting one spell after another to quickly counter the incoming spells that Beatrice was performing. Quiet would attempt to distract Beatrice long enough for Nyx to perform the final attack, but deals with an energy dome made by Beatrice to protect herself from dangers from where she is not looking. Beatrice turns to Quiet to force her away by swinging her staff through the air to create a blast of ice through the air with spikes strong enough to easily tear through her skin. Nyx did try to break the shield with two attempts of fireballs, but the third fireball she release was cancel by a surprise lightning strike from Beatrice to knock Nyx to the floor. She would have to postpone the fight with them when noticing more barbarians coming up on the walls to attack her, so she uses this a chance to retreat further within to find a better location to protect herself and fight against the invaders.
Several minutes into the fight, it was the defenders that lose the hold against the invaders and lose the gateway completely. The more they retreat, the more the enemy advances inside and begin spreading throughout the area and getting inside the interiors where they search and kill everyone they find. Many would try to run away, but are cut down easily from behind. Elina would continue her fight until she realise she sees her people making a run for it further inside the interior.
"Where are you all going!?" Elina cries out to them and was suddenly being pulled away by her own people.
"Take her to safety." Beatrice calls out and quickly defends herself from incoming men on the walls. She easily knocks them off the walls and sent three men plummeting into the water.
The moment Nyx enters the scene and found Elina in the distance. She creates an ice shard from above her head and sent it flying towards her. The ones dragging Elina away was the one who takes the shard through the gut and gave Elina a chance to live for a while longer. Frustrated that she cannot fight them here, so she chooses to lead the surviving defenders inside the interiors to attempt of fighting them inside the buildings.
Vilkas held one captive down and slices her neck. He looks out to his enemies and says to his men "Spare no one. If they try to attack, kill them. If they surrender, whatever you want to them."
And with that the killing continues. They did not spare a single man in this castle, but any women that wish to live would experience the hardship of a barbarian from another continent. They did not think twice when some of them manage to disarm a female soldier and attempt of ripping off their armour to have fun time with them right here and now. They claim the women and steal anything valuable inside the castle, while also continuing to burn this place down.
During the retreat and the fighting back against them, Beatrice would split apart from Elina and leave her to deal with both Vilkas and Nyx, while Nyx begins to pursue Beatrice in the harbor bay with the rest of the soldiers. It was here where Quiet begins to show her skills when going after Beatrice. As soon as both sides clash against each other in the harbor, she moves through quietly through the skirmishes without getting any attention from her enemies. She moves so quickly and slicing through a few necks along the quiet run through the gaps. As soon as she saw Beatrice in the distance, she went towards her and attempts to strike her while she is not looking. Thankfully, Beatrice did see her on time and place an energy dome around herself to protect the incoming dangers from her. Quiet begins to easily evade the incoming magical projectiles at this close from her with perfect reflexes, while also using just a sword to target one specific point of the shield to try and crack through it. After a handful attempts, Quiet manage to succeed in breaking the shield and was very close of sending her sword through Beatrice's gut, but thankfully, Beatrice uses her own staff to defend and use her left hand to shoot back with a perfect energy blast. Suddenly, Quiet manage to bend her body backwards enough to press her hands on the ground and have the energy blast go flying over her body. After it was over, she lifts herself up by flipping herself over back on her feet and comes in with quickness towards Beatrice with a strike against Beatrice's right wrist to force her to drop her staff, then another attack by taking out this black whip with small spikes across it and wrap it around Beatrice's neck.
Beatrice falls on both knees when experiencing the pain from those spikes punching through her skin and struggling to breathe from the tight grip from this whip. Her attempt of breaking free from this was using her other hand to release fire on the ground in front of Quiet to force her to let go off the whip and give her a chance to free herself from this pain. However, after doing so, Quiet comes back with a hard kick across her face and knocking her down to the floor. She was now at the mercy of Quiet.
Meanwhile, Elina was not doing so well, after clashing with Vilkas and taking another serious injury across her body. She was no match against Vilkas, who is shown to not have a single cut and could easily go on for much longer than her. Nyx would be the one to end this fight with a blast of lightning that sends Elina hitting against the wall and left held against the wall with the electricity that surrounds her. Unable to move or do anything, Elina was left to watch as everything she held dear to her would go up in flames and spill blood everywhere. This place she was trying to defend was precious memories between her and her sisters. Her comrades die in front of her, and those that try to surrender would also be cut down, or be held down and suffer a terrible fate at the hands of the victors.
"Do you see this?" Nyx asks when walking towards Elina "Now you'll experience the same pain I've felt since I came to this place."
Elina looks back to her and still unable to break free from this spell. While the electricity was hurting her, she still remembers Nyx back when the both of them were just kids. Spilling water on her face, forced her outside to sleep and using her as a training dummy. All that time of abusing Nyx and mistreating her is coming back at her. Elina was always the worst one than Claudette and Leina, and Nyx has long been waiting for this. Nyx did attempt of making Elina suffer during the Queen's Blade, but came with a loss when her own master Funikura would turn on her and chose Elina, which ends in a disaster for the both of them and brought Nyx to more despair. But when the two reunite together, Nyx was going to hold onto Funikura until she claims her vengeance towards Elina.
"How does it feel?" Nyx asks her "You're going to lose everything, you selfish bitch!"
And so when the sun rises, Vilkas plants his banner on the wall and looks back at his army that are awaiting for a speech from him. "We are victorious! We have fought and suffered together, but still we stand together. There is a new power in this land: you! In the days ahead, we will fight other battles and claim more riches. Starting today, this land belongs to you!"
