Here are some of my responses to the reviews

InfinityMask: I agree! And I have some ideas on how it's going to affect his quirk.

Guest: I was initially thinking that too since OFA would make him a bit OP, but I have some amazing ideas if he does receive it. I don't know If I'm going to be doing proper shipping in this fanfic because I have never done it before.

Izuku was stuck staring at this mess of green goop in fear. "Kid, I'm going to need you to hide! Hope you don't mind…" The goop said as he dove into Izuku's open mouth. Izuku started to choke as he internally screamed in pain. "What should I do?" He thought. "I've got not much available energy," He frantically looked around the tunnel and did a mental checklist of his available options.

"Not much light, or electrical energy, I can't extract kinetic energy, I can't risk using heat energy, otherwise I will freeze myself, my screams are muffled, and I can barely move so sound energy is out of the question," He looked at the wall and concluded. "My last option, chemical energy!" He quickly turned his attention to the wall and focused. He felt the energy that was held between the chemical bonds of the molecules. He extended his focus to a sizeable chunk of the wall and pulled.

The wall glowed a brilliant purple before a section of it seemed to vanish, its molecular bonds dissolved. A purple glow hovered in front of Izuku's eyes. "Great, now to…" He thrust the glow towards him, it flashing blue before his body absorbed it, and went flying. Due to inertia, the majority of the sludge villain was propelled out of Izuku's mouth and splattered onto the floor. Izuku choked, coughed out the rest of the sludge in his lungs and grinned.

The sludge gathered on the floor and a scowl formed on its… face? "You damn kid… just let me take your body!" The villain charged again and Izuku reached his hands out, "Special move: Energy paralysis!" He yelled as the villain simply stopped. "Wha…?" The pile of green goop said. Blue energy continuously emanated off him and in front of Izuku. The villain made an attempt to try to get closer, but nothing happened. Izuku just absorbed more of the kinetic energy that the villain tried to use.

He was thinking about what to do now when he heard the lid of the drainpipe clatter again, followed by a loud yell. "Never fear because I am here! TEXAS SMASH!" The man flew towards the villain and punched him blasting him into slimy, green pieces. The punch was so powerful, that Izuku was thrown back and had to quickly stop himself with his quirk.

"A-all Might?" A shocked Izuku stuttered. All Might turned around and flashed Izuku his signature smile. "Yes, it is me. Are you alright young man?" Izuku stared at him blankly, cogs turning in his brain until he finally figured out who he was talking to "ALL MIGHT?!" He exclaimed. All Might laughed, "Quite a few people have that reaction when seeing me. Yes, I am All Might, and are you hurt at all?" Izuku shook his head. "I'm ok All Might," still trying to recover from the shock of meeting his idol in person.

"I'm glad you weren't injured by that sludge villain, by the way, you have an impressive quirk. You kept the sludge villain from you when I came out, and that special move, 'energy paralysis.' What is your quirk?"

"Ah, my quirk is called Energy Manipulation. I can control the 9 energies of this world; move and transform them at will. What I was doing to the villain, I was pulling away from the kinetic energy from him as he tried to move towards me, making him stay in one spot."

"What an interesting quirk young man. Are you aspiring to be a future hero?"

"Yes, I am!"

"Heh, I'll look forward to seeing you around… oh! I forgot to ask your name!"

"It's I-Izuku Midoriya, All Might!"

"Ok young Midoriya, can you help me gather this villain and put him into this bottle I have here?"

When they were done, All Might thanked Izuku and jumped away, nearly knocking Izuku off of his feet again. Izuku smiled, watching as the form of All Might slowly got smaller into the distance. Then, he realized. "Crap! I forgot to ask All Might for his signature!". Izuku frantically looked around for a convenient source of energy he could use to propel himself after All Might. He noticed the blue glow still lingering from the villain encounter. Without a second thought, he pushed it into himself and was launched towards All Might

"Oh no, my time is almost up, I spent too long talking to that kid" All Might thought before he was slammed in the back by something. It sent him tumbling onto the roof of a building. He grimaced in pain and looked up to see what the object was. To his utter shock, it was that kid from earlier, Izuku.

Izuku groaned and stood up, "I'm sorry All Might, but I forgot to ask you for your autograph, so I went after you…" Izuku looked up, to see a man, shrivelled, bony and in need of many, many protein drinks. "Ahh!" Izuku yelled, "You're not all might! Impostor!"

"Kid, chill. I am All Might." All Might took a seat on a nearby ledge and lifted his shirt revealing a horrifying scar that spread across his side like a spiderweb. "This injury was dealt to me by a very powerful villain. It took out one of my lungs and half my stomach along with some other organs. It's limited my time as a hero to about three hours"

"Was it your fight against toxic chainsaw five years ago?" Izuku asked.

All Might chuckled a bit, "You know your stuff kid, but no it wasn't. It was a villain much, much stronger."

Izuku tilted his head, confused. "I didn't know about that one."

"It's not revealed to the public in case it causes a mass panic." All Might stated, coughing up a bit of blood. "I better get going now. Better deliver this villain to the police station before any more havoc occurs."

"Wait, All Might!" Izuku said, pulling out his notebook.

All Might grinned. "Right, the reason why you crashed into me in the first place." Izuku's face turned red, partially embarrassed, and nodded. All Might signed his notebook and Izuku thanked him profusely before All Might slowly made his way down the stairs, leaving Izuku alone on the rooftop.

"Wow! I can't believe I got a signature from All Might himself! And that ability I used to catch up to him, so cool!" He started to think about more applications for his quirk, such as makeshift energy storage by rearranging particles before realising he needed to get home and heading back down the stairs. "Mum's going to kill me…" He thought.

As he reached the bottom of the stairs, he noticed a bright flash illuminating the sky briefly and a large explosion nearby. He turned towards the source and shot towards it. When he arrived, his heart sank. The sludge villain from earlier was slowly suffocating a person inside, while heroes around were helpless to do anything! "What's going on? Why isn't anyone doing anything? I thought All Might captured him as well… Oh". He realised that when he hit All Might, he must have knocked the bottle out of his pocket. Guilt filled his mind as he thought of ways to free the person inside.

He glanced around and caught a glimpse of All Might in his skinny form, standing there. "Why isn't All Might doing anything either! He stopped it for me. Why not this kid?" He pushed forwards through the crowd and tried to see who was trapped in there. Then, his heart stopped. He saw a spiky blond screaming, gnashing, and setting off explosions. "Kacchan!" Without a second thought, Izuku dashed straight through the crowd to try to save Bakugo, pulling the energy from a nearby fire as he went.

"Izuku! What the heck are you doing here?" Bakugo yelled as Izuku approached. "Saving your life doofus!" He yelled back as he thrust the energy in Bakugo's direction, launching him out of the sludge in a similar fashion to earlier. "Wha…?" The villain said before turning around and scowling. "You…"

Izuku scowled back with bravery he didn't have. "Yes, me. You tried to hurt me, you tried to hurt my friend, I won't let you hurt us again!" He yelled before pulling his arms behind him, gathering up all the energy from the fire. "Kacchan!" He yelled.

"On it you damn nerd!" Kacchan said as he prepared his explosions.

"Combo move! Accelerated howitzer impact!" They yelled as Bakugo started to spin faster and faster, Izuku holding him in place and gathering energy as he got faster. When Izuku couldn't contain the energy any longer, he thrust it towards Bakugo, launching him towards the sludge monster with a force similar to All Might's punch.

Upon impact, the sludge monster was blown to bits, the impact enough to clear all the smoke in the area. All Might just stood there in shock. "What are these kids…?"

Sorry, this is a bit short! I am currently studying for some assessments so the next part may take a little while to come out! All feedback is welcome
