Hey, guys! Been a little while since I have been on this story, huh? Well, Season 6 is finally here (and I'm still watching it due to no Switch release yet), and I am really liking what I am seeing so far! ;)

I'm so glad we're finally moving on to the next season after how long Season 5 was. However, the new rounds introduced are good, to say the least.

So let's see how Redd and Aaliyah are gonna fare in here. Enjoy! :D

The background turned a sea green color once Redd and Aaliyah re-entered the main lobby. It has been a little while since they came back here, and they were just as excited as previous times.

"So many hexagons..." Aaliyah whispered, closing her eyes for a bit.

"Yeah, we have been getting Hex-a-gone and Thin Ice a lot as of late, so let's hope that's gonna change." Redd agreed. Aaliyah looks at her Inkling friend and nods, showing a small smile.

"Hey, uh, JReddSSBU? You here?" Redd called out.

"Urgh... so bored..." I was mumbling to myself, stuck in a trance.

"Hey! Hey! We're back!" Redd shouted, waving his hands and jumping around.

"H-Huh? Oh! Redd, Aaliyah! Perfect timing." I snap out of it as I notice my two OCs by each other.

"We notice things changed again," Aaliyah stated, "Redd and I have been through looking at so many hexagons, it's like it's the only shape engraved in my head..."

"Hmm, I see," I replied, "Well, lemme tell you that what awaits next will involve less hexagons. And a lot more tricks."

"What kind of tricks, exactly?" Redd asked.

"I'm glad you asked. Lemme spell it out for you in the form of this season's theme." I chuckled. Three screens appeared side by side, just like all of the previous times.

The left screen displayed all kinds of large lily pads, but used as a trampoline of some kind. And the beans were jumping from one to another. The right screen shows these massive pink robotic rhinos. At least bigger than those jelly beans. And the last showed some kind of temple from a ceiling view, with circles on the top showing all different kinds of obstacles in the rooms.

"Ooh! I'm liking this already!" Redd cheered.

"Looks very mysterious.." Aaliyah commented.

"Mysterious is a good way of putting it!" I agreed with them, "This theme has you going around in a jungle adventure. There's not many unique changes I must say. Or at least ones that involve you guys in it. But my god, it's dragging on for sooooooooo long..."

"Hm. Sorry to hear that." Redd apologized.

"The rounds are still fun to play in. Right...?" Aaliyah questioned.

"Oh, of course. There's some good rounds in there, but I'll leave it to you guys for which ones you do like," I remarked, "Plus, there is one new final. And... let's just say, it takes its inspiration from Fall Mountain."

"I don't know if that's good or bad for us..." Aaliyah said quietly.

"And before you two go off, there was no mid-season update for this theme, for some apparent reason," I warned, "Word has it that it's been canceled. However, there were still a couple updates here and there, one of which bringing a new round that I think you guys may or may not like."

"No mid-season update? Darn, I wanted to ask what its ridiculous name is." Redd sighed.

"So... we can go and play now, right...?" Aaliyah asked innocently, rolling her right ankle as she smiles.

"With how cute you always are, Aaliyah, yes you can. You two have fun. If you need anything, gimme a holler." I responded.

"Sure thing!" Redd replies. He sticks by Aaliyah's side, and they turn into their aquatic forms and super jump into the air. In the blink of an eye, they are already falling into the next lobby to try these jungle-related activities.

Race Minigame 1: Treetop Tumble

Navigate the jungle obstacles and race to the finish line!

The sky was clear in the large jungle. The scenery displays some nice jungle platforms outside of the course. Some of which had waterfalls, and a nice architectural statue of those jelly beans.

Everyone was all lined up, ready to race in the nice jungle-themed course.

"Ooh! It looks pretty.." Aaliyah said in awe.

"I really like how the jungle theme is looking so far," Redd commented, "Let's see if this course has anything to promise us. I sense it's gonna be good, like a lot of others."

3... 2... 1... GO!

Aaliyah was going to respond, but she and Redd were caught off guard by the beginning buzzer, and the other contestants running already. Luckily, they weren't too far behind, and caught up quite quickly.

There were a row of three spinning disks on the left and right side, matching the direction they're each going on. But in the middle, they all had a small sleeping frog. Some beans went up on these disks to make it to the higher part of the course.

After a few seconds, the frogs will open their eyes and grow bigger, causing less room on the disks. But most beans weren't bothered by this at the slightest. The frogs stay in this state for a few seconds before they close their eyes and return to their normal small shape.

Then there was the optional bottom path, where there was a small ramp going downwards, and completely covered in slime to slow them down. There were several hammers spinning around, but were different than the Yeetuses. They all had this unique blue with green outlines and mischievous smile on the fronts.

Aaliyah and Redd decided to take the top path, taking their chances with the frogs. When they grew bigger, they stay at the edges to use the room they had. They made it to the top part with ease, with Aaliyah stumbling a little bit after the spinning.

"You okay?" Redd asked kindly.

"Mm hmm." Aaliyah hums as she nods her head. She and Redd continued on, where the lily pad trampolines they saw on one of the screens were scattered all around the place. Most of them were big, some were small, and some small ones spun around some of the big ones. But there was room to fall down to the bottom part of the course.

The two look down to see there were more frogs on circle platforms, with the rest of this part surrounded by water, slowing the beans down when they walk through it.

Redd wasted no time, and started jumping on the platforms. He was launched high up, which caused Aaliyah to think carefully. She takes a deep breath, and joins in with Redd on the jumping, albeit nervous at first.

They carefully landed on the other side, and continued their path, where there were a couple spinning platforms with slime slides. And in the shape of an actual slide, with an angry 'o' face with teeth as the entry point.

"Whoo hoo!" Redd whoops as he races down the left slide, since that was he was closer to.

"W-Wait up!" Aaliyah called out, chasing after Redd on the same slide. When they got down, there was a curvy path with two sets of donut pillars. Four pillars circling in a ferris wheel format.

Behind them had four rings of donut pillars, and some beans were struggling to get through them. There was a lot, after all.

But along with this curvy path, there was one diagonally leading to the same mid-way point to the next pillar ferris wheel and some frogs, but with a fan obstacle blockade spinning around.

Redd and Aaliyah decide to take this diagonal path, but there was a lot less room to operate. Thus, the blockade pushes them off.

"Uwaaah!" They both yell as they fall into the very shallow water. They got up after a couple seconds, and the water simply reached their feet. A couple cannons were shooting large jungle pattern balls at incoming beans.

"Look out!" Redd shouted. He and Aaliyah barely jump out of the way of one of the incoming balls. Aaliyah looked in front of her, and saw one of the trampolines in the water.

"Oh! We can use that to jump and get a boost.." Aaliyah pointed out. She jumps onto the trampoline, and jumps to avoid the balls. And she got a lot of distance to get out of the water up ahead.

"Whoa! Smart!" Redd complimented. He does the same thing to meet up with his Octoling friend.

As some beans joined them, they reach the next part, having a large circle platform that had two rhinos slowing moving around. There were two fans at the end of the platform (one on each side) to help them get to a way higher platform. The top platform had two wide log swings that seem a little tricky to balance on.

"Uh oh..." Aaliyah gulped, staring at the mechanical rhinos.

"We have to sneak around them, and fast!" Redd suggested. When the rhinos turned away to the left, the red Inkling and his pink Octoling friend take the right, as other jelly beans joined them.

The rhinos notice more jelly beans running along, and upon first glance, they blow smoke out of their noses and charge at the beans. They launch them off the platform with their powerful headbutt.

Redd and Aaliyah reach the fan and fly up to the remaining part of the course.

"Goodness, that was scary..." Aaliyah sighed. They notice two slime slides, with a lily pad in the middle, a spinning disk at the end of each slide, and a frog WAY up higher than the disk. The disk also had two more slime slides to go through.

Redd takes his chances with the trampoline, but the frog grows big that makes Redd fall down. Fortunately, he lands on the disk, as beans push him aside so they can qualify faster.

Aaliyah takes the left slide as she steps onto the spinning platform, avoiding surrounding donut pillars on the way there. When she meets up with Redd, they stick together and take the right slide, where the finish line was up ahead. Redd would've liked to try that other trampoline by the second set of slides, but he wanted to stay by Aaliyah and win this together.

And taking one last leap of faith at the end, they dive to the finish line, and...

QUALIFY!

They successfully completed the course.

"Oh man, that was fun!" Redd cheered.

"The jungle sure has a lot of neat tricks in store.." Aaliyah stated. She looks left and right as she waits for more contestants to qualify with them. While Redd just sits back and relaxes until the next round starts.

Race Minigame 2: Lily Leapers

Use the drums to bounce to the finish line!

These lily-pad looking trampolines were everywhere as the theme of this course. Some big, some small, and lots far away to force everyone to use them to reach the end, and get that well-deserved qualification.

"Oh my goodness, that is a lot of drums." Redd pointed out.

"Well... time to do a lot of jumping.." Aaliyah whispered.

3... 2... 1... GO!

And they're off! Aaliyah and Redd jump onto the first set of large trampolines, and were jumping around to the next two sets, awaiting them higher up.

On the next platform, they gave their feet a breather before they jump onto more drums, scattered around in a large pool of water. Aaliyah was having fun jumping from each of them from the path she's taking. Some drums have vertical orange walls, but no one took it. Those jelly beans just focused on the drums, and nothing more.

Aaliyah laughed along as she makes it to the next set, while Redd was falling behind trying to take one of the smaller drums to a higher platform on the left. Which there was also one to the right as well.

Redd falls onto the shallow water, and was struggling getting back up. So he uses on of the orange walls, and climbs onto it before jumping onto the larger drum and trying again.

"This course is something else..." Redd mumbled. He makes it to the right platform, and jumps onto the one large lily pad drum to boost him up, but he takes his time to jump onto the small drum, and not take the slime ramp down to the water again.

Back with Aaliyah, she flawlessly jumps onto more drums and makes it to the next set. Three were moving left and right, and made way to five more in the air, but staying still. She managed to carefully time her jumps and dive to one of them, thanks to her visual learning ability from the beans trying to dive as well.

The next drums higher up were humongous. This was making Aaliyah slow down a bit, as she couldn't get onto them with how big they are. But after some careful decision making, she jumps onto these drums, although slower than all the other times.

Next platform, five trampolines were on the ground. Two move in the air, left and right. This was more easier for Aaliyah, but during her jumping, she looks back and sadly frowns, seeing no trace of Redd by her side.

"I hope you're okay back there..." She thought. The pink-haired Octoling focuses back on the game, and jumps along. There were two upwards ramps on each edge of the course, with paths of lily pad trampolines down below, in a way where it's impossible to mis-time your jump and fall off, unless you steer too far left or right.

There were also five in the center path, as an alternative for those who are wanting to take risks for a faster, yet harder path to the last base platform. Aaliyah shakes her head, refusing to take the center path.

She takes the left like always, and jumps carefully among all of the drums. When she reaches the base platform, she goes up to the upwards ramp, and saw five drums aimed diagonally for a big boost to the finish line up ahead.

"No turning back!" Aaliyah told herself. She jumps onto the middle drum, and gets quickly boosted to the finish line, disappearing in the blink of an eye.

QUALIFIED!

After a large amount of struggling, Redd finally reaches the last part Aaliyah was originally at.

"I'm okay!" The red Inkling exclaimed. He looks around momentarily, and decides to risk taking the center path. He makes good progress, reaching the third trampoline. But at the fourth one, he was too low, and smacks against the wall of the drum.

"Aaaah!" He screams as he falls. The descend lasts a few seconds before he respawns back to the base platform he was originally on. He then tries the center path again, in an attempt to get better at it.

ELIMINATED!

But it was too late, as the last qualifying beans reach the end just at a moment's notice.

"It's over already? Wow, I wasn't keeping track." Redd says, shocked at how fast the round went.

"Those drums were fun, though. I can help out next time we do this course, if you'd like..." Aaliyah insisted.

"Aww, I appreciate that, Ali." Redd commented, smiling at her friend's cute innocence. He then looks down below as he was knocked off of the square, leaving Aaliyah to do the rest of the rounds herself.

Survival Minigame 1: Stompin Ground

Avoid the charging Rhinos and stay inside the arena!

The remaining contestants were inside this large, circular arena. There were propellers holding gates to surround the three mechanical rhinos as the stars of the show: Rhino, Rhiyes, and Rhimaybe.

(I'm not even kidding. These are their canon names, according to Mediatonic.)

Aaliyah looks around, noticing there were some trampolines slowly circling around to push beans back in, as a last ditch resort if the rhinos try to push them off.

"Okay, Aaliyah. Deep breaths, okay? Just stay calm." Redd cooed, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Okay..." Aaliyah whispered. She inhales through her nose, and exhales deeply through her mouth.

3... 2... 1... GO!

Immediately, the propellers lift the cages and let the rhinos loose. They slowly trek along the ground, as the remining beans run around, most notably away from the rhinos.

As time continues to tick, the rhinoes were moving fast when they got their sights on beans. Everyone was ragdolling around. Redd and Aaliyah were barely getting away from the rhinos when they charged at them. Screams echoed from the two Inkopolis residents.

Everyone continues running around, and some beans... were just jumping and diving onto the trampolines to get momentum height before landing back on the arena ground. The rhinos barely pushed them, but for how long can this keep up.

Aaliyah and Redd continue to run along, but this round was going on long for them, it's almost too much to comprehend. One rhino manages to push the two, and put them into a ragdoll state.

That's when another rhino combos them, and pushes them off the arena.

"AAAHHHH!" The two scream as they impact of the charge launched them high up, and over the trampolines.

When they fall into the water, the struggle for a bit before they dissolve into their squid and octopus form as they respawn onto the results sqaure.

ELIMINATED!

Two beans notice the two dissolving, and stared at the water with small eyes, feigning a surprised expression. One looked at the other and pointed at what happened. The other bean turns to his comrade and shrugs, not getting rid of his shocked look.

Then a rhino charges at them while they were distracted. Through the trampolines, they join in the elimination, disappearing in the water unlike Redd and Aaliyah.

"Huh... I wonder why we still dissolve in the water, but not in the slime. We just disappear in the latter..." Aaliyah wondered.

"Whether we apply the spray on us or not, we're still gonna be eliminated either way." Redd discussed. Aaliyah nods in agreement, and shortly, she and her Inkling friend were pushed off.

They stick together as they leave and get ready to cue up into the next lobby.

Survival Minigame 2: Sum Fruit

Count the fruit. Avoid the rising slime. When the screens show a quantity of a type of fruit, stand on the tile matching that fruit to survive!

Redd and Aaliyah meet up with the jelly beans in this circular arena, with two elevated platforms on each side. The arena was covered by large ring of slime. And near the walls is where there were screens, ready to display numbers when the time comes.

"Sum Fruit? As in addition? Heh, I like that." Redd chuckles at the bad pun name of this round.

"Ooh, more logic. I thought Perfect Match was enough..." Aaliyah sighed.

3... 2... 1... GO!

Some big plastic fruits fell into the course. Everyone hops onto one of the elevated platforms, and observes the fruit. Some were bananas, and the others were coconuts. The latter of the two weren't seen in Perfect Match before.

Eleven seconds counted down, and all of the contestants were fixated on the fruits. When the time ran out, an alarm went out as six square platforms appeared in the center. Everyone jumps onto the platforms, and the slime rises up to cover everything, leaving only the platforms behind.

Half of the platforms individually show a banana, and the other half show a coconut. They all look at one of the screens, and it shows a 3 on the left, an empty square in the middle, and a question mark on the right.

"Huh?" Aaliyah was beyond confused, not understanding what the screen was supposed to represent.

"Aaliyah, the bananas." Redd says. Aaliyah stays on the tile she was on, since it was a banana. A few seconds pass, and the banana tiles stay. The ones on the coconut tiles fall into the slime since said platforms have disappeared.

The slime goes back down, and everyone can move on the base ground again. They all huddle up to the elevated platform as the cannons shoot out more fruit. More bananas, but also revealed dragon fruit and raspberries.

The contestants stay around and count the fruit, and Redd notices there is a lot more bananas again. So he hoped banana wasn't gonna be the same choice again like the last time.

The slime rises again, and when the platforms appear, everyone hops to it. The screen shows the same thing, but the number on the left is a 1. Two platforms have banana images, two had raspberries, and two had dragon fruit. Aaliyah looks around, but then notices what the answer is.

"Oh, this red, uh... thing!" Aaliyah says as she hops onto one of the platforms with the dragon fruit.

"Heh, it's called a dragon fruit." Redd giggled as he joins Aaliyah. The answer was correct, as the ones who guessed wrong fell off the disappearing platforms and got eliminated.

The slime descends back down once again, and the cycle continues. The cannons shoot out a couple coconuts, pears, and watermelons. It also shot out a couple stars, which Redd raises an eyebrow at.

"Uhh... stars aren't fruit." Redd muttered.

"But I think there is something called starfruit." Aaliyah said.

"Heh, that, there is." Redd agreed, chuckling along. The platforms appeared after the eleven seconds were up, and the slime rises.

The screen shows a two as the number. Two platforms have coconuts, two with pears, one with a watermelon, and then one with a dragonfruit.

"Oh carp, uh... I don't know!" Redd exclaimed, panicking a bit as he forgot the answer.

"Uh oh...!" Aaliyah cried, "Uh... I think it's... try watermelon!"

Redd sticks by Aaliyah and steps on the watermelon tile. The countdown goes down from five seconds. The wrong answers disappear, and watermelon was one of them.

Aaliyah and Redd let out a holler as they fall, but was cut short when they fall into the slime and disappear.

ELIMINATED!

The right answer turned out to be coconut, and the ones on the coconut tiles safely make it to the next round.

"Aw, dang. I like how challenging that one was." Redd commented.

"S-Sorry, Redd..." Aaliyah apologized.

"No, don't be, Ali. You tried your best. We'll do better next time!" Redd assured. Upon hearing Redd's encouraging words, Aaliyah looks back at him and smiles. The results push them off the square so they can que in for the next lobby.

Hunt Minigame 1: Bubble Trouble

JUMP into bubbles to pop them and score points to win!

Redd, Aaliyah, and the remaining jelly beans in this round stood around a huge spinning disk. There were five large circles with different obstacles used to get to higher bubbles. None spawned yet, but they knew once the round was gonna start, they're gonna need all the help they can get.

"That's a lot of obstacles all around..." Aaliyah said.

"Indeed. But I think that's what's going to make it more fun." Redd insisted.

3... 2... 1... GO!

Redd and Aaliyah turn around, and saw a bunch of bubbles around a patch with upward ramps and hammers, with a rotating wall at the top with four square holes on each of the fan-like wall.

Everyone was scattering around, while the other half of the beans stuck closer to a patch with drawbridges, and an expanding frog in the middle of a body of water.

Bubbles were scattered around these small areas, with small sun coins that had that mischievous smile, almost seen on the jungle edition hammers. Higher up, there was a gold version of that coin inside one of the bubbles.

Everyone was scattering around to get as many of the bubbles as possible. A few beans already had a head start, while Redd and Aaliyah only got a few. It was a good head start, but they were too late to try and get that golden one.

"How many points do we need...?" Aaliyah asked.

"It says we need fifteen to qualify." Redd replied. When all the bubbles in that zone were gone, more appeared in a different zone. They all saw bubbles in a zone with two raised platforms, all covered by lily pad drums.

This time, Redd managed to jump up and get a lot more of the bubbles than in the last zone. Aaliyah only got a couple, as those beans were beating her to it.

Redd got up to a total of 9 points, while Aaliyah was at 5. They all rushed to the next zone where bubbles spawned in. There were ramps leading to a raised circular platform, surrounded by punching gloves in pairs to form a square, in which those gloves received a makeover to match the jungle theme.

Aaliyah slowly walked by, sneaking by some bubbles to get more points. But Redd was absolutely killing it. When he got a couple more regular points, he manages to find a golden bubble, and pops it to gain a good five points!

QUALIFIED!

"O-Oh dear. I have to make it quick.." Aaliyah told herself. She tried to get by to get some more bubbles. And she did get a few more, but not just enough with more jelly beans snatching them away.

Next zone, there was a huge log swing with a fan to propel them onto it. Aaliyah made sure to use that to her advantage, and was easily obtaining more bubbles the higher up that she was.

But the bubbles on top was the only part.

ELIMINATED!

Overall, Aaliyah couldn't get enough points. Only getting a total of 12 after the last qualifying beans got their points from the lower part of the zone.

"Aw, so close..." Aaliyah sighed.

"There's always next time. You did great, Ali." Redd complimented.

"Mm hmm, thanks. I'll try harder next time.." Aaliyah said. Redd smiles and nods as his Octoling friend gets pushed off so she can spectate him.

Hunt Minigame 2: Pegwin Pool Party

Grab and hold onto a Penguin to score points!

On the higher elevated platform, everyone looks down below, seeing some slime slides with a small pool of water (and waterfalls above for scenery), and a fan blowing upwards with a large hole to get to the top where they're at right now. Behind the water fall had a circle base of land, with a frog in the middle of it.

Near some donut pillars, they can see a good number of Bert's jungle-adapted brethren: Sherbert.

(Again, canon name.)

"Ooh! The penguins look different." Aaliyah said, looking down at the orange toy penguins.

"Sure thing. We're gonna have to depend to hold onto these for a while." Redd suggested.

3... 2... 1... GO!

Everyone jumps down as the penguins run away. Some jelly beans already grab one of them, and others already start fighting to hold onto the penguin for themselves.

Aaliyah managed to get away holding one penguin and escaping chasing jelly beans. Meanwhile, Redd was having no such luck. And unlike Pegwin Pursuit, no one had a team to rely on. It was every man (bean) for themself.

Aaliyah looks at the small orange penguin, and smiles when noticing the rockhopper prong hairs on top of its head.

"These penguins do look cute..." She thought. But, distracted as she always is, two beans find her, and begin grabbing her to let go of the penguin. She yelps, trying to hold onto it.

"No! No!" She uttered. But the grab pressure was too much for her, and this Sherbert was launched high. When it landed on the ground, it begins running away. That's when Aaliyah and the two grabbing beans chased after it.

Redd managed to get away at last, and boosts himself back to the higher platform with the help of the fan, right before it turned off, since it can occasionally do that. He stands around, as the points begin to rack up for him. Only 25 total, and he qualifies.

"Just a little longer..." He mumbled. He looks behind him, and saw another jelly bean chasing after him. He grew determined as he got a head start, knowing he is more slow with the penguin in his hands.

"Not today!" The red Inkling exclaimed. He rushes over to the slime slide, and runs down it, ending up back to the bottom part. He dipped his feet in the water before he steps back onto the ground where the frog is at.

Mainly because there was a lot of beans observing the area, and fighting over a specific Sherbet nonetheless.

QUALIFIED!

Redd reaches the maximum amount of points needed to qualify. Aaliyah was in a bit of a pickle with how many more people are qualifying by the second.

"Only five more points," She thought, "I can do this..."

She gathers up her courage, and grabs the penguin. When one of the beans tried to grab her, she barely dodges by sidestepping to another direction. This gave her a head start to run away.

She knew she was slower, but the bean was having trouble catching up. Aaliyah smiles, holding onto one of the Sherberts as tightly. She closes her eyes, continuing to run. At this point, there was no way she couldn't qualify.

"Veemo!" The innocent Octoling cheers.

QUALIFIED!

Just in time, she reaches 25 points from holding onto the penguin. Meeting up with Redd in the results screen, she smiles cutely.

"I like that one." She says.

"Me too. Although, I do prefer the other one because of working as a team." Redd stated.

"It's okay. I understand." Aaliyah responded, nodding her head.

Final Minigame 1: Lost Temple

Reach the end of the maze and GRAB the Crown!

There were a lot of rooms in this temple-inspired course. Lots of doors lead to different rooms to get to the right path to the floating crown at the end, just above some lily pad drums.

"Okay, this is it. The final round," Redd said, "Seems like it was inspired by Fall Mountain, since it's a race compared to being the last one standing."

"Hopefully I can keep up.." Aaliyah chimed in.

3... 2... 1... GO!

Everyone rushes to bash through the first door. There was immediately a split path; one left and one right. Aaliyah and Redd take the left one, and some beans squeezed in there as they dove through the door.

The ones that tried the right path figured out it was the wrong answer, and were falling behind to catch up.

This room had a horizontal and vertical bamboo line that was wide enough for anyone to walk on. There were a couple doors around, so Redd and Aaliyah stick together to break right through one of them.

Again, they choose the correct answer. Some beans fell down the vines, and got back up thanks to lily pad drums in the water. Next was another split path, so the two Inkopolis friends take the right.

But they were wrong, and panic as they take the center once a bean breaks through the center door. There were seven small green cylinder platforms in the shape of a hexagon, and surrounded by water.

Aaliyah jumps on the platforms and ends up at the left door. Redd does the same, but for the right door. However, both of them equally got the incorrect choice. The center beans were on a roll, and were very far ahead.

In the next split path, the center beans tried to go for four consecutive right choices. But they were wrong, ending their correct streak. One bean dives through the left door, and gets the correct choice.

There were two spinning beams in this next area, but fit in with the jungle to become green, and look like bamboo. Redd and Aaliyah take the door in front of them, as that was the only logical choice.

And they were correct.

They bash through another door after a right turn, and end up in a room with two large spinning hammers. The hammers knock Ali and Redd around, slowing them down. Everyone takes the door in front, and there was a conveyor to help them built up speed.

There was one on the other side to meet up at the center one, and just up ahead, there was a small drum, with two medium sized drums, and the crown slowly floats around.

Redd and Aaliyah take one last jump as a couple beans join in, nearly at the same time. They all grab for the crown, and...!

...

ELIMINATED!

So close, but Redd nor Ali managed to grab the crown.

"Dang it! We were so close!" Redd complained.

"Ah... my feet are exhausted again. We almost got that crown..." Aaliyah sighed.

"That was definitely beginner's luck," Redd said, "But then again, the doors change every time we get this round. So we'll have different rooms to go through, and try again to reach that golden crown."

"Mm hmm." Aaliyah hums along.

The winning bean, wearing an adventurer-like costume, falls down to the winning circle. There was no podium, and it was replaced with... a large hole?

The jelly bean falls into the hole. Everyone looks at it in horror, thinking the bean fell into a dark abyss. But a loud "THUD!" was heard, and the podium extends out of the hole, bringing the bean with it.

The winner flops around and falls on his face. Then he looks back at the audience and shows a thumbs up. The others sigh in relief and/or cheer, congratulating the bean for winning the crown.

A/N: Alrighty, and that's Season 5. Here's hoping that Season 6 is gonna be a great one! And hopefully soon I'll get to join in one the fun when they announce the Switch version. XD
