Cole, Lloyd, Jay and Fugi-Dove are walking through the hot desert. The three Ninja exhausted, tired and thirsty. Fugi-Dove was not making things easier.
"Jay! Jay! Jay. Jay. Jay! Jay!"
Jay spun around. "WHAT!?"
"If you're serious about being a criminal, you'll want a catchphrase!"
"Ugh. I'm not becoming a criminal!"
"Like." Fugi-Dove coos. "Because loud noises are distracting! Except not that, because that's mine."
"How about this for a catchphrase? Leave me alone!" Jay jogs to catch up with Cole and Lloyd. "Are we almost at Twitchy's? I can't take this for much longer! He's driving me."-
"We're a lot alike." Fugi-Dove suddenly comes up to behind Jay. "Which is why I've decided to make you, Jay, ninja of lightning, my criminal sidekick! I even thought of a name for you."
"No thanks." Jay sped up a little to Cole, who sped up to Lloyd.
Jay's dislike towards him, did not seem to phase Fugi-Dove at all. "Blue Jay! Get it? Because it's a bird, like me, plus that Jay part! Blue, Jay!"
Cole smiled, turning around. "That's catchy."
"Ugh, don't encourage him!" Jay complained.
"We'll leave you guys to discuss the details." Lloyd said with a smile before he and Cole run off.
"Uh, no. No you won't!" Jay tried to run after his friends, but Fugi-Dove grabs him and yanks him back.
"You are now under the protective wing of Fugi-Dove, young Blue Jay! Feel the warmth of my wing. Feel it."
"Ugh." Jay stuttered. "Ugh."

After walking for what felt like hours. Lloyd looks up and does a double take as he sees a road, he stops walking, causing Cole to bump into him.
"A road. We're getting close to Twitchy's!" Lloyd smiles.
"Ah, civilization! This is the perfect time to give you your first lesson in crime. Petty vandalism!" Fugi-Dove pulls out a water bottle and waves it around, taunting the three thirsty Ninja.
"You have water!?" Cole asked, staring at the liquid.
"Not anymore." Fugi-Dove opens the water and pour out the liquid into the sand, shocking the Ninja.
"What are you doing!?" Cole yells, he reaches for the water and falls to a knee as the hot sand absorbs all the water.
"What does it look like?" Fugi-Dove then throws the empty bottle to the ground. "Littering!" He coos.
Cole runs after the water bottle on all fours, he tries to run but trips and summersaults downhill, landing hard on his back. Groaning, Cole reaches for the water bottle - only to find it empty.
Fungi-Dove turns his attention back to Jay. "Remember, Blue Jay! A criminal is only as good as the last crime he committed! And I have to keep my reputation up if I'm gonna join the Crystal Council."
"What did you say?" Lloyd asked.
"I said, I have to keep my reputation up. A criminal is only as good as."-
"No, about the Crystal Council!"
"Oh! Word on the street is some new criminal calling himself the Crystal King is assembling super villains for his Crystal Council. I'm just waiting for my invitation."
Cole walks up to them with the water bottle in, he grunts as he plops down.
"If we could figure out who this Crystal King will invite next, we might be able to disguise ourselves, intercept the invitation, and infiltrate this Council." Lloyd said, getting an idea.
"Don't even think of taking my invitation." Fugi-Dove told the blonde.
"You're not getting an invitation, ok?!" Jay told him. "Nobody's gonna invite you to join their super villain team."
"Oh, really? Even after I do this?" Fugi-Dove pulls out another bottle and pours the water into the sand.
"Aah!" Cole cries, leaping after the water, but its completely emptied. "No!"

At Twitchy's gas station. Eleanor's car had been pushed to the back of the building. All four doors are broken off, including the trunk door. Eleanor is currently looking through the boxes that were still intact inside the trunk of her car.
"Here we go." She smiles, she's wearing a Miramar Crop Denim Trucker Jacket over a yellow spaghetti strap shirt, blue light blue jean shorts with black Go-go boots. She walks around the corner of the building. "Hey guys." She continues to smile, walking up to Kai. "I got new underwear for each of you all." She hands a red package to Kai, then tosses a package to Dareth and William.
"Where did you get these from?" Dareth asked, looking at the size. "I don't know if these will fit, but I'll give it a try!"
"Before we left the city, we went shopping." Chantal explained. "We had a feeling you guys might need a change."
"And with Jay, he always needs more underwear." Eleanor said.
Zane smiles as he points. "Ah, look! They made it!"
"Well. Isn't that a sight for sore eyes." Kai said as he picks himself up off the deck. Cole starts running with his arms outstretched. "Heh hey, buddy. Glad to see you too!" Cole falls on the steps of the porch before leaping for the water bottle that's behind the red Ninja. "Ok?"
Cole throws the bottle, and it bounces off Kai's head and lands on the floor of the porch. "Water! Water! Water!" Cole opens the door and disappears into the station as Lloyd, Jay and Fugi-Dove walk closer.
"Well, I'll be tickled pink! If it ain't my friends, the Ninja! How you doing, Lloyd? Jay?" Twitchy smiles.
"Twitchy! I wasn't sure you'd remember us!" Lloyd smiles.
"Oh, I've been practicing ways to remember! Like when someone tells me something, I repeat it back three times, real slow." Twitchy starts to twitch again. "And - and - what was I saying?"
"Nothing. Good to see you, Twitchy." Jay said.
"Come on in and get something cold to drink." Twitchy offers, opening his door.

"Lloyd!" Chantal cried once they enter, he yelps when she tackles him into the wall behind him, until a stench hit her nose and she pulls away. "You're smelly."
"I'm not surprised." He kisses her cheek. "We've been out in the desert heat for hours!" He pauses, looking at her, she's wearing a pink tank top, light blue jeans, sneakers and a star necklace.
Cole smiles as he splashes himself with the water as he happily drinks the cold liquid. "I feel so much better!" He breaths, resting the side of his head on Eleanor's shoulder. "Ellie, you smell great, my peach pie!"
She rolls her eyes. "After what we went through?"
"I have a question about that." Lloyd said with a frown, looking at the girls. "How are you here?"
"I have my own. What's bird brain doing here?" Chantal points at Fugi-Dove.
"He stowed away with us after Nya and Dareth helped us escape." Kai answered.
"And he won't leave, so he's been my annoying shadow ever since!" Jay complained.
"Ellie, how are you and Chantal here?" Cole asked, turning to her.
"Dareth was suppose to bring you guys back to the city." Chantal started. "He was going to bring you to his bar, but when he didn't show up, we got worried and started to look for you."
"When we couldn't find none of you, I pulled up the map of the desert." Eleanor added. "And I soon realized where you guys might be going."
"And now you two are in hot water, just like us." Kai said.
"I don't care." Eleanor shook her head. "I'm not gonna stop until we found out who this Crystal King character is."
"You heard of him?" Lloyd asked, she shook her head.
"No. Not until Kai explained what was happening."
"Lloyd." Chantal turns to him. "What's the plan?"

First thing was first. The Ninja including Dareth, each took turns into the bathroom to put on the new underwear. Once that was done, Lloyd laid down the plan. "So that's the plan. Figure out which villain the Crystal King will approach next, replace him or her, and infiltrate the Council in disguise." He took a long drink of his water.
"But which villain will be next?" Kai asked.
"Perhaps we should go over a list of likely candidates." Zane said, pulling up databases. "Vangelis and Pythor have already joined the Council."
"So has Aspheera." Fugi-Dove said, making the Ninja gasp.
"How is that a surprise?" Eleanor asked with her arms folded.
"When you're a criminal of my stature, you hear things."
"That leaves Captain Soto, Killow, Ultra Violet." Cole started to list off the names.
Lloy shook his head. "Small timers. We need to think bigger."
"Krux? Acronix?" Kai tried, he pauses and turns to Lloyd. "Garmadon?"
"Nobody knows where my father is." Lloyd said. "Or the Time Twins for that matter."
"What about the Mechanic?" Jay asked.
"Hmm, maybe. He was small time, but he leveled up in my books since the whole Prime Empire thing." Cole replied.
"We know where his lair is." Lloyd smiled.
"If he hasn't moved." Jay said.
"It's decided." Eleanor said, Kai nods.
"Works for me." He nods. "It's worth a shot." He punches his right fist into his left palm, just as he does police sirens are heard.
Kai, and Chantal rush up to a window. "Whoa. We got company." Kai said, Chantal grabs his arm and pulls him away from the window.
"Twitchy! Is there anywhere we can hide?" Lloyd asked.
Twitchy panics. "Eh, hide? Sure! Get behind the counter."
The Ninja quickly jump to hide behind the counter, but they're all squeezed together.
"Move over!" Jay complained.
"I can't." Kai said. "There's no room!"
Jay, Chantal and Eleanor fall out into the open onto the floor.
"Over there. Quick!" Fugi-Dove grabs Jay and Eleanor, who grab Chantal and the three are pushed behind some shelves, just as the door opens and the police enter.
"Well, howdy, sir." Twitchy greets. "What'll it be, leaded or unleaded?"
Hounddog McBrag ignores him and searches the shop. He gets close to the shelf the three Ninja and Fugi-Dove are, when McBrag turns to look, they were gone.
"Can I help, sir?" Twitchy asked.
"We're on the lookout for some escaped prisoners. The Ninja?"
"The Ninja?" Twitchy starts to twitch again.
"You probably saw on the news. They broke out of Kryptarium. Their lawyer is involved, and now so is Dr. Cyrus Borg's daughter! We thought they might be headed this way."
"Well, boy, are you a good guesser! They're right here."
That shocked the Ninja, and Lloyd moves to stand up. "Twitchy!"
Kai and Zane leap down onto the counter, as Cole straightens up next to Lloyd. "You were suppose to hide us!" The Earth Ninja added.
"I was?" Twitchy asked with surprise, while behind him, the police are shocked, Twitchy then twitches again. "Well I'll be tickled pink, if it ain't my friends the Ninja! Leaded or unleaded?"
"Ugh!" Eleanor face palms. "Now the cat's out of the bag!"
McBrag moves forwards. "Nobody move! Y'all are under arrest!"
Fugi-Dove watches as Twitchy flees out a side door, then turns to the three Ninja, Mainly grabbing Jay by the shoulders.
"Go, be free! Remember me!"
"What?" Jay asked just seconds before Fugi-Dove hurls him out the side door. Chantal and Eleanor quickly run after Jay.
Fugi-Dove leaps onto the shelves, knocking them over, the police jump out of the way, the coos. "My cry fills the night!" He jumps and lands on Hounddog McBrag, before getting dog piled on. "Fly, you fools!" He tells the shocked Ninja.
"Cuff him!"
"I got him!"
Fugi-Dove continues to fight off the officers. "Go, save yourselves! Take care of my Blue Jay!"
The Ninja flee out the front door, meeting up with Jay and the girls.
"What just happened?" Jay asked with shock.
"I think Fugi-Dove saved our butts!" Cole exclaimed.
"I'm so confused right now. I don't know what to feel! Why did he do that?" Jay asked.
"Who cares? Let's get out of here!" Kai said, igniting his left and and throwing a fire blast at one of the police hummers. The team rush towards the other hummer, Lloyd pushing the driver seat into place so he could drive. Lloyd hits the gas and they speed off.

That night. The hummer comes up to park down the street from the Mechanic's lair, the Ninja climb out.
"Now that we're home. I'm gonna head to my bar and call up Nya." Dareth said, he places. Hand on Lloyd's shoulder. "Thanks Lloyd."
"Thank you, Dareth." The blonde smiles.
Dareth then moves and hurries down the sidewalk.
"And I'm gonna head to the Monastery." Eleanor said, she leans up on her tiptoes to kiss Cole before summoning up her Elemental Dragon and leaping up onto it.
"Wait for me, please!" Chantal told her.
"Girls." Lloyd wrapped his arm around Chantal. "Thank you for the save."
"We only finished it." His wife answered. "But you're welcome." She jumps onto Eleanor's dragon.
"Master Wu has to be notified." Eleanor said, before her dragon takes off into the night sky.
