Wake Up
Team RWBY and the others wake but get a surprise after seeing Kyrrha Nekos face. Well it's Ruby Rose who wakes up first.

"We gather up all of the sleeping Remnant inhabitants from their sleeping Cryo Tubes that's very different from our own Cryo sleeping Tubes back in our fleet. We put them in our UD-24 Heavy Dropship and send them back to our base to help them recover, when they wake up we will ask them some question in the end. As for the bunker, we can use since it still has power anyway, besides me, Amber and Mei-Lin haven't checked out the whole bunker yet.
"Oh the Remnant People will also ask questions too when they wake up."

USCM Base of Operations Present Time
Team RWBY, what's left of JNPR, CFVY, SSSN, the Beacon Academy Staff with Ozpin still inside Oscar, Winter and Willow Schnee, the Belladonnas and Robyn Hill are recovering in separate medical rooms and the Marines are hoping they wake up soon as possible. Lastly in the room where RWBY and JNPR are kept, Kyrrha/Arkos is checking a photo of the long dead Pyrrha Nikos which she found on Jaune Arc and she took it.

"Fascinated by the woman in that photo?"
"Yeah Amber, this woman's name Pyrrha Nikos and she looks just like me or I look just like her that's for sure." The reason why Kyrrha knows Pyrrha Nikos is because her name is also on the photo.
"I wonder whats going to happened when they see you after they all wake up."
"Well Mei-Lin, we are just going to need to wait and see what happens once they all wake up."
"In the meantime I'll be hanging on to this photo", Kyyrha/Arkos place the photo of Pyrrha in her pocket after saying she will hang on to it from now on then.
"Hey can we go and get something to eat while we wait?"
"Yeah Amber, so let's go already", and just like that the 3 Female Marines head off to get something to eat while they wait for their guests to wake up.

6 Hours Later
Ruby Rose was the first one to wake from her long deep sleep from her cryo tube, she finds herself alone with no one in this medical room, that's because she and the others are in separate rooms. "Where am I? Where is everyone and how did I get here?" Ruby walks in her hospital gown and grabs some slippers while coming out of her hospital room and no one was there because everybody is too busy outside, oh and lastly she took off this hospital equipment she her wrist.

Ruby continues walking looking for the others or a way outside until someone grabs her in the shoulder and startles Ruby who then retaliates by grabbing the wrist of the person and throws the person down and gets on top of that person. Ruby is about to punch the person until she got a Twinhammer Pistol aimed at her face.
"Stop this, Ruby Rose! This is not what you think!" Kyrrha gets Ruby Rose to calm down and she did, how does she know Ruby Rose is because they have a scanner that identifies them.
Lastly, when Ruby calms down she took a good look at Kyrrha's face and she says this, "Pyrrha?" Ruby ask by Kyrrha quickly corrects her. "No Ruby Rose, my name is Kyrrha Nekos and yes I look just like Pyrrha Nikos", Kyrrha was also kind of enough to pull out the photo of Pyrrha Nikos that she found on Jaune Arc.
"If you have questions, me and the USCM will sure answered them for you", Kyrrha said even all will ask question then it will all be answered.
"Okay", Ruby said as she lets Kyrrha up and Ruby is given a towel to cover herself thanks to 2 Random Colonial Marines who showed up after hearing the commotion caused by Ruby Rose.

"Your Soldiers Kyrrha?"
"Yeah Ruby, but not a Military that's from Remnant", she confirms they are Soldiers but not from LV-696/Remnant.

Elsewhere in Menagerie
The place still covered in lots of green like it always was and it looks so peaceful until this noise came in.

That screech could be mean one thing, Xenomorphs and they are somehow in LV-696/Remnant. For many years the USCM as well other Human Factions have been at War and trying to survive the battles against the Xenomorphs even as some evil Human Factions tried to make the Xenomorphs into Bio-Weapons too. Also there was a few trips to Xenomorph Prime but never actually succeed on destroying the Species due to many Xenomorphs on the planet.
Once the USCM discoverers their presences they will do what they can to save LV-696/Remnant from the Xenomorph onslaught. The includes the fact that their is really a Xenomorph Queen in LV-696/Remnant laying Eggs.

Also the Human Faction that wants to turn the Xenomorphs into Bio-Weapons is know as the Weyland-Yutani Corporation. Their reason for this isn't only about the money, it's also about making sure Humanity remains the Elite Species in the Universe. Many are against that due to the company are willing to sacrifice their own personal, PMC Troopers including innocent Civilians deeming them all as expendable.
Even so, the USCM is also at war with Weyland-Yutani Corporation as well because of their dislike of the idea of using the Xenomorphs as Bio-Weapons.

Next up, the Remnant Survivors make their way on learning how to use Colonial Marine Guns since their old Huntsmen and Huntress are all gone now and plus the presences of the Xenomorphs in Remnant are known.
Anyone who is not in USCM Base which I didn't mention is either dead or in a different bunker elsewhere in Remnant.
What else, there will be a new kind of Xenomorph with Faunas features.
