Chapter 1: Meeting Mr. Grey (Rough draft which includes grammar mistakes).

Anastasia Steele has been alone since she was six years old. When her parents died in a freak house fire, Ana was sent to foster care, and she hated it. She was moved from family to family until she was moved to Seattle when she was sixteen. Ana had lived with her last family for a week before the couple's son Jack had sexually assaulted her. She left that night and pressed charges. The bastard didn't bother to wear a condom, and he beat her to within an inch of her life. He was now in prison. His parents disowned him, and Ana received his trust vault. He had been adopted by a nice family but Jack was a monster.

Elizabeth and Brian Hyde were amazing people, and Ana did not understand why Jack had turned out the way he did. They paid Ana's college tuition even if Ana no longer lived with them. They had rented her a small apartment for two years before she moved in with Kate. Ana was grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Hyde, but they were not her parents. Carla and Ray Steele were her parents and no one would replace them. They may be gone, but she loved them.

Two years ago, Ana graduated from college with a degree in architecture and interior design. She had started a business and took online classes for finance and business management with the trust fund that Mr. and Mrs. Hyde had given her. She had wanted to do everything the right way. In just two years, the business expanded and succeeded in a way that Ana could not have predicted. She now had multiple architectures and interior design firms in Georgia, Portland, Seattle, and Chicago. Ana was a very successful, wealthy young woman. She had a lot to be proud of.

Although, something was missing. Ana wanted love and passion in her life. She may have everything, but it meant nothing. Her success does not mean anything without anyone to share it with. Ana has tried dating, but all they wanted from her was her wealth. Her work has become her life, and she hated it. She had no time to just be. There was no use in going home to an empty house except for her houseworker. Amanda was an amazing woman and so was her husband. He was her CPO. Sawyer was a retired navy officer.

Ana was looking at her email as she was walking out of her office, and she didn't pay attention to what was in front of her causing her to bump into a built boy. Startled, she looked straight into the sexiest grey eyes she has ever seen. This man was a god. He was six-foot-two inches. He was the most handsome man she has ever laid eyes on.

"I am so sorry," she said as he steadied her. "It's no problem," Christian said gazing into the bluest eyes he has ever seen. This woman was stunning. She was five-foot-four inches and had curves in all the right places. She had long beautiful brown hair. He was looking into the eyes of his dream woman.

"I'm Anastasia Steele," she introduced herself. He was stunned. This was who he had a meeting with. "I'm Christian Grey," he introduced himself seeing a shocked expression on her beautiful face. "Oh, my. You're my two-thirty appointment," she said. Ana had forgotten about the meeting. "You wanted to buy shares in my firms and invest in them," she said smiling as they sat on a bench. "Yes. I've been wanting to branch out in different businesses," he said. "I have no problem with it. But here is a folder of the information you will need on my firms, along with how well we're doing financially. You can call me anytime, but I will be out of town for the week. I have business meetings, and I'm looking into another location for another of my firms," she said handing him a folder of everything he needed just as Sawyer pulled up.

"Thank you," he said stunned at all of the information inside the folder. It was everything he needed to know to make an informed decision. "Well, if you have any questions, feel free to call me. I have a plane to catch. It was a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Grey," she said as she stood and walked towards the SUV. "The pleasure was all mine," he said watching as she smiled and got into the backseat of the SUV. He felt this overwhelming urge to know this woman, but it would have to wait for the time being.
