Summary: Isabella Swann is from a long line of witches and magical beings. She moves to San Francisco due to her charge living there and she needed a fresh start. Along the way, the Charmed ones become her friends and a part of her extended family. Starts in Charmed Again Part 1. (Bella/Andy)

A/N: In this story, Andy is like a big brother to the Halliwell women. He and Prue never dated and they never fell in love. Andy dies but becomes Bella's Whitelighter. Prue still dies. And Prue and Dan are beings called the Guardians. They are neutral and protectors of all magical beings.

Chapter 1: Bella

Isabella Marie Swann is finally starting college at San Francisco State University in California. She has been through a lot in the last few years. It started when she was fifteen years old when her mother was killed in a hit and run. After her mother had died, Bella moved in with her father until she went away to college. Her father, Charlie trained her on how to use her powers and in hand-to-hand combat. Bella and her family were different. They came from the second most powerful bloodline in the magical world. The most powerful bloodline is and always will be the Warren line.

Anyway, the difference in Bella's bloodline was they didn't just marry mortals. They married any magical being who was good. They even married demons with souls. The ones like Cole Turner. He's half-human, half-demon. He's one of the very rare demons with a conscience. Aside from starting college, Cole is the main reason Bella was moving to San Francisco. He is her first charge since becoming a Whitelighter. Another reason was her father getting killed by a demon. Her hometown had too many memories for her to get on with her life.

Bella now had four more powers she needed to train. After a member of her family dies, they perform a magical Wiccan funeral ceremony. After they spread the ashes of their lost loved ones, they receive their powers. It is a very powerful and emotional thing to witness. The powers she was born with were a mental and physical shield, orbing, and cloning. And after her parents were killed, Bella received empathy and illusion casting from her mother and deflection and elemental control from her father.

Meanwhile, Bella had just sold her parent's homes and cars because she had no intention of living in the homes where her parents were killed. It caused her too much pain. She knew her parents were watching over her but it was still too painful for her. She was going to make them proud.

Anyway, Bella was so happy to be starting college. She was going to major in Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing, and Mythology and Folklore. The Mythology and Folklore major was more for her magical training than anything else. Bella had learned that there is truth to every myth since she came into her powers.

Bella had her belongings and the items she inherited from her parents shipped to her new home next door to the Charmed Ones. She had bought it from Dan Gorden. The Charmed Ones didn't know this but Dan is a magical being known as the Guardians. They are the protectors that watch over all magical beings and they are completely neutral. Bella knew that the girls were going through a really tough time with Prue dying but she also knew it would get better.

A year from now, they will be reunited with Prue again. After Prue died, she also became a Guardian. She's not liking being neutral but she's dealing with it. It will take time but she'll come to love being a guardian just like she had with being a witch.

After Bella placed the last of her witchcraft items into her car, she took one last look around before leaving her hometown. She never planned on returning.

Chapter 2: Meeting Bella

The day Bella arrived at her new home was the day of Prue's funeral. She knew other witches were going to be there and she wanted to pay her respects. She also wanted to see Paige since she was going to help Piper and Phoebe train her. But the training Paige and Bella were going to be doing was orbing. Paige needed to learn how to control it when she came into her full powers when the Charmed Ones are reconstituted. Bella wished she could stop the events coming but she was already informed by the Angel of Destiny that she had to let things play out.

Bella was told that she could only interfere when Cole becomes the Source. It was his destiny. But she was going to make sure that girls didn't vanquish him or Phoebe would grow old and bitter due to not having her soulmate. Plus, as Cole was her charge, it was her duty to protect him. The Angel of Destiny has told her all about Cole and after everything she has learned, Bella views him as her big brother. She wasn't going to let anything happen to him.

Anyway, as Bella wanted to get to the funeral on time, she magically unpacked everything and set the house the way she wanted before taking a shower and getting dressed.

As Bella was leaving the house, she looked around and loved what she saw. She was so happy she had hired an interior decorated.

The living room was stunning. It was simply beautiful.

She loved the sunroom, kitchen, and dining room was her favorite rooms in the house.

The guest bathroom was small but bright.

Now, Bella's office, bedroom, bathroom, and closet were works of art. She simply loved them.

When Bella got to the funeral, she only just made it in time. She noticed a High Priestess was officiating Prue's funeral. The funeral was a mix of magical and normal, it was beautiful.

When it was over, Bella paid her respects after Paige left. As she was about to leave, Bounty Hunters arrived and attacked Cole. Just as she was moving to help him, the Bounty Hunter shot an energy ball at her and she had no choice but to use her physical shield causing it to ricochet and hit him.

"You are a witch?" Victor asked stunned as they faced the newcomer.

"I am and I can tell you all about me when you guys are feeling up for it. Today is for your sister and I'm not going to intrude," Bella said watching as they nodded towards her before she left for home.

She knew she was going to explain tonight when their Grams and mother explained about Paige and who she is to them. Piper won't be thrilled but she'll learn to love her new sister as she gets to know her.

Bella wanted to get to know the girls but now wasn't the time. They needed to mourn their big sister. She wanted to tell them about Prue's new destiny, but the Angel of Destiny had forbidden it. She understood because Piper and Phoebe needed to mourn and get to know their new sister. Anyway, aside from that, Bella was starting college in a week and needed time to get her books and supplies before Demons and Warlocks found her again. It wouldn't take long considering she lived right next door to the Halliwell manor.
