Description: The successor of the Abdül Kadir-Class, the Gleipnir battleships continue to prove well in their role as the armored fist of the UNSC. Imrpoving upon the design of the older battleships, the behemoths were Covenant capital ship killers. They proved multiple times during the Post-War conflicts that they were capable of wrecking Assault Carriers and their escorts by itself. These heavier ships weren't just good for smashing aside vessels either, their limited extra space could be used to install extra sensors, communication equipment, and flag bridge facilities, allowing for the battleships to take the role as the main command vessel for entire fleets and flagships for admirals as well.
