"I know, Mimi. I'm on my way." Tai said as he and Agumon were on their way to the restaurant and meet with the rest of his family for the fancy dinner. As he drove down the street, he turned a corner and that was when the rampaging Snimon smashed into a building and blocked the path.

"What was that about?!" Agumon said.

"Uh... I might be a little late, Mimi." Tai said. Snimon showed up and began attacking out of nowhere. It didn't seem to care about the people or anything else. When Snimon began attacking, police forces that have partnered up with digimon went to work. They blocked off the area and tried their best to apprehend Snimon.

"Attention, digimon! Cease and dismiss this disorderly conduct or we will be forced to use force." The police chief ordered, but that didn't stop Snimon. Snimon unleashed more attacks and blasted right through the police. Snimon continued to attack the city and didn't stop for anything. Seeing that this was trouble, Musuko and Veemon followed after Snimon and tried to stop it.

"Musuko, any idea on what's going on with that Snimon?" Veemon asked.

"Not a clue. All that matters is that we stop it." Musuko said. Wanting to get a little action in a fight, Musuko hurried after Snimon and followed it to a clear opening. "There! There won't be as much destruction if we keep it around there! Go get him, Veemon!"

"No problem!" Veemon said as he charged straight at Snimon.

"V-Headbutt!" Veemon jumped right at Snimon and smashed his head right against Snimon's back and had some force behind it. Snimon was pushed back, and they were able to get its attention. Having been fighting the bad digimon since he was little, Musuko and Veemon aren't afraid at all. Of course, they know they're going to need a little more about to beat this digimon.

"Veemon, let's take him down." Musuko said.

"Right." Veemon said as they knew what to do. Musuko's energy was transferred to his D-3 and that power was transferred to Veemon for a certain process.

"Veemon digivolve to...Veedramon!"

Veedramon unleashed a mighty roar of power as he was ready for a fight. He charged right at Snimon and smashed his head against Snimon and knocked him down. However, it was like Snimon didn't even feel the attack as it just got back up and was still willing to fight.

"Musuko, you're right. Something is quite off." Veedramon said. "Snimon doesn't appear to be under someone's control, but it still doesn't explain why he's doing this."

"It doesn't matter. You just need to stop him." Musuko said. Seeing that was of greater importance, Veedramon charged right at it. Snimon tried using its blades and tried to strike down Veedramon, but Veemondra caught Snimon's arms and was pushing him back. What Veemdramon didn't see was that some sort of warp opened up right behind Snimon and they both fell through. That was something Musuko didn't expect. "What the heck just happened?! Veedramon!" He called and just ran off with no idea where to even go. Suddenly, a car pulled out in front of him and stopped him. He looked to see it was his uncle with him clearly seeing the situation.

"Get in." Tai said.

Veedramon

Veedramon and Snimon suddenly appeared at the airport, barely missing crashing into a plane when they arrived. Veedramon has no idea how he ended up at the airport, but there was no time to think about it. Snimon needed to be stopped and needed to do it now.

...

A Fancy Restaurant

Mason, Tyson, Mimi, and their digimon partners arrived at the restaurant. They were all just waiting for Tai to show up.

"Where's Dad?" Mason said. "Shouldn't he have been here by now?"

"Maybe he's bailing. I don't even see anything I might like to eat." Tyson said.

"Oh no!" Mimi said as she was on the phone again. "You're right. This does sound rather serious. Go on ahead, but be careful out there." She ended the call and looked worried.

"What's wrong, Mom?" Mason asked.

"That was Tai." Mimi said. "He said that there's a digimon going on a rampage in the city. Musuko is trying to stop it, but Veedramon seems to have disappeared. Tai is going to help Musuko out."

"Musuko is out there fighting?!" Mason said as he stood straight up. "I've got to go and help him! Come on, Palmon!"

"Right!" His Palmon said as they both ran out of there.

"Mason, wait! I'll come with!" Tyson said.

"No thanks, Tyson. We can handle this." Mason said as he and Palmon kept going.

"Oh boy..." Mimi said as she was a little worried for her son.

"Aren't you going to do something, Mimi?" Her Palmon asked.

"I wish I could, but I do know he can take care of himself. I wouldn't have been able to sit back either when I knew my friends needed help." Mimi said as she was okay with Mason going, but Tyson wasn't. He actually looked bothered that he wasn't going.

Musuko

"Got it. Thanks, Izzy. We're heading there right now." Tai said as he ended the call. Tai asked Izzy for a little help to track Veedramon down. Once they got that he was at the airport, Tai drove Musuko down there and hoped they get there before it was too late.

"Lucky me that you were close by, Uncle Tai." Musuko said.

"No problem, but something isn't right. How did that portal open up?" Tai said.

"I don't know. That was rather weird." Musuko said. "It just opened up without any sort of warning. I'm just glad Veedramon is still in the city. What do you think is going on? You ever saw anything like this before?"

"Once before, but I sure hope it's not a repeat of what happened before." Tai said.

"Me either. That wasn't so much of a fun time." Agumon said.

"What wasn't a fun time?" Musuko said. Seeing this is having Tai think back to when he really had to grow, really had to make tough decisions, and really saw how rough it is to grow up when you need to make such hard decisions.

"Forget about it. Let's just hope it's not like that again, and hope that Veedramon is doing okay." Tai said as he got to driving as best as he could.

...

The Airport

Veedramon did his best to fight off Snimon. A bit of a problem since Snimon started flying and was making it hard for Veedramon to fight back. Either way, he kept on going and did what he could.

"V-Nova Blast!" He unleashed a blue V-shaped flame and tried blasting Snimon. Snimon flew around and avoided the attack. Snimon came down and tried attacking Veedramon again, but Veedramon caught him as Snimon crashed into him. Veedramon gave Snimon a powerful strike right in the head and tossed him to the ground. Veedramon moved a little closer and was hoping to end this fight. However, another portal opened up behind him.

"What?!" Veedramon turned around and saw two other Snimon flew out of there and just attacked Veedramon as they smashed and slashed against him. The first Snimon got back in the fight as he attacked Veedramon as well.

"Twin Sickles!" All of the Snimon attacked and Veedramon with powerful energy slashes. All the attacks hit Veedramon, and they were all fierce attacks. Veemdramon was knocked off his feet and turned back into Veemon after those attacks. Just as Veedramon changed back to Veemon, Tai pulled right into the airport with Musuko seeing what happened.

"Vee!" Musuko called as he hurried to his hurt partner. He got to Veemon and lifted him in his arms. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah... This is nothing." Veemon said as he tried to act tough. That aside, Musuko looked and saw there were three of them now. He could see they could be in real trouble now as the Snimon appeared to be ready to finish the three two of them off. Tai and Agumon got ready to jump in and save his nephew. At times like this, Musuko wishes he had a certain group of people here to help him.

"Musuko!" Musuko knew that voice that called out to him. He looked and saw William and Lopmon arriving to help, but not just them. The whole group was there. Koji, Benson, Mason, Natalie, and all of their digimon were there to help out.

"What are all of you doing here?!" Musuko said.

"William called us and told us what was going on!" Benson said.

"How come you didn't do that yourself?! What were you thinking going in alone?!" Koji said.

"Yeah! Who said you could have all the fun by yourself?!" Natalie said.

"You know you can count on us when it really matters!" Mason said. Musuko always knew that. No matter what, you can count on your friends when it really matters. Too bad the sweet moment was ruined when one of the Snimon tried to attack.

"Go, Lopmon!" Willaim called as he reached for his D-3 and Lopmon charged right into battle.

"Lopmon digivolve to...Wendigomon!"

When Lopmon digivolved, he tackled right into one of the Snimon and pushed it back. The group was together again and fighting together once again. While Wendigomon was fighting one Snimon, the other two began to take off.

"I've got this one! Go after the other two!" William said as they all teamed up and went after the other two. One Snimon was taking to the air, but Natalie and Mason chased after it.

"Go, Biyomon!" Natalie said.

"Let's get it, Palmon!" Mason said as their two partners went in.

"Biyomon digivolve to...Birdramon!"

"Palmon digivolve to...Togemon!"

Birdramon flew faster than Snimon as she cut it off from it's path. She swung her wings around and smashed them against Snimon to have it fall to the ground. It fell straight towards Togemon with her giving Snimon a good punch.

"Meteor Wings!" Birdramon flapped her wings and unleashed fireballs from her wings. They all blasted against Snimon and blasted one Snimon down to the ground. As for the third one, it flew off in one direction with Koji and Benson chasing after it.

"It's trying to escape!" Koji said.

"No it's not!" Benson said as he reached for his D-3 and Patamon flying after it.

"Patamon digivolve to...Angemon!"

Angemon flew around and got in front of Snimon. Snimon fought back as it swung its blades at him, but Angemon used his rod and blocked the attacks.

"I've got your back!" Gatomon said as she jumped up on Snimon and made her way to the top of its head. She drove her paw right against the head and did some damage. Angemon smashed his staff against Snimon and knocked it all the way to the ground. That left only one.

"Cable Crusher!" Wendigomon swung his arms around and even stretched them out. Wendigomon's arms smashed against Snimon like clubs. He even grabbed a hold of Snimon and flung Snimon against the ground. However, this Snimon wasn't beaten yet. It got back up and tried to keep the fight going.

"This one certainly won't quite." William said. It was going to keep fighting, but something strange happened. Another distortion opened up behind Snimon. A laser shot through it and blasted Snimon. It caused Snimon to be destroyed. It's data spread through the whole area.

"What just happened?!" Musuko said as they were all shocked at what they just saw.

"I don't know. Where did that attack even come from?" William said. One Snimon might have ended up destroyed, but the other two were taken care of. They were apprehended and weren't causing problems anymore.

"Nice work, you guys." Tai said as they all regrouped. "You kids are as tough as ever."

"Thanks for showing up, you guys." Musuko said.

"No problem." Mason said.

"You know we wouldn't leave you alone in a situation like this." Natalie said.

"Veemon, are you going to be okay?" Bioymon asked.

"A little sore, but I'll be fine." Veemon said.

"But this was rather weird." Patamon said.

"You said it. What got into those Snimon?" Benson said.

"Well, I hate to say it, but it looks like there's some trouble going on." Tai said. "Something must be happening in the Digital World." None of them liked the sound of that.

"You're right, Tai. There's a bit of situation." All of them looked and were met with a new man. He was in a simple suit and had messy brown hair, but it looks like he knew about them. Tai was rather surprised to see him.

"Hiro?! Hiro Tetsuya?!" Tai said.

"It's been a while, Tai." The man named Hiro said. "The Digital World and our world could be in trouble, and I might need all of you to help stop it."
