Musuko and his friends have themselves caught up in another situation again, but there isn't much they can do at the moment. Until some other rampaging digimon shows up, there's not really much they can do. At the moment, the six of them and their digimon got together and walked around the city streets.

"Okay. Just like superheroes, let's patrol the city and look for any trouble." Musuko said.

"Don't make this sound dorky." Natalie said.

"So, where do we even start?" Benson said. All of them just walked around until Koji spotted something that might help them.

"I got an idea." Koji said as he pointed to the city's Ferris Wheel. "We'll be able to spot everything from up there, and it will be a great ride." All of them seemed to like the idea. As they were all on their way, Mason's phone was going off.

"That's my Mom." Mason said with a little annoyance. Knowing what she's like, he had to answer. "Hey, Mom. No, nothing is happening yet. No, I... Mom, would you just try to calm down."

"Is she still checking on you like a little baby?" Musuko mocked and couldn't stop himself from laughing.

"I don't think you're one to talk since you're afraid of your mother, Musuko Oliver Motomiya." William said and that shot Musuko down hard.

"You know I don't like it when people use my middle name!" Musuko said with the others getting a good chuckle.

...

Mimi

"I know, I'm sorry. I just worry." Mimi said as she was talking on the phone with Mason. "Be safe, honey." She ended the call and tried to get herself to calm down.

"It will all be okay, Mimi." Palmon said. "Mason will be okay, especially since Musuko and the others are out there with him."

"You're right." Mimi said as she was reassured of her son's safety. That was right when Tyson and his Agumon came walking in the room.

"Hey, Mom." Tyson said. He looked around and saw it was just them. "Where is everybody?"

"Your father is out talking to that Hiro friend of his while Mason is out with the others and looking for bad digimon to stop." Mimi said. "It's just the usual with our group." She acted like it was nothing, but Tyson looked a little bothered by it. Tyson just turned around and walked out of there.

"Tyson, where are you going?" Agumon asked.

"What does it matter where I go? I'm not needed anywhere." Tyson said. Something is clearly bothering Tyson as he feels he is of no use to anyone.

...

Tai

Since Hiro came back into Tai's life, the two of them were getting reacquainted while also looking for ways to stop whatever is happening. The two of them met in Hiro's office and Hiro showed Tai all the info he had. Being a diplomat, Tai had to do what he can to ensure this doesn't destroy the peace and balance that has always been held between both worlds.

"I sure hope this stuff helps, Tai." Hiro said.

"Yeah. It all looks good." Tai said. "It's important that the relationship between both worlds doesn't get wrecked from this. Now, do you know anything about this Horusmon?"

"I can't say that I do." Hiro claimed. "There's so many digimon out there that it's hard to learn about all of them. All I know is that whatever is going on has something to do with him. Whoever is behind this must be trying to call this Horusmon in some attempt to destroy our world."

"Urgh... Why does this keep happening?" Tai said. When he was a digidestined as a child, he was more than willing to fight. At this point with him being an adult, it's becoming tedious and exhausting, not to mention dangerous.

"As I told you and those kids, there are digimon out there that think we humans are inferior to them." Hiro said. "It's not the same as when you were a kid, is it?"

"No..." Tai said as he remembered all his times and adventures. "Back when I was kid, I bravely charged into battle without hesitation and didn't worry too much. As I got older, it all began to change. There were times I thought I might never see Agumon again."

"But we managed to reunite, Tai, even when we were told we might not see each other again." Agumon said. "That's because you never lost any hope or faith, even if you were growing up." When he mentioned that, it did make Tai feel a little better.

"You're right, but it looks like Musuko and the others might see that soon enough. I do feel bad for them." Tai said.

"I'm afraid this is just what life is like. There's always going to be conflict, and we don't think too much about it when we're younger because we think life is so easy, even while you're saving the world apparently." Hiro said.

"That reminds me. I've been meaning to ask you, Hiro." Agumon said. "Where's your partner?"

"My partner?" Hiro questioned.

"Yeah. Just about everyone in the world has a partner now. Where's yours?" Tai said, but Hiro refused to answer.

"I think we should stay focus." Hiro said. The way he responded had the two a little suspicious about Hiro's partner.

The Ferris Wheel

The group went and took Koji's suggestion. They went to the Ferris Wheel and tried getting a better look at things. What they didn't know was that Cassie and Hawkmon were actually close to the area. They were just doing their own thing, but were unaware that something was lurking around. As for the gang, they loaded into one of the carts until Musuko, William, and their digimon were the only ones.

"Sorry. You guys will have to get into the next one." The man said as he showed them to their own cart. The four of them climbed their way up inside and the wheel started turning.

"This was a great idea, Koji. We can see everything form up here." Mason said.

"And it's an enjoyable ride. We're really getting a bird's eye view." Palmon said.

"And I'm a bird." Biyomon joked. They were all enjoying it, but Natalie looked down to the cart that Musuko and William were in. "Are you okay, Natalie?"

"Just wondering what Musuko and William could be talking about in there." Natalie said as she knows things have been a little tensed with them. The two of them just sat in silence while the digimon were enjoying the ride.

"This is amazing, isn't it, William?" Lopmon said.

"Sure." William said, but he didn't really seem to be interested. He was a little more concerned with how Musuko was taking the situation. "Musuko, have you thought much about the situation?"

"What's to think about? It's the same situation as it's always been." Musuko said.

"Musuko, this seems pretty serious. We're dealing with forces we don't know much about." William said. "We have to be careful with how we're handling."

"Look, William... I get what you're saying, but we've been doing this for a long time. We've learned from our parents." Musuko said. "As long as well stick together, there's nothing to worry about. It's weird. I never really pictured you as the type that worries so much."

"I'm just seeing if you really understand the situation." William said. "You don't seem to get how serious this is, the danger that comes with it."

"It was dangerous for us when we were called into action at the young age of seven. You really think I can't handle it now?" Musuko said. William could see Musuko doesn't seem the least bit worried or concerned. He truly believes in himself and his team.

"I suppose I can't blame you for being brave and optimistic. Those are your better qualities." William said and he's right. Musuko's been like that ever since he was a kid.

"This is so cool! Check out the red light!" Veemon said.

"Red light?!" Musuko said. They all took a look and saw some sort of red light forming in the sky. They could just tell it was something bad. The red light turned into a portal and something massive came out of it and crashed into ground. Looks like the moment they've been waiting for is here.

The City

Terror began to spread through the city as a large digimon made its way through the city. It was some sort of cross between a dragon and a machine. This digimon unleashed drills and began tearing the city apart. People were already beginning to clear away from the area as this digimon attacked. Unfortunately, the area this digimon was attacking was where Cassie and Hawkmon were at. The two of them went to see what was going on and were faced with the massive digimon.

"Hawkmon, who is that?!" Cassie said.

"I know that digimon!" Hawkmon said. "His name is Breakdramon, but I thought he was just a legend! He's a digimon with much destructive power!"

"I would imagine since his name is Breakdramon." Cassie said as she wanted to run out of there. They were a little worried, and it got worse when Breakdramon looked right at them. When it spotted them, it went right at the two of them. The two of them didn't like this and decided to run for it. They wanted to get as far as they can from Breakdramon, but it chased after them.

"What's going on?! Why is it coming after us?!" Cassie said.

"I'm not sure, but just keep running!" Hawkmon said. Being faced with such a dangerous digimon, all the two of them could do was run. The weird part was Breakdramon chasing after them in the first place. Cassie and Hawkmon continued running until Breakdramon fired a drill and it landed right in front of them to stop them from running off. The impact knocked Cassie down. "Are you hurt?!"

"I don't think so." Cassie said, but they might not be soon enough. Breakdramon was right over them and there was no telling what he was going to do to them.

"Meteor Wings!"

"Celestial Arrow!" Luckily, help arrived. Birdramon and Angewomon flew over Breakdramon and launched their attacks at him.

"Cassie!" Cassie and Hawkmon looked to the side and saw Musuko and the others coming to their rescue. "Are you okay?!" Natalie called.

"Am I glad to see you guys!" Cassie said. All of their digimon tried attacking Breakdramon. Angemon tried smashing his staff against him while Togemon jumped up and knocked Breakdramon right in the face, but Breakdramon just pushed the punch aside and smashed its head against her. Veedramon and Wendigomon jumped on Breakdramon, but Breakdramon knocked them all away. Breakdramon tried advancing a little closer to Cassie and Hawkmon, but the digimon were doing their best to keep Breakdramon away.

"I don't get it. Why is it after her?" Benson said.

"I'm not sure, but all that really matters is that we try to stop it." William said. The digimon were doing their best to fight off Breakdramon, but it was no good. Even when they all attacked Breakdramon at once, none of the attacks worked. All Breakdramon did was unleash its drills and they all grinded against them and blew them all away. Breakdramon's drills also smashed into some of the buildings and was destroying everything. All of the digimon were blown away from the attacks and took some serious damage with their humans partners running to their side.

"It's no use! Breakdramon is a mega-level digimon! They can't beat the likes of him like that!" Hawkmon said. Breakdramon was just ignoring all the digimon and continued moving closer to Cassie and Hawkmon.

"Don't just stand there! Move!" Musuko said as he hurried to her and tried getting Cassie out of the way, but Breakdramon wasn't letting them go easily.

"Back off!" Veedramon said as he got back in the fight and tried slashing against Breakdramon's face. Wendigomon helped as he jumped in and smashed his arms against them.

"Get back before Breakdramon attacks again!" William called. The digimon followed his orders as they moved away as Breakdramon unleashed the drills again. Everything was being destroyed and it wasn't looking good. "Musuko, we might have to go mega here!"

"Got it!" Musuko said. They had their partners back off and revert back to Veemon and Lopmon. Seeing as how they need to go all-out on this, the two of them called on that full power.

"Veemon warp digivolve to...UlforceVeedramon!"

"Lopmon warp digivolve to...Cherubimon!"

"Yeah! Go get him!" Musuko cheered. With them having two megas on their side, the fight is more in their favor. UlforceVeedramon flew in as he went straight up and gave Breakdramon a powerful uppercut. He flew back around and gave Breakdramon a powerful kick that pushed Breakdramon back.

"Thousand Spears!" Cherubimon had thousands of spears came down and struck against Breakdramon like lightning. Breakdramon was doing its best to endure the attacks, but there were too many of them.

"Ray of Victory!" UlforceVeedramon unleashed the final touch as he fired a powerful rainbow beam from the V on his chest. The ray blasted Breakdramon with a lot of force. It ended up becoming too much for Breakdramon to handle and he ended becoming nothing but data. That marked another enemy beaten.

"Yeah! See, William? I told you there was nothing to worry about." Musuko said as he took pride in this win.

"Musuko... Look around at the destruction that was caused and say that again." William said. Musuko couldn't see what William was still worrying about, but he started to. He looked around and saw that Breakdramon's attack caused a lot more destruction than he thought. The whole area was crushed and destroyed. In all the times Musuko and his friends fought vicious and powerful digimon, he forgot the sort of destruction that comes with it. Seeing it now is having Musuko see how serious this is. The destruction that came was just from one battle, and there are more to come.

"Are you okay, Cassie?" Natalie said.

"I think so. Thanks a lot for coming to help me. It was fortunate you all showed up." Cassie said. "Hawkmon, what about you?"

"Don't worry about me. I'm okay." Hawkmon claimed.

"Well that was weird and random." Mason said as none of them could see why Breakdramon came here and targeted Cassie and Hawkmon.

"I'm not so sure about that..." Koji said as he could just tell something much bigger was going on. Musuko and William stood in the destroyed area as Musuko took it all in.

"It looks like you're finally seeing how serious this could get." William said as he turned around and walked away. He was trying to get Musuko take the threat serious, and now it looks like Musuko will have to. A powerful digimon came and wrecked part of the city, a friend was being targeted, and now he sees the harm that could come from it. It was all different when they were children, but they're not children anymore.

AN: That's one part down, but no reviews. Let's try and get the reviews going. If there's some sort of problem, I need to know about it. This is my 100th digimon story and I want it to be a good one.
