CHAPTER FIVE - MALL MADNESS – "INCOGNITO" PART ONE

(Phone Ringing)

"Hello," Hank answered.

"Hank, it's Angela. I don't want to disturb you but I have a small favor to ask. Tony and I are headed to the galleria to do some shopping and we'd like to remain as unnoticeable as possible. Would you mind if we took your car? I'll leave my keys on the kitchen counter if you need to get out. We shouldn't be too long," Angela responds.

"Oh, hi Angela. No, I don't mind at all. It's the least I can do. I have a full tank as of the other night when I returned from taking Sam to JFK. I don't plan on going anywhere any time soon today. Matter of fact, so you two can get on the road without making any more local stops, I'll go wash and gas your car up while you're out. Jonathan and I took it to Georgio's for an oil change and tire service two weeks ago so you're all set in that department," Hank said.

"Oh, Hank that would be wonderful. I've almost forgot you and Jonathan have been keeping up with all the vehicles around here. Thank you for always being on top of things. I'll leave you, my card. You don't know how much it means for you to help fill in the blanks Hank," Angela replied.

"That's what family does Angela. Let me put my shoes on and I'll be right down so we can switch vehicles," Hank replied. Hank got up to slip on his socks and shoes and brush his hair, before heading down to the drive-way. He remembered to take his breakfast plate back to the kitchen at the main house on his way out.

"Hank is so wonderful Tony. He said no problem to switching cars and he's going to take the Jaguar and get it washed and gassed. He and Jonathan took it to Georgio's for servicing two weeks ago so the oil is changed and the tires are rotated," reported Angela.

"That's great and eases my mind a bit. I feel like we're sneaking around again like when we first decided to get together. But somehow it seems to be more fun this time," laughed Tony. Well, we can fire up his Mustang and see how she purrs. But our first stop is Foot Locker, no way am I shopping in the mall wearing formal Tuxedo shoes. I'm glad that you did have a Wells College t-shirt and jogging pants. I know I sound corny, but maybe we can buy matching sweat suits, you know in His and Hers from Footlocker, my treat," suggested Tony.

Full of excitement, Angela replied, "I think that's an adorable idea Tony. Sure, I'm game. But there is something I need you to get for our trip. It's for a surprise, so you can't ask questions, just follow instructions. Do you trust me," Angela asked with a suspicious snicker?

Tony reared back and looked at Angela sideways. It's not often that she gets in this playful and mysterious mood. It was kinda exciting and scary. "Okay Sweetheart, I trust you. What instructions do you have for me," asked Tony?

"It isn't terrible or anything crazy. You're just going to need to purchase dresswear in complimentary shades of blue. Since I'm putting you through all this agony, would you mind if I styled you and it's my treat," Angela asked seductively as she kissed Tony's bottom lip?

Now Tony is taken back a bit. For one thing Angela is seducing him into saying yes, which he knows he will say. He also knows that he doesn't like Angela telling him what to wear, but this time it seems different. There is something to it and he's sure he's going to like whatever she has planned. Trustingly Tony decides to hold Angela close, twirl her around, and dip her as he flops back on the couch. Angela squills of course. "Darling, I trust you to pick out anything you want me to wear in shades of blue from my skivvies to a hat on my head and shoes on my feet," Tony whispered in her ear as he gently kissed her neck.

"Oh Tony, you're too much. We've got to get out of here before this leads to a plethora of things that won't let us leave this couch or puts us back upstairs in the bed. I promise you won't be sorry Baby," Angela replied. She kisses Tony and jumps up off the couch.

Just then she hears the back door open and it's Hank announcing, "the car is ready and I am heading out with your card to the car wash and gas station."

"Ok Son. Thanks so much. We're headed to the galleria," yelled Tony. Tony jumps up off the couch. He grabs his wallet and says, "Get your purse Angela, let's get started with this shopping excursion. The faster we finish, the faster we can be on our way," Tony said.

"I couldn't agree more Tony. I'm ready to get out of here and be with you alone," replied Angela. They grabbed their stuff, locked the back door and headed for the galleria in Hank's Mustang.
