a/n: And here's something I know some of you have been waiting for. :)
Enjoy.
Tommy
Pressing my lips against Kimberly's, I held her against me as much as I could without physically hurting her. I felt every single emotion that had been building over the course of the last few years slip out of me as I held her. Picking her up slightly, I laid her back on the bed and ran my hands down her body until they found her waist. I had missed this. I had missed her. I had missed all the time wasted that I will never get back with her and the first five years of my daughter's life. That had all been stolen from us because of this stupid war and a version of myself that was unable to be happy with anything in his life. Even when Drakkon had his own Kimberly with him, he was unable to see what a gift it was. He took for granted what I would have killed for, having Kimberly with him. And when it wasn't enough, he took it from me.
Kimberly grabbed the hem of my shirt and pulled it up, pulling the shirt off me. Reaching between us, I unzipped the sweater she was wearing. She assisted me with pulling it off, revealing a tank top she wore under it. I removed this as well, pulling it over her head. The feeling of her skin against mine was the definition of soft and perfect like I was running my hands over the equivalent of a masterpiece that deserved to be hung in a museum. My mouth explored her mouth and her neck, making sure to touch every surface of her skin that I could. I wanted to burn this feeling into my brain, making it a core memory that I would never be able to forget. From the feeling of her skin, the smell of her person, or the beating of my heart.
I undid the fly of her pants and pulled them off of her. This left her completely naked in the pale light of the room, the orange glow flickering shadows across the walls. She was just as beautiful now as she had been five years ago, her flawless skin, perfect curves, and a petite frame that fit against me like a piece of a puzzle. I helped her pull my pants off as she removed my belt. Our clothes scattered across the floor as I cupped Kim's breast in my hand. Her back arched, pressing her body against me enough to make my blood burn in my veins. Her hands found my shoulders and her fingertips felt light against me as I pressed kisses to the buds of her breasts. I moved from one side to the other, giving each one ample attention. Her breath quickened as I worked, moans and small gasps coming from the sensations I was causing.
I slid lower and her fingers dipped into my hair. Trailing kisses from her cleavage down to her belly button, I swirled my tongue on the skin of her navel. I spread her legs, placing one over each of my shoulders. Gently, I pressed light kisses on the creamy skin of her inner thighs and stroked the outside of her legs with my fingers. As I moved closer to her core, I cast my eyes up to look at her. She was watching me, her bottom lip between her teeth as I slid my tongue up her slit. The tip of it licked at her clit and she gasped slightly. I repeated the action slowly, not wanting to berate the sensitive area. With each contact of our bodies, she moans and her toes dug into my back. I lapped at every inch of her, leaving no inch of her core untouched. I could feel the muscles begin to spasm against my tongue and her legs trembled as her moans grew louder.
"Tommy!" She gasped out loud, her back arching as she went over the edge of pleasure. I held her in place, slowly easing her back down to earth with my tongue. Her legs became less ridged after a few moments and I began to trail the kisses back up her body. I was careful not to put too much weight on her as I laid on top of her, myself between her spread legs. Gazing down at her, I saw her cheeks were flushed now from her release and she was trying to catch her breath. I knew at that moment that I would never love another person as much as I loved Kim. From the very moment we met to the moment we saw each other again, I knew that we were meant to be together and that the universe brought us together for that very reason. I didn't care what the prophecy said and I didn't care what Zordon or the Grid thought. Our souls were bonded to be mates, regardless of the cost.
"I love you," I whispered, caressing her cheek. "I love you more than I am even capable of putting into words. I don't even think that the right words to describe it even exist. Everything I do, I do it because of you. You've helped shape me into the person I am. You saved me from the pit of despair and helped me be different than what the world expected me to be. And no matter what happens tomorrow, I need you to know that I have never regretted anything that's happened between us. If meeting you meant having to go through all of this again, I would do it in a heartbeat. You're my reason for breathing, you know?" She nodded, tears filling her eyes. "So, if something happens and I can't make it back to you, you need to promise me that you will move on with your life. I need you to promise me that you and Abby will keep living on without me."
"Tommy…" She whispered, the tears slipping out.
"Please." I pleaded softly. She nodded, pulling me in for a kiss. Her arms wrapped around my shoulders as I slowly slipped inside of her. Steadying my arms on either side of her head, I gently pulled in and out of her in a steady motion. Everything I was feeling and everything she was feeling connected between us, building with each point of contact. Tears filled my eyes as I buried my face in her neck and I could feel the tears that had slid from her eyes early against the skin of my cheek.
"I love you." She panted in my ear. "I love you. I love you. I love you." She repeated, matching her words with my movements. I wanted nothing more than to just stop the world right now. To live in this moment and treasure it forever. Let the rest of the world figure itself out while we make up for the time we had lost. I hated Drakkon. I hated what he had done to us and I hated what he was still causing. All the pain felt between Kim and I was because of Drakkon and I knew that I needed to make him pay for it.
Kim's nails dug into my back and I felt the edge of my own orgasm coming in the near future. I nibbled on her neck, sinking my teeth slightly into the skin near her collar bone. The feeling of myself inside of Kimberly was intoxicating. If for some reason I didn't make it home tomorrow, I prayed that Heaven was similar to what this felt like. I could spend eternity like this, I believed. I sunk deep inside of her, caressing the rest of her body as much as I could. She clung to me as tightly as her body would allow, my name coming from her as we moved in sync together. Sweat formed on our skins, causing us to stick to each other.
Shifting, I rolled over and helped Kimberly sit on top of me. Bracing her hands on my chest, she swayed her hips back and forth to continue our rhythm. I put my hands on her hips and rose my hips to meet her. Her breasts bounced in the pale light and her facial features illuminated in the glow. Her eyes were filled with mixed emotions as she looked down at me, her hair fanned out around her face. Closing her eyes, she tossed her head back as her momentum increased. Her cries grew louder and I felt her tighten around me. It caused my own undoing and both of us climaxed together, our voices mixing together as they called out to each other. Kim collapsed against my chest, her body shaking as sobs admitted from her.
"Shh.." I whispered, wrapping my arms around her as I sat up. I held her as I cried, doing my best to keep my own tears in. I knew there was a likely chance this would be the last time we would be together like this ever again. Without the Grid and without the use of the White Power coin, we would be without our powers in Drakkon's world. He was much more powerful than us, even on our best days. He could very well take out any of us that went there tomorrow without a blink of an eye. There was a high chance that I might never get to meet my own daughter or see her get to safety with Kim. Everything depended on how well I would be able to protect the family I never knew I wanted but would do anything in my power to protect. A tear slid down my cheek as I stroked the top of Kim's hair.
None of that matters right now though.
After laying there for a while and getting a couple of hours of sleep, Kim and I headed back to the Command Center. It was still early, the sun only just raising as we teleported back in. Billy and William were working on the Grid still, both looking as if they hadn't slept at all. Kim left to check in on Trini and the Ranger Slayer. She was very quiet, her hand clinging to me until I told her I had to check in with Jason. I gave her a kiss, watching her walk away. I turned, heading towards the practice chambers where I wasn't surprised to find Jason and Zack. I was surprised, however, to see the Older Zack here with them as I closed the door behind me.
"What's going on?" I asked, walking towards them.
"We're all in," Jason said, crossing his arms. "We talked to Zack last night and he agrees. We need to move as quickly as possible." Older Zack nodded.
"Zordon wants to wait but Drakkon is only getting stronger and his defenses up. We need to make our move as soon as possible." He stated.
"What's our move?" Our Zack asked. Nodding, I put my hands on my hips.
"We will need to take the crystals and use them to get through the Grid. Jason and Zack, you should be fine since you still have power coins. The other Zack and I don't, so we will need gems to make sure we survive it." I said. "We will need to take the portal that the Ranger Slayer told us about before. We'll end up right there at his castle. We run in, grab the kids, and then get the hell out of dodge before anyone is any the wiser."
"What about Drakkon?" Jason asked. I shook my head.
"It's not smart to go after him right now. We need to just focus on the rescue part of the plan. Once we get the kids back here, we can regroup and do things Zordon's way."
"What if Zordon tries to stop us?" Our Zack asked. The other Zack scoffed.
"He's a floating head. What's he going to do about it?" He questioned. "I'll have Tri distract the Billys while I sweep in and grab the crystals. You guys get a telepad and whatever else you need."
"We will need to be careful," I said. "I don't want anyone following us in. No one else can know until we are back, especially the Ranger Slayer. She will want to come and she's not in any condition. I don't want to put everyone at risk here. If anyone wants out, now is the time to speak up. I'll understand." The three glanced between one another for a moment before shaking their heads.
"We're in," Jason said, clapping me on the back.
"Good. Go gear up. We leave at noon. Time works differently here than it does there. It'll be nighttime and we will use that to our advantage." The three nodded, moving to leave. I grabbed Jason's arm, stopping him from moving forward with them. "Can I talk to you for a second?" I asked, both Zack's heading up the ladder. Jason nodded, turning back to face me.
"Yeah. What's up, man?"
"I need you to let me take the lead on this one, okay? You stay at the back and make sure everyone gets in and out."
"Sure. Whatever you need." He replied. "If we face Drakkon though, I'm right there with you."
"No. No, you're not." I breathed. He looked at me with confusion. He moved to open his mouth to object but I shook my head. "If we come face to face with Drakkon, I need you to get Abby and younger me out of there and back here as quickly as possible. Do you understand? I don't care what's happening to me. Our mission is to save my daughter and I need you to swear to me that you will carry through on that."
"Why do I feel like I'm agreeing to your death here?" He questioned.
"Because there's a good chance that that is what this will end up being," I said softly. "Man, I need you to promise me you will take care of Abby. And I need you to promise me that if anything does happen to me, you'll come back here and take care of both her and Kim for me. Help Kim raise Abby to be the best person she can be and help her live in a world that isn't like this one. That way, she will at least have the best male role model I could ask for in her life when I'm gone."
"Tommy, you can't talk like that." He said. "We're going to go there, kick some ass, and be home from dinner. Just like old times."
"I wish it was," I replied, smiling. "Jason, the odds are against us there. You and I both know it. I can provide enough of a distraction to help you escape. And don't come back for me." I held my hand out to him to shake. He stared at me, glancing down at my hand. I could see the apprehension on his features and I knew I was asking a lot of him. I wouldn't be if I had any other choice. Reaching up, he shook my hand. I pulled him in for a hug, both of us holding on tightly. I clapped him on the back, pulling away. Both of us had misty eyes that we blinked away, slight chuckles coming from the both of us.
"You know," He said. "If we both make it back, Zordon is going to be super pissed at us for stealing the crystals and running rogue."
"Running rogue?" A voice said from the direction of the ladder. Both Jason and I turned towards the source, seeing Saba floating there. "I can't believe the words I'm hearing. This is a mutiny!"
"Fuck." I muttered under my breath.
"Saba, you just need to hear us out," Jason said. Saba zoomed through the air in front of him.
"I think I've heard enough, Mr. Scott. I'd expect this kind of behavior from Tommy but not you. Zordon has the best interest of everyone in mind. Going against him just shows how ungrateful and betraying you are." Saba glared down at me. "This is exactly why you are not worthy enough. A real leader wouldn't drag the rest of his team into a battle that isn't there, especially if it means turning against the powers that created you."
"Well, then I guess it's a good thing I don't have any powers right now." I shot back. "I can't keep sitting around, waiting for something to change that will help us. My daughter is over there and I can't just wait. It's not helping anyone. And I'm not making anyone do anything. I've given them a choice. What they decide is out of my hands."
"This is reckless, dangerous, and idiotic," Saba stated. "You are risking the lives of your team for this."
"No. I've told them to come back if things go south. I will be the last man out. No one else is going to die on our team. We are just using the crystals to get through the Grid portals safely." I stepped toward him. "If you think you are going to try to stop me, I'd hate to disappoint you."
"Is that a challenge?" He hissed, his small eyes narrowing as he looked at me.
"No. It's some very good advice." I warned. Jason stepped forward with me, the both of us just a few feet from Saba. He looked between the two of us.
"I"m sorry but I cannot allow this to happen. I have a responsibility to this team and Zordon." His eyes began to glow red and he shifted to point his whole body towards us. Lasers shot from them in our direction, causing Jason and I to roll out of the way just in time. The lasers hit the floor behind where we had been standing, scorch marks present there now. I rolled to my feet, standing up quickly. I made my move, running and jumping as high as I could. Saba tried to hit me again, one of the beams going right near my left ear. I dodged it just in time, reaching out and grabbing Saba by the hilt. I landed on the ground, Saba in hand.
"Calm down," I said as he did his best to pull from my grip.
"Unhand me you uncultured swine!" He expressed, trying to break free of my hold on him. I held on tighter, not wanting him to slip through my fingers.
"You need to calm down," Jason said, stepping toward me. "Tommy has a good plan and we will be back before you know it. You need to trust us."
"We'll see about that," Saba said, suddenly disappearing from my hand.
"He's gone!" Jason explained, confused. My eyes widened as I looked over at Jason.
"The crystals. He's gone to warn Zordon."
