Hey! I know it's been a while, but enjoy!

"Are you still feeling stressed Katie?" Alicia asked as we walked into the locker room.

"Not at all. Ang and Cedric helped me catch up on all my homework. I'm just looking forward to the wedding!" I smile at her as we get ready for practice.

She gets a far off look on her face, "It's just all so romantic. Their story is just so perfect. Someday I hope to..."

"Oh stop talking about it already!" Fred grumbled.

"There's only so much lovey dovey talk we men can handle," George smirked.

Oliver looked over his shoulder from the blackboard he was drawing a play on, "I'm even tired of hearing about it, and I love Kevin like a brother."

The guys hurry out the door to the field. I look at my best friends and smile, "At least we now know what to talk about to get rid of them."

The girls laugh. Then Angelina looks at me, "Speaking of those guys. Licia and I were talking about how Oliver and Olivia officially ended whatever was going on between them after you fell Katie. Not that they were hanging out a ton before that, but still.."

I roll my eyes and grab my broom. "Let's get out on the pitch. It's time for practice. The sooner this practice is over, the sooner I can go to bed."

...

The last class before spring break seemed longer than the 2 weeks of classes and practices leading up to the wedding after I saw my brother. I could barely sit still in transfiguration, and Angelina could tell. She smirked at me, "You look as anxious as Snape did during the Slytherin, Hufflepuff qudditich match."

I smile at her, thankful for the distraction, "They really got lucky with that win last weekend and they know it. I can't wait to beat them ."

She nods and tries to transfigure the vase into a tropical bird. She sighs when she fails, "Are you all packed?"

"Yup! I'm so excited! I wish you could come instead of going to visit your Grandmum. We never get to see you!" I give her a sad face.

She laughs, "I know, its even worse for me. I'm the one missing everything."

...

As soon as I stepped off the train Sophie and Timmy came rushing up and whisked me away like they were on a mission. Oliver looked a little sad, I can only imagine it was because Timmy barely even waved to him before we left. They brought me to my Grandmother's to get ready for the rehearsal dinner and help with a few last minute details. I don't mind helping out, and I can't wait to see my family and meet all of Ella's attractive brothers and cousins. Right as they were getting ready to leave Sophie smirked, "I'll see you in a little bit, but can you help me out with something? ..."

...

I smile at the commotion buzzing around the room. So this is what it's like to have a lot of women in a family. Ella is standing in her wedding dress as her 3 best friends, mum, grandmum, and 2 aunts all buzz around her like bees doing last minute details. It was a whole new experience with us all getting ready in the same room. I'm so used to being the only girl. It makes me sad to think my own mother can't be here, but I feel lucky to get Ella in our family.

Ella smiles back at me and holds out her hand for me to take. She gets tears in her eyes and squeezes my hand, "He really wishes she could be here too Katie."

A tear slips down my cheek and Ella looks like she's trying not to cry. Sophie, who is taking her job as the maid of honor VERY seriously hurries over, "Come on Katie, I NEED to go to the bathroom, and we need to find the FOB."

I give her a confused look, "FOB?"

She practically pushes me out the door, "Sheesh, you need more wedding exposure. FOB is the term for father of the bride. Come on, it's almost time and I haven't seen him at all today. He's probably off somewhere sad El is going to be moving out for good now. Plus we don't want you and El to mess up your make-up."

I smile at her as she puts her arm around my shoulder, "Thanks Sophie, I needed to get out of there."

She beams at me, "I could tell, and let's face it. I owe you. MONSIEUR FONTAINE!" Sophie hurries forward to catch up with Ella's dad. She whispers to me. "It's about time we found him. Let's get back to the dressing room before we lose him again."

Then she began to speak to Monsieur Fontaine in French. I don't know much, so just smiled when he looked my way. He's so serious too. It's hard to picture him in the same family as Ella and her mum. They are so friendly and outgoing. I wonder how Kevin and him communicate. I don't think Kevin knows French, so how did he ask permission to marry Monsieur Fontaine's daughter? huh, I'll have to ask him later.

Sophie has now gotten Monsieur Fontaine smiling, and I can hardly believe it. She looks at me and winks as she ushers the FOB into the room. I pause as I realize who Sophie reminds me of. Her and Timmy are similar in a lot of ways. They would be PERFECT for each other. I will have to watch them tonight, because they are paired together being the best man and maid of honor... I'll also ask later Ella what she thinks .

"PAPA! Voilà, vous y êtes !" El came towards us with a huge smile on her face. "Êtes-vous prêt?"

He smiles sadly and loops her arm through his, "Je ne serai jamais prêt à vous donner, mais je sais que je dois.."

(For those of you who don't know French.. "Dad! There you are! Are you ready?" "I will never be ready to give you away, but I know I must.."

...

The ceremony was beautiful, and elegant. Grandmum was in heaven by all of the intricate details that Ella an her mum had planned. Kevin didn't seem to notice them or even look away from Ella the entire time, and smiled proudly after he said his vows. He looked so happy that it made my heart hurt. Hard to believe he found someone he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.

I was trying not to cry during Ella's vows when I realized Sophie was almost sobbing. Then I was trying not to laugh as she tried to control herself. She glared back at me, and then smiled because she knew how funny the situation looked.

The procession out marked the beginning of the fun. Once it was our turn, Charlie bowed deeply and kissed my hand, "May I escort you, my lady?"

I giggled and nodded. He led me out the door, and apparated us to the park where we were taking some pictures of the wedding party. The next hour was a blur of laughing and flashing of the camera. As quickly as possible, Sophie was herding everyone into the reception hall to take our seats at the wedding party table in the front. I somehow got placed between Timmy (who was right next to Kevin) and Charlie. I knew it was going to be a fun night.

Timmy stood up as champagne flutes were delivered to the table, "Hello Everyone, for all of you who haven't known me since I was in diapers, my name is Timothy Wood. Tonight I'm Tim, the best man of the groom and in charge of your entertainment for the next 3 minutes. But don't worry. I'm on a strict list of rules allowing what I can and cannot say... If you know Kevin at all, one of the first things you get to know about him is his love for qudditich. A lot of people have known Kevin as a professional qudditich player and some even remember him from his Hogwarts glory days, but my memory goes back a bit further. I went to my first little league qudditich practice with a new broomstick, an obnoxious amount of safety padding (thanks mum), and an ego the size of my imagination. I thought I was ready to become a professional qudditich player. To make a long story short, I left practice that day with a missing shin guard, a black eye, and a best mate for life. Let's just say there were a couple slytherins on the team and when I told them what was up, they tried to take me down. The only one who would have my scrawny, little back was the man still next to me today. My life would have been completely different without him, and I have always thought of him as my brother. His family's basically a part of my own, which I am now happy to say includes that way too beautiful woman for him in the white. Really Ella, you're way out of his league, and he's lucky you married him. I'm only saying that now that it's official so you don't get any ideas of running off with me and breaking his little heart." He laughed and looked at Kevin. "I'm so happy for you man, and wish you a lifetime of happiness. Now everyone please raise your glass to join me in a toast for Mr. and Mrs. Kevin and Ella Bell."

Timmy hugged Kevin and Ella, and passed the wand with the soronus to Sophie with a wink. He turned back to me and gave me a hug before sitting down. "Good luck."

I gulped and made my way over to the end of the wedding party table as I had practiced yesterday. I glanced at Sophie who looked a bit nervous, but happy to be sharing the spot light with me. She had admitted before the rehearsal dinner she did NOT want to give a speech. Apparently only children with small families aren't used to giving speeches in front of this many people.

Sophie took a deep breath, "Hi everyone, I'm Sophie. Sister of the bride and maid of honor. Now don't look so confused. I know we look nothing alike, but since the first day of school Ella has been the sister I always prayed for. As an only child I couldn't imagine how great it was to have a sibling, but after a year with having Ella as a friend I knew I would never be lonely again. She has a way of drawing the right kind of attention when she enters a room, and how to make you feel important and worthwhile." Sophie pointed at me. "Now you may be wondering what this beautiful blonde to my right is doing, well she's here as a sort of stand in, if you will. Funny how the sister of the groom looks more like the bride with all the lovely blonde hair." I blush as I feel all of the curious eyes on me from the crowd. I smiled up at Kevin and wink as I walk out onto the dance floor. Him and Ella look surprised. A couple of her guy friends from their school in France came onto the dance floor and offered me flowers and gifts, but I smiled and blinked my eyes and shake my head to all of them while Sophie talked. "Now Ella was always quite the looker. I think it was that Veela blood somewhere in her family that had all of the boys attention from the very first day of school. Her beautiful personality to match her good looks didn't help deter the boys either. Every time she would gently turn them down and always say to me. 'why waste my time? I know they're not the guy for me. Sophie, when I see him. I'll just know.' So quite a few years down the road, a group of friends and I talked Ella into going to a qudditich game. Puddlemere against the French. Ella isn't much of a qudditich fan, but decided to go with us and try to have a good time. I didn't notice anything until about half way through the match, but Ella couldn't look away from the handsome chaser FROM THE OTHER TEAM! We're French and she couldn't even try to have a crush on our home country team?!" On the dance floor I stopped walking and stared up as one of their other friends who had light brown hair was flying around above us with a quaffle. I glanced at Timmy, smirked and then pretended to swoon. All of the guys at the wedding party table were dying of laughter, along with some in the audience. Ella was blushing like a tomato as Sophie continued. "After the game we girls went out to the pubs, and that's when fate decided to step in. Honestly, I should have remembered. Ella had told me since first year that she would KNOW when she first saw him. I don't know how I forgot!" Sophie paused dramatically as a blonde guy came up and pretended to grab my arm harshly and pull me across the floor, just as the 'Kevin' came walking up and picked me up and carried me away. I didn't even notice Oliver stand up when he didn't realize the blonde was only pretending to hurt me. "That night Kevin proved to Ella that he wasn't your typical jerk jock, and she gave him a second look. Little did she know she would never look away and fall completely in love with him. I couldn't wish for anything more, for you El. May your happiness last forever, and all your dream come true. I love you." She raised her glass. "To Kev, El, and fate for just a little help in bringing them together."

I returned to my seat and took a sip of wine, and smiled at Ella and Kevin. She had tears in her eyes and smiled back. They looked so happy. I could see my grandmother crying at the table in the front. She's so happy the wedding is going so smoothly. She probably imagined Timmy getting up there drunk and not such a sweet speech from Sophie. They were both perfect.

Dinner was a lot of fun, since I sat between Timmy and Charlie. I grew up with these goons, and they know how to make me laugh. The food was delicious, and before I knew it Kevin and Ella were cutting the cake and then dancing their first dance.

At the end of the song Charlie offer his hand, "Shall we dance, my lady?" I laughed as he whirled us around the dance floor. Who would have thought Charlie Weasley was so graceful. Soon the song ended, and a gorgeous blonde walked up.

"Hello, I'm Michael. I'm Ella's cousin." He nodded at Charlie and then began to lead me around the dance floor. "Honestly I was a little worried when my cousin said I HAD to ask the Groom's sister to dance at least twice. I was pleasantly surprised during the speech to see how beautiful you are."

I blush and glance away, "She's just trying a little matchmaking. Not with us!" I try to correct. "Sorry I didn't mean to make you feel awkward. She wants someone else to see and be jealous. I personally don't think it will work."

He smiles at me and studies my face, "That sounds like El, but I'm going to have to agree with my cousin on this one. Now what do you enjoy to do in your free time?" He asks trying to strike up conversation. I had fun dancing with him for about 3 dances, but then made an excuse to find my grandfather and dance with him.

When I find him and my Grandmum, she is glowing with pride. She couldn't approve more of the wedding or the couple. Kevin had even asked her for the 3rd dance, making her feel very important. I sit down next to my grandfather as she compliments me on the way I'm presenting myself so far. I will apparently have no problem finding a husband as soon as I want. I sigh and glance across the table and am surprised to see Timmy's mom, Oliver, and Oliver's mum across the table. I smile at them trying to give them sympathy for having to sit with my Grandmum when she interrupts. "Kathryn, hurry and dance with grandfather, so you can go back to dancing with the young suitors."

I laugh and stand up as my grandfather offers me his arm, "Grandfather, I think you're the biggest catch in the room, and hope to marry someone exactly like you. Don't listen to Grandmum."

He laughs, "My little angel has grown up. You remind me more of your mother every day. But your Grandmother is right. I'm sure there are plenty of more gentlemen wanting to dance with you."

I shake my head, "I doubt it! Let's dance!"

A dance and a half later my Grandfather looks behind me and smirks just like Kevin. I look at him in confusion and glance behind me. Oliver stepped up, "Excuse me, Mr. Montressor. Would you mind if I cut in?"

My Grandfather smiled at me and nodded at Oliver. "Not at all, but good luck trying to keep her. There have been a couple of young men watching us since the end of the first song. You were just the only one brave enough to come ask."

I smile at Oliver, "He IS a Gryffindor Grandfather. Not some chicken Ravenclaw."

He smiled as he handed me over, "Just like your mum."

I looked at Oliver in his tux and green tie. He looked so utterly handsome it hurt my heart just like the happiness on my brother's face earlier. His brown hair was swept to the side, and I knew I was back to square one on getting over him as he took my hand and placed his other hand on the small of my back. He began to lead me in the waltz and whispered in my ear. "I hope I'm leading correctly. How's my posture? Your Grandmum is watching us like a hawk."

I giggled and leaned in, "Great form. You should be fine, but be careful. She can read lips."

He laughed and looked down at me, "You look so beautiful Kates."

I blush, "Thanks Ollie. You look quite handsome too, but how did you get stuck at the table with my Grandmum. Of all the rotten luck."

He smiled, "You'll have to ask Ella. Your Grandmum did say that she helped with the seating charts over tea, and got to know what a wonderful girl Ella was. So I guess your Grandmum wanted to sit by me."

I look at him in surprise, because he's right. Grandmum DID help seat everyone. huh... that's odd.

"I was surprised Diggory and his family weren't at her table. She had seemed dead set on your marriage to him at the New Years Ball." Oliver frowned and looked down at me. "Who was the blonde from the first couple dances? He had your grandmum in a tizzy."

I laughed, "Just Ella's cousin who she tried to make my date. I told her I knew too many people I wanted to dance with to go with a date."

He looked down at me, "Was I one of the people you wanted to dance with?"

"Of course," I smiled up at him as the song ended.

He looked ready to ask me to dance another song when Kevin came rushing up. "Oliver! Come meet the team. They're dying to meet you." Kevin looked at me and kissed my forehead. "Thanks for helping Sophie out. Ella told me how nervous she was. Spreading the attention helped her a lot, but you've always been such a sweet little sister."

I laughed, "Stop Kev, you're making me blush."

He laughed, "I'm going to find you for a dance soon! But in the mean time, DO NOT DANCE WITH ANY OF MY TEAM MATES. I mean it. There's some sort of bet and I don't want you near them." He turned to Oliver and started to lead him away. "I can't wait till you're on the team. Then one other person won't suddenly be asking me who's the hot blonde in the wedding party. CAN you believe it? Katie is so young, and way too young for them."

I smiled and walked away as Oliver sent me a nervous glance. I shrugged. The team would love him, because he's so talented. He didn't need to be nervous. I talked with Alicia, entertained guests, and danced with all of my cousins. I even danced with a couple of Kevin's and Ella's friends. Whenever it was someone I didn't know either Timmy, Charlie or Oliver cut in and would dance with me.

On one of the last songs Olive cut in after about 30 seconds of a slow song with one of Kevin's friends from school who was quite drunk. I smiled at Oliver and laid my head on his chest, "I must be ruining your chances of meeting the ladies tonight. How much did Kevin pay you to watch me?"

Oliver chuckled and held me closely, "He isn't paying me anything." I lean back and give him a look. He smiles and rests his chin on top of my head as I lay it back against his chest. "Alight, I would probably die if anything happened to you, so I guess I'm paying with my life."

I laugh and sigh. mmmm he smells so good, "I'm so tired. It's been a long day."

"I bet, but now you can relax for the rest of break," He starts to rub slow circles on my back.

"Yeah, but as soon as I get back to school, my crazy qudditich captain is going to be a slave driver at practices." I try not to laugh.

He sighs, "You'll thank him when you have the cup." He kisses the top of my head and I can't help but to make a mental note of this moment and try and save it for forever.

Well... I gave you lots of Katie and Oliver time, so you can pay me in reviews! ;)
