Third Person's POV

"Aku… Akubaran?" Chancellor Sheppard's dark eyes widened in surprise. "First time I heard about such thing." The creator of Duel Monsters simply nodded with a look of understanding and straightened up in the sofa. "I'm not surprised. It's not something a lot of people know about." He replied flatly. "Are they supposed to?" The chancellor dared to ask.

"To a certain degree… Yes." The man frowned. His brown eye looked straight into Sheppard's ones. "Tell me, Chancellor… You're aware of 'kami'?" He asked slowly. "Well, yes… Those are Japanese deities." The Chancellor rubbed his chin. "But what does this have to do with…" When Pegasus lifted up a hand as a sign for him to listen, Chancellor Sheppard stopped talking.

"A few years ago, my researchers discovered ruins. They belonged to something called Akubaran." The creator of Duel Monsters started explaining. "Even Maria came to the site as soon as I informed her."

He could remember the day the ruins were found. Maria Accardi has been working for him for more than twenty years now. She was one of his best card designers, but also people who would come and help whenever he needed it. She knew about some of his researches. She was one of few designers in Industrial Illusions Pegasus knew he could absolutely trust with anything.

"In there… We discovered silhouettes of something we didn't understand, yet akin to a demon. Name 'Akubaran' was written under engraved pictures." He stopped for a moment. "When one of my workers read that name aloud, a terrible storm appeared. It threatened to blow us off the cliff." The chancellor's eyes widened in astonishment.

"While we were getting out, we found a Shinto shrine and hid inside. There, we found tablets depicting several creatures." Pegasus stopped for a moment. "At that time, the storm disappeared. None of us could explain what exactly happened, but I took the tablets with me. Maria and Hiro Phoenix designed cards based on them on my demand."

Chancellor Sheppard stayed quiet for a few seconds. "But what does this have to do with that Akubaran and…" His eyes grew wider yet again. "Are the cards those two designed… The stolen cards?" Pegasus nodded. "Every time we returned to those ruins, something terrible would happen. At one point, even a hurricane started forming. It was as if sky was angry… But those cards always stopped bad things from becoming worse."

"And now that they're missing…" "They're missing for a reason, Chancellor. With those cards in wrong hands, who knows what could happen? I hope you understand the seriousness of the situation."

Serena's POV

"You can't do this, soldier!" The door of the hospital wing suddenly slammed open. Syrus jumped up from the chair in surprise, and I flinched.

Alexis came walking in to the room hastily, with Hassleberry, Jaden and Ben right behind. "He's right, Alexis, you just can't…" "Oh really? Watch me." Alexis smiled evilly at my cousin and Hassleberry. She then marched to my bed.

Just as I was about to ask her what the problem was, her hazel eyes looked into my light blue ones. There it was. I needed no further answers. Her eyes were completely empty, just like Ben's used to be during the time he was brainwashed…

"What do you want from me?" I demanded with a glare while trying to be a bit taller by sitting up. "Oh, it's nothing. Master Sartorius just wants back keys you had stolen from him." Alexis replied as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. A frown appeared on my face.

Damn it, you stupid force thing. You moved fast… Was Sartorius even aware I was in the hospital wing?

"Well, you and him will be severely disappointed. My answer is 'no'." I retorted. "Don't you say 'no' to me, you little…" She started angrily, and reached out her hand to apparently grab me… Only for somebody to jump in between two of us. "In case you haven't noticed, Serena's not able to move." Jaden spoke up, blocking my view of Alexis with his back and arms stretched out.

The girl let out a laugh. "Oh, I can perfectly see that… That's why Master Sartorius told me to go after both you and her. But now can I see she really is an easier target…"

Oh, he knew it, alright… That thing really didn't know when to take a break!

"Get out of the way." Alexis threatened. "No chance." Jaden shook his head angrily. I slowly got on my knees, and got closer to his standing form from behind. "Jaden, let me deal with this. It's me she wants…" I told him quietly. "Serena." He replied in a warning tone, as if telling me not to speak any further. His eyes never left Alexis though, not even for a second.

"Listen. I appreciate you want to help, but clearly she wants a duel, and…" "And you can barely stand up." He retorted. "I'm feeling a bit better now, besides…" "Mrs. Fontaine will kill you if you get in more trouble." Ben cut me off.

While he didn't look as serious about it as Jaden did, he seemed to be concerned too.

"We won't get anything by denying it either. She clearly wants the keys." I put a hand on Jaden's left shoulder slowly. His expression seemed to soften a little. I didn't have time to dwell on it further though, because Alexis' voice made me look up again. "She's right. And I'm not leaving until you give me both keys."

I never got a chance to correct her how I had only one, because Ben told me to stay quiet. He then looked up at her with a glare. "Even though she obviously can't duel all alone?" "Man, creepy one doesn't know when to hold it." Hassleberry shook his head slightly in disbelief. "If she can't duel, then I don't care. I just want those keys." The girl replied smugly.

It was obvious she wasn't going to let go of this one. It was obvious I was going to get involved in some way nonetheless… I couldn't afford to go into another duel yet. It would officially be my funeral if Mrs. Fontaine found out. But there had to be a way out of this situation…

Jaden's chocolate brown eyes briefly landed on me. Then they focused their attention back on Alexis. "What do you say I duel you in her place?" He suggested. All eyes in the room fell on him. "What did you say?" The girl asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Let me duel you instead of her." He repeated. "Oh, it will be your turn after hers…" "No. I'll duel for both, wagering both keys." Jaden cut her off. A frown appeared on Alexis' face. "That's not exactly fair… Too easy." "Then what do you suggest?" Ben spoke up.

Her empty, hazel eyes moved from him to Jaden back and forth for a few moments. Then they stayed on the latter. "If you want to get involved, fine. But we'll play by my rules." She stated smugly. "Say them." Jaden responded immediately.

"Since you don't want to risk the dork's wellbeing," Her eyes were briefly on me as she said that. "You two can duel together." My eyes widened. "How does that even work…" "One person has the Duel Disk, the other one is beside them. You decide." She cut me off. "However, if you agree to duel like that, you can't use your normal deck." "What?" Jaden demanded in surprise. "You're not allowed to use the deck you always do. You'll have to find something else."

How did she expect us to do that? What did she even imagine this to be like? It sounded just crazy!

"That's not fair." Hassleberry scowled. "He's right, it's not." Syrus spoke up with a frown. "Her not wanting to just give those keys is not fair either." Alexis scowled back at both of them. "When you say we have to find something else, what exactly do you mean by that?" I spoke up warily. "Anything that's not something you usually use." She replied. "Anything?" I repeated. "Anything." She retorted as if I were stupid.

I may have found a loophole in her rules… This could be played right, if she didn't set any more of them.

"Fine, we'll follow your rules." I then spoke up. "Cazzo, cugina (shit, cousin) …" I could hear Ben muttering beside my bed in Italian. Hassleberry and Syrus looked at me with 'are you crazy' expressions on their faces. Jaden simply stared at me. "I mean, it's not like you'll leave it unless we agree… Right?" I then looked straight in her eyes.

A smug smile crossed her features. "Finally, someone understands…" She sounded somewhat impressed. I had a hunch maybe she was, but in a mocking way, as if we weren't the brightest people in the room.

"In two hours, at the arena… If that's enough for you two to prepare your deck." She looked at Jaden and me. He glanced at me for a few moments. "Fine." He and I said in unison.

With that smile still on her face, Alexis strode out of the hospital wing.

"SIETE DUE PAZZI (are you two insane)?!" Ben turned to Jaden and me and started shouting at us. Jaden covered his head with a yelp while I flinched.

He was obviously upset, especially since he was in his Italian mode… "Cugino, calmati (cousin, calm down) …" I started, only to be cut off. "How do you expect me to calm down when you've just accepted that ridiculousness," His green eyes then landed on Jaden. "And you! Why did you agree with my crazy cousin?!"

"Crazy?" My eyes narrowed at him. He didn't seem to pay attention to me at all though. His hands were waving in Jaden's direction, as if he was trying to convince him to disagree with me immediately. "I trust her." "Miércoles (Wednesday)." Ben facepalmed and let his body fall into a nearby chair.

I frowned, knowing what that meant perfectly well. Aunt Maria not only swore in Italian, but Spanish sometimes too… She would be scolded for swearing in front of other children. So, to avoid further scolding, she would resort to euphemisms like this one. Miércoles was a softer version of Spanish 'shit'.

"Shit?" Jaden guessed with hands still over his head. "How do you know?" Ben looked up with a frown. "Aunt Maria." I answered for him as if it was obvious.

"Anyway, stop calling me crazy." I then glared. "No offense soldier, but he has a point. This isn't the smartest idea." Hassleberry spoke up. "They both have a point." Syrus agreed. "She wouldn't have agreed to anything else… She wants those keys." I noted. "But how do you plan on dueling her without using your decks?" The short guy pointed out.

"She told us to find something we don't usually use… Since we have to duel together…" I met eyes with Jaden. "What do you say we combine our decks?" He looked at me for a few moments, realization dawning on him. "That won't work." Ben frowned. "It might." I argued back. "But she said you can't use anything usual…" Syrus trailed off.

I nodded. "She did… However, she never set any other rules. She never said we can't combine our decks." "Both of you use those decks." Ben reminded. "If we combine them, then we'll each have a half we've never used." "And we'll still have other half we're used to." Jaden nodded in understanding. A smile then appeared on his face. "This will work!"

Ben looked at him and then at me skeptically. "You two have lost it." "Stai zitto (shut up)." I gave my cousin a pleading look. "Ben, you can't have them say 'no' if they've already decided it. Jaden especially." Syrus let out a sigh. "I just hope you know what you're doing…" He then added.

"Sy, it will be fine. Plus, this is our chance to get Alexis back." Jaden replied reassuringly. "If you say so, Sarge." Hassleberry replied with an uncertain look.

Jaden then took out his cards from the box he carried on his trousers. "Where's your deck?" He asked. "Your guesses are as good as mine. I haven't seen it since my duel with Aunt Maria." I shrugged. "I left it at your room." Ben spoke up. "I'll get it." He stood up and walked out of the room quickly.

Meanwhile, Jaden spread out his cards. "I'm not going in there without Neos." He decided determinedly. My eyebrows furrowed as I looked at the white monster on the card.

I never got a good chance to see those monsters he had got from space closer… His duel with Chazz didn't count. You could never get a good look at monsters due to how fast duels played out.

"Can I see it?" I asked him curiously. "Sure." He gave me the card with a smile. I took it carefully, my eyes landing on the drawn monster. It was well-thought out and drawn. There were so many details… And yet…. It was familiar-looking. Why did I get this nagging feeling I'd already seen this Neos before?

"You said you'd got him from space?" I repeated with a puzzled look. "Yes." He nodded. "But then why do…" I quickly stopped, staring at the card. "Why what?" I could hear him asking.

"Serena! Serena!" A familiar, cheerful voice was calling out my name. Looking up from my flower-filled hands, I could see Jaden jumping over fence separating our houses. He then ran over to where I was with a huge smile.

"What is it?" I asked curiously while sitting up. "I drew it!" He waved with something in his right hand cheerfully. I looked up to see a drawing in it. "First homework I've ever done." A grin appeared on Jaden's face. "Don't let the teacher hear you." I scolded. "She can't hear me in your backyard." He pointed out. "Anyway, do you like it?"

"It looks really great." I commented, my eyes landing on the white monster he had drawn. "Would you change anything? You usually draw better." He asked. "I draw only flowers, Jaden…" I reminded but looked at the drawing. "Maybe I'd add spikes on its arms." "Then let's go add them!" He pulled me up by my arm.

"I'd like to help, but that's your drawing… You should draw it on your own." I told him honestly. "But I want you to see it! I wasn't allowed to see you for a week by now!" He pleaded. I turned around and looked at my house for a few moments.

Then, I turned my attention back to Jaden. "My parents won't be home until four." I said, making him grin. He started pulling me towards the fence. "You can't climb with those dandelions." "I'm not dropping them." I responded and grabbed for the fence.

"Can I see the rest of your deck?" I suddenly asked, not paying attention to anything else around me. Once a hand offered those cards to me, I grabbed them and quickly started looking through.

I had to make sure this was true, that my unprecise memories weren't playing with my mind… That was a simple memory. Yet now it was giving me this terrible feeling of dread along with the 'Neos' card…

I managed to find what I was looking for. There was a card named 'Dandylion'. It was a monster that resembled dandelion. I could recognize it right away. Hell, I could remember the drawing Jaden had shown me of that exact same monster…

At that moment, more familiar-looking cards came to my attention. They were animals inside some orbs… I quickly looked at the nearest one. It was called 'Chrysalis Dolphin'…

"What about this one?" I asked curiously while looking at a small dolphin on the drawing. "You've seen enough." Jaden took the paper out of my hands and put it away. "I've seen only three of them." I pointed out. "You got a glimpse. I want the rest of it to be a surprise." A smile appeared on his face.

But… This was the only thing I remembered about it… I never got to see the rest… Or did I? Was it simply something I couldn't remember yet? And yet, this dreadful feeling kept growing stronger…

It felt like it wanted to rip me in half. It felt like something I never wanted to recall again… Which was strange because I couldn't even put my finger on it! At that moment, my thoughts became chaotic. I couldn't keep up with what I was thinking or feeling. I knew one thing though. It felt like I was ready to burst…

"Serena, what's got into you?" I felt someone grabbing me by my wrists. It was then I realized my whole body was shaking uncontrollably (adding injury to my 'hurt too many times' ribs). My face was wet too, which meant tears were all over my face.

"What's happening to her, Sarge?!" I could hear someone shouting. "Call Mrs. Fontaine!" Another voice shouted.

Shaking didn't stop at all. I felt so disoriented, and it was harder to breathe… By now, I could hear different voices all around me. I felt someone grabbing me by my arms and saying something to me. I was still shaking, and not able to breathe though, which was why I couldn't register what those words were.

And then… A scent of lavender overwhelmed all of my senses. "Take a deep breath…" The voice encouraged. I quickly did so, grabbing my ribs in process. "Another one…" We repeated the mantra a few more times.

By now, it was easier to breathe. "Serena, look at me." Lifting up my gaze, I could see Mrs. Fontaine's eyes looking straight into mine. "Just keep breathing…" I did the same mantra once more. "Feeling better now?" The woman asked calmly. I quickly nodded.

She then offered me a glass of water. "Drink this." I quickly did so while she got off the chair. "Just keep taking deep breaths. I'll be back in a few minutes." She then hurried towards the door.

Third Person's POV

The guys were all waiting outside the hospital wing, since Mrs. Fontaine had told them to get out. Ben joined them just when the whole incident happened. To say he was nervous was an understatement. He was pacing back and forth frantically with Syrus and Hassleberry trying to calm him down. Jaden, on the other hand, was staring at the door in utter confusion and worry.

He had never seen Serena like that… The way she started acting was confusing, and unlike her. One moment, she was staring at his deck, then the next one, she was shaking like crazy and clearly crying. She didn't seem to hear him or others during her episode either…

"First she's out for few days, and now this. Just why?" He covered his face with hands in exasperation. Once he heard those words, Syrus turned around curiously. "You're worried about her?" He guessed, walking up to his best friend.

"Something bad always happens to her, Sy. I've had it enough already…" Jaden let his hands fall to the ground with a sigh. Syrus observed his worried face for a few moments.

He still remembered the way Jaden reacted while Serena was unconscious. At one point, when they tried to make him go out for some air, he insisted on staying as if his life depended on it. He looked worried and broken at the same time…

While Ben initially suggested Jaden had a problem with hospitals in general, Syrus now thought there was more than that. All of a sudden, the idea he had of her trying to steal his best friend seemed even more ridiculous than before.

Not only because she and him had resolved it, but also… There was something different about the way Jaden treated her compared to the rest of his friends. He had a hunch about what it was… But decided to stay quiet.

"I think I know what happened." He spoke up. Ben, Hassleberry and Jaden turned their heads to him immediately. "That looks like panic attack to me." The short guy explained, rubbing the back of his head. "Are you sure?" Ben raised an eyebrow. "I've already seen it once. This looked identical." Syrus nodded. "But Serena never had panic attacks… Nor reasons for them. It sounds ridiculous." The Italian boy frowned.

"I'm just telling you what it is." The guy with glasses sighed. "No, I trust you. It's just that… Serena's never had that!"

At that moment, the door opened. All of them turned around to see Mrs. Fontaine walking out. "She's fine now." "Was it really a panic attack?" Ben asked in a bit of disbelief. "It was." She nodded with a frown. "Tell me, Benjamin… Had Serena ever experienced it before?"

"No. This is the first damn time I saw her acting like that!" He exclaimed. Mrs. Fontaine stayed quiet for a few moments. "Does she have some illnesses, or disorders?" She then spoke up. "Only coulrophobia." "What's that?" Hassleberry demanded in surprise. "Phobia of clowns." Ben explained briefly. "Did you mention them before this happened?" "No! She was just looking through cards, and then started shaking like crazy!" After few moments of quiet, the woman looked at Ben.

She then motioned for him to follow her a bit away from others. "I'm sorry for bringing up such personal question… But does your family have history with disorders?" "No." Ben seemed to be even more incredulous, which convinced her to stay away from that subject. He was already in shock about this.

They then returned to where Syrus, Hassleberry and Jaden were waiting. "Something happened that triggered her panic attack. Surely you could have an idea what it could be…" She looked at them. Syrus, Ben and Hassleberry turned their attention to Jaden, who was staring at his deck puzzled. "But we told you… She was just looking at cards." Ben frowned.

Mrs. Fontaine sighed. "Something about them served as a trigger. I can't get into it deeper at the moment, but don't show those cards to her again until you found out what the problem is." She was about to enter the hospital wing again, only for Jaden to stop her. "Can we come in?" The look on the woman's face softened. "You should wait a few more minutes." She then left them alone in the corridor.

"What did you show her?" Ben frowned at Jaden. "I took out my deck. She wanted to see Neos, so I gave it to her." He responded perplexed. "So, what you're trying to tell me is she now has panic attacks because of your monsters?" The green-eyes boy demanded incredulously. "I never said she freaked out once she saw Neos!" Jaden retorted somewhat angrily and offended.

Syrus and Hassleberry looked between two guys arguing back and forth. While the latter thought Ben should have kept his mouth shut, Syrus knew exactly why Jaden reacted so fiercely.

Jaden has always been protective of his deck. Any insult thrown towards it would make him downright angry. And here Ben was, implying Serena had problems because of one of most valuable things to him.

"She didn't, soldier." Hassleberry walked in between two guys. "She kept looking at his card in silence, and then asked to see the rest of his deck. It was as if that was the only thing she paid attention to. Then, she started shaking…" "So you're telling me she didn't freak out because of Neos, but because of some other cards?" Ben glared.

"Why are you so insistent on arguing with Jaden about this?" Syrus asked before Jaden could speak up again, obviously offended. "Because I love my cousin, and I hate seeing her in pain!" He retorted. "You think Jay enjoys it?" The short guy presumed with a frown. "Enjoys what?" "You think he likes seeing her in pain?!"

Ben opened his mouth to say something, only for Syrus to grab him by his arm and pull him away. Jaden, on the other hand, let out a sigh and looked at his deck yet again. Hassleberry was right, Serena's panic attack started while she was looking at other cards…

Taking one, he looked at it. It was 'Dandylion'… Serena's eyes stayed quite long on that card. From what he saw, some 'Chrysalis' monsters were in her hands too.

Quite honestly, he couldn't understand what it was about those cards that made her react like that.

He remembered submitting that deck to Seto Kaiba's contest as a kid. The contest was all over the news. The winner of it would get the chance to have their cards launched in space. It was one thing Jaden could remember he was particularly thrilled about back then. While other memories from that time period were vague, he could remember they weren't happy ones for some reason. But that contest…

It was the only homework he'd ever done, and he put his whole heart in it! Even Serena could notice that… Serena.

Memories concerning her from that time period were vague too. She was there, he knew it. But other than that, he couldn't recall much.

Meanwhile, Syrus led Ben to the side. "What's your problem?" The latter complained. "You really want to keep arguing?" The former frowned. "I don't want to see Serena hurt, and Jaden doesn't seem to have the slightest…." "Jaden doesn't want that either." Syrus cut him off. "He's as clueless as you, and you accusing him is not helping." "Well, it doesn't look like…" "Remember how he reacted back then? He obviously cares a lot about her…"

Ben raised an eyebrow. "I thought you didn't care about the relationship between Jaden and my cousin." He commented with his arms folded. Syrus sighed with a frown. "Jaden's my best friend, and I don't want to see him unhappy again." He responded firmly. "Besides…" He turned his head back for a few moments. "It seems to me he cares about her more than a best friend or a friend would."

The Italian guy let out a low whistle. "What?" Syrus gave him a look. "I'm not the only one who noticed, that's all…" "Obviously." The short guy rolled his eyes. "Are you gonna say anything to him about that little observation you had made?" At hearing that, Syrus gave him a bit incredulous look. "Jay doesn't even know what a fiancé is." "Fair enough." Ben sighed. "Sorry for reacting like that, I'm just worried…" "Don't apologize to me. Apologize to him." Syrus said simply, walking away.

"Sorry, Jay. I shouldn't have got angry at you like that." He then walked up to the Slifer. Jaden looked up at him from his deck and simply nodded with a small smile.

At that moment, the door opened. "It's fine. You can come in." Mrs. Fontaine's head peeked through. The guys did so immediately. They saw Mrs. Fontaine offering Serena something for a drink.

"How are you feeling?" Ben asked, sitting on her bed. "Fine, I guess…" His cousin responded, taking a sip out of the cup. "You had me worried sick…" "Well, you can relax, soldier. She's obviously better." Hassleberry noted.

Jaden, meanwhile, put his deck back in the box he carried with him. "What are you doing?" Serena suddenly asked, eyeing him. "Nothing." He quickly said. His eyes then looked over her for a few moments. "I still think red suits you better." He commented, observing her dark blue capris and sleeping top.

Ben frowned, not understanding what he was trying to say. He figured it was something to divert attention off his deck and duel in general, though.

"You think so only because when combined with my hair, I look like Kaki fruit." Serena responded with an eye-roll. "Is that true, Sarge?" Hassleberry raised an eyebrow while Ben burst in laughter and Syrus stared in surprise. "Her hair is as bright… But that's not the reason." Jaden quickly waved it off. "Keep trying to deny it, Mister." She smirked.

Ben's green eyes looked at two of them back and forth for a few moments. Then, his eyes landed on Syrus, who was watching them quietly as well. At that moment, he decided to try something.

"Just hug it out already." He suddenly spoke up, earning a questioning look from Hassleberry. "Why?" Serena questioned a bit confused. "Because he," Ben pointed at Jaden. "Was really worried about you." He opted not to say further, not wanting to mention those cards.

He watched as his cousin's light blue eyes immediately turned to the brunet. She remained oddly quiet, staring at him. Jaden, who quite noticeably avoided Ben's gaze once he said those words, simply pulled her into a hug. She returned it slowly.

This just confirmed his suspicions about Jaden. His cousin, however, was something he couldn't understand. She did stare at him for quite a while… But it still proved only two things. It proved that Jaden was incredibly clueless, and that he didn't know what Serena thought about all of this.

Letting out a sigh of annoyance, Ben turned his attention to another bed. He walked up to it. Seeing his mother still unconscious made him worried and unnerved… He let out another sigh, grabbing one of her hands and holding it with his own ones.

That was when he heard a groan. His green eyes quickly looked down to see his mother's eyelids moving. "Mum?" He questioned in surprise. Followed by another groan, the woman's eyelids kept moving for a few more moments… Until they finally opened.

And they weren't those cold eyes she had had earlier, no… Maria Accardi was finally awake.

A smug smile appeared on Sartorius' face as he looked at cards in his hands. They were finally back in his possession… And, this time, he wouldn't allow anyone else to get them. He would make sure of it, whatever it took.

Now, he just had to use them before anyone could try to take them… It was time for change of plans. Jaden and Aster would be handled in one way or another. That wasn't as much of a problem. The main problem was something he had to take care of himself…

"You wanted to see me, Master?" Alexis questioned, walking into Sartorius' room once again. "Yes." Sartorius nodded and left the cards lying on his table. "I wanted to tell you there's been change of plans." His cold purple eyes briefly looked at the table once again. "I want you to go after Jaden only. Serena's something I'll handle personally."

Alexis' empty, hazel eyes looked at him briefly before she nodded. "Understood, Master." She then left the room.

Sartorius turned his attention back to the cards. He had to change plans because he finally had those cards again… But that wasn't the only reason. The girl managed to free Maria from the Light's hold. Maria knew way too much… It was matter of time when her memories would return. And then, she would tell everyone about what she knew…

Even though she wasn't under Light's influence anymore, Maria helped him a lot. Especially when it came to her niece… Serena Accardi.

A young girl with unusual fears… And quite a… Family. Family that kept some dark secrets and… Had problems in a lot more ways than one.

That's the end of this chapter! In here, I'd say the plot is finally picking up the pace again. It's near end of Season 2… Anyway, I tried new way of writing translation for foreign words, I hope it works better reading translation right next to the sentence than scrolling down till the end to see it…

The expression Ben used in Spanish literally means Wednesday (Miercoles), but can be used as euphemism for shit (mierda). If I misunderstood it, or if I missed something there, readers who know Spanish, please correct me.

Anyway, I hope you liked it and until next time!
