(Third Person Point of View)

Alexander stormed off to his Igloo on the outskirts of the little village. However then, the weather began to reflect on his emotions, the skies started to darken, and the wind began to blow, stirring up the snow.

Alex closed his eyes and began to meditate as he mediated. Then, finally, he slowly drifted off to sleep. Luckily, as he began to calm down, the weather also started to calm down without its master's influence.

He began to dream, a demigod dream, about the past, about this world's history.

(Dreamscape)

Alexander woke up with a start as he saw men in red Japanese-like armor beginning to attack a village. But, no, it was a temple. Now, he saw people wearing robes and tunics, bright orange and yellow colors, defending their home and themselves.

Alex looked up and saw the sun and what looked like to be a comet burning high in the sky, like a second sun.

He then whipped around and saw the soldiers killing the monks with extreme prejudice. All of the men, all of the women, and all of the children, too, leaving no one to survive.

Alexander saw them shoot and control fire, so he knew who these guys were from the Fire-Nation, and were Fire Benders.

He wanted to help, but he was to be frozen in place as though Kronos had trapped him in time, locking him in place.

The monks were valiantly fighting back with hurricane-force winds, tornadoes, and whirlwinds. Still, the Fire Benders' powers were too greatly enhanced by Sozin's Comet. The soldiers seemed to have even more strength than expected as they were empowered by the comet's energy.

A soldier wearing spiked armor looked at Alex and charged with his spear raised to strike him down. As he lunged at Alexander's heart. Finally, he was able to move as he fell back.

He then landed on a hill overlooking a massive city, far more prominent when compared to the South Pole's village. Alex saw it being razed to the ground with a red flag draped over the eastern side of the wall with flames lighting up the symbol on it. The city of Omashu fell to the Fire Nation.

Once again, Alex tried to move but was unable to do so. Now the land zipped forward too fast for Alexander to comprehend what he saw. Still, the images were of the dead bodies littering the streets. The scent of rotting and burnt flesh filled his nose and lungs, making him sick to his stomach.

Alexander knew the scent of rot and of death all too well from the wars he fought in. So he tried to steel his emotions.

Alex's mind saw so much more. Things seemed to go faster and faster as though Chronos has fast forward the time to make it blur together.

All of a sudden, everything stopped, all of the light, all of the color, all of the scent left him, leaving him in a Dark Void.

He called out, "Who is out there?!"

Laughter could be heard echoing all around him. Alexander could feel a massive amount of power coming from the darkness. Though not as much as even a Minor God, though a High Nymph might be on par with the Spirit in the darkness. Far above a mortal, far above most demigods, though below a Minor God.

Alexander narrowed his eyes and called out, "I am not afraid of you!" His Voice was cold as and sharp as steel.

"Then you are braver than most…" The Voice said eerily.

"Who are you?" Alex asked the Spirit.

The Voice said as though it was smirking, "You will know me when the time is right…"

He frowned and opened his mouth to speak, but the Spirit cut him off by saying, "Time for you to wake."

Alexander frowned and went to ask the Spirit something, "Bu-"

(Real World: Alexander's Igloo)
(Third Person Point of View)

Alex's eyes snapped open as he panted heavily. He was drenched in sweat as though he ran three marathons in Death Valley in the middle of Summer as an overweight, out-of-shape mortal.

Alexander leaned against the wall as he closed his eyes, and he tried to calm himself down. This was not his first Demigod Dream, but it was the first one in a long time.

He wiped his face with his shaking hands as he willed himself dry. He cupped his face as he calmed himself down before he caused a storm or something. He would hate to accidentally kill someone that was innocent.

Alex closed his eyes as he thought to himself, "It has been a very long time since I have had a Demigod Dream or any dream for that matter. I wonder what it means." He leaned against the wall as he calmed himself down.

A few short minutes later, Soka rushed into his Igloo and said to him, "Alexander, black snow."

Alex frowned for a moment before he realized what Soka had met. The last time it snowed, Black Snow, the Fire Nation, had killed his and Katara's mother. He nodded his head as he said, "Gather everyone and tell them to leave the village. I will stall the Fire Nation for as long as I can." He made a spear of condensed ice and grabbed a bone spear as he said, "Take care of them. I will do everything in my power to keep them safe."

Soka gave Alex a grave nod and said, "Yes, sir!" Then, he rushed out and gathered everyone to the center of the village.

Alexander sighed softly as he slowly got up and walked out of the Igloo. He looked out and saw that it was dusk and that the moon was rising. He nodded to himself. He knew from talking and listening to Gran-Gran, that Water Benders are the more powerful under a Full Moon.

Alex allowed himself to slip into his General Persona. He barked out, "Everyone must evacuate the Village! The Fire Nation is nearby, as you know, due to the snow."

There were some murmurs of agreement.

Alexander said, "Take what you can carry but leave the rest. Nothing is worth your life. Think of your family and your friends."

Once again, he received more nods of agreement.

Alex said, "Leave as quickly and as safely as you all can." he slammed his spears into the ice and said, "I will try to keep them at bay and away from you."

Aang looked down as did Katara.

Alexander said, "They are likely looking for the Avatar and whatever set off the Trap." He took a deep breath and slowly let it out as he said, "Go. Go now. We do not have time for this."

Immediately, everyone began packing up and leaving, taking only a few things.

Alex placed a hand on Aang's shoulder and said softly to him, "You may be the Avatar, but you are merely a child. The Fate of the World should not rest on one person's shoulder."

Aang opened his mouth to protest, but Cain said, "Trust me, kid. Just go and protect the people."

Alexander saw the steel in the young Avatar's eyes as he received a nod from him.

(Time Skip: One Hour Later)
(Third Person Point of View)

About an hour later, everyone was safely away, and Alexander Cain was standing still in the ghost of a village. He could feel the Villagers about a mile away. He hoped that they were far enough out to avoid the crossfire, should it come to that.

Alex wore his polar bear fur coat as he held onto the spears in each hand. He wanted to summon his Trident or his Sword or his own Spear, but he could not risk it, at least not yet.

He waited as the black snow continued to fall, but it was getting thicker and falling at a faster rate.

All of a sudden, the snow wall exploded inwards, and a ramp fell down from the top of an ironclad ship, and several people walked off. One was a young man who had a nasty burn scar on the left side of his face. He was flanked by two soldiers in front and beside and behind him. Behind the guards was a pudgy old man with a grey beard and grey hair on the top of his head.

Alex stood up and slowly walked towards them. The moon was fairly high in the sky, and the sun had set about fifteen minutes ago.

The Scarred Faced Man barked out, "Where is the Avatar?!"

Alexander smirked and said, "He has not been seen in about a hundred years. So why would I know where the Avatar is?" Alex slammed his compressed ice spear into the snow in front of him and said, "You are trespassing in Southern Water Tribe Territory. Identify yourself or face the consequences."

"I am Prince Zuko of the Fire Nation! You are nothing." The scarred face person exclaimed to the former Champion.

"That is a lot of bark, but do you have any bite?" Alex asked with a slight smirk. He willed the ice under the guards' feet to melt instantly, and immediately all six guards fell into the water, and right after that, the ice froze over, sealing under the ice.

Alexander made an air bubble around the six guards as not to kill them, at least not right away.

He said, "Two against one, careful Zuko, any step you take could lead you to the same fate as your guards."

Zuko's one good eye widened in shock as he said in surprise, "H-How?"

Alex smirked and said, "It is a high tide under a full moon."

The old man spoke up, "Who are you? And you do not seem like a cold-blooded killer."

He nodded his head and said, "As for who I am, I am Alexander Cain. As for the killer part, that would be my nephew… yeah."

Zuko frowned and said, "Uncle, he just killed our men!"

The Uncle said to the Young Prince, "Now Prince Zuko, how do you know that they are dead?"

"Iroh, they have to be dead, it is too cold, and they went under the ice… no person can survive that of that, I am certain." Zuko said.

Iroh asked Alexander, "Did you kill our men?"

Alex made a fist and made an uppercut motion, and all six guards flew from under the ice and landed in a heap, knocked out cold but alive and dry.

Iroh stroked his beard in thought but said nothing.

Zuko looked at Alexander in shock. He narrowed his eyes, "You are the Avatar, aren't you?"

Alex smirked and said, "Maybe, maybe not." Then, he narrowed his eyes and said, "I could kill all eight of you in a heart beat. You are in my domain."

Zuko sent a blast of fire at Alexander, who rolled his eyes and side stepped the explosion of fire.

Iroh placed a hand on Zuko's shoulder and said, "Prince Zuko, calm yourself. He who keeps his emotions in control is better than a conqueror of a nation."

Alex nodded his head and said in a wise tone, "You need to rule your feelings. Otherwise, your feelings will control you."

All of a sudden, a gust of wind blew snow up and blew back Uncle Iroh and Prince Zuko.

Once everyone was on their feet and the snow cleared, Aang was standing with his staff in hand in a defensive hold.

"Look, Uncle, an Air Bender!" Zuko exclaimed.

Aang said, "Sure am."

Alexander face palmed and muttered under his breath, "I had it under control." He knew now that he had to improvise before anybody got killed or hurt. He sighed mentally and asked the Young Avatar, "What are you doing here?"

Aang said, "Facing my destiny."

Alex mentally groaned but calmly said, "Very well."

Iroh looked at Aang, and then his eyes widened in both surprise and shock. Then, after a few moments, Iroh said calmly, "Perhaps we can come in a peaceful understanding."

Alexander smirked and said, "You know you are out classed and now are stalling for time."

Before Iroh could speak, Zuko charged forward with fire daggers in each hand.

Alex looked unimpressed as he stood his ground like a mountain.

Zuko charged at Aang first, but the Young Avatar easily dodged and avoided the fire dagger's blade. Unfortunately, this made Zuko even more angry, making him get more sloppy and easier to dodge.

Alex rolled his eyes and walked towards Iroh and said in a soft voice, "I see you are not being that aggressive. I take it that you do not long for conflict."

Iroh arched an eyebrow but nodded his head once, then said, "You are correct, Alexander Cain."

Alex smiled slightly and said, "Pity, I think that Zuko would be a good leader if he would look past his honor that he claimed that he lost and his temper."

"Aye, I agree." Iroh sighed softly and then added, "You seem more powerful than any other Water Bender that I have seen."

Alexander smirked and asked, "Have you been to the North Pole, or maybe have you met the Avatar, the fully realized Avatar?"

Iroh shook his head and said, "No, no, I have not."

Alex nodded his head and said, "That is what I thought."

He then asked Alexander, "Have you been to the North Pole?"

Alex smirked and then said, "Nope, not yet, but I hope to get there within the next month or two." He smiled and said, "So, Uncle Iroh, why do you put up with a bratty teen?"

The old man sighed and said, "He is a good boy, just misguided and conflicted… he is all the kin that I have left that is not insane or not power hungry."

Alexander nodded his head and said, "Family is important. Family is all you have though family is the who you choose. Family is the bond, not precisely the blood."

Iroh nodded his head and said, "I know." He paused for a few seconds before saying, "You are wise for your age."

Alex chuckled softly and said, "I have been told that a time or two before." Then, he reminisced for a few moments about his home world. Before he brought himself out of his musing to see some of the Village on fire.

Alexander sighed and, with a flick of his wrist and made the snow cover the fire and smother the flames.

Zuko was panting heavily as Aang danced around him.

Alex sighed and said, "Leave now."

"What?!" Zuko exclaimed.

"Aang asked, "What?"

Alexander said, "Zuko, you are burning down the Village. Take your men and leave."

Aang saw the damage and looked down at his feet in shame as he realized that this was at least partly his fault.

Alex said, "I could still kill them and your Uncle… So I suggest you take your men and leave."

Zuko growled and went to kick a ball of fire, but he fell through the thin ice.

Alexander sighed softly as he turned to Iroh. Iroh looked at Alex with pleading eyes as he said, "Please, save him."

Alexander sighed again before he waved his arm in an upward motion, and Zuko was shot out of the hole in the ice gasping for air.

Alex said, "Aang dry him off with air bending. We do not want him to die or get sick."

Aang nodded his head and blew a jet of warm air and dried up Zuko.

The Exiled Fire Nation Prince coughed and looked up, confused and dazed as he said, "Why?"

Alexander sighed and said, "I can tell you are not evil, simply misguided." He shook his head and said, "You remind me of a friend of friend… who lost himself in his path for vengeance until it was nearly too late. I pray to the Spirits that you do not fall down this path… I wish you well, Prince Zuko."

Aang looked at Zuko with an expression of pity and of sympathy but said nothing.

Zuko growled and barked out, "You know nothing! You do not know me!"

Alex sighed and shook his head as he said, "I know more than you realize. You are a Fire Bender. You have a burn scar on your face. I can tell that it was no accident the way it is placed over your eye. Zuko, if you are a Prince of the Fire Nation, then the only person who can banish you are either the Queen or the King of the Fire Nation, your Mother or your Father."

Zuko took a step back but narrowed his eyes as he shook his head in denial.

Alexander then said, taking a step closer to him, "From my experience, I am guessing that it was your Father… the Ruler of the Fire Nation."

Zuko frowned at this but could not make a response for or against that statement.

Iroh said to Alex in a cautious voice, "You seem to know an awful lot about things that very few people know."

Aang asked Alexander, "How did you deduce all of that from just the scar?"

Alex rolled his eyes and said mysteriously, "I have my ways…"

Aang frowned but said nothing more about the subject.

Iroh asked the Banished Prince, "Prince Zuko, I suggest that we make a tactical retreat."

Zuko shook his head and said, "But Uncle, the Avatar is right there!"

Alexander said dryly, "And if you leave, we will go. You will have a hard time finding where we will go."

Aang asked, confused, "We will leave?"

Alex said, annoyed, "You got banished from the Sout Pole Village. So yes, we will leave. I will not allow anyone to travel alone. So I will go with you." He shrugged and added, "Besides, I gave my word to someone that I would help the world and help bring Balance to this world."

Zuko growled and said, "Fine! We will leave, but I will find you again, Avatar! You can travel the World, but I will find you!"

Iroh and Zuko helped their men to their feet and carried and dragged them away towards the ramp.

Alexander held his ice spear in his right hand as he watched them leave with their men.

Well, here is chapter three. I was going to try to write longer, but I do not have the time to write, so I posted it a bit early or later, depending on your point of view.

What would you like to see happen? I am open to most ideas…
