After the whole reveal, Chicken didn't come out of his coop for a year… he was just too angry at the reveal that his castmates were never his friends, they just toyed with his feelings. That just caused him to become really bitter and grumpy ever since. He would've probably accepted the fact that he couldn't return if they couldn't pay him or if there was no longer a spot for him, but the fact that his co-stars not only didn't want him back, but had also lied to him, he just couldn't accept it. Because of that, he decided the day after he burned of memorabilia of his time that if his co-stars didn't want him to return to the reboot because they, in reality, found both him and his segment mediocre, then he wanted them to feel how it felt being left out, being "the least favorite" (something Rita the cat said about him in one of the recordings); that wish grew bigger and bigger within him every year, and finally decided to pursue it after hearing an interview Slappy Squirrel was given in a podcast that mostly talked about Animaniacs that Girly occasionally listened, in which she commented that "nobody called her" to come back to the reboot, which Chicken Boo immediately interpreted as lie in order to keep her return as a surprise, and was simply making her fans make her feel important with the whole #SlappyIn2020 campaign the creators of the podcast were doing. That just made him get even angrier, because Slappy, the one who came up with the clause to not get him back, was getting a ton of love from people who didn't know her real self. That was enough for him to do his plan to realize his wish.

The plan was, put each and every Animaniacs cast member to a really deep slumber, then mount them unto walls of an abandoned mansion like if he hunted them, and leave them there until he revealed their true nature and the reboot has ended, in which he will finally wake them up, and wait for them to beg him for forgiveness, as well as finally stopping receiving work on Hollywood and see their fanbase vanish for their horrendous actions.

The first he did was create a perfect disguise. Since he knew that the original disguises, he used in nineties were relatively simple and obvious (in order to increase the comedy of the sketch), he decided that this time he had to do something more elaborate. So, this time, in order for nobody to recognize him, he would use a latex mask that looked very realistic; he went to a really popular costume store in Los Angeles in one of his simpler disguises, and saw a pirate mask; at that moment, he knew it was the mask he was looking for, as the mustache it had was made with real hair, and the mask was made with such detail and, even better, had an articulated mouth, so he could do facial expressions convincingly. After picking up the mask, he also selected a brown wig and a jungle hunter outfit, which he thought looked very convincing. After purchasing it, he immediately returned to his coop and tried on his costume. He looked himself in the mirror and he could see it… He has never looked very convincing while wearing a costume, so he could consider this a very big improvement on his previous tactic, so if it did well, he could consider continuing using it. Now, he had to do another thing, and that was, perfect his english.

Chicken Boo used most of the money he was paid during his time on the show to learn english so he could communicate more easily with the humans and other toons. He did pretty good progress at the time, and he thought that he still had the knowledge at this time, and much to his surprise, despite a lot of time having already passed, but it was still not a really good english, so he started taking courses online. In a few months, he could speak a much better and comprehensible english, almost speaking like a normal human being, and could also alter his voice to sound much more threatening.

With that, he finally was ready to pull off, in his mind, his ultimate favor to society. He would do a good jerk hunting!
