"I think we should stay safe if we can," Celica decided, "Est, could you run back and tell Saber to come through?"
"Sure thing, Celica!" Est enthusiastically responded, running back down the corridor.

Not long after Saber walked into the chamber, through the normal size doorway.
"Over here!" Celica shouted to him. He walked over to the tiny opening, kneeling down to get closer to his miniature commander's level.
"What do you want me to do, lass?" Saber asked her.
"Please reassemble this small beam so we can get to the other side of the room," she instructed.
Saber looked around, confused. He saw an odd stone object on the floor. Walking over, he picked it up and brushed off the dust.
"You want me to put this old thing back together?" he asked, confused.
"It probably won't be easy to find all the pieces in this light," Catria pointed out.
"I have an idea," Palla spoke up, "perhaps it would be simpler for Saber to pick us up and place us in the other opening?"
"Eurgh," Sonya shuddered, "I don't want to be in the hands of that grimy man!"
Palla smirked. "Maybe you won't need to be." She pointed at Sonya, who quickly worked out what she meant.
"No, wait, I don't..." but she was too late. Palla shrank Sonya, then walked over and plucked the minuscule mage from the ground by the cape.
"Problem solved," Palla grinned.
Sonya wriggled in the air, but quickly conceded defeat. Huffing, she crossed her arms. "Fine, let's just get this over with..."

Celica giggled at her ally's antics. She looked up to the giant Saber.
"Saber could you please carry us across?" she asked.
"Sure thing, lass," he agreed, holding out his palm at a level the small ladies could reach. Palla deposited Sonya into her own tiny, gloved hand before stepping onto Saber's palm with the rest of her allies. Once the mini passengers were on board, Saber slowly stood, gingerly lifting his hand into the air.
"I h-hope he doesn't drop us!" Genny whimpered, clinging to Celica's back.
"It's ok, he'll be careful," Celica reassured her with a smile. In truth, she too was a little afraid considering the distance they could fall.
Saber walked to the other side of the room, being careful with the tiny women. Despite his efforts it was quite a rough ride for the pint-sized soldiers, Mae in particular stumbling around the giant palm. Fortunately, he reached the other side of the room without dropping any of them, and lowered them to the small hole in the wall roughly hip-height to the relatively giant man.
The women wasted no time in stepping off into the tiny corridor. Celica turned back.
"Thank you Saber!" she called up at her huge ally.
"No problem, lass. What should I do next?"
Celica thought for a moment. "Please stay here for now, in case we need you again!" she shouted at him.
"You got it. Watch yourselves in there," he suggested gently.

Celica joined her mini militia. She lit a new fireball, providing small light to the dark corridor.
"Let us proceed," she said, walking to the front.
"Wait just one moment," a tiny, impatient voice shouted, "grow me back now please!"
The small outburst surprised Celica. Smiling, she turned to the fairy-like pegasus knight. "Please, Palla."
"Very well," Palla set the mini mage down and grew her to the size of her allies. Sonya looked over herself and flipped her hair with one hand.
"Not quite as good as being back to full size, but it'll have to do," she remarked.
"I liked her better at shrimpy size," Mae snickered.
"P-please don't be mean..." Genny sighed.

They proceeded down the corridor in cautious silence. Eventually Celica spied a dim light from the other end of the tunnel. Eagerly hurrying forward, she found herself in a well-lit room, at normal scale... But the floor was littered with rotten corpses, giant to the shrunken women.
"Ick! This room is gross!" Mae complained.
"Be careful," Palla told the group, "any one of these could get up and attack us. We need to think about how we go from here."
"Make me big again," Sonya suggested, "I'll kill all of them in no time."
"But there are so many..." Catria pointed out, "And we wouldn't have much space to move at full size."
"We could sneak past them!" Est suggested, "They'll be too slow to catch us!"
"But maybe they'll hear us," Celica said, "we might not be able to fight back."
"It could work!" Est defended her idea.
"What if we were smaller?" Celica suggested.
"Ugh, anything but that," Sonya complained.
"It would be a longer distance to walk, but they probably won't hear us if we were a fraction of an inch tall," Celica elaborated.
"A good idea, Celica," Palla agreed, "if that's what you think we should do, then we'll go with it."
Celica thought for a moment, before deciding...
