3rd Person P.O.V.
It had been a strangely cold week down in Florida, with temperatures dipping below freezing during the day. It was an odd occurrence for the sunshine state, but Dream didn't mind it. Honestly, he never was too bothered by the cold, or the heat, or any of it for that matter. What could he say? He was just lucky.
George, on the other hand, had always reacted poorly to the more extreme temperatures. Living in London, he was used to a more northern climate, much different from from the weather in Florida.
So when he went to visit Dream, packing warm clothes hadn't even crossed his mind.
Sure, Dream had warned him about the cold weather, but George waved it off. What a Floridian thought was cold often just meant nice weather. So, assuming "cold" meant 50s and 60s F (~10-15 C), he only packed a few long sleeve shirts for the chilly days, leaving t-shirts for the rest of the time. He also packed a lot of pairs of shorts, it was Florida after all.
It wasn't until his plane landed that George realized he was in trouble.
The airport itself was a fine temperature, but when he looked through the large windows that lined the walls, the slow-falling snowflakes caught his eye. Oh, this was not going to be good...
George sat with his bags, fidgeting nervously. Dream was on his way to the airport, and George would finally meet the mysterious blond in person... and he was going to know that George ignored his weather warning. Groaning softly, he put his head in his hands. This was not how he expected this to happen.
"George?" A familiar voice rang out, catching the attention of the older boy. He looked up, staring at Dream. He wasn't lying about his height, he easily towered over George. He had fluffy blond hair, and he looked pretty fit for someone who plays video games for a living. George was mesmerized by him, and he didn't notice he was staring.
"Hello? Earth to Gogy?" Dream waved a hand in George's face, smirking at the hot blush that quickly spread across his nose and cheeks. "I know, I'm soooo sexy," he teased, winking at the embarrassed brunette.
"Oh um, hi Dream," he mumbled awkwardly. The taller man frowned, tilting his head.
"C'mon, George, it's me! You don't have to be so shy!" Dream insisted, grinning and offering a hand. "Let's go, I'll drive you to my house!" George hesitantly took Dream's hand, letting the blond lead him to the parking lot. It was a very far walk, and the Brit regretted his packing choices.
The wind blew, and George shivered. He was only wearing shorts and a t-shirt, and he was so sensitive to the cold...
"George?" Dream was looking at him, frowning. "Are you cold?"
"No..." George couldn't admit it, it was his fault anyway. Dream raised an eyebrow, clearly not believing George's lie.
"You just shivered," he stated matter-of-factly. George just sighed, hiding his face in his hands. Dream was going to hate him, he should've just listened and packed warm clothes...
"Ah!" He yelped, feeling a pair of arms wrap around him. Dream had moved behind him, and was hugging George against his chest. The smaller boy relaxed, melting into the touch. Dream was so warm...
"Do you want my hoodie?" The blond whispered into George's ear, causing another shiver to run through the Brit. Except this time, it wasn't from the cold.
"Yeah..." he breathed, not daring to move. He could feel Dream taking off his hoodie behind him, and slipping it over George's head while the brunette just stood, frozen in place. His arms weren't in the sleeves, but it didn't matter, since they would be too long on him. In fact, since he was wearing shorts, it looked like he wasn't wearing anything because of how big the hoodie was on him.
"Better?" Dream asked softly, putting both hands on George's shoulders. The smaller boy's breath hitched, turning around to face Dream. He was left in just a t-shirt, and George felt a wave of guilt hit him.
"Won't you get cold?" He wondered, eyes shining with concern. The blond just chuckled wheezily, shaking his head.
"I'll be fine, Gogy. I just need to remember where I parked..."
A bit shorter than a usual chapter, but adorable :)
