-Outside of Wardington-

"I'm not seeing Baragon anywhere, what about you guys?" Julie asked Gorem, Tricloid and Anguirus–sitting on the former's shoulder.

"I don't see him anywhere." Tricloid replied as she looked around.

"Same." Anguirus replied.

"I don't see or sense him, but I'll keep scanning." Gorem said before he suddenly turned towards the water. "Wait–look!" He gasped, pointing at the ocean.

The three could see something swimming through the water at high speed. They thought it was Baragon, but that theory died when Cycloid and Billy jumped out of the water and landed in front of them.

"Heyo!" The two yelled as they came flying out of the water.

"It's Billy!" Julie gasped.

"And Cycloid!" Gorem nodded.

"Oh! What're they doing here?" Tricloid wondered.

"We figured you guys could use a hand finding Baragon." The blonde stated with a grin, but his partner had another perspective.

"Yeah right. You just wanted to see your girlfriend." He stated, causing him to falter a bit.

"... Maybe." He muttered with a blush.

"Aww~ Billy!" Julie cooed as she jumped at him and hugged his neck. "Thanks for that. Honestly, I was kinda getting lonely out here."

"Hey!" The two Bakugan and one Kaiju barked indignantly.

"No problem, Julie." Billy smiled as he held his girlfriend close. Though their little moment was cut short by the rumble of thunder in the distance. "Huh?" He uttered, looked at the distant storm clouds.

"Oh great, a storm's brewing." Cycloid said, taking note of the clouds overhead.

"A nasty one too." Gorem nodded.

"These weather patterns just keep getting weirder and weirder." Anguirus said, scratching his head.

"Probably because of the worlds combining. Should've expected that, to be honest." Billy noted before they felt rain start falling.

"Oh no, my hair!" Julie complained before her boyfriend grabbed her hand and started pulling her with him to the trees.

"Come on!" He exclaimed as he pulled her along, the two Bakugan and one Kaiju following them.

As the two got out of the rain, both teenagers were rather quiet for a few minutes until Billy finally spoke up.

"Hey Julie, you remember how I said that I'd been planning on going to culinary school abroad if my plan to get into the major leagues fell flat?" He asked as he sat next to his girlfriend, still holding her hand.

"Yeah. Why?" The white haired young lady asked as she leaned on his shoulder.

"Well, thing is, I got the position and it's gonna take me all over the place so I can study at different schools each semester and…" The blonde explained before he turned to her. "I was kinda hoping you'd come with me." He added. Julie looked at him with wide eyes, not expecting that at all.

"Y-You want me to come with you?" She breathed in disbelief before she smiled and kissed him. "Yes, I'll come along!" She exclaimed happily.

"Really?! Awesome!" Billy smiled.

"Teenagers." Anguirus groaned.

"Don't think we'll ever understand them." Gorem sighed.

"I hear ya, Gorem." Cycloid nodded.

"I think they're fun!" Tricloid chirped happily. After a while, the rain stopped and the couple stepped out from under their tree.

"About time the rain stopped." The mocha skinned girl commented.

"Yeah, the planet is really starting to feel more and more alive as the merging progresses." Billy nodded.

As he said this, the ground suddenly started to shake again. "What the-?! What's going on?!" Julie gasped as she was starting to lose her balance.

"I got you." Billy said as he got her. "What's that?!" He said before pointing at a large bulge in the ground that raced towards them.

"I'm sensing a Kaiju energy signature coming from it! I think it's Baragon!" Anguirus exclaimed, causing the others to tense. Sure enough, the guardian class Kaiju burst out of the ground and roared at them.

"You guys notice that these guys don't talk?" Cycloid questioned, hammer in hand.

"Hey, yeah. What's up with that?" Julie wondered with a confused frown.

"Naga probably brought them back as mindless puppets that would carry out his will without question. Big mistake on his part since it also limits their ability to strategize." Anguirus noted.

"That should make things easier for us." Gorem stated as he got into a stance.

"Yeah! Let's do this!" Tricloid exclaimed cheerfully.

"Alright Gorem, let's do this!" Julie grinned as she held up an ability card. "Ability Card Activate! Grand Impact!" The mocha skinned girl yelled.

"Hi-ya!" Gorem nodded as he conjured his giant hammer and hurled it at Baragon, causing the beast to be sent flying backwards and falling on his back.

"I got him!" The three eyed Bakugan exclaimed as she covered him in mud, but the mindless Kaiju somehow escaped anyway. "Aw, no fair!" She complained.

"He dug himself out with Trapdoor!" Cycloid said, scanning the battlefield for the elephant eared beast.

"Then let's sniff him out! Ability activate!" Billy called. "Stare Down!" He added as the cyclops' single eye started glowing. After scanning the area for a few moments, the myth inspired Bakugan located his target underground.

"Gotcha!" He exclaimed as he slammed his hammer down, forcing Baragon back to the surface… Or so he thought.

"Ow! Hey!" Tricloid whimpered as she popped up instead. "Watch where you're swinging that thing!"

"Oops! Sorry, Tricloid." Cycloid apologized.

"Wait, if Tricloid is there, then where's–" Gorem started but was cut off as Bargaon appeared for real this time and leaped onto his back.

"AH! Get him off, get him off!" Julie yelled in a panic as Gorem staggered around, trying to keep her balance on her partner's shoulder.

"I'm coming, Julie! Muddy Roll!" Tricloid called as she started rolling towards them and collided with Baragon, sending him flying towards Cycloid.

"Great job, Tricloid!" Billy grinned. "Ability activate! Right Gigante!" He yelled. Cycloid's right arm then increased in size before he swung his hammer at the guardian Kaiju, sending him flying before he crashed on the ground.

"Ha! How's that feel?!" Cycloid laughed.

"I'll take it from here!" Anguirus exclaimed as he curled into a ball and charged at Baragon as he was getting back up, crashing into him and causing a fair bit of damage in the process.

Baragon shook his head free of cobwebs before roaring at Anguirus, ears open in an intimidation display. The latter slapped his tail on the ground in response. Seconds later, the smaller beast started glowing subterra orange and Silent Core purple as he roared louder.

"Gah, that is loud!" Billy hissed as he covered his ears. Julie said nothing as she did the same.

The ground then started to tremble as the beast stomped his feet, causing it to crack and start to fall apart.

"Oh no you don't! Juggernaut Battering Ram!" Anguirus yelled as he turned into metal and rolled at Baragon, who met him head on and actually knocked him back. "What?!" The Kaiju gasped as he flew backwards, crashing into the cracked ground and causing it to start forming a sinkhole!

"Oh no!" Julie yelped as she fell off and into the sinkhole due to Gorem losing his footing.

"JULIE!" Billy and Gorem yelled in alarm as the former jumped after her, catching his girlfriend in his arms.

"Bakugan Brawl!" A voice called as a Ventus Ravenoid suddenly swooped down and scooped up the two falling lovers and carried them to safety. As the two were placed on the ground, they looked and saw a fifteen year old redhead with caucasian skin, a pair of pigtails, and was dressed in a white sundress standing there.

Mind you, this was also a fifteen year old green eyed redhead that had a rack that dang near rivaled Julie's in terms of size. Being a very large C-Cup at least and a decent D-Cup at most.

"What the–?! Nene?! What're you doing here?" The two gasped as they stared at the girl.

Nene Akamura was the younger sister of Shunji and Akira and was a Ventus brawler. She was also ranked 11th in the world rankings and had been holding that spot since she was six–so in terms of battling, she was no slouch.

Hell, Alice even said that the girl gave her a run for her money in terms of battle strategy.

"I was taking a walk and noticed all the chaos going down over here, so I decided to swing by and lend a hand after seeing how much trouble you two were in." Nene replied casually. "So, what's the situation?" She asked, getting to the point.

"We're trying to take Baragon down, but he isn't making it easy." Billy replied. Nene nodded and looked at the Kaiju in front of them, who was busy trying to get comfortable on a bed of mud, dirt and rocks that he'd made–with Gorem, Cycloid, Anguirus and Tricloid stuck in the middle of it.

"Ya know, Cycloid, Tricloid, Anguirus? Sometimes it's not worth it to even get out of bed." The earth golem groaned, as Baragon roared at him to keep it down.

"... He sure does look grumpy, what'd you guys do to piss him off?" Nene questioned.

"It wasn't us, but he probably just woke up and was grumpy about his short nap." Julie replied. "He decided to take it out on us, apparently." She added.

"Let's fix that, then." The redhead grinned. "Ability activate! Blow Away!" She exclaimed as her Ravenoid shot forward at the Kaiju and sent it flying into the air, freeing his prisoners.

"Yay, we're free!" Tricloid smiled, hopping up and down.

"Ah, free at last." Gorem sighed.

"What a mess." Cycloid added.

"You said it." Anguirus nodded.

"OK guys, gather round, I got an idea!" Billy told them. Baragon glared at them silently as he tried to listen to what they were saying, but due to the difference in size, he couldn't even hear a whisper from them.

"Alright, let's do this!" The redhead grinned.

"I'm up first! Left Gigante!" The blonde called as Cycloid's left arm grew in size.

"Incoming!" The myth based Bakugan yelled as he quite literally smacked Baragon into the air.

"I'm next! Mud Ball!" Tricloid exclaimed, spraying Baragon with mud.

"Right back at you!" Anguirus yelled as he swatted the ball encased beast towards Gorem with his tail.

"Grand Impact!" Gorem called, swinging his hammer like a golf club. "Four!" He yelled, sending the Kaiju straight up.

"My turn! Ability activate! Split Battle!" Nene called as her Ravenoid split into seven copies and attacked the Kaiju while he was still airborne. Baragon took a very hefty amount of damage and couldn't fight anymore afterwards. When he hit the ground, he didn't get back up.

"Yes! We did it!" Julie cheered, right as the beast glowed orange for a minute before disappearing in a flash of light to who knows where.

"Well that was fun. Didn't think I'd actually get to help with this sort of thing." Nene remarked with a grin right as her brothers showed up.

"Nene!" Akira called as he ran to her.

"There you are!" Shunji added. "Hey, sorry about our sister."

"We thought you'd gotten lost." Akira added.

"Don't worry. She helped us out with Baragon." Julie told them.

"What?!" Shunji gasped.

"Nene, why do you do these things?!" Akira groaned.

"Hey, they needed my help, okay?!" The redhead huffed.

"Let's just get home before mom starts worrying." The shorter sibling sighed as they walked off with their sister.

As the three went on, Julie and Billy stood in silence for a bit longer before the girl giggled and hugged the boy's arm.

"So, where's the first stop on our trip?" She asked.

"Probably Spain. I've heard a lot of things about the schools there, almost all of them good." The blonde replied as he wrapped his arm around her hip.

"Sounds great." The girl grinned as their colossal companions looked at them.

"Teenagers." Cycloid sighed, Gorem nodding in agreement.

"I hear you, Cycloid." Anguirus nodded.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile back at Wardington tower, Drago and Waivern were sitting atop said tower and having a rather heated argument–in fact it was actually the first actual argument they'd had in… Years.

"Waivern, this is completely outlandish! Why would you ask me to do that when it could possibly never come to that?!" Drago shouted angrily.

"I only ask because I know you can defeat Naga with the Infinity Core's power." Waivern explained. "If I am destroyed, then my piece of the core will go to our sons, where they can then willingly pass it onto you." She continued. "I only ask that you honor this request for me, my dear. Nothing more. If it looks like Naga is about to get the infinity core–You must kill me." She told him, almost pleadingly.

"Waivern, what you're asking of me… I… I…" The Pyrus Bakugan tried to say, but faltered. Waivern sighed sadly, knowing how much stress this would put on her mate.

"It isn't easy for me either, Salamander. But to keep Naga from taking over this new world, it must be done to safeguard its future–and our children's future." She told him softly.

The dragonoid stood in silence, she only used his true name when she was really serious.

"I can only promise you this, my love." He told her as he nudged her snout with his. "I will defeat Naga to save our world. Nothing more." He added.

"Drago…" The Ashen dragonoid said in surprise as they turned to the battles below again.

And all around them, the planet of Earth warped and changed, growing in size and mass as the collision of it and Vestroia was reaching its final stages…

Dragon Emperor0: That's three done, five more to go… Hmm, if we worked on this story every other day next week. We could end up finishing it by the Monday after next.

ThermalsniperN7: Sounds like a good estimate. Anyway, turns out Naga kinda shot himself in the foot. The apparent reason for the opposing Kaiju not talking is because Naga sacrificed some of their intelligence to make them more obedient to him, which also meant them being less strategic as a drawback. Typical of him, really.

Dragon Emperor0: Well, with the exception of King Cesar, who seems to be the only one capable of speech. So I guess he's smarter than the average goon. Also, all of the Kaiju who disappeared aren't gone for good. They'll be back, just not in this story.

ThermalsniperN7: Yeah, they'll all be heading to their real bodies, so what they did for Naga will be… I guess it could be classified as a lucid dream of sorts. Anyway, see you next time!
