*Mean Green Dream Team (And Kendou)*
T-Rex: Where are you two? Froggy is getting antsy! She is gonna hop off at any moment.
Frog: Not true.
Frog: Though you should hurry.
Fist: I'm coming up on UA now.
Sword: I'm already here. Why are you here Lizard-Teeth? You've been bragging about how you passed the Recommendation Exam for like. A month.
T-Rex: I'm here to provide morale support for my friends. And I wasn't talking about you Bug-Out. Where is Moptop?
Sword: FIGHT ME!
Fist: He isn't there already?
Frog: Nope.
Itsuka stared at her phone, keeping up her pace as she walked toward the exam building on the UA Campus. Izuku wasn't here yet? She would have figured him to have arrived hours earlier, before the gates had even opened to let examinees inside. Had he overslept like her?
She still couldn't recall the dream she had last night but as soon as she had seen the time she had pushed it aside and leapt to ready herself and leave for the exam. Her training with Gran Torino and All Might over the last several months had opened up more ways for her to use the awesome power of the quirk she had been given about ten months ago. With a flash of orange lightning she had used One For All: Battle Stance 10% to speed through her morning routine and be out the door before her parents had even realized she had woken up.
"Sure it felt a little weird to use All Might's quirk for something so mundane but it had helped…" she sheepishly told herself as she continued to stare at the screen. Izuku still had not answered, he had with much coaxing from her, Tsu, and Setsuna come out of his shell little by little over the summer, his agoraphobia was not as bad as it had been so she did not think he would miss the exam because he would be forced into a room for with hundreds of other students. He had also stopped flinching whenever she touched him or reached out in his direction, instead his blazing smile sometimes seemed to grow brighter when she did. It made her heart squeeze at times as she was filled with…
...pride. Pride for the growth her friend had made. It had to be that and only that.
"Today's the day we both pass the exam and get into UA!" she said louder to herself, a smile of confidence widening on her face.
Without proper warning her foot tripped on a brick in the path, her forward momentum carrying her down to the inviting, hard ground below her. She thought. Or I'll just break my nose and die.
Before she could hit the ground she felt a hand press against her followed immediately by a strange sense of weightlessness. Her fall had halted completely and to her surprise she was floating in mid-air. Is this someone's quirk?
Itsuka got her answer when she felt two hands grab her by the sides and right her back up to a standing position, her eyesight blurred for a moment before she was looking directly into a set of wide, brown eyes. Wait. Directly? Ever since I got All Might's quirk I've been like almost 7ft tall!
"Oh wow! Glad I caught you, otherwise that would have been a pretty bad fall." the Brown Eyes said with a chipper, bubbly tone, "Here let me undo my quirk."
The hands left Itsuka's sides and for a moment she felt herself begin to float away but no sooner than they had she felt her full weight return to her as if gravity was a child snatching at the string of their balloon before it got away.
"Uh. Thanks for the save. I owe you one." Itsuka said, stepping back so she could take in her...hero.
"No problem! It would be pretty bad luck to fall on your way to the exam, right?" Brown Eyes smiled at her, rosey cheeks seeming to beam brighter for a moment in a way that oddly reminded her of Izuku. The One For All Inheritor's eyes had not been deceiving her, the woman in front of her was as tall as Itsuka but whereas her own body could be said to be to Amazonesque, generously packed with hard muscle, the other girl was different. Her body was much more lanky, her limbs and torso were straight except for the extremely obvious 'road bumps' that flared outward from her chest and hips, the curves there dangerous enough to kill or at least send someone into a nosebleed. Her chest is my size…! Her shoulders though aren't as wide as mine...I bet I could see her breasts from the back if she turned-
Feeling her face flush for a moment and her nose tingle Itsuka stamped down her train of thought before it could run away from her.
"Y-yea it would have. Thank you for the help." Itsuka's eyes snapped up to the other girl's face, noting the girl's cute bob-style haircut. "Itsuka Kendou. Are you here to take the Hero Course exam as well?"
"Oh! Yea I am!" Brown Eyes beamed at her, her smile widening cutely even further and making Itsuka press down on her mind's uncontrollable thoughts, "My name is Ochako Uraraka by the way. I just noticed you could use a little help when you tripped and...my body kind of moved on its own."
"Hah. I know that feeling a little too well," Itsuka genuinely smiled, memories of her first meeting with All Might flashing before she pushed those aside, and held up her phone, "I was waiting for a friend of mine to respond to a text. He is supposed to be here but he hasn't responded. I didn't see the brick and...well then you were my hero there."
Itsuka closed her eyes and rubbed the back of her head in embarrassment, by the time she opened them again she had missed the blush that flared up on Uraraka's face and the twitch of her fingers before she stopped them from accidentally sending herself floating away.
"O-oh. It was no b-big deal." Ochako turned away, coughing and forcing her face to return to a color at least a shade closer to her normal skin tone. She thought, Oh gods she looks like she could bench press me any day of the week...but her expression was so cute…! Help!
Before Itsuka could respond to Uraraka, someone bumped into her sharply, startling her enough to stop her words but not enough to budge her an inch. In fact whoever had bumped into her bounced back like they had hit a brick wall and stumbled several steps.
"HEY! WATCH IT EXTRA!" a loud, angry man's voice yelled at her, it was so harsh Itsuka thought she could feel the waves of hot fury radiate off of them. She turned and looked down at the short man who had bumped into her. He was shorter than Izuku by several inches and his body from his crimson eyes to his spikey blonde hair to his posture seemed to scream that he had an explosive temper.
"I think the words you were looking for are 'Excuse me' and 'Sorry' not an insult." Itsuka replied, her voice becoming calm yet authoritative at the sametime. It was what her classmates called her "Big Sis" tone.
"Like hell I do! You were in my way! You should have known better." the Angry Boy responded before he opened up one of his palms and a small explosion blasted outward. Itsuka stood her ground but the sudden display was enough to make Ochako take a step back and let out a small "eep" as she did. Like a predator hunting for the weakest prey of a herd Angry Boy's eyes focused on Ochako and it looked like he was about to turn his wrath on her but was stopped as Itsuka steadily advanced and interposed herself between Angry Boy and the other girl.
The young man was forced to look up...and up...and up, craning his head to just barely see her stern glare at him over the curve of her bust. It was like he was looking up at a mountain that was looming over him, a sense of vertigo sparked through him for a moment as well as something else as he glanced at her bulging arms as each of her hands rested on her hips.
"I don't know who you are and I don't care." Itsuka replied, her glare intensified, "If you threaten another examinee with your quirk though that IS grounds for EXPULSION from the exam. So I suggest you drop the attitude before you regret it."
Her tone conveyed to him the simple fact that he would regret it.
After a few seconds his face twitched and looked away, his face growing red "Tch. Whatever. You two aren't worth my time at all."
With that Angry Boy backed up, shoved his hands in his pockets and stepped around Itsuka and walked toward the exam building. No sooner had he went a few steps that Itsuka's attention was wrenched from him by a much familiar and all more welcoming voice.
"I-Itsuka?" Izuku asked, the Mutate-quirk user's voice sounding out of breath as he jogged up down the brick path to her from the street. He looked a little disheveled like he had run the entire way to UA from his apartment, his uniform was sweaty in places and he was clutching his bag for dear life, "S-sorry for being...late. I was...freaking out all last night...had to run here…"
Izuku swept back his sweaty hair and looked up at her with a shaky grin as he fought to catch his breath. His uniform was also disheveled, having undone several of his top buttons to cool himself down on the run over which only exposed his neckline and the top of his chest. It seemed to make his skin glisten.
Something that Ochakos eyes immediately leapt toward. She felt another blush come on her as she thought, Oh...oh wow….Mama likes…!
"Glad you could join us, Izuku." Itsuka giggled, letting out all of the tension from her confrontation drain out of her. She felt her smile return as she looked at her friend and let go of the worry she had been feeling for him. Noticing Uraraka looking at Izuku she chastised herself for not introducing her friend...and maybe her new friend?
"This is my friend I was worrying about, Uraraka. His name is Izuku Midoriya."
"O-oh hello. Nice to meet you." Izuku bowed toward Uraraka before he looked up...and up...to her cute, rosey face. Am I just shrinking or are all of the women at UA going to be as tall and beautiful as Itsuka...wait. He nearly choked on air at his own thoughts.
"N-nice to meet you. I hope we all do great on the Hero Course Exam!" Uraraka bowed equally as low as Izuku had, again to hide her blush and get it back under her control for what felt like the tenth time so far in as many minutes. "The written and practical that is!"
"That's right." Itsuka chopped her fist into her open palm, she turned to the young man "Did you remember to bring your quirk samples?"
"Quirk samples?" Uraraka asked, her face scrunching up in confusion. At those words she had the image of a platter filled with sample size foods pop up in her mind.
"Y-y-yes I did." Izuku replied, embarrassed in part by Uraraka's reaction which made his stomach churn with nervousness. Oh gods I hope she doesn't think I am weird now...please don't! I'll just die if she does.
He reached into the bookbag he had been carrying with him and pulled out a large plastic baggy, inside of it were smaller plastic baggies each one labeled with his friends' names. He turned to Uraraka, "S-sorry for the confusion. My quirk. It lets me copy Mutation and Transformation quirks...sorry again if that's weird and disgusting."
Itsuka's Big Sis instincts immediately leapt back into action and she was about to chastise Izuku and tell him how great his quirk was but Uraraka beat her before she could say anything.
"Oh wow! That's so amazin'! I mean it's like you have more than one quirk!" Ochako looked at Izuku with awe, she truly felt like it was an amazing quirk. She held up her hands so that the other two could see her fingers. On the tips of each of her fingers were oval shaped pads that she needed to touch to an object to make her quirk activate, "My quirk is Zero Gravity! It is an Emitter type quirk so I don't think you can copy it. It just let's me negate the gravity on anything or anyone I touch with my beans."
"Beans?" Itsuka asked, amusement in her voice as she raised an eyebrow making Ochako blush all over again.
"Y-yea! It's what I called the pads on my fingers when I got my quirk...you know like cat beans." Ochako shyly answered, hoping the other two wouldn't laugh at her for slipping up and saying the childish name for her minor quirk mutation.
She did not expect the look of awe from Izuku as he stared at her fingers or his muttering.
"A five-point contact quirk with minor physical mutation. The application of a quirk like that is amazing, being able to negate the weight of rubble at a disaster or incapacitate a villain who is a physical fighter rather than a long-range emitter quirk user. It would put her in danger in a fight given the need for contact with her beans but with the right martial arts moves it would be highly effective. If it was possible to work with Big Fist it would work better against larger villains but for smaller villains the overly large grip size would possibly -"
"AHEM. Izuku, you are muttering again." Itsuka reached out and shook the Mutate-quirk user by the shoulder, shaking him out of his thoughts and forcing him to apologize as he realized what had happened.
"Sorry! I am so sorry about that. I...I study quirks...a lot and sometimes I just get going when I see an amazing quirk like your's. And I'll just be quiet now." Izuku waved his arms and his quirk sample baggy in the air as he panicked but oddly rather than being creeped out the look Uraraka was giving him was...not creeped out?
"You must be so smart to be able to see a quirk and just, like, dissect it in moments! I bet you'll do great on the written exam." Ochako was amazed and flattered by the young man's words. He actually really liked her quirk and thought it was amazing? Ontop of being really cute and from what she could see ripped? Even if she failed today she would still be tempted to mark this day as a good one.
"You-you really think-?" Izuku was going to say more but was interrupted as Itsuka chopped her hand in front of him suddenly.
"As great as we both think your brain is Izuku we should really get into the exam site otherwise we might be here all day and miss sign in." Itsuka let Big Sis Mode overtake her, it was the only thing keeping herself from blushing ever further and gushing at how cute Izuku and Uraraka were bouncing off of one another.
Along with a wrenching feeling in the pit of her stomach.
"R-right! Let's go!" Izuku nodded fiercely, turning back to his bag he placed his quirk samples back inside and zipped it up tight.
Unknown to him or the other two girls, a pair of crimson eyes had been watching the entire interaction from the doorway of the exam building. Disappearing inside before any of the trio knew they had been watched.
