Naileen was hunched over one of the stalls in order to look over the items one of the duergar vendors had for sale. The hood of her cloak was pulled down to show off her lengthy white tresses that were tied up into a ponytail using three mithril bands that Visage, her beloved deity had made for her.

"How about two sapphires and thirteen gold coins?" Naileen asked raising two fingers and smiling at the grumpy dark dwarf.

"No deal," he promptly replied while crossing his arms across his burly chest. "I don't want no damned surfacer money." He eyed the coins that Naileen had stacked up on the counter. "Either Five sapphires, or four rubies," he huffed. "I'll even settle for two diamonds but they have to be at least a grade B, or again no deal!"

"Is Molgden driving a hard bargain again?" Visage metallic sounding voice asked through his armored mask to the two beings that were still midst a negotiation.

Molgden eyed the black dressed being and huffed again in contempt in his direction. "V if you or your apprentices don't like my prices then you can find some other vendor to buy from!"

Visage shook his hood covered head. "I would do that if one of the other vendors actually had what I need." He eyed the ebony colored rock that had a rune of flame magickly etched into it he used them to help the svirfnebli in their mithril mining operations and ever since Molgden found out about it he's been tripling his prices.

"Why do you keep needing flame stones anyway?" Molgden asked Visage and Naileen. "What happened to the other five you already bought from me?"

"Actually," Naileen and Visage both looked away and started scratching their cheeks with their index fingers. "We keep making them explode."

"What," Molgden and several other onlookers yelled, making a crowed gather around the strange duo. It took a moment for Molgden to shake the shock away. "How can you," he picked up the fire rock he had on display. "Turn something that's only good for starting small fires into an explosive?" More onlookers gathered around to hear the explanation.

Visage rolled his eyes, but Molgden didn't see it because Visage was wearing his armored mask so all Molgden could see were a pair of glowing blue orbs that were mostly hidden under a black hood.

"Easy," Naileen grabbed the fire rune stone out of Molgden's hand he was a bit irritated by her actions but he was more curious than angry so he let it slide. Molgden and over three dozen onlookers' watched Naileen hold up the fire rune stone between her thumb and index finger in order to inspect it. After careful consideration she turned to Visage who only shrugged at her.

"It seems that if you pour too much energy into it," Naileen charged some of her indren'freth through her fingers making the fire rune stone turn a bright shade of red. "Then it becomes a really nice explosive device."

Molgden and the onlookers' faces paled when the energy that the Drow woman was infusing into the stone made it turn from bright to cherry red and they were afraid of it when it started making a high pitched squealing noise.

"Quick get rid of it Naila…" Visage yelled at her, but she gave him a wicked grin before tossing the hot potato to him.

Visage immediately leaned back and chucked the angrily glowing, squealing and even steaming rock high into the air where it exploded in spectacular fashion like a fire work from the American Fourth of July.

"Apprentice," Visage stomped over to the still grinning Drow woman he looked her in the eye. "That was reckless and dangerous!" He yelled at her but she didn't seem to care in the least. While he was berating her Molgden stopped staring up at the now fading spectacle above the bazaar.

Molgden went completely white when he went from watching Visage and Naileen to his box that was full of the fire rune stones. Do I have a full box of dangerous explosives, he eyed the box and he even screeched a bit when a few of them slid out of place.

"That was impossible!" A robbed man said walking up to Visage who was still reprimanding Naileen. "You two must have enchanted that fire stone with a destructive spell!" He slammed the staff he was holding on the ground. A round of murmuring went on after his accusation was made.

Molgden breathed out a sigh of relief. "Wait," he turned to glare at the Drow Wizard. "This was the first time in a tenday that I've seen Visage or either of his apprentices. "When did he have time to set up such a display?" His own question scared him and again he looked at the box filled with fire rune stones.

A female Drow stepped out of the crowd. She folded her arms under her chest and glared at the Wizard who took a step back. "How long would it take to set up a spell such as that wizard?"

There was further murmurs and debate from the crowd. The Drow wizard coughed into his fist. "It would take a full day to overwrite and then add an explosive spell to a fire rune stone."

The Drow woman then turned to Naileen. "The second problem was that there was no magick involved." That caused a really big stir in the crowd. "You were using some other form of energy?" She walked right up to Naileen and glared at her. "What was that you used to make that fire stone explode?"

Visage didn't like where this was all going, so he grabbed Naileen by the shoulders and stepped in front of her to separate her from this Drow woman with very sharp senses.

She wasn't the least bit pleased when Visage stepped in front of Naileen. "A mere male dares to defy a high priestess of Lolth?"

V, Naileen telepathically cried. You shouldn't have done that! What if she blows your cover? If it ever gets back to Lolth that there is a Silvarian Demon disguised amongst her followers then she will send everything she has at you in order to capture you!

I know, Visage silently replied. But even if that happens I will never abandon family!

His reply made Naileen blush, so in order to hide it she grabbed the hood of her cloak and pulled it down hard over her head.

"I'm not trying to defy any being," Visage calmly stated. "I'm only trying to protect my de'tari from any would be attackers."

The Drow woman seemed puzzled by what he said and there were many in the crowd who were too.

"Well then," She recovered and sneered. "Male perhaps you can tell me what was that she used to make the fire rune stone explode."

"I don't think you have a word for it," Visage thought while catching every being else off guard except for Naileen who began chuckling which made the Drow woman eye her, yet again Visage placed himself between them to make sure that the Drow woman kept her focus on him. "But from where I'm from we call it the indren'freth."

"There is no such thing," the wizard who was quiet since the Drow woman got involved finally spoke up. "You're either a great liar or you worship a different deity than Lolth."

The Drow priestess scowled at Visage. "Tell me male from which house do you hail from?"

Visage shook his head in honest. "I'm not from a house…"

"A rouge…" The woman cried and was about to laugh but Visage held up his hand to silence her.

"You didn't let me finish," Visage calmly interrupted, Naileen grabbed onto the back of his cloak. V, please don't, she telepathically pleaded. Visage shook his head and patted her hand that was holding onto him. It will be fine… he silently replied back. Trust me. He smiled behind his mask. "I'm from no house on this planet!" He finished making the Drow priestess gasp and the Drow Wizard drop his staff which clattered on the ground while every being's mouths hung open and the entire crowd fell silent. Even Molgden fell down on his butt because no being could believe what they just heard.

"See they don't even believe me," Visage turned around to see that Naileen had planted her face into her palm and was shaking her head in disbelief.

Two Darksong Knights who were mixed into the crowd couldn't believe their luck. They had accidently found the god that their goddess had sent them to find. They hadn't even been in Menzoberranzan even a day.

Faylin Oblodra had unwittingly discovered yet another being from a different planet. She wasn't sure if he was from the same place as Riza and Kiras but she was sure that there was a very good chance that he was. A smile adorned her face. If he's here incognito and the other two don't know about him and if he's trying to play by Lolth's rules then there is a chance.

"You male tell me your name," Faylin demanded, Visage turned around and pointed at himself in confusion. "Yes you…" Faylin frustratingly demanded again. "Your name, do you have one?"

"My name is V," Visage tilted his head to the side. "Weren't you listening?"

Faylin wanted nothing more than to take her snake whip off her belt and beat the male within an inch of his life, but because she still wasn't sure which god was backing him and she also didn't want to gain another unknown god's ire she decided to hold in her anger. "I meant your full name?"

"Ah," Visage pounded his fist into his palm which made Naileen roll her eyes. "My name is Visage and I'm an Imperial Judicator from the Marcisian Empire!" Visage boldly announced.

Faylin's eyes widened. That's where those other two goddesses are from, Riza and Kiras I think is what Matron K'yorl said, she thought while looking at the male who was covered from head to toe with black, boots, pants, shirt, mask, cloak and his hands were covered by mithril bracers that even had built in gloves that protected his fingers. The crowd was now eagerly listening to the conversation which they had thought was over.

Naileen really didn't like where the priestess's questioning was heading. "V, I think we should head home now." Please master, we need to leave! She silently pleaded.

Visage stood his ground. "And what is your name?"

Faylin was taken aback for a moment. "My name is Faylin Oblodra from House Oblodra third House of Menzoberranzan," Faylin pressed her hand to her chest and boasted.

Naileen gasped at this, but Visage didn't seem to care. "Am I supposed to be impressed by this?"

Faylin and most of the crowd gasped at his comment and his nonchalant attitude made them wonder why he would react in such a way. Every Drow knew that rank was held up in high regard and Faylin being in the top three meant that she should be shown the upmost respect yet this male didn't seem to understand that.

Naileen felt what the majority of the crowd was thinking. "He can't help it!" She shouted in his defense. "He isn't even from this planet how do you expect him to know about our society?"

Faylin turned to the young Drow woman. "And what is he to you?" She narrowed her eyes at her making Naileen hide behind Visage again. "You're a Drow so which House are you from?"

"She's not from any House," Visage stated in absolution. "She's become one of my de'taris so she belongs to House Silvarian…I guess?"

The crowd didn't fully understand what he said, but they did get the gist of it making them all nervous so a good portion of the crowd dispersed going back to their shopping. No being wanted to get involved with a brewing House war especially when that House is the notorious House Oblodra.

The two Darksong Knights didn't want to get involved with this, but if this young male really was the god they were looking for then they really had no choice.

"If we flank her and get in her blind spot then we can take her out without too much trouble," Salyia quietly suggested.

"Not a wise idea," Dalia whispered. "We are already weary from traveling for so long, I'm tired, hungry, and to top it all off I stink, there is no way of sneaking up on a priestess of Lolth while we are in such condition."

Visage noticed the pair of odd Drow elves who were wearing very strange green cloaks which was an unusual color choice for the Drow. I think you'd both live longer if you left quietly, he telepathically told them.

While Visage was busy trying to talk his way out of either killing the Drow in front of him or going with her to see what she actually wanted and then perhaps taking out her entire House from within, Kindra walked up behind the three beings.

Not really understanding the situation Kindra cried out a greeting. "V, Naileen I'm surprised that I found you so quickly." Her smile turned into a frown when she realized that the situation wasn't good. "And what did you do this time V," she quickly eyed the disguised demon.

Visage turned on her. "Me," he waved his hands defensively. "This Drow lady is the one who started it!"

Kindra glared at the Drow woman. "If you know what's good for you then I suggest you drop it and then beat it!" She gestured with her thumb for her to get going.

Faylin balked at this new woman who just showed up out of nowhere and told her to get lost. "Why should I," she demanded. I can get away with being rude to a male and a young immature female but this one seems more confident and headstrong than the other two.

"No," Visage responded to Faylin's thoughts which shocked her yet again. "It's because I really don't want to show off my power and accidently end up destroying the planet."

Naileen and Kindra both shouted, "Please don't!"

While Faylin, Saliya, Dalia and the dozen or so onlookers who stuck around stared at the male not really believing what he had said.

Visage smirked behind his mask. "You asked for it!"

Naileen and Kindra tried to stop him but they were too slow. Visage held up his palm and a glowing white and blue ball of pure energy formed in his hand. When it was the size of a marble, he said. "This is enough energy to take out your entire House," he eyed Faylin who tripped over herself trying to back away and ungraciously fell onto her crath in a similar fashion that Molgden previously did. The ball of energy doubled in size. "And with this much I could destroy this entire city."

Now all of the beings that were watching this began to back away from the dangerous male. The two Darksong Knights were so mesmerized by the glowing ball in his hand that they weren't paying attention to what he was saying.

The energy ball expanded and was now the size of a helmet. "This much I could easily destroy this planet." Naileen and Kindra grabbed onto either of his arms and were pleading for him to stop, but he ignored them and continued. The ball grew in size again the energy was now spilling out of it sending waves out into the bazaar and then into the city itself. Riza and Kiras who were busy unlocking the blood of another Drow of House Do'Urden immediately recognized that energy.

I told you he was here, Riza silently bragged to Kiras who shot her a quick look of disbelief.

"And," Visage held up the beach ball sized energy ball. "With this I could launch it into the sun and make it go supernova taking out all of the planets in the solar system!" He cried with a loud voice. Then the giant ball of energy blinked out of existence. He walked over to the fallen Faylin and glared down at her. "If you ever frak with me or my family again I will end not just you but your entire House too," he knelt over her. "Now get the frak out of my sight!"

Feylin vigorously nodded several times before scrambling back to her feet and running away from the terrifying male. After she left he turned to look at his two dumbfounded de'taris. "See," he said with a confident grin which no being was able to see. "No worries!"

"You've got to be fraking kidding me!" Kindra and Naileen both shouted at him in aggravation and frustration.

"You've just let every being on Toril know that you're here," Kindra continued to shout at him while covering her face with both hands while pacing. "V what if Lolth comes to find you, what will you do then?"

"Then I'll do what I always do to pretenders," his eyes narrowed to slits and his voice lowered making all four of the Drow women who were left break out into cold sweats and

frepple formed on their skin. "I'll kill her just like my dar'nra killed Skath."

Visage turned to the Darksong Knights. "Now," his voice returned to his normal cheery one. "What can I do for you ladies?" He eyed them quizzically. "From the feelings I sense from you you're not one of Lolth's pathetic worshipers…but I sense a familiar energy to her though, so a de'tari or a dar'tari perhaps?"

Saliya was the first to regain her senses. "We'll tell you all about us…" she looked around at the Drow who were now keeping their distance. "Just not here."

"Fine with me," Visage said. "Come on I'll take you back home with me." He motioned for the four of them to fallow him. Kindra and Naileen were eager to get back home while Salyia and Dalia were a bit hesitant at first, but after taking a few calming breaths and giving each other encouraging glances and after a slight nod they followed after them.
