Show time part 2
Cutup fiddles with the radio on the table and perks up when it shows a little kid's cartoon, "Guys! Get over here! It's starting!" most of his brothers pack in close.
Heavy scoffs from across the room, "I'm not watching that baby show."
Cutup points at Echo, "He's watching it too and he's more mature than you." he turns and watches the show.
Fives starts singing with the theme song,
"Just a little Tooka, playing in the grass.
Speaks perfect basic, does a lot of math.
We'll follow her, to Tattooine and back.
It's Jasmine, the talking Tooka cat!" he scoots closer and stares at the hologram happily. Heavy scoffs again and gets back to checking the perimeter. After a few minutes, he wanders over, a smidge curious to why they love it. He relaxes and sits down with eyes glued on the dancing cat pointing at numbers.
Their commander hears his troops shouting numbers. He gets up, "They better not be gambling on my station." he leaves the room and finds about twenty of them shouting at a hologram. He comes in for a closer look. He tilts his head at the figure. The Tooka on screen purrs in a cute voice, "Okay kids, do you want to learn about Homonyms? Of course you do!" she dances and motions a few rodents with cards to come over.
He sits down and stares at it. After a few minutes, he snaps out of his childish grin and looks around, "Wait a moment, who's keeping an eye on the perimeter?"
a clone in the crowd slowly raises his hand, eyes still locked, "I am."
he nods and gets back to watching the show.
A ship lands on the platform and Commander Gree and General Iluminara step out of the ship. Gree comments looking around, "Looks like no one's home. Odd."
Iluminara closes her eyes and uses the force to check. She opens her eyes, "I believe they are inside." they walk up to the door and find it unlocked. They look at each other, then head inside. Gree hears people shouting things, "Sounds like they're having a party, sir." they walk into the room and see them shouting at a cartoon boy to turn around.
Gree shouts at the top of his lungs, "Attention!" everyone jumps to their feet and stands stiffly.
Iluminara walks among the soldiers, "Which one of you changed the channel settings?" she watches as the majority of Domino squad locked their gaze onto the middle member. She walks up to him, "Was it you?"
his brothers answer in un-hesitated unison, "Yes."
Cutup mutters under his breath, "Traitors." as she lectures him about tuning out distractions, Gree walks up to the hologram and watches it. She turns when he gives a unexpected snort at a fart joke, her eyebrows raised in surprise. The other soldiers see her face and start giggling. She walks over and shuts it off, then looks at her Commander, "Commander Gree, a word?"
"Yes, sir." he lowers his head and follows her out.
The troops Commander stamps his foot, "You heard her men! No distractions!"
"Yes, sir." they all get back to work.
Fives smiles and quietly sings,
"Just a little Tooka, siting in the grass..."
Iluminara circled Gree, "I need you focused. You are someone your brothers look up to. If they see you getting away with laughing at a fart joke, their respect will dwindle. Do you understand me trooper?"
"Yes, sir. It won't happen again, sir." they head back in and their ears get bombarded by a chorus of clones badly singing a kid's theme song. The two cover their ears and Gree comments, "Just for the record, General, I don't think they need lessons in respect."
