Here is the next chapter. For future reference Tom Senior is Tom Riddle and Tom Junior is Harry Potter. Please read and review thanks, love Angel x

A highly freaked out Dumbledore pounded through the school running towards his office a look of abject horror on his face. Reaching his office he entered the floo and screamed out his destination. He was so angry he was literally shaking. He exited in the Atrium and thundered to the minister's office. He arrived and when he went to enter Dolores stopped him.

"Headmaster Cornelius is in a very important meeting and can't see you now. You'll have to come back later on I'm afraid!" she said with a too sweet much too fake smile.

"With all due respect Dolores shut up! He'll make time for me and he'll make time for me now as I can guarantee what I have to say trumps anything he is doing now move" he thundered in such a way she lost her smile at once and tried to stop her entering the office by force leaving with him no choice but to stun her and place her in her seat with her head down on her desk. He threw open the door to the ministers office catching him with a bag of cash which none other than Lucius Malfoy was handing him.

"Lucius do yourself a favour right now and see yourself out at once. Who knows I may even forget what I've seen here. Me and the minister need to talk because I have a dire situation to bring to his attention and he has some serious explaining to do. Go now Lucius or I will talk and that choice is yours. Do not test me today as it's been one hell of a day!" he snapped as Lucius bristled at being spoken to like that but nodded.

"Lucius we'll um pick this up later. I'm sure the charity will love your donation!" the minister said with an equally forced smile on his face which fell as soon as Lucius was gone.

"What in heavens possessed you to run into my office like this? Surely Dolores told you I was busy!" he said annoyed.

"Cornelius do shut up. There has been a murder at the school and what I want to know is who controls the dementors and why one was sent to my school this evening where it murdered a student! Now as far as I know you control the dementors and I wouldn't wish to assume you did this, in fact I'm almost certain it wasn't you but we do need to find out who it was. I remind you I would not be here if this were a joke!" he snapped as he could tell Cornelius was about to question him. All of the colour drained from the face of Cornelius as he vomited to one side.

"I find this just sickening. Who on earth would do this? Who was the student Albus? I'm so very sorry. It wasn't me but I assure you we'll find out who it was. Dolores!" he shouted as the by now revived Dolores toddled in. She was about to snap at Dumbledore but he got there first.

"Now is not the time Dolores. I need some firewhiskey and I also need the dementor logs as one was sent to Hogwarts where upon a student was murdered" he said as Albus looked very sternly at him.

"What blood status was the student? Was Lord Addlemore at the school? I will get the logs now!" she said as Albus scowled.

"The student was a pureblood and no Lord Addlemore was not at the school. Should he have been Dolores?" he asked as she blushed deeply with everyone's eyes now on her completely. How in the hell would she answer this? She'd need to get out of this situation and quickly.

"Oh I thought I overheard him saying he'd be visiting you in Hogwarts after the meeting earlier but I could have misheard him I'm not sure. Is someone out to get him do you think?" she asked pretending to be worried about him. Internally Dolores was seething. Why in the hell had the stupid Dementor gotten everything wrong? She got the list deleting her name from it. Someone had sent a dementor after Lord Addlemore but now it no longer said it was her. Cornelius took the fire whiskey pouring himself and Albus a glass as he accepted the list of dementor activity.

The list showed everyone who had sent dementors anywhere or summoned them. "Albus this list says one was sent after Lord Addlemore and obviously the confused dementor assumed he was at your school. I think we can all say that the vile creep running this Order of the Phoenix gay nightclub thing Addlemore wouldn't join is likely behind this. He obviously will not take no for an answer and a student has died because of him. Who was the student anyhow?" he asked as Albus almost choked on the fire whiskey currently in his mouth.

He most certainly was not responsible for what had happened. Who was spreading around rumours that the Order of the Phoenix was a gay nightclub? It was so disgusting. He could barely think straight. Did someone know he'd been gay before? Was this what this was really about? Was Addlemore trying to get him back or something? Did he remember more than he'd initially said? That wasn't possible. He'd be keeping a much closer eye on Addlemore. What a fucking joker! He'd get that room from Addlemore one way or another.

"It was Tiberius Carrow Cornelius. I only know that he died trying to fight against a dementor without knowing how to do it and got killed. Addlemore was not at the school so I have no idea why the dementor even went there. I mean this list does say it was after Addlemore. Who in the hell would wish to kill Addlemore? I don't believe the head of the Order of the Phoenix would have time to waste on doing this. He'd probably be busy doing whatever it is he does with his time!" he said evasively as Cornelius eyed him weirdly a look of consternation on his face.

"I apologise deeply for this but will Carrow even be a true loss? His twin siblings made no secret that they were training him thoroughly in the dark arts when they were incarcerated earlier this month. They said it was so he could replace them and kill all muggleborns who have the cheek to live. In their words of course not mine. I don't doubt many people will miss him because that interview with the Carrows or part of it at least was made public to send a message to everyone that the ministry takes no prisoners. If you do wrong you go to jail and that is that. I will summon his grandmother here. Both of his parents are dead as you know. He was her ward!" he said using his floo and calling the grandmother Lyla to come through. Lyla was a very strong and stern looking woman. She actually looked quite imposing at her tall height of five ft. ten.

"Gentlemen you asked to see me urgently even though I was very busy and I am here. What more do you need huh? Did someone else in my family do the wrong thing? I can't take anymore criminal activity. I am most ashamed!" she snapped.

"Lyla I am so very sorry but a rogue Dementor sent after Lord Addlemore somehow ended up at the school this evening and killed your grandson Tiberius. We have yet to figure out who sent the dementor but we are looking into it!" Cornelius said sombrely as she sat in a chair taking the glass of firewhiskey he'd offered her silently and knocking it back in one. She asked for a few more glasses to steady herself and then looked him right in the eye.

"Minister I will not mince words. After everything Amycus and Alecto did to my family and admitted to me privately I was left with no choice but to remove them from the family at once. They did the most disgusting things I cannot even begin to comprehend. I am a neutral woman and wish to remain so no matter what!" she said very seriously as Albus gasped beside her. He was shocked at the cold manner with which she spoke of her family so casually. He could never do that or at least he didn't think he could anyway.

"I also removed Tiberius from the family as soon as I learned what he was being taught by them when he confessed to me this summer that he was happy with what he was learning and would exterminate all muggleborns as soon as he graduated with or without my consent. I was told if I intervened he would not hesitate to exterminate me. Am I sad he died? I would not be normal if I said no but I will not cry for him either. As far as I am concerned you are to do what you like with the body of Tiberius. If you play with fire you will get burned gentlemen and he has. My family will remain light by hook or by crook. Never forget that and never take unnecessary risks Albus!" she said addressing him directly with a fierce stare.

He felt her eyes on him almost as though she was peering into his soul like she could see everything he'd ever done or was thinking of doing in the future. It was most concerting to say the least. Now that Tiberius was in fact Tiberius no name it was left to Albus to arrange what would happen with his body something that he was not looking forward to. The body would be cremated and his ashes spread about the black lake. It was the only way forward now. Albus could never understand the whole thing of he made his bed and now he'll lie in it. How could anyone ever be so cold? Surely everyone deserved a second a chance didn't they? He internally fumed that Tiberius had died before he could even get a second chance. Not only that but he was pureblood which did complicate things exponentially.

"I have no idea why a dementor would be sent after Addlemore but given how vocal he was at the meeting earlier it's not difficult to see who might have been behind it. He was saying some very serious things about Dolores' lineage which no one cares about whatever she might think because frankly we all have lives!" Lyla said in a board tone. Cornelius thanked Lyla for coming over and sent her on her way. It was decided for now to label the whole debacle a freak accident and all access to dementors was now limited to just him and Amelia Bones. No one else could command them now. When Albus returned to the school he went to the infirmary explaining everything which had happened to his staff whom he'd called there.

They participated in a ritual to cremate Tiberius and helped to spread his ashes around the Black Lake. Those in Slytherin were informed of the freak accident and told no more dementors would ever turn up at the school ever again. They were at least relieved about that. Tom was stunned to hear that Tiberius had been kicked from his family but when he saw why he understood it completely. He wouldn't want someone like that in his family either. It was a sombre and shaken staff who went to bed that night.
