We arrived at my home. It was a small white house with a wooden porch and a small staircase leading to a bridge, over a small pond. The garden just had grass and a small peach tree right beside the staircase.
"I'd set up your living room and kitchen, Aph," Hermes said.
"I'd help you too, Hermes" Athena chimed in.
"I and Arty would see the garden," Apollo said, dragging Artemis to his side.
"Ugh I could have gone with anyone but you, brother!"
"I'd do the training area!" Ares punched up in the air, only to receive sceptical reactions from all of us.
"Aphrodite won't practice war, Ares!" Athena said as areas looked down, flushed.
I walked over to him, wrapped my hands on his arm and kissed his cheek, "We can do my bedroom."
Ares smiled as Athena mocked me, "We can do my bedroom" and batted her eyelashes.
I laughed walking up the porch, looking back at Athena, I said, "not even close, Thena!" and my leg hit something on the porch. "Ouch!" I cried, looking down. The rest of them rushed to me, "You fine Aph?"
"Yeah!" There was a box kept in the middle of the porch. "Who the heck left that out here?!" I yelled, "Gr .."
"Aph .. there's a note on it," Apollo said.
I took the small piece of paper from him, and read while other's looked in, 'might as well remind you of me!'
"I'm not sure but this writing is probably Poseidon's," Athena said in a serious tone, "Let's open the box, we might figure out"
I opened the flap and said, "You're right Athena!". I took out a glass box with a statue of two shining bronze dolphins, circling each other playfully.
"Wow, Poseidon is sure putting efforts" Hermes looked at the statue and whistled.
"Well, never seen a goddess get so many suitors within a day" Artemis frowned at me, "until now."
"We have never seen a love goddess, too Arty," Ares said, "until now"
I interrupted, "Whatever, I should return it? I feel not"
"I believe you shouldn't too," Athena nodded, "You're new here, don't infuriate anyone by rejecting. Gods got their ego's too high."
"Yeah, stupid men and their stupid egos" Artemis smiled sarcastically throwing a hand over Ares's shoulder. "Also, I don't think it's wrong. I mean he's just trying to favour a love goddess. People try to favour me by saving animals."
"Well .. so, let's finish this real quick? I so wanna see Olympus" I squealed and carried the gift to my bedroom with Ares. It was littered with boxes containing stuff.
"Wow! What bedroom requires so much stuff?" He said eyeing them, "Mine just got a small bed, a double-sided closet a stand for my armour and weapons and a couple of workout stuff .. "
"A girl's bedroom Ares .."
After two long hours of setting up the bedroom, Ares laid on my just-made bed, and I stood against the wall admiring the room. It was white with pale pink curtains. My bed was round and we still need to hang the canopy curtains. On one side of the bed was my crown, on the other was a vase with lilies and gifts from Fates and Poseidon. I had a huge closet fitted in the wall and a full-length mirror in the centre, and a huge chandelier in the middle of the ceiling.
Ares had slept on the bed while I was setting my closet, so I decided to hang the curtains myself. I was on my toes throwing the fabric over the rods. I pulled it down from my side to let it hang a bit but the whole framework shook, unsteadying me and I tripped on the bed. " Oh heavens!" I cried as I fell on Ares. The imbalanced framework was about to collapse on us, I put my hands over my head only to feel ... nothing!
I just felt Ares hand around my waist and looked to see him holding the rods, and pushing them away on the floor. "You were asleep?" I asked perplexed.
"Yeah but you scream too loud." he chuckled."Kidding! Warrior instincts, I sleep light."
I looked at his face smiling, and it caught my breath. He was so perfect. I was laying on top of him, my face close to his chest. I didn't need my extra sense to understand him right now. I could hear his heart beating so fast, it might jump out. It bought me back to reality and I shifted to get off him and felt his arm tighten around me. I opened my mouth to say something but he rolled me over, under him and said, "Won't you repay me aphrodite?" His voice got low and rough, moving over me in a smooth warm flow, "I just saved your pretty head." With one hand under me holding my waist, he got the other in my hair, letting his thumb graze over my neck.
I looked into his eyes and the raw lust hit me. It was intense, and it got all over me, fogging my senses. I leisurely roamed my eyes over his face, resting my gaze on his lips. "Ares" I exhaled his name softly letting it roll in my mouth and he closed his eyes sighing. When he opened again, they were clouded with desire. Ares shifted his body, completely towering over me and caressed my head. I moved my hand over his shoulder feeling his skin and wrapped it around his neck. He bent closer to my face, his warm breath moving over my face. I closed my eyes, pulling his lips on mine. We met each other with a strong passion. I licked his lips, french kissing him. His hand moved over my sides, tracing my curves, and the other supported my waist, pressing me close to him. I moved my hand in his hair, the other one wrapped on his back. We deepened the kiss rolling our tongues over each other. I was breathing heavily, the rise and fall of my chest, exciting him. He kept his hand over my breasts gently feeling them. It made me moan in the kiss. He was wild and soft. Untamed and slow.
"APHRODITE! You need to see the garden, you're gonna love it!" Artemis screamed outside, her footsteps sounding like she was running.
I looked at Ares, "Guess that's that for now" I smiled and he smiled back, "I can't complain." We got up, and he pressed a kiss to my head.
"Aph!" Artemis was close to my room. I snapped my fingers getting the sheets to normal.
She barged in, "You ... What is this?" She looked at the fallen rods and the canopy curtain.
Apollo joined in behind her, "You guys alright?"
"Yeah, the rod was about to fall on me so Ares just saved the day," I said, "What were you guys saying?"
I guess they anyway noticed my blush and Ares's hair from the make-out. Apollo skipped over to Ares, and slapped his back, "Knight in shining armour"
"Well he did a great job I guess" Artemis dragged me out in the living room giggling.
"Oh, my heavens!" I exclaimed.
