It took her a moment to realise that all her communication devices were gone, along with her other belongings. But what she needed the most was the cane that helped her walk about. So, she was stuck her in this bed and this time she could not just walk out the door and leave the hospital, like she did in Japan.

She was feeling dizzy from the medication that was going through her veins, and she wanted these wires out immediately. The medication may take some of her physical pain away but she wanted to feel her physical pain.

The medication was working a little too well and she could tell that her immune system was handling it differently than other people. And there was the possibility that she was given different medication that she was forced to taken with her consent and her permission.

Now how would she get out of this Hospital?

She wanted to do was visit Hakase and then travel the world looking for inspiration to write her Dad's final story. And then maybe write her own stories while she finds out what she wants to do with her life.

If she wanted to happy families then she would do it with Hakase and Haibara. Right now she wanted to ALONE. She wanted to…I mean why she evens brought to Gotham in the first place. She should have been brought to the nearest Hospital that was in Metropolis instead of Gotham.

So, why the hell was she here?

And more importantly who was the person that was arranging all of this because it seemed all too neat and tidy. And done under the radar and this was not something a billionaire does. But rather that of someone that works with for them. Someone works closely with them and knows everyone and everything that this family/person wants. This person was close and even cared about the family they worked for. Everyone knew the infamous story of the orphaned billionaire child. And being an orphan herself she knew from her own firsthand experience, past cases and people she knew that when a tragedy like hits you keep people away. And there were few people that were not a lot that were still close to the Wayne family. This could only be arranged by one man (and Doctor Thompkins as well) and that was Alfred Pennyworth. The Butler did it.

This was a mystery something that she needed to know why hell was she here? It was obvious that they did not care about her because they never made any personal contact with her. The closest thing would have been the flowers that she first saw but other than that there was little no communication at all. So there had be a reason behind all of this.

Shinichi knew that she needed to get well, physically that was before she could do much. And she had to surrender to the fact that she might be staying here in Gotham for a while or being sent back to Japan. And next to Gotham, Japan was the last place that she wanted or needed to be.

She could not grief there. Everyone was so focused on taking care of her physical and emotional needs that it took her a while to realise she was also taking care of them. They had three months to grief the loss of her parents and her possible death. But no one truly got to properly grieve because they were putting all their hope on her living. They were all three months ahead of her of grieving and she was rather jealous of that. She needed to take care of her own feelings and so did everyone else.

So, she had to see what they had installed for her. And she really hated putting her fate in someone else's hands.

All she was hoping that she would not ruin into any superheroes or vigilantes. So, had enough of the hero thing in her life, or rather lack of. There she and a lot mean there are a lot of superheroes in this world and somehow they knew nothing about The Black Organisation. Shinichi is grateful for everything they do. She is but they could do so much more on the ground and in the daylight to stop crimes from happening.

Hopefully, this would be just a nice calm visit and she can relax. Like that going to happen.
