No Such Duel
Chapter 11: The Final Move
Meanwhile, at the entrance,
Lincoln's peer group were standing outside of the stadium, trying to get away, but only for a invisible wall around flames to stop them. They were trying everything they could think of, when they heard what just went down between the Loud Siblings, "Whoa, that was low, even for Lori and her sisters," Ronnie Anne commented.
"I don't buy what that Night Hawk guys says about taking their Souls, but after that little spat, I'd say they deserve it!" Rusty commented.
"Now hold on. While the girls may be out of line for saying all those awful things, they're still Lincoln's sisters and our nieces," Ross said.
"Speaking of which, just what kind of discipline to you enforce on the girls that causes them to act out this poorly?" Rhonda asked.
"Hell if we know what's causing them to act like this! Besides, Lincoln's the only one, as far as Lynn and I are concerned, who is severely lacking in any sort of discipline. The girls almost never cause trouble," Rita replied.
"And usually, when we feel we did another good job at raising them or just need a little peace and quiet, we'd always go out for date night, and leave Lori in charge," Lynn SR. added.
"Hmm, I think I see where the girl's bad behavior comes from," Ross commented.
"What do you mean?" Rachel asked.
"Seen it several times, either in the field or on TV. Parents leave the eldest kid in charge so often, the kid becomes obsessed with the power and authority, and prioritizes their needs and wants over the well being of their siblings. Sometimes, younger siblings emulate similar behavior," Ross explained.
"Huh, when you put it like that, it does make sense," Rhonda commented, seeing the parallels between the Loud Sisters and what her brother just told them.
"But that doesn't mean a thing to us! Lincoln broke this Family's golden rule against playing Duel Monsters, and must be punished to OUR standards," Lynn Sr. stated.
"While we're on the subject of Duel Monsters, I thought I heard that Night Hawk character and Lincoln talking about some kind of key and a 'Forbidden Deck'. What could that mean?" Howard asked.
"Perhaps I can shed some light on that," an older gentleman said, as he approached from outside the ring of fire, "My name is Samson Ferguson, the Chairman of the US Duel Monster's Division," he said, introducing himself.
"Uh, nice to meet you too," Ross said awkwardly.
"Anyhow, as for the question of the Spirit Key and the Forbidden Deck, you probably heard Night Hawk's history lesson, correct?" Samson asked.
"We did. Though I find it a little difficult to believe that a modern game like Duel Monsters can have roots all the way back in ancient Egypt," Harold commented.
"Hard to believe, yes, I know, but very much true. Although, it would be fair to say that not ALL of Duel Monsters originated in Egypt. There are several ancient Ruins scattered around the world, each with carvings of various other Duel Monsters cards. Royal Woods is one such place. The carvings there depict many of the more rarer Cards in the game, but also of three horrific beasts who were mistakenly revived as cards. They are known as the 'Divine Sacred Beasts', and they have the power to destroy the world," Samson said. This caused great unease among the group inside the ring of fire.
"So, if these Beasts were revived as cards, where exactly are they?" Rhonda asked.
"They are kept in an ancient vault that can only be opened by the power of the 8 Spirit Keys," Samson replied.
"Night Hawk said that Lincoln has a Spirit Key!" Jenny exclaimed.
"Right. The other heads of Duel Monsters Divisions from around the world and I agreed that in order to keep these Beasts from ever seeing the light of day, we would have to give the Spirit Keys to the eight most powerful Duelists in the world," Samson replied.
"But what for? Wouldn't it be easier for them to just take the keys, rather than Duel Lincoln for his?" Christina asked.
"Not quite. An ancient edict proclaims that the Spirit Keys cannot simply be stolen. They must first be won off of the Key Keepers, which is where the Dark Raiders came into play," Samson explained.
"Who exactly are the Dark Raiders?" Clyde asked.
"They're an underground sect of Duelists who work for an unknown individual who clearly wants to use the power of the Sacred Beasts to rule the world," Samson replied.
"And that stuff he said about souls?" Tabby asked.
"All true. A Duel against a Dark Raider is extremely dangerous, since you'll also be putting your soul on the line," Samson replied.
"Speaking of which, things don't seem to be going to well for Lincoln's sisters," Cookie commented, looking at the Jumbo Tron, as it showed the Duel was still going on.
Back in the Duel,
"Now, once again, it's my turn, and I draw!" Lana said, drawing a card. She looked at her hand, and grimaced, "Nothing I can do but lay these two cards face down," Lana said, setting two cards face down.
Lana: Hand: 5
"I'll try to keep up the pressure! I draw!" Leni said, drawing her card, "I play Monster Reborn that's on Lisa's field, to bring back Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamond! And I'm also bringing out the Giant Soldier of Stone, in Defense Mode!" Leni proclaimed, as she summoned a massive creature that looked like it was made of stone.
Giant Soldier of Stone
Attribute: EARTH
Level: 3
Type: Rock / Normal
Attack / Defense: 1300 / 2000
"Now, Lady Brilliant Diamond will now go on the offensive, attacking Dark Magician Girl!" Leni declared, as her Monster went on the attack. Lincoln then dashed over to a large boulder, and grabbed a card that was on it.
"I activate the Action Spell 'Evasion'! This prevents one of my Monsters from being attacked this turn!" Lincoln said, as Dark Magician Girl gracefully dodged Lady Brilliant Diamond.
"I forgot about the Action Cards!" Lana commented.
"Kind of hard to do, since we're on an Action Field. Special Spell Cards are scattered throughout the field at the start of the Duel. Any one of us is allowed to use them to either avoid having our monsters destroyed, or power them up, among other effects," Lincoln said, his tone, still harsh and anger fueled, as he picked up another Action Card, "I also activate the Secret Rare Action Spell Card 'Replay Summon'! First, I destroy one card on my field and discard one card from my hand, then I target one Monster in my Graveyard that came from my Extra Deck. That Monster is removed from Play, then I can add to my hand the required Materials for that particular Summoning Method, then, if I am able to, I must then perform that particular summon. And since Five Headed Dragon is the only Monster from my Extra Deck that's in the Graveyard, I can remove it from play, then I can add five Dragon-Type Monster directly to my hand! In exchange for this Action Spell, I destroy Skull Invitation and discard King of the Swamp that's in my hand!" Lincoln said, as he destroyed his own Trap Card and discarded the only card in his hand, "And now King of the Swamp's effect now activates, which allows me to add one 'Polymerization' card from my Deck to my hand, and I choose to add Greater Polymerization!" Lincoln said, as he now had six cards in his hand.
"That's not good!" Luan commented.
"No, it isn't! Not for any of you, any way, because now I invoke Greater Polymerization to fuse the five Dragon-Type Monsters in my Hand to Fusion Summon my second Five Headed Dragon!" Lincoln exclaimed, as three Blue Eyes White Dragons, a Red Eyes Black Dragon, and a Luster Dragon appeared over head, and were sucked into the vortex, and merged into the Five Headed Dragon, "And there's more! Due to the effect of Greater Polymerization, whatever Fusion Monster I summon gains two abilities! First up, it is able to inflict piercing damage if it destroys a Monster in Defense Mode, and my Dragon also can't be destroyed by any card effects either!" Lincoln explained.
"Nuts! Lincoln just found another way around my Face Down monster!" Lori exclaimed.
"Well, there's not much more I can do, so I'll end my turn with three face-downs," Leni said, ending her turn.
Leni: Hand: 3
"Now it's my turn! Hopefully, I can draw what I need!" Lisa commented, as she drew her card, "Tsk, this card won't do! So, I'll just end my turn with four face-downs," Lisa said, setting four cards face-down.
Lisa: Hand: 3
"My turn! I draw! I activate one of Lisa's Face Down's, Infinite Cards, which allows all Duelists in this match to hold as many cards as we want," Lola exclaimed, drawing her card. She then looked to Lori, who shook her head, signaling Lola to pass, "I pass," she said.
Lola: Hand: 7
"Now I have to make my turn count! I draw!" Lori said, drawing her card, "I Flip Over my Defense Mode Monster, Cyber Jar! Thank to this card, all Monsters currently out on the field are destroyed, and each of us now draws five new cards, then summons all the Level 4 or below Monsters we can from those cards!" Lori said, as her Monster destroyed itself, her sister's monsters, Night Hawk's Stranger Falcon, and Lincoln's two Dark Magician Girl Monsters.
"Lincoln, please! You must win! For the sake of the world!" Dark Magician Girl called out, as she and the Dragon Knight were sent to the graveyard.
"Don't worry. I intend to win," Lincoln said, as he and the others drew their cards.
"Alright! I summon Harpie Lady, along with Harpie Lady 1, 2 and 3, and Amazoness Swords Woman!" Lori said, as she summoned 3 Harpies and Amazoness Swords Woman.

"Ditto," Lucy added.
"But I do! I Summon Junk Synchron, Nitro Synchron, Speed Warrior, along with Black Metal Dragon and Red Eyes Wyvern!" Luna said, summoning five Monsters, including someone wearing a sci-fi type speed suit, a living blowtorch, a metalix dragon, and a dragon that looked similar to Red Eyes Black Dragon, but without any arms.

"From my draw, I was able to draw Armed Dragon LEVEL 3, Silent Magician LEVEL 4, along with the Skilled Dark Magician and the Skilled White Magician!" "It was very naive of you to think that my Deck was comprised of only cards that are used for XYZ Summoning! For you see, I have drawn 3 copies of Predaplant Spinodionaea!" Night Hawk said, as he summoned out three, carnivorous plant monsters that looked like a cross between a stegosaurus and a Venus Flytrap.

Attack / Defense: 1800 / 0
"Predaplants? Those are used in Fusion Summons!" Lincoln commented.
"Right you are, and now, all three of my Spinodionaea activate their Special Ability! Since they were Summoned, I can place a Predator Counter on 1 face-up Monster my Opponent Controls. And if that Monster's original Level is 2 or higher, it becomes level 1 as long as it has a Predator Counter. Then, if any of my Predaplants do battle with any monster with a Level that less than or equal to it's own, I can Special Summon 1 "Predaplant" Monster from my Deck, other than Spinodionaea!" Night Hawk explained.
"That could put a hinder on our plans to XYZ or Synchro Summon," Lisa commented.
"Right you are! For now, I place 1 Predator Counter on Junk Synchron, Nitro Synchron, and Harpie Lady 3!" Night Hawk said, as a small, plant like object appeared over each of the three Monsters.
Junk Synchron

Nitro Synchron

"Well, I can still Overlay my three, Level Four Monsters to XYZ Summon and build the Overlay Network!" Lori said, as her three, Level Four Monsters were sucked into the Overlay Network, "I XYZ Summon Rank 4, Evilswarm Ouroboros!" she exclaimed, as a Dragon, with some qualities of a bird, then appeared from the Overlay Network

Target 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard; banish that target.
Attack / Defense: 2750 / 1950
"Next, I'll activate one of Ouroboros' Special Abilities! By using one Overlay Unit per turn, I can send one card my Opponent Controls back to their hand, and I think I'll send a Predaplant Spinodionaea back to your Hand, Night Hawk!" Lori exclaimed, as Ouroboros absorbed one of it's Overlay Units, and sent one of Night Hawk's Predaplants back to his hand.
"No matter. It's not like I don't have a plan already!" Night Hawk proclaimed.
"Whatever, now I'll have my Ouroboros Attack Lincoln's Silent Magician!" Lori proclaimed, as her monster went on the attack.
"I don't think so! I have the Action Spell 'Miracle'! It prevents my Monster from being destroyed, and the Damage I take is cut in half!" Lincoln proclaimed.
Lincoln LP: 2000 – 875 = 1125 LP Remaining
LP Until Goal: 4000 – 875 = 3125 LP Remaining Until Goal
"So you stopped one Attack, big whoop! I still have my Harpie Lady 3, and she can still attack!" Lori said, as her Hapie Lady went on to attack Silent Magician, once again.
"Not quite!" Lincoln said, as he retrieved an Action Card, "I play the Action Spell, 'Crystal Vanity'! When I activate this Spell Card, it switches your attacking monster to Defense Mode, and it can't change modes until your next turn!" Lincoln said, as Harpie Lady 3 perched herself on a ledge, and started grooming herself.
"Tsk, fine! I end my turn!" Lori exclaimed.

"Even if my Tuner Monsters don't have their original Levels, I can still Tune them with my Monsters! First will be Junk Synchron, who'll give Level 2 Speed Warrior, Level 4 Red Eyes Wyvern, and Level 1 Black Metal Dragon a Tune Up, allowing my to Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon!" Luna said, as her monsters all came together and merged into a silvery dragon, that shimmered with stardust.

During the End Phase, if this card negated an effect this way during this turn: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.
Attack / Defense: 2500 / 2000
"My Dragon will now go on the attack, and destroy Armed Dragon LEVEL 3!" Luna exclaimed, as her Dragon went on the attack.
"I think not! Does this Action Card look familiar?" Lincoln asked, holding up an "Evasion" card, "With this, I can stop your Attack on my Monster!" Lincoln said, as Armed Dragon dodged the attack.
"Yeah? Well, I'm just getting started! And with the Trap Card, Urgent Tuning, which Luan placed Face-down earlier, I can Synchro Summon during the Battle Phase! Now, Level 1 Nitro Synchron will Tune with Level 8 Stardust Dragon to Synchro Summon Level 9 Blue Eyes Spirit Dragon!" Luna exclaimed, as she now brought out a Dragon that looked similar to the Blue Eyes White Dragon, but it had a more ethereal body.
Blue Eyes Spirit Dragon
Attribute: LIGHT

During either player's turn: You can Tribute this Synchro Summoned card; Special Summon 1 LIGHT Dragon-Type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck in Defense Position, except "Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon", but destroy it during the End Phase of this turn.
Attack / Defense: 2500 / 3000
"Now, my Dragon will now attack Armed Dragon LEVEL 3!" Luna exclaimed, as her Dragon went on the attack, only for Lincoln's Dragon to survive.
"I used the Action Spell, Miracle, once again, to not only stop my Dragon's Destruction, but also to half the damage I was originally going to take!" Lincoln said.
Lincoln LP: 1125 – 650 = 475 LP Remaining
LP Until Goal: 2505 LP
"Tsk, I end my turn!" Luna said, ending her turn.
Luna: Hand: 7
"Once again, it's my turn! I draw!" Lincoln said, as he drew his card, "I sacrifice my Armed Dragon LEVEL 3, so that I can bring out Jinzo!" Lincoln said, as he sacrificed his Armed Dragon, and brought out a humanoid cyborg monster in a green robe, and wearing some kind of mask.
Jinzo
Attribute: DARK
Level: 6
Type: Machine / Effect
As long as this card remains in Face Up Attack Mode, neither player can activate Trap Cards. Also, all Trap Cards currently in play have their effects negated.
Attack / Defense: 2400 / 1500
"That thing's hideous! Why bring him out?" Lori asked.
"I must inquire as well. It's effect does prevent us from activating any of Our Trap Cards, including our Spirit Board, but it also affects your cards too," Lisa pointed out.
"Not quite! I now activate Card of Demise! I draw five new cards from my deck! Then, if I am unable to use them all in five turns, I discard my hand to the Graveyard!" Lincoln said, as he drew his cards.
Lincoln: Hand: 6
"Now, I activate Graceful Charity! I draw three cards, then discard two!" Lincoln said, as drew three cards, then discarded two of them, "Now, the Equip Spell, Amplifier, and I'll hook it up to Jinzo! Now I am no longer bound by Jinzo's 'No Trap Card' rule! Which is good, since now I'm activating another copy of Boogie Trap! I get to set one Trap Card from my Graveyard and use it this turn! And I choose this one! Fiendish Chain!" Lincoln said, as his Trap Card activated, wrapping Luna's Dragon in chains.
"What's going on!?" Luna exclaimed, as her Dragon roared, trying to break free.
"Fiendish Chain is a Trap Card that ensnares one Effect Monster in it's cold clutches, preventing it from attacking or even activating it's Ability! But I'm not quite ready to go on the Attack, for now, I activate the Special Abilities of both my Skilled Dark Magician and Skilled White Magician! Since at least three Spell Cards were activated since they were summoned, they have a grand total of 3 Spell Counters. When they have this many, I can sacrifice them both to Summon, from either my hand or Deck, Dark Magician and Buster Blader!" Lincoln said, as his two wizards were sacrificed, and replaced with a humanoid man in a purple outfit, holding a green staff, and a burly, purple knight, wielding a mighty sword.
Dark Magician

Attack / Defense: 2600 / 2300
"But don't get too used to them, for now I activate the Spell Card Destruction Swordsman Fusion! It allows me to Summon 1 Fusion Monster from my Extra Deck, as long as it lists Buster Blader in it's text. Now, I fuse Buster Blader with the Dark Magician to form the most powerful Monster my Deck is able to produce! I Fusion Summon the Dark Paladin!" Lincoln exclaimed, as his two monsters combined, forming a new monster that looked similar to the Dark Magician, but had a sort of greenish robe, and was holding a cross between a magic staff and a sword.
Dark Paladin
Attribute: DARK
Level: 8
Type: Spellcaster / Fusion / Effect
"Dark Magician" + "Buster Blader"
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. While this card is face-up on the field, you can discard 1 card to negate the activation of a Spell Card and destroy it. This card gains 500 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster on the field and in either player's Graveyard.
Attack / Defense: 2900 / 2400
"That's your most powerful monster!? That guy is way weaker than your Five Headed Dragon!" Lola exclaimed.
"And it's thanks to all of the Dragon-Type Monsters used in this Duel that makes my Paladin more powerful!" Lincoln retorted.
"What are you talking about?" Lori asked.
"The Dark Paladin gains an additional 500 Attack Points for every Dragon-Type Monster currently on the Field and each Player's Graveyards," Night Hawk explained.
"Say what now?" Luan questioned.
500 X 16 = 8000
Dark Paladin
Attack / Defense: 2900 / 2400 + 8000 = 10900 / 2400
"With Attack Points like that, he can wipe any of us out!" Lana exclaimed.
"Don't worry! I'll make certain to limit his attacks, with a Face Down! I activate The Dark Door! Now, each Duelist can only attack with one Monster per turn!" Luan said, activating one of her Face-downs.
"A waste of time!" Lincoln proclaimed.
"What are you talking about?" Luna asked.
"Simply by discarding one card from my Hand, I can have Dark Paladin negate and destroy the one Spell Card," Lincoln explained, as he discarded one card from his hand, which destroyed The Dark Door.
"Welp, I'm out of ideas," Luan commented.
"Now I activate another copy of Card of Sanctity! Now, each Duelist that has less than 6 Cards must continue to draw until they're holding six cards!" Lincoln said, as they all drew their cards.
Lisa: Hand: 6
Lincoln: Hand: 6
Night Hawk: Hand: 6

Spell Counters: 5
Attack / Defense: 2500 / 1000 → 3500 / 1000
"Looks like the end of this Duel is going to come much faster than I had hoped for! I now activate Spell Economics! With this Spell Card, I no longer have to pay LP to activate Spell Cards, which comes in hand when I want to use the Spell Card Diffusion Wave Motion!" Lincoln proclaimed.
"WAIT! TIME OUT!" Night Hawk exclaimed, freaking out.
"The way this power Spell Card works is simple. I select one Level 7 or higher Spellcaster Type Monster on my field. Only the selected Monster can attack this turn, but my Spell Card allows it to attack all of my Opponent's Monsters once each! And due to Spell Economics, I don't have to pay the 1000 LP Cost!" Lincoln said, as the Dark Paladin raised his scepter, which released a shock-wave so intense, it obliterated each of his Sister's Monsters, and all of Night Hawks creatures, sending most of his sisters, as well as Night Hawk down to total defeat.
Lori: LP: 5500 → 0
Leni: LP: 300 → 0
Luna: LP: 3500 → 0
Lana: LP: 5600 → 0

Night Hawk: LP: 350 → 0
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Night Hawk screamed, as he was dragged down into his shadow, "Please, master! Forgive me! I didn't mean to fail!" Night Hawk screamed, as he was dragged into his shadow.
"No way, he... he wasn't bluffing about loosing our souls?!" Luan exclaimed, clearly shaken. The Loud sisters were convinced that this was just a normal card game, complete with special effects, designed to scare them, but seeing Night Hawk being dragged into his shadows, now they realize just how close they were to loosing their own souls. Even the normally skeptic Lisa was terrified.
"Due to the effect of Diffusion Wave Motion, I can't attack any more this turn, so I'm ending my turn here with two Face-Downs! Lisa, it's your move, now!" Lincoln declared, as similar devices came in, and restrained the Loud Sisters who had lost all their LP, and dragged them out of the Action Field.
Lincoln: Hand: 2
"Uh... right!" Lisa said, as she drew her card.
Lisa; Hand: 7
"I end my turn!" Lisa proclaimed.
"My turn!" Luan said, drawing a card, still shaken up, "I end my turn as well!" she declared.
Luan: Hand: 12
"My move, and I draw!" Lucy said, drawing her card.
"Lincoln, before we continue, didn't you see Night Hawk being dragged down into his shadows? Don't you feel even the slightest bit of remorse?!" Luan exclaimed.
"Heh, this is quite the surprise... the one person in the family who's incapable of taking anything seriously is actually worried about my remorse to Night Hawk's own actions? He knew what he was getting himself and us into when he turned this Duel into a Shadow Game! He bet his Soul, just as much as he made us bet ours, and paid the price for his allegiance to whoever is trying to get the Forbidden Deck. So, no, I don't feel one bit of remorse. I guess now I'm just like you and the rest of our sisters, in a way," Lincoln said coldly.
"That's another thing... what exactly is this 'Forbidden Deck'?" Lisa asked.
"Well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell you. Remember what Night Hawk said about how Duel Monsters has roots in ancient ruins?" Lincoln asked.
"Yes, which I find a bit hard to believe," Lisa commented.
"Well, the ruins in Egypt aren't the only source of inspiration for the many Monster Cards. There are ruins all over that formulated inspiration for Monster Cards. Royal Woods has one such set of ruins. But those Ruins only had three carvings of monsters, all of which carried a horrible curse within them, that was revived when they were made into Cards. These Monsters apparently had the power to absorb power from Monster Spirits, whether from the actual Spirit World or from Duel Monsters Cards. When the original creators of the game realized that the 3 Sacred Beasts could not be controlled, they called upon 8 brave Duelists to battle and seal away the Deck these monsters were in, back in the same tomb the original carvings were found, behind what is known as the 'Spirit Gate'. I am one of the current holders of one of the eight Spirit Keys, which are needed to open the Spirit Gate," Lincoln explained, showing his Spirit Key
"That sounds like something out of a horror movie, and not in a good way," Lucy commented.
"Indeed. I am one of the Duel Monsters Top 8 Duelists from around the world, tasked with guarding the Spirit Keys at all costs. Night Hawk supposedly defeated the other seven, but now that he's been defeated, their souls have been released. Now you know the whole story, now get on with your turn, Lucy!"" Lincoln said.
"Alright already!" Lucy said, examining her hand, seeing nothing that can help, "I have to end my turn," Lucy said.
Luan: Hand: 12
"Now my turn, and I draw!" Lincoln said, drawing his next card, "First, I sacrifice Silent Magician LEVEL 4, who has 5 Spell Counters from each time my Opponent's Drew a card, to Special Summon Silent Magician LEVEL 8!" Lincoln said, as he sacrificed his Silent Magician, in order to summon a taller, lady magician in similar garbs.

"Now, I'll attack Lisa directly with Dark Paladin!" Lincoln proclaimed, as his wizard attacked, depleting all of Lisa's LP.
Lisa: LP: 8000 → 0
"Next up, I'll combo attack with Silent Magician and Jinzo, and attack Luan directly!" Lincoln proclaimed, as his two monsters attack the family clown directly.
Luan: LP: 8000 – 5900 = 2100 LP Remaining
"And finally, my Five Headed Dragon now attacks Lucy directly!" Lincoln declared, as his Dragon attacked the Goth Girl.
Lucy: LP: 8000 – 5000 = 3000 LP Remaining
"With that, I end my turn," Lincoln said, ending his turn.
"Infinite Cards is still in effect, even though Lisa was eliminated, but what can I do?" Luan questioned, as she drew her card, "With Jinzo on the field, I can't activate Return From the Different Dimension, so I have to end my turn," Luan declared.
Luan: Hand: 13
"My move, and I draw!" Lucy said, drawing her card, only to see that it was useless, "I end my turn as well," she commented.
Lucy Loud: Hand: 13
"My move now, and I draw!" Lincoln said, drawing his card, "Silent Magician, Attack Lucy Directly!" Lincoln said, as his sorceress attacked the last Loud Sister, depleting all of her LP.
Lucy: LP: 3000 → 0
"And now, Jinzo will attack Luan's LP Directly!" Lincoln declared, as Jinzo finished off the prankster sister.
Luan Loud: LP: 2100 → 0
Winner: Lincoln Loud
The Action Field began to dissipate, as Lincoln walked away, "Lincoln, wait!" the lone brother stopped at his sister's words, "I get we screwed up, more so than we ever have before, but is there any chance you'll ever be able to forgive any of us?" Lucy asked. Lincoln turned back to face the little Goth Girl.
"Lucy, all my life, I've tired to be a supportive brother, not only to you, but to the rest of our sisters. And most of the time, all that gets me is being treated like some token servant, whether it's you girls deploying a Protocol that's flawed beyond repair when two or more sisters get into a fight over something petty like that dress Lori and Leni were fighting over, being treated more like a lab rat by Lisa's inhumane experiments, being blackmailed into doing ridiculous favors for Lola, being Lynn's personal punching bag, or taking the blame when you clogged the toilet with that Princess Pony book. And to be honest, this whole bad luck garbage was the final straw, even if I made it worse by lying. But, I can't bring myself to hate any of you for what you did. So, to answer your question, I might be able to forgive you and the rest of our sisters, but not until AFTER you've all completely learned your lesson," Lincoln ranted, as the devices restrained Lucy, Luan, and Lisa, and dragged them away.
"In a complete, come from behind victory, Lincoln has emerged victorious over his sisters, as well as that mysterious Night Hawk character!" the announcer said, as the stadium erupted in applause.
"I can't believe this! Stinkcoln gets a fluke victory over us, and everyone treats him like he's some kind of hero! That should be ME being praised out there!" Lynn yelled, shaking in her containment suit.
"We all lost, Lynn! It's not all about you!" Lori snapped.
"Why shouldn't it be all about me?! I'm me! I'm the best athlete in Royal Woods! I deserve to be in the spot light, not that stinking jinx!" Lynn snapped back.
"That's enough girls!" Ross yelled, as he and the rest of the group who were trying to escape the stadium came back inside.
"This isn't fair! All we want is a summer without Lincoln, so he can't mess anything up!" Lola whined.
"Well, thanks to this defeat, you're still getting your wish!" Tabby snapped.
"She's right. You're all going places that Lincoln won't have a reason to go to, meaning you girls are going to spend the summer, just as you wished for," Rhonda said, as she beckoned some military guys to come over, and wheel out Luna and Lana's containment suits.
"Are these two our patients?" a doctor asked, coming up to the containment suits holding Leni and Lucy.
"They are," Randy replied, as some more doctors wheeled the two of them out. Just then, a rather intimidating man and woman walked up to the group.
"Are these the five girls that are headed for the Juvenile Facility?" the man asked.
"They are, Warden Venomous," Ross replied.
"And we get the famous, Lynn Loud Jr. to boot! I'm going to enjoy breaking her ego and reforming her," the woman said, and vindictive grin on her face.
"Patience, Lila. All good things come to those who wait," Warden Venomous replied, as some Prison Guards came in and wheeled out the five remaining containment suit.
"This must be hard on you, Lincoln, seeing your sisters wheeled off like this," Clyde said to his best friend.
"Kind of. Like everyone's been saying, they all deserve their punishments. Besides, hopefully they'll change for the better, and think less of themselves and more about the family," Lincoln replied.
"By the way, Lincoln, I was just contacted by all the other Key Keepers," Samson said, walking up to the boy.
"Are they all ok? Mei-Mei, Julie, Kimba, Fritz, Sven, Hadji and Yuskue?" Lincoln asked.
"All of them have returned, and are well," Samson replied.
"That's a relief. But what about the Spirit Keys?" Lincoln asked.
"I'm heading over there now to collect them. And since you're here, might I ask for yours?" Samson asked.
"Sure thing," Lincoln said, giving his Spirit Key to Samson.
"Thank you. I'll be keeping these in my office, under the strictest of security systems," Samson said, as he took his leave.
"Uh, Lincoln?" Christina said.
"Yes?" Lincoln asked.
"I... I want to say I'm sorry!" the red headed girl exclaimed.
"For what?" Lincoln asked.
"Back when you posted that video to make amends with your sisters for filming them, I transferred out of class when that part about kissing that picture of me came up! I should've been more honest with you, and told you that I wasn't interested in dating. Instead, I just ran away, not even giving you a second glance!" Christina exclaimed.
"I need to apologize to, Larry... er, Lincoln. The way I used you for special treatment at Gus's Games and Grub without even thinking about inviting you... if I had known what you went through on a daily basis with your sisters, I would've at least given SOME thought to it," Chandler added.
"The three of us want to make amends too, after what happened when Lisa transferred into our class. We just cast you out and treated you poorly, just because we wanted to hang out with your sister, rather than you!" Rusty exclaimed, as he and the rest of Lincoln's peers all had remorseful looks on their faces.
"Guys, I'm not going to deny that I did some pretty selfish things for my own gain. More often than not, they caused more problems for those around me, and most of the time, everyone's in the right to be angry with me, or tries to use me, or shuts me out of their social circles. The fact of the matter is that by the end of the day, whatever is done is done, and we just try to make up for mistakes," Lincoln replied.
"We know that, but it still doesn't make our past sins right!" one of Chandler's cronies exclaimed.
"I know it doesn't, and while we can't turn back time to change the past, we can at least try to make the future more fruitful," Lincoln replied, as they all left, intent on enjoying their Summer Vacation.
