It did not take them long to gather in the designated area. Clint had compiled a list of possible points to catch up with Gordon. As well as sent messages off to his team requesting that anyone who was available be ready for pickup.

A part of him had been surprised by who all was waiting for him when he arrived. Coulson and Nat had been expected but Sitwell was not. Jasper Sitwell was a good enough agent but Clint hadn't had much time to work with him. It would be a learn as one goes project. The most dangerous kind with this type of mission.

His phone buzzed in his pocket with confirmations from the others. They had agreed to come with him to retrieve Gordon. Good. At least with his team he knew their full capabilities.

It wasn't just his team that he had contacted. A message had also gone out to Monk for more information. They would not head out until he had the man's information. Even using those he trusted with his life it was too risky.

Panov was also sitting in the room. His eyes were watching Clint warily. As if he was expecting Delta to come to the surface right here. Delta would come out but not yet.

Clint went straight to the computer and began typing. Using his credentials that Abbott had given him he signed into the necessary files. Few knew that one (with the right credentials) could access the files from any government computer in the world.

He pulled up the files of Gordon's current mission and brought it on screen. A part of him flinched when he realized what his brother had been up to. The idiot was chasing Carlos the Jackal. Even he wasn't so suicidal as to go after the Jackal. What had he been thinking?

Fury asked, "What is your plan?"

Clint replied bringing up a map of coordinates he was able to make, "According to what I could decode and confirmed by Monk this is the path my brother is currently taking. Given who he is up against Almanac will most likely if he hasn't already be captured. Like all good agent he has several trackers in his clothing. I'm waiting on the information to be sent from Monk. If they have been activated."

Coulson questioned, "Why wouldn't it have been activated before now? Especially if his equipment has been damaged."

Clint said pulling up the stats on their trackers, "Batteries only last between 3 and 4 days without recharge. Until he is captured or knows that help is on the way he would activate the tracker. That is how we were all trained. Just in case."

Natasha murmured, "That makes since. If he had activated it earlier it would make tracking him much more difficult."

Before Clint could respond he felt his phone buzz in a familiar way. It buzzed for three seconds, stopped for two, then buzzed again for five. Clint picked up immediately and placed it on speaker.

Monk's voice came over the speaker, "Delta good to have you on the case. I just sent you Almanac's position. His tracker is now active and we beleive he has been captured by Carlos."

Clint snapped to Fury, "I need the latest satellite images of the area. We need to see if there is a nearby compound. Otherwise they the Jackal will simply kill Almanac."

Carlos might not know exactly who Gordon was but it was obvious that he was important to Delta. And Delta had a reputation even outside of Medusa. If he wanted to make a statement Carlos simply had to kill Gordon.

Fury pulled up the required images and Clint scanned them. Looking desperately for any hint of a bundling. There had to be something, anything, that they could keep Gordom in. They wouldn't just be out there without one unless they were looking to kill Gordon.

Then he found it twelve miles to the east of Gordon's last position. Using a pin he hit it and said, "This is where we need to plan an assult. Monk I want you to have an extraction plan in case. If we succeed there will be no mistaking our signal."

"It's going to explode?" Questioned the older man in amusement.

Clint grinned darkly as he replied, "Did you expect anything else? I am Delta of Century Team 12 after all."

Monk said and Clint could practically see the man rolling his eyes, "Yes yes Delta. I don't expect anything less from your crazy self. Try not to jump out of a plane in the middle of a typhoon this time. Hmmmm?"

"That was one time!"

Monk and Panov snorted as they both intoned, "One time too many."

Clint glared at the doctor much to the amusement of the others. They didn't understand exactly what had happened in the past but they knew that the scenario was idiotic. Only someone who didn't value their life would jump out of a plane in such conditions. They weren't exactly wrong.

At the time Clint hadn't valued his life at all. It wasn't until recently that he began to value his life. Things were slowly beginning to change but one thing would not. He would do anything for to save his brother.

Monk said after a moment, "We will have all of your usual equipment waiting with Echo. Good luck Delta."

Something flipped within him at those words. Blue eyes turned completely grey. His shoulders straightened and all the amusement left him. The others shifted uncomfortably not used to the sudden change.

Clint Barton was gone. Delta had returned.
