Sorry, this took so long. It was hard to write and I don't want to just rewrite the game so I had to add some headcanon and interesting things. Also, this story will have three endings, Pacifist first, then Genocide, then Neutral. I need submissions in the comments for boss battle music for fighting Zane one pacifist and genocide. I want genocide to be kind of sad and haunting but pacifist to be like death by glamour just with a Zaney twist. Original compositions are welcome and credit will be given, as well as any of your favorite songs that fit what I'm looking for.
Stepping out of the Ruins, stick in their hand and bandage on their head Frisk walked down the path in the middle of the forest.
"Human, Don't you know how to greet a new Pal?" came a voice
Frisk turned around and shook the short skeleton's hand.
"FBFBTBTBTBTTBTTTT"
"Haha, the old whoopie cushion in the hand joke, never gets old," laughed Sans
Frisk just stared at him with a perplexed expression.
"Come on, the heir tasked my brother with building the gates, Pap made them too wide to stop anything though," said Sans
Frisk followed the skeleton through the gate and to a clearing with a weird lamp and a sentry station.
"Speaking of my brother, here he comes now, quick, behind that conveniently shaped lamp," said Sans
Puzzled, Frisk went behind the lamp just as a tall skeleton wearing a cape.

Zane was talking with Alphys when the forest camera pinged.
"Is that?" asked Alphys
"A human," said Zane, he couldn't explain why this sense of dread had formed in his stomach.
"We should watch, make sure Papyrus doesn't drive them crazy," said Alphys
"I need to go alert Asgore, can you and Metty get something together to delay them or deal with them? I really don't want a child's blood on my hands," said Zane
"All right," sighed Alphys.
Zane sighed and took the elevator up to the castle. He walked through the judgment hall, smiling slightly as he saw a few shimmers of leftover glitter on the floor. If only the determination of a crafting material could be extracted, they would have been out of here long ago.
He entered the throne room, Asgore was watering the flowers.
"Asgore, a human has fallen once more," said Zane
…
"HEY! YOU'RE HERE TOO!?" shouted a voice and Frisk turned to see an ice sculpture of a young boy close to their own age running at them. He wore pink leather gloves and an orange bandana on his head covered in pictures of fists.
"Want to play ball?" asked the boy
Yes No
*yes
"Cool! It's really easy, you just get the snowball into the hole down there," said the boy pointing at a hole a few yards down a frozen pond.
Play Ask who he is
*Ask who he is
"Oh right, you wouldn't recognize me like this, but I remember you. If you're down here they must have really gotten to you huh," said the boy "Don't worry, everyone here is super nice, especially the king."
Frisk still didn't know who this boy was but he did seem familiar and seemed to know them.
Ask what happened Ask who he is again
*Ask what happened
"Oh that's not important, Hey I'll catch you later, I have to go tell the others you're here!" exclaimed the boy, running off through the snow, expertly kicking the ball into the hole as he ran an orange flag appeared. Frisk found 2 g in their pocket.
Frisk saw the boy run to the ice cream stand they had stopped at a minute ago. The boy handed some gold to the vendor who gave them a blue ice cream shaped like someone's head.
Suddenly an ice sculpture of a young girl with a pink ribbon in her hair came over.
"Hey were you the one who scared doggo?" asked the little girl
Say Yes Say No
*Say Yes
"Oh, he said something about a stick that came from nowhere, you really need to tell him if you're playing fetch with him, dogs are very superstitious," said the little girl before walking away

Valarie danced to Shyren and her sister's singing as the hidden piano was played by Undyne. The marsh provided a beautiful setting to dance in. Suddenly her phone rang.
"James, what's wrong? You never call," said Valarie
"Frisk is here," said James
"Oh dear, do you know why they climbed Ebbot?" asked Valarie, worried
"No, they didn't say, they did give Doggo quite a fright, Lily told me," said James
"Well I was going to head home but I'll definitely wait here now," said Valarie
"Hopefully you and Lizzie can help them, I know you two were their best friends but they didn't recognize me," said James
"James, do you think after we disappeared, those awful bullies…" Valarie faltered, her hand to her mouth
"I don't know," said James sadly
"Oh if only they had told Andrew before all this, his father may have been able to do something," said Valarie
"I know, I figured I'd call you first, I'll call Andrew in a minute, just make sure Frisk knows our plan. I don't want any monsters to die if Frisk gets mad, let's hope Toriel was just as kind to them as she was to us," said James
"Lizzie is working for Gerson right now, hopefully, I can talk to her before Frisk gets here," said Valarie
"Something wrong kid?" asked Undyne
"You'll be getting a call from Papyrus soon," said Valarie.

Zane was at Grillby's waiting for Sans.
"Is that artificial soul you were making almost done?" asked Sans
"No, and that worries me, I need to ask Napstablook if he met them in the ruins at all, we don't know the temperament of this child and that frightens me. Did you pick up on anything?" asked Zane
"James and Lily know the kid, if it comes to it, you need to take their souls. Something about this kid tells me they could turn violent if pushed too far or refuse to fight unless mercy is not an option either path is available. I'll keep an eye socket on them, but we both know they need Asgore's soul if they want to leave here. I didn't tell you this before but your soul can not be absorbed by humans or monsters, it's too different, sure you can absorb either type but it doesn't work the other way around. Asgore won't absorb the souls till he has all seven, or six and the artificial one. If this kid starts killing everyone, you are the last hope," said Sans seriously.
"How many bad puns have you bombarded them with?" asked Zane
"Hey easy there pal, you know I'm a punny guy," grinned Sans
