For Information: No One Piece characters in this story , but I might add a few fruit's powers to spice some stuff up and maybe even add haki as a quirk. I also won't adhere to original storyline and will not have any ships unless I decide to. Thanks for reading!

Izuku came to consciousness laying on a hospital cot. he was surrounded by a dull, white room and a few tables were beside him along with a set of chairs. On said chair was Inko Midoriya, fast asleep. She was in an uncomfortable position, bags under her eyes even while asleep.

"Mom?" Izuku said, his voice raspy and odd.

Inko's eyes slowly fluttered open, laying on the awake form of Izuku. Her eyes grew a bit wide before tears littered them. She dashed forward and hugged Izuku tight. So tight that the injuries acted up.

"Mom! Mom! Stop, too tight!" Izuku wheezed out, struggling for breath. Inko immediately let go, her eyes still teary.

"Are you alright? Does anything hurt?" Inko questioned, praying her son was ok.

"I feel fine, just sore all over. What happened." Izuku replied still groggy from the unrequested nap.

"A few students told us what happened and 911 was called. They picked you and Katsuki up and took you guys here. What happened with you two?"

"Me and Kachaan got in a fight because he wanted to prove his quirk was stronger. Is he alright?" Izuku was nervous, not wanting to hear if he hurt his friend too badly.

"Katsuki is fine, he is in the same condition as you are right now, though he woke up earlier today." Inko's voice droned on, it seeming that she wasn't quite focused on the conversation as her eyes wandered. She was thinking on how stupid she was to not realize the bullying that Izuku got. This was why he got the burns on his body. This was why he sometimes had bruises on his face and arms.

"Listen Izuku, I'm pulling you out of that school and we are relocating. I feel so stupid for not noticing the abuse you were getting from him. Its a good thing to, the school year is almost up in a month and you were suspended anyways. Since you have a quirk, you will be going to a little more of a, high-end school that enforces the rules more." Inko waited to see his reaction.

Izuku was supirsed to hear this, but also happy. Maybe he could make some new friends, since he didn't like Kachaan all that much after the fight. And a "high-end" school? Does this mean that there will be stronger kids there?

While Izuku's thought about the new arrangement, the doctor came in and began to discuss a few things with Inko.

"Mrs. Midoriya, your son is a weird case. Thanks to the notes from the quirk testing facility, we managed to find a way to treat him, but his body has an odd physiology. During sleep, his body repeatedly switched from the "Light Mode" and back to normal. We sent the records to a special hospital a few miles from here that specializes in these types of treatment. Try to send him there if he gets hurt. Other than that, he fully recovered and will be cleared to go."

The doctor left the room and Inko quickly wrote this down on a sticky note. She and Izuku left the hospital and left for home.

Timeskip for the summer. Izuku had began to train heavily, in both body and quirk. Just at the age of 5, he began to start showing some muscles and his quirk had a few improvements. He learned he can create a flashbang by expelling the light from his body to blind people. This was noticed when he got so happy that he temporarily blinded Inko. He profusely apologized which he was forgiven. The second is where he can coat an arm in light to deal slightly more damage. His punches would increase by rougly 1.5x the power. Now we cut to Izuku walking to his new school.

As soon as he entered he was blasted by the intensity of the noise from the halls. A "Welcome Back!" sign adorned the pillars that held up the main area. The walls were littered with lockers and kids, ranging from 5-12 years old. Izuku almost took a step back at all the visual input he was receiving. He slowly calmed himself and walked to his classroom.

When he arrived, the classroom was around half-full with fellow 5 year old's just hanging about, talking about whatever came to mind. It was a decently big classroom (about 30x30 feet) with some windows. He looked at the back and found a cubby with his name on it. He quickly went up and set his stuff down. He looked around and found a desk relatively away from everyone, which he took.

He sat down and a few minutes later, the class was full of kids. The only thing stopping this chaos was the bell ringing and kids shuffled to their seats.

"Welcome class. How was summer break?"

A chorus of goods and fine echoed out as a response.

"Well, this year, we have 3 new students that weren't with us last year. Will Izuku, Kenji, and Haru come up please." the teacher listed off names. He was an odd looking man if Izuku had to comment. His body was very thing, and he wore a stripped suit with a black undershirt. He also had on some black pants.

Izuku looked around, seeing a blonde girl and and orange-haired boy step up with him. They all walked to the front as the teacher spoke, "Well, introduce your name, a favorite food, and what your quirk is."

The orange-haired boy stepped forward. "My name is Kenji. I love to eat ice cream. My quirk is First Strike." he said with enthusiasm. Then Izuku stepped forward after seeing the shy girl nervous.

"My name is Izuku. My favorite food is Katsudon. My quirk is called Light Embodiment." he said this all with confidence, not arrogance, but faith in his abilities. Finally, the shy blonde stepped up and said in a low tone,

"My name is Haru. I love any food with fruit in it. My quirk is Reflect." She said in a nervous tone. All three went back to their seats as the teacher began to, you know, teach some stuff. At lunch break, all the kids went to the new kids to try to impress them with their quirks because a cool quirk could get you status.

"Watch this!" A kid yelled as fire wings sprouted from his back, head, arms, and legs. They glowed majestically.

"Pfft, you call that cool. Mine is waaaay better!" Another kid yelled as a bolt of lightning formed in his hands. It was pretty small, but still carried a lot of power with it.

"Oi, leafy-hair, let's see your quirk!" Another yelled, stepping up to him.

"Sure, why not?" Izuku replied, flexing his fingers. Suddenly, a beam of light went to the other side of the room, a twang sound emanating.

"That's pretty cool. So you can teleport?" The fire wing kid asked.

"No, I can turn into light and move. Someone throw something at me." He said, getting Deja vu when he said this last time. A book was tossed at him and before it made contact, a bubbly, orange aura surrounded it, lifting it back to where it was.

"That's enough kids. No throwing books at each other." The smug voice of the teacher rang out. "Just because the school allows you to use your quirks for day-to-day life, doesn't mean attacking is a good idea."

"Sorry Mr. Suzuki. We wanted to test his quirk, that's all." A kid with jet-black hair said.

"No worries Aoki, just don't do it again." The man spoke with a gentle tone in his voice.

"Besides, if you want to really see it, just take him to the sparring grounds and have a spar with him."

Izuku's ears perked up at this comment. A sparring ground? What does that mean. His thoughts were cut short after hearing,

"Hey Izuku, Kenji, and Haru! Let's all go to the sparring ground for a friendly match so we can see your quirks in action!" The kid with fire wings called out.

"Yeah!" Kenji said, enthusiasm radiating off of him.

"I don't want to." replied Haru in a quiet tone.

"Umm, alright." Izuku stuttered out being put on the spot. I mean, what could go wrong going to a supervised fight club.

Cut to after school where a group of around 25 kids hung around a dojo-like arena. Three rows of plastic chairs surrounded the chain-link fence. On the side, a tent with a red-plus labeled "Medic" sat there. Inside was a green haired woman who looked around to be in their early 20s.

"Welcome everyone to the first sparring match this year!" the announcer yelled, a man dressed in a light-blue shirt with some cache shorts.

"Today, we have 4 D-Ranks, 8 C-Ranks, 6-B Ranks, and 2-A Rank fighters here! I guess we'll start of with the rookies tonight!"

"Will Kenji and Aoki please step up for the first spar?"

Both walked up, Kenji cracking his knuckles and Aoki stretching a bit. The scene was straight up from a fight club from the movies, but it won't be too bad, right?

"Rules for the fights: 1 No crippling or killing blows. 2 Don't go overboard and hurt the person too badly or you will be disqualified. 3 When I call the match, that's it. Now, are both sides ready?"

A nod came from both. Suddenly, a small, black haze surrounded Kenji as he prepared.

"Begin!"

Kenji, at nearly lightspeed, appeared with a sucker punch at Aoki's gut, making the kid cough a bunch as he jumped back. Aoki's hands suddenly formed into a black and red scythe that was laced to his hand like a tree. The main material was black with bits of glowing red pulsating. The scythe glistened in the light as he charged forward.

The black aura then doubled as Kenji appeared in front of him with an uppercut that landed. However, he recovered quick and sliced at Kenji, tearing a light cut into his chest.

"What do their quirks do?" Izuku asked a kid nearby.

"I don't know about the orange-haired kid, but Aoki's quirk is Demonic Tree. He can make anything he wants from that material, but it all extends from his palms." the boy answered.

Izuku was impressed and sort of wanted to fight him.

Now for Kenji's quirk. His is called First Strike. Basically, when the enemy is about to start an attack, he can instantly appear with a blow to any part of the body. However, he has to disengage for a few seconds for it to be viable.

Kenji kneeled down after a second slash hit his knee. A barrier erupted to stop Aoki and end the match.

"The winner is Aoki. Now shake hands and have Aoki transport you to the medic." the man boomed out. It felt like a stadium in here.

"While those two get healed up, can Izuku and Touma set the stage for your battle!"

Izuku was nervous. He had no idea what his quirk was. It was best to draw it out until he can see its effects. His footsteps seemed to echo as he walked up. He felt the small audience stare at him as he took his place.

Touma had long, purple hair that she had tied up in a ponytail. She was a little taller than Izuku and had an aura of power radiating from her.

"Are both sides ready!" The familiar voice boomed.

Both nodded.

"Then begin!"

Izuku waited as Touma dashed forward, a purple glint coming from her eyes as they moved in a rapid sucession.

"That was fast, maybe a speed quirk?" though Izuku as he prepared to jump away.

As he lept to the left, she almost seemed to know that he would and she threw a fast punch at Izuku. He had no choice but to dash to the other side or the ring, panting.

Touma's quirk is called Hunter. She can predict movements, move and hit with accelerated force, and can actively see the weak spots on an enemy. The quirk also provides a sixth sense to dodge attacks and knowledge of counters. It's a quirk built for combat.

She then did a 180 degree turn and dashed back, already having analyzed part of his quirk. Her eyes moving in a rapid succession.

"Its now or never. I gotta end it now." Izuku thought as he prepared to move as fast as possible.

Touma watched him stare at her as suddenly she was slammed into the wall, her leg being sore from the velocity. A mini dent formed in the wall as she slumped down, defeated. Izuku rushed over to help her as he heard,

"Winner, Izuku!"

He helped her to the medic tent, propping her arm on his. They stumbled forward until they reached it and were met with a green-haired women, sitting around on a chair on her phone.

"Umm, Ma'am, she is hurt." Izuku initiated awkwardly. Her head perked up as she walked over to Touma.

"Stand still, if you move it might not heal properly." The medic commanded.

Suddenly, a bright, pink flash enveloped Touma as her body began to heal. But it wasn't in the right way, it was like it was reversing the damage caused. After the light faded, Touma moved around, shocked on the recovery.

"Thank you so much, Ma'am! I feel super good." Touma exclaimed in happiness.

The woman smiled and said, "No need to thank me, just doing my job. Now get outta here and back to the stands."

Both nodded and left. The fights carried on, but Izuku left early before the major fights, he was just tired. His mom asked about his first day and Izuku told her (leaving out the sparring battles).

"So Mom, why did you pick this school?" Said Izuku, curious about what school would have fights like this.

"This school is actually known for creating amazing fighters and has permission for free use of quirks from the government. I sent you here because you want to be a hero, and they teach good combat. Though most kids end up in the millitary rather than as heroes, but it will be good experience." Inko droned off the reasons.

Izuku was definitely surprised and it answered some of his suspicions about the integrity of the school.

"So, what's it called?"

"Oh, you didn't see the sign at the front?"

"No." Izuku replied, not even knowing about a sign.

"It's called MICT or Midoriya Institute of Combat Training"

Thanks for reading. I may not be able to get these stories up in quick succession, but I will try to make one every 3 days to a week. Comment feedback or things you might want to see. Also comment a one piece character that you might want to be in the story so I can base a character around him. Have a good day!
