I'm not sure if anyone read the teaser I wrote at the end of the last chapter,so I'll post it here,at the beginning of this one.

As a fun piece of trivia, I'd like you to read it, and guess which franchise I'm referring to. And what it's title is based on the acronyms I give you.

Whoever is able to decipher the franchise,or both the franchise and acronym will get a shout-out.

And depending on when that person reveals it,it will be confirmed by me with the chapter update after the person's review.

The lives they've lived, and the world as they've come to know it,hangs in the balance. It's fate in their hands...

Replies to Reviews Part 10

1) ppsspp: Agreed that the Omni-KIX feature from the reboot or fusions from Omniverse would also be a good alternative. Right now, I'm conflicted between Omni-KIX and the Ultimate function.

2) Atish Haridas: A lengthy review, but well detailed as well. Will try to keep my response to it short and precise.

I mostly agree with you on your stance on Clockwork. However, I'd to state some things to consider that can work in Clockwork's favor.

Malturant's time abilities are so vast that it allows him to manipulate the infinite time stream of the Multiverse.

His basic time manipulation abilities are so effective that he when he fought Ben 10k, Future Kai, and Gwendolyn, all at the same time,he was able to make himself appear like he was moving everywhere at once.

In that same fight, he was able to stop time completely, allowing only himself to move. This is something Clockwork has done before, but granted, not against multiple enemies like Malturant.

Though Malturant is an augmented Chronosapien, that is, above what is the standard for Clockwork's species. Chronosapiens are still bio-mechanical, meaning they can have their powers enhanced by Galvanic Mechamorophs. Which realistically, means that Ben 10k (Omniverse Ben 10,000) could transform into a fusion of Clockwork and Upgrade.

And lastly, Clockwork's time rays can either speed up the aging process of whatever it hits, rendering it to dust,or revert it to a given state before it was hit with the time ray. And with Clockwork's abilities enhanced with an Upgrade suit, his time rays become even more dangerous.

And with those listed feats,it does give Clockwork an edge over ssjbkk.

I agree that Gravattack vs ssjg is a bit up in the air due to the feats you've stated for both parties. Though a case could be made for Ultimate Gravattack, since Ultimates are mostly much more powerful than their base, but since we don't have much to go over what Ultimate Gravattack can and can't do, it's a tricky situation.

If the character's will power is strong enough to resist body possession,I don't see GhostFreak standing a chance, even if it's Z'Skayr. An example of this is how in the episode 'Ghost Town' in Alien Force, Z'Skayr managed to take control of Ben's body after Ben transformed into him. Despite that,Ben was able to resist his control and turn back into human form.

On both Gutrot and Toepick,it depends on how Ben transforms into either of them. As both of their appearances are very unusual and unique, thus likely to take anyone off guard if Ben turns into either of them when they least expect it.

I agree that the feats you've stated about Waybig and Atomix does place Atomix higher than Waybig in terms of power. Though I personally believe that the power gap between both of them isn't large.

Though if it's Ultimate Waybig and Atomix,I think Ultimate Waybig is much more powerful due to the fact of how Ultimates are normally much more powerful than their Base forms.

Your stance on Ultimate Gravattack is valid as well, since we don't have a clear idea of what he can and can't do.

And finally,I completely agree with you on the cons that come with power scaling. Heck, it's part of why when it comes to Versus battle discussions with certain characters (*Cough Cough* DB cast, *Cough Cough*) I tend not to go too deep into the details.

As not only is it pretty difficult to pull off, especially when you try to equalize the power system of whichever franchises are involved, but more often than not, collective biases often spearhead these types of conversations, which makes them feel very frustrating to engage with atimes. And I agree, Ben 10 vs Green Lantern is one of the best examples of this.

But nonetheless,I think it's good to engage in this kind of discussions every now and then, even though I personally prefer discussions about characters and what makes them who they are.

3) Guest: Thanks for voting, and I agree,it definitely would.

4) Savix: Thanks for voting, and I greatly appreciate the enthusiasm as well.

5) Guest: Thanks for voting. Those would be very interesting encounters for Ben.

I can assure you,if this story goes through, there will be a lot of iconic moments with Ben and Naruto.

Thanks for voting for 'The Legend of Ben 10 and the Avatar' as well. Even if it doesn't win, the support you and everyone else who voted for it has shown me that there is interest for a story like that. And as such,it is a possibility in the future.

We're gradually getting closer to what will be the conclusion of this poll,as it is now an all out battle between Hero of Konoha and Limit Break times 10, with the standing of both story pitches changing with each new chapter update. Whichever one reaches the 23 count first the definitive winner of this poll.

Until that day comes, I'd once again like to thank all of you who have participated in the voting process, and for the support you've shown,as none of this would have been possible without you.

With the upcoming chapter updates until that decisive moment,I would like to give sneak peeks of the remaining 7 story pitches, and pitch the teaser I've talked about as well. So that if anything,to give you an idea of what could be a potential story in the future

Once the winner of this voting process is announced, the two chapters after it will be the conclusion of this poll, and with it, will contain the following.

First Chapter: What I'm looking for in a co-writer for the story that won the poll. Note,a maximum of two co-writers I believe would be the best course of action.

Second Chapter: Announcing the co-writer/ writer's who have been chosen, and a possible release date of the story.

Until all of this comes to pass, please, have yourselves a good one.
