Welcome back my lovelies!

How'd you like the first chapter? I've gotten good reviews and the views have skyrocketed! So hopefully you guys love it. Now because of a certain review here on Fanfiction, I want to remind you guys this is a REALISTIC, NON MAGICAL, Band fic. I will be using multiple songs and in some cases genres to fit the mood I'm trying to convey, but I WILL label each one at the end of the chapters and give credit to the artist and the name of the song.

Now onto less favorable news, yesterday was the start of Winter College Classes, so my uploading will be a little later or more stretched out depending on my workload.

Sorry for the inconvenience to you guys!

All my love!

"Just" Friends?

Chapter Two: A Little 'Tit for Tat'...

He had her beneath him in a moment, she could taste the whiskey on his tongue and feel the heat from his body as he pulled off his shirt. Her jacket had long since been flung across the room and he was working to rid her of her skirt and expose her sexy lace panties, the belt was unclasped and chucked somewhere across the room and then he grabbed her by the wrist and yanked her over his shoulder the moment her skirt was gone.

She was against the wall now, his belt and pants shed somewhere along the way to the bedroom, her heels kicked off and her underwear gone in seconds as he again lifted her over his shoulder and tossed her into his bed.

They were relentless, his lips on her neck, breasts, lips, scorching his way across her body. Her nails raked down his body as he laid her down on his bed, grinding against him as he touched her. She moaned and rolled her hips as he delved two fingers into her, making her eyes roll back. "Look at me." He growled, making her whimper as he added a third and went faster, slamming his knuckles into her pelvis so hard it almost hurt.

"Aaahhh… N-Natsu. Stop teasing me… Goddamnit fucking fuck me!"

She ripped him up toward her by his hair and devoured his mouth with hers, his boxers vanished and she wrapped a leg around his waist and flipped them so she was atop him. She positioned him and then slowly slid down the length of his cock until he was fully sheathed within her. She took a minute to adjust to his size, he was a good size length-wise, but his impressive girth was what made her need to wait a moment before fucking his brains out.

Leo had been good, but he'd have nothing on what Natsu would shortly make her addicted to.

Slowly she moved, and then when his hands gripped her sides so hard she knew he'd leave a bruise or two she really started moving. She moaned in ecstasy as she bounced wantonly on his cock, listening to him groan in pleasure before he flipped them over and grabbed her by the throat as he roughly ground into her. Spots danced across her vision as he made it somewhat hard to breathe.

They were both angry, this was in no way loving or patient sex, this was rage-fueled aggression sparked by horrible people and expressed through rough sex. Neither cared what they would look like in the morning, neither cared about the noise or the paparazzi below them who could undoubtedly hear the headboard slamming against the wall. "Ahh… Fuck Natsu… You're a goddamn monster…" He grinned and thrust into her one last time, bringing them both over the edge and into oblivion.

The last thing she remembered was him pulling out and pulling her into his embrace as they both passed out.

A ray of soft light woke her, and the first thing she noticed was her very naked body was spooning against a very naked and sleeping Natsu. Gently removing his arm from around her waist, she snatched one of Natsu's button-up shirts from the ground, slipped it on, and stood so she could stretch and let the new day flow into her body. She then immediately heard a soft "Mmmm, well good morning to you too Luce."

Smirking, she ran a hand through her messy just-had-sex hair and turned toward him as memories of the night before flashed through her mind. "You're a goddamn monster…"

She blinked and noticed him crooking his finger, a blatant "Come here". Lucy moaned as she laid back down, suddenly noticing the soreness of her body. "Fuuuuuuck Natsu… What the hell did you do to me?" She groaned and curled up against him. "Sorry.. I might have gotten carried away with the rough sex…" She chuckled and murmured "Might?" into his chest, her nails gently trailing across his chest. "Mmmm… Don't do that. Feels too good and I'll have to be late to practice just to make you my bitch again." She chuckled and gently raked one nail down his stomach toward his pelvis.

"Luce…" He warned.

She pounced on him, straddling his hips and feeling him harden further between her legs. Lucy grabbed his hair and kissed him, grinding herself against him as he groaned. "You fucking tease…" She smirked and positioned herself above him, "Who said I was teasing?" she murmured before sheathing him within her. She set a slow pace, taking her time to draw out their pleasure. She whimpered when he pushed deeper into her, his hands traveling up to play with her breasts. They kept this pace for some time, just enjoying the feeling of themselves joining so perfectly like they'd been made for each other.

When they both were spent, they laid together for a moment and sighed when the real world caught up to them at the sound of Natsu's phone. He answered it with a sigh after checking the caller ID, "Yeah?... Yeah I know I'm a bit late, chill. I was busy… It doesn't matter who!... Fuck off Gray. I'll be there in a minute… Yeah yeah, I'll call Lucy for work… Later." He flopped back down onto the bed and groaned, running a hand over his face. "That bastard is gonna kill me one of these days… He fucks every groupie in a nine-mile radius but if I get with someone he has to know who to one-up me."

Lucy grinned and stood up to collect her clothes, "Yeah? Well, there is no way in hell he's getting with me. I'd fuck that creep Bickslow first." Natsu glared as she slipped on her "bralette" and panties.

"Too soon Luce… too soon." She winced and walked over to him. "Sorry… Didn't think about it." Lucy murmured as she wrapped her arms around his neck in a light hug. He took this time to take a good look at her usually-covered tattoos, a rose armlet with green leaves and blackthorns adorned her right upper arm while a lacework tattoo covered her lower forearm, and a twin pair of grey doves with a wake of stars also on her right collarbone that flew away from her heart.

A tattoo for her parents if he remembered right.

Lucy kissed him sweetly and collected the rest of her clothing from around the apartment, she fixed her makeup and brushed out her hair using Lisanna's brush as a final insult, knowing that when the white-haired bitch came back to collect her things she'd find out "some blonde" had been with Natsu while she was gone. She heard his phone go off again and him snapping at someone on the other end, then he heard him sigh.

"Hey, Luce!"

She came out of the bathroom and raised a brow at him, her fingers flipping her waist-length more to the left so it hung farther down the right side of her face. He eyed her for a moment and nodded to himself. "Lisanna quit the band, she said she refuses to work with me and plans to 'out me as an abusive ex'?"

He rolled his eyes. "Whatever, the moment I oust her as a cheating whore her story will fall apart… But anyway. What do you think about coming to the studio and seeing if you could replace her? I've heard you sing before, and you're good, but you need someone to back you up. And I need a female voice. Wanna try it?"

She smirked and sauntered over to him, giving him a nice, long, sultry kiss. "Not a chance." He grinned and grabbed her by the hair and pressed her against him, "Oh really? You think so?" She reached back and grabbed his wrist, applying pressure to his joints and forcing him to release her hair. She did this calmly, never breaking his lustful gaze. "Tell you what, if I sing one song with you, you owe me a date."

He frowned and opened his mouth to protest, likely to remind her of the secrecy of their relationship status, but she held up a perfectly manicured hand. "Wait. I don't mean stupid dresses and high-end restaurants, that's beneath me. I mean no holds barred, hand to hand sparring. I could use a partner that's almost a foot taller than me and a good hundred pounds heavier…"

He thought this over and nodded, agreeing to her terms with an 'Imma-get-you' grin. Little did he know, this was a very bad choice on his part.

They pulled up in separate cars, with Natsu having waltzed out the door and allowed himself to get swarmed so the paparazzi couldn't spot her leaving his apartment. She hopped into her car and headed toward Sabertooth Records, the studio where Natsu and the rest of her friends recorded their albums. She sauntered through the doors and past Yukino, the receptionist, with a wave and a wink. She was good friends with the white-haired woman, Yukino had also hated Lisanna from the get-go… Only she found her more self-centered and vain than fake.

"Natsu came by a few minutes ago, looking more relaxed than I've seen him in months… And you, my dear look positively glowing… Wanna spill the beans?" Ah yes, the sibling of the Witch, perfect timing. "I have no idea what you're talking about Mira." Lucy chirped nonchalantly. "Lies…" She gave a little wave as she opened the door to the recording studio, smiling when she saw her friends gathered. Her favorite friend was writing furiously on her notepad with her massive boyfriend peering over her shoulder as she made magic, so Lucy opted to leave the little bluenette and her hulking partner to their little world.

"'Bout time… It's not like we've been waiting for you." The dark-eyed Gray Fullbuster quipped sarcastically as she plopped into an empty chair. "Sorry Frosty," Lucy snipped back. "I had a rough night. Kicked Leo to the curb after he laid hands on me, and spent the rest of the night drinking and having a little fun with a hot guy I met at a bar." That didn't peak anyone's attention but Levy's, who immediately noticed the lilt in Lucy's tone and the side-eye she gave a particular pink-haired man. Lucy was known for being a little promiscuous, picky as fuck sometimes, but promiscuous nonetheless.

"Lucy? Are you ready to try this out or should we just stand around and blow the session time?"

Juvia asked quietly, raising her head from her hand as she shifted in her chair. She wore a jumpsuit today that mixed leather shorts with a long-sleeved sheer top, her black lace bra was semi-visible under the black embroidery over the breast section of the top. She also wore thigh-high studded black leather boots and red lipstick so dark it looked black from a distance. Around her neck was a silver ring belonging to Gray, her fiance, and silver triangular earrings hung from her lobes with triple-tiered hoops on the sides of her ears.

"Oh leave her alone Juvia, not everyone is as eager for booth time as you are. And you can't sing worth a penny!" Levy laughed, leaning back against her boyfriend who was eyeing Juvia with his 'I-fucking-dare-you-to-start-shit' garnet gaze. Wisely, Juvia said nothing but glared at Levy intently. "Lu? I need you to run backup vocals for Natsu. We have a new song coming out here shortly and with Lisanna," Her friendly tone shifted to disdainful. "Gone, we need to find a replacement, and fast."

"I told the pinkette I'd sing one song and that's it, and that he owes me one." She grinned wolfishly, relishing in the idea of tossing him around her ring a time or two. 'I mean… He tossed me around a few times last night, it's only fair…' She mused silently, catching Natsu's knowing side-eye.

"Well, if it's one song we'd better make it count right?" Levy stood from behind her desk, giving Lucy a look at her outfit as she walked into the booth and took a sheet of music off the stand, replacing it with another. She wore a wrapped bright yellow halter-top that showed off a fair bit of her cleavage, a pair of pleather shorts, and black strappy heels. She had silver leaf earrings and an intricately carved silver bracelet, no doubt a gift from her boyfriend Gajeel Redfox.

She walked over and shooed Natsu into her booth and then motioned Lucy to join him. "Lyrics are on the stand, and just follow the rhythm. You'll do fine."

She walked in and slipped on the headphones, reading over her lines she got the rhythm of the song down before the music even started. Natsu began and for a moment she got lost in his voice, the tenor and the gentleness of the song made her catch her breath, and it was only when the music cut out that she realized she'd missed her cue.

"Shit. Sorry! Replay it for me, I'll catch it this time."

(Author's Note: Bold: Natsu, Italics: Lucy, Both: Lucy & Natsu Duet)

You know how I get when the sun goes down

How it feels when no one's around

I know, I know-oh-oh-oh

I know, I know-oh-oh

Natsu was taken aback by her voice, the softness with a hint of challenge to the words, like she'd sung this a thousand times and was tired of being told the same thing. 'She's perfect for this!' He thought excitedly, and as the song progressed and her nerves fell away, he found her changing the song subtly to match the rhythm and message.

I get kind of lost and I can't see straight

Hate it but it's just what we take

I know, I know-oh-oh-oh

I know, I know-oh-oh

I've been bitten by the lonely

But when I'm not the only

When I'm, when I'm not the only

One who feels it, maybe it's sick to say

But it helps that you feel the same

I know, I know-oh-oh

When the lights go out

Once again he was startled when her voice dropped to a sensual whisper at the last line, but before he could get caught up in it the music ramped up and his mind traveled back to the task, making him forget his awe.

We're glowing in the dark!

We started from a spark

We're lights that never go out

Like we've never been down

Glowing in the dark!

We'll light up Central Park

We're lights that never go out

'Cause you're here with me now…

His voice heightened and he looked at her from the corner of his eye, beginning to understand that the lyrics seemed to match them. 'Clever little Levy…' Natsu thought snidely. 'Fine, if she wants to see the depth, I'll sing to Lucy, not the audience.' He vowed silently.

Dark days but it's alright

So fine, every night

Oh-oh,whoa

Glowing in the dark!

We started from a spark

We're lights that never go out

Like we've never been down

Glowing in the dark!

He could hear her take a soft breath, replenishing the air in her lungs as she sang past her limit. Natsu let her re-center herself, and waited for the next cue.

Doin' 2 AM, way above the clouds

Rooftop, yeah, we're just hanging out

I know, I know-oh-oh-oh

I know, I know-oh-oh

Now we're looking down like we got no fear

We got dreams and they start right here

I know, I know-oh-oh-oh

I know, I know-oh-oh

We get bitten by the lonely

But we're not the only

Yeah we're, yeah we're not the only

Once you know the way to get through the night

Is to bring on a little bright

I know, I know-oh-oh

When the lights go out

They were now turned to face each other, with Lucy swaying slightly to the music, her chocolate eyes closed as she felt the music instead of listening to it. A sign of a true artist. He took this time to watch her, watch the music light her up in a thousand ways he'd never seen before.

We're glowing in the dark!

We started from a spark

We're lights that never go out

Like we've never been down

Glowing in the dark!

We'll light up Central Park

We're lights that never go out

'Cause you're here with me now!

He resisted the urge to reach out and touch her face then, to bring her addictive gaze to his and show the world their little secret. He'd have to show her later, he decided mutely.

Dark days but it's alright

So fine, every night

Oh-oh,whoa

Glowing in the dark!

We started from a spark

We're lights that never go out

Like we've never been down

Glowing in the dark!

His hand ached to hold hers under the window, but he knew if he did it would oust them since they were face to face and semi-dancing to the music.

When I'm bitten by the lonely

You can get to know me

I know, I know-oh-oh

We're glowing in the dark!

We started from a spark

We're lights that never go out

Like we've never been down

Like we've never been down!

Glowing in the dark!

We'll light up Central Park

We're lights that never go out

'Cause you're here with me now!

'Cause you're here with me now!

Dark days but it's alright

So fine, every night

Oh-oh,whoa

Glowing in the dark!

Glowing in from the dark…

We started from a spark

We're lights that never go out

Like we've never been down

Glowing in the dark!

As their take ended, Natsu found himself staring in wonder at Lucy breathlessly, she seemed to instinctively know what the song needed or didn't, and after the first take Levy decreed it was 'Release Ready'.

"Damn Lucy, didn't know you could sing like that… Maybe she should take over Lisanna's spot completely…" Gray murmured, looking at the equally shocked Juvia. Lucy was a rebel child, she never sang or played an instrument for anyone, even though they knew she'd been classically trained on the piano for years. Lucy however, immediately panicked. "No, absolutely not! I like my privacy and my isolation, thank you very much! I'm not gonna turn into some idol so the paparazzi can swarm me like they do Natsu every time I step out my front door!"

Natsu barked out a laugh, and she turned to face him with eyes that shocked him, they were heated, and not with anger. "Trust me Luce, one look at that 'come-fuck-with-me' gaze you get when you fight in the ring and they'll flee on first glance…" Her eyes narrowed, trying to decide if that was an insult. "Promise?" "Yup, just be your usual untouchable self, channel 'The Bitch' inside you. I'll commend anyone who sticks around!"

He grinned and winked at her. And then felt a chill go down his spine as he realize she'd held up her end of the bargain, and it was time to hold up his. She watched him pale and gulp as it dawned on him, a satisfied smirk on her face.

"Hey… Didn't you say something about a little tit for tat with me Natsu?... What were the terms again? Oh, right, a match with me… When do you wanna play?" The whole room save for Natsu began laughing, and Gray choked out "Dude you're gonna die… Good luck dumbass!"
