That evening, the pack was miles from the commander. Night was approaching. Luna started feeling the same pain from earlier that day, and it wasn't going away.

Toboe noticed the look on her face. "Luna, you okay?" the red wolf asked. Luna couldn't run anymore, the pain was too much.

"Guys! We need to stop!" the red wolf called, tail wagging anxiously. Kiba dropped his wolf ears in annoyance. "We don't got time for this," he grumbled.

"What's going on?!" Hige asked, ears perked up all the way. Tsume rushed over to his mate. "Guys... I think I'm going into labor..." she said, holding her belly.

Everyone was in shock. There was no time to waste.

Tsume carried her to an abandoned cave with some bedding that the others found. Luna laid on her side, ready to bring their daughter into the world.

Tsume couldn't be in there while she was giving birth, which pissed him off. Toboe tended to her.

He paced back and forth, unable to calm down. He needed to be in there for his mate and daughter.

It lasted about 20 minutes, before the sound of the pup made him stop in his tracks. He looked behind the cave

Toboe trotted out of the cave and to where Tsume was. "Luna and the pup are waiting for ya, Tsume," he said, wagging his tail.

Tsume looked past him and walked by him and to the cave, where his mate and daughter were waiting.

He walked inside, seeing Luna laying on her right side, and a small bundle of fur was nursing beside her.

He was in disbelief. He couldn't believe that he was seeing his daughter. His child.

The pup was black on top, over her head, ears, and top of muzzle, down her back and black socks on her hind legs. Dark grey with light grey on muzzle, throat, chest, belly, and forepaws.

Luna opened her golden eyes and looked at her mate. She lifted herself up so that she was laying on her belly halfway.

Tsume pressed his head to his mates', folding his ears back a little bit. "You did it," he whispered to her.

He looked down at his daughter, who was curled in a ball, asleep. "She's beautiful, Luna," Tsume said, laying down with her.

"She looks like you," Luna said. Tsume looked down at the small pup, seeing how much she looks like him. "She really does," he said, his cold heart melting.

Not a minute later, the pup opens her eyes. The right eye was yellow, and the left was green. She looked over at her father, seeing the big grey wolf

Tsume looked back at her, dropping his head so he could look at his daughter. The pup looked at her father curiously.

"Hello, little one," he quietly said. "D...Daddy?" the pup said quietly. Luna looked down, seeing the interaction between the two.

Luna licked her daughter gently, making the pup look up at her. "Mama..." the pup said to her mother.

"Remember how we chose Sky for her name? She's as dark as a stormy sky," Luna said. "Yeah? I remember. It's the perfect name for her," Tsume agreed,

Sky smiled at her parents. She had Luna's smile for sure. "Is it safe to come in, you guys?" Hige called, poking his head in the cave.

"Sure, Hige. You guys come meet your niece," Luna said. Luna considered the others her family, so it only makes sense for them to be Sky's uncles.

The others came inside, seeing the small pup laying next to her mother. Hige dropped to a playbow position, wagging his tail.

"It's BOOOOORRRRRNNNN!" he exclaimed, a bit too loudly. "Shut it, Porky," Tsume snapped in defense of his daughter.

Kiba glanced down at Sky. He couldn't see her as a distraction. He couldn't help but smile at her before turning around.

"Kiba, where you going?" Toboe asked, tilting his head. "To keep watch. We will stay here for a week so Luna can recover," the white wolf said, going to the mouth of the cave.

"I thought you said 'No more distractions,.' , Kiba," Toboe said, remembering what he said. "I changed my mind," Kiba said, looking outside.

Luna tells Sky she needs to go to sleep, so the sun will be with them when they wake up. Sky smiled at this and curls up to sleep.

The rest of the pack does too.

(The next morning)

Sky was the first one up, everyone else was asleep. She opened her mix-matched eyes and looked around.

She wanted to see more than what was beyond the cave. She stood to her paws, walked passed the sleeping pack and towards the mouth of the cave.

The small pup felt the frigid wind first hand. She was mezmerised to see the path in front of them covered in a fresh blanket of snow with pine trees on both sides.

Said pine trees had patches of snow on them. Between them, was a gorgeous sunrise. The sky was purple fading to hot pink to orange and yellow.

Her first day on earth and this was the first thing she sees besides her parents and uncles. "Sky? Sky, where are you?" Luna called, noticing that her daughter was gone.

Sky looked over her shoulder and called out to her mother. Luna walked out and saw her daughter.

"Sky, you can't be wandering off like that, sweetheart," Luna said, lowering her head to nuzzle her.

"I sowwy, mama. I s'w pwetty sunr'se and I wan'ed to s'e," Sky whimpered, dropping her ears.

Luna looked at her child, seeing how innocent the pup was. "It's okay, my dear. *Looks at the sunrise* It is quite beautiful. I oved watching these when I was a pup," Luna said, reminicing on when she was Sky's age and she saw a sunset for the first time.

"Weally?" Sky asked. "Uh huh. I loved watching them growing up," Luna said, sitting down with her tail wrapped around her. Sky got between her mother's legs, watching the sunrise with her.

It made Luna forget about all the horrible things that were happening around them. She forgot about the nobles, and even Cheza for a moment. This was one of the good things in life that made the world beautiful before.

Soon the sun rose, changing to a bright shade of gold. It changed the color of the snow and landscape around them. They couldn't ask for a better sight.

When it was late in the morning, Luna decided to go hunting for food. Hige went with her while Tsume, Hige, and Kiba stayed with Sky.

They were about 20 miles from the others. The sun was completely over the landscape. The snow the two wolves walked through was three inches, coming up over their first joints in their front legs.

Luna sniffed the ground, trying to catch the scent of prey. "You get anything, Toboe?" Luna asked, but recieved no answer.

"Toboe?" she said, looking over her shoulder. She saw that the red wolf was lagging behind. "Toboe, did you find anything?" she called.

Toboe looked excited. "Luna! You gotta see what I found!" he said excitedly. Luna tilted her head. 'What did he find?' she thought.

"Lead the way," Luna said, wagging her tail. Luna and Toboe ran back towards the east.

The two wolves make it to a field, and Luna was surprised at what he had found. About 100 yards from them, was a herd of elk with no more that four to five members.

"Wow, good job, Toboe! This is more than enough to feed the pack!" Luna said, her tail wagging. "Thanks, Luna," Toboe said, "What do we do?"

"Stay low to the ground so they won't see you, when I say, you start the ambush. Look for the weakest one that'll be easy to kill. Get it to me so I can make the final blow," Luna instructed quietly.

Toboe nodded and went in a seperate direction. Luna crouched down in a stalking position. She started to make her way towards the herd of elk.

Toboe waited for Luna's signal. She nodded at him. He ran at them and snarled, making the herd go crazy. Luna chased after them at top speed catching up with the herd.

The herd ran too. Toboe nipped the ankle of the weakest elk, which was a cow elk. They managed to get it away from its heard. :Luna ran ahead while Toboe stayed behind it, nipping at its heels.

Luna turned around and charged back at the elk, her teeth bared. When the elk was close enough, the black she-wolf jumped and latched her long fangs to the elk's windpipe, going for the kill.

The elk slammed to the ground and was killed by Luna's strong bite. Luna stood over her kill, its blood dripping from her bottom jaw. Toboe walked over to her.

"You're awesome at this, Luna. Where'd you learn to do that?" the red wolf asked. "I learned how from my dad. He... He taught me how. *shakes her fur* C'mon, help be get this back to the pack," Luna said.

Luna picked the elk by the base of it's throat. Toboe walked around the elk and grabbed it by it's front leg. The two wolves drag the elk carcass back to

(The Pack)

Back with the pack, they were waiting for Luna and Toboe to come back. Hige was playing with Sky, jumping back and forth while wagging his tail. Sky was reciprocating those same actions.

"I'm gonna getcha!" he laughed, a big smile on his face. He started to tickle her with his paw. "Agh, stahp it!" Sky giggled. "Nevah!" he giggled.

Tsume sat down not too far from her. He kept her in his eyesight the whole time. He wanted to be a good father, so this was a good start.

Kiba was keeping his eyes opened for anything that would be dangerous, not interacting with the pack.

About ten minutes later, Luna and Toboe were back with the kill. Sky and Tsume see her and both run to her.

They hug each other in their human forms. Sky human's form was about the age of a four year old human child.

Sky's hair was about the same length of Luna's, but it was dark grey on the top, light grey on the bottom with black stands on either side of her head.

Her eyes are, around the same color her right eye yellow, and the left dark green. She looked so much like her father in her human form.

She wore a black sweater with a black flannel, some blue jeans and white shoes. She was a little bundle of joy.

A week went by, meaning they could move out again, to find Cheza

Let me explain before you start berating me about Sky. The reason I did what I did with her is because that's what the Sims 3 puppies do what Sky's doing.
I know new born pups can't walk or open their eyes in real life, I'm not an idiot. I just wanted to move to story along and not be stuck with three or four chapters of Sky getting older.
Hope you guys understand
