My Hero Academia: A Raging Storm

Chapter 3: New Places and New Faces

After completing the entrance exam and passing the first hurdle, Luke and his new group of friends were on their way to IHA. The actual school was located on the enormous floating island known as I-Island. While I-Island already had its own academy for those who wanted to become scientists, a few years ago when the island was taken under control of a Villain named Wolfram, the island decided to create its own hero academy that can help prepare young heroes from all over the world for the kind of dangers that they could both see and not see coming. The response was incredibly positive.

The creation of The Citadel brought heroes and hero hopefuls from all corners of the earth, making the island and the academy's reputation grow so much that it had become almost as popular as UA. Nowadays, those who wish to experience a hero school but couldn't go to the one that was in their country or wanted to get a different kind of experience that you couldn't get from a traditional hero academy. Now the island had grown so much that it could accommodate both the scientists who lived on the island, the students who wanted to go to the I-Island Academy, and the students who wanted to become heroes, so it was a very big place.

Right now, Luke was sitting on a plane with only a few people on it as they flew through the skies to get to the island. Luke was with Diego and Kal at the moment since Jasmine and Brody were able to catch an earlier flight. Diego was listening to some music on his headphones while Kal was fast asleep, apparently the Hawaiian boy didn't like flying so he took some medication that knocked him out.

Luke on the other hand had his head buried deep into a blank sketch pad that was among the info packets that he had been giving after passing the exam. The packet had his class information, where he would be staying, necessary information in case of serious injury, a small mechanical earpiece, and of course a design form that he needed to fill out so he could inform the support department of IHA about what he wanted in his costume and how he wanted it to look. The only problem was that it was really hard. Sure, he would draw his own costumes when he was younger and he did help his older brother design some small aspects of his costume but when it came to his own, he was drawing a blank.

Luke groaned out loud before dropping his head onto the small table in front of him, the action caught the attention of Diego and a few others on the plane.

"Que paso hermano? You look like you're about break the damn table with your head." Diego asked Luke after taking his headphones out.

Luke lifted his head and sighed, "I have hit one hell of a roadblock. I cannot come up with a decent design for my costume." He said.

Diego nodded, "Well I can understand that. After all, your costume is the image that the people will first see when you're a hero plus you also have to think of how you can use some kind of tools or gadgets that can help with your Quirk." He said.

"That's the problem. I don't want anything too flashy since that's not my style, but I also want something that makes an impact. And since my Quirk helps me pull oxygen from my surroundings, I don't really need any Support Items." He said as he looked over some of the designs he had. The overall design was simple yet effective if he ever got into a physical fight with some sturdy clothing and a few additional protective pieces for added defense. Other than that, Luke was at a loss.

Luke turned to his new friend, "What did you do for your costume?" he asked knowing that his friends already submitted their designs before they left.

Diego shrugged, "I kind of went with a style that was reminiscent of an old school outlaw. Since my Quirk revolves around shadows and darkness and back in the old days a lot of outlaws and desperados were viewed as Heroes in the eyes of the people, I wanted my look to resemble that."

Luke nodded, "Yeah, that makes sense. But my Quirk is twofold since I have my Oxykinesis and my wolf enhancements. I don't really need any support gear except for maybe a high tech inhaler over my face plus I need my clothes to be able to stretch when I go wolf and I don't want anything to tear either." He said as he scratched his head. His mind went back to his older brother's and his father's costumes. They were both relatively simple, mainly consisting of a durable body suit and some light protective gear over their extremities, along with a few first aid necessities in the event they needed some. Since Luke's Quirk wasn't like theirs, he wanted to make sure that he had everything that he was going to need for whatever situation required it.

"Hit a wall with a hero costume huh?" a voice said.

Luke and Diego looked up to see a boy their age with deep tanned skin, short black hair, azure colored eyes, and a set of stylish silver glasses over his eyes. He seemed to have a fit body, almost like a swimmer, and was dressed in a pair of black, khaki pants with a short sleeve azure blue shirt on his chest with a jean jacket over it all and some white sneakers. The boy had a kind smile on his face as he looked down at the bare hero costume request form that Luke had in his hands.

Luke groaned, "Yeah, you can say that again."

The boy chuckled, "Well from the way I see it, you are overthinking things," he said sitting down in the empty seat across from Luke, "With a hero costume, it's not so much what it looks like and how it can help you with your Quirk but more for the fact that it shows the kind of hero image you want to go for." He said.

Luke raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean?" he asked.

"Well think of it this way, whenever someone sees the classic riot gear of Fearless, they know they have nothing to be afraid of. The same can be said for Shining Star, once she appears on the scene with her light shining bright people automatically feel safe. All you really need to think about is how you want people to see you when you arrive to a crime scene." The boy said crossing his arms.

Suddenly, a light bulb went off in Luke's head. He was so focused on how his costume could help him with support items and such that he totally forgot the purpose of a costume. It was to show the people what kind of hero he was.

Now he was inspired. He quickly got his request form and started describing the kind of costume he wanted. He started off with the basics, a formfitting shirt that he wanted to be a mix of Kevlar and Nomex to keep him protected in a variety of situations. Some simple pants that were comfortable enough to move in but didn't hinder his movements when he was moving. His feet would be covered by a special set of boots that would be good for him to use his Air Jets with. He then went for some protective coverings for his shins, knees, forearms, and on his shoulders. He decided to opt for a protective, fictional, yet stylish looking coat that had a little bit of fur around the collar to add in the wolf part of his Quirk. He also decided on a mask that would cover the lower half of his face that would also act as an inhaler of sorts. Since his Quirk always worked better when he got a steady stream of oxygen, the mask would give him that additional ability as well as vent the air that went towards him.

With everything her wanted jotted down, Luke grabbed the sheet that he had and was happy with everything that he came up with. Going off of what the new boy said, he truly felt like he had everything that he needed for hos costume.

Luke smiled, "Yeah, I think that will work." He said placing everything back into the packet of information.

Diego smiled, "Think you got everything down hermano?" he asked.

Luke nodded, "I think I do. Everything with how I want it to look like plus an added support gear item that will help me in the field," he looked back over to the boy who had joined them, "Thanks for the help, man. Guess I really was overthinking it."

The boy nodded, "No worries, I'm happy I could help. I ran into the same kind of problem when I was doing my costume as well. Had to have my dad help me with my design."

Luke nodded, "Well, thanks again. I'm Luke, Luke Storm. This here is Diego Ramos." He said gesturing to Diego.

"Hola." Diego greeted.

Luke then pointed to Kal who was still snoring, "The sleeping giant over there is Kaleo Opuni but we call him Kal." He said with Kal giving off another loud snore.

The boy chuckled, "Well, nice to meet you all. I'm Ethan Prakata. From the wonderful city of Jakarta." He said.

Diego raised an eyebrow, "Jaka-what?" he asked.

Luke snorted, "Jakarta. It's the capital city of Indonesia," he said with Diego nodding in understanding, "I have to say man, you're quite a long way from home." He said.

Ethan nodded, "I think that statement could be said for all of us." He said with Luke and Diego agreeing. Ethan's words rang true, now that they were all students of IHA, I-Island would be there home now.

The three boys continued to talk amongst themselves with Ethan doing a bit more explaining about him. Turns out he's Half-Indonesian-Half-British, his father was an Archeologist while his mother was a Muay Thai Champion which was where he had learned his fighting skills from. He decided to come to IHA so he can learn different hero techniques from all around the world that he could bring back to Jakarta and be its Top Hero. Luke respected that.

Diego leaned back in his chair and looked out the window of the plane where his eyes widened, "Oy mi amigos, check it out!"

Luke and Ethan got up from their seats and looked out Diego's window. Coming into their view was the home of over 10,000 scientists, location of The Citadel, and the boys' home for the next 3 years. I-island. Even from above in the clouds, all three of them could see the different kinds of attractions and buildings that littered around the entire island itself. Plus, they could see the towering structures and buildings of IHA itself.

Ethan smiled, "Wow, I cannot believe I am finally setting my eyes on this incredible place."

Luke nodded, "I know how you feel, when I first saw this place, I was so overwhelmed with everything that I saw, I almost got lost trying to see everything."

Ethan turned to his new friend, "You've been to the island before?" he asked.

Luke nodded, "Yeah, when I was 7. My sister-in-law wanted to bring me and my niece and nephew here so we could all see where she and my older brother met. I didn't get to see everything, but it was still an incredible sight."

"Interesting," Ethan said, "If you don't mind me asking, who is your sister-in-law?"

Luke chuckled with a smirk, "You'll meet her soon enough." He said. Ethan wanted to say more but the distinct dinging from the main cabin got their attention.

"We are now approaching I-Island. Please sit back in your seats as we make out descent."

All three boys sat back in their seats as they did what the captain said, Luke looked over to Kal who was still snoring away. Completely oblivious to the fact that they were approaching their destination.

Luke groaned before launching a small blast of wind at his Hawaiian friend, starling him awake.

"Whoa, what, what just happened?" Kal asked looking around.

The other three boys chuckled at Kal's expression before he settled down, "Good morning sunshine, strap yourself in. We've arrived at I-Island." Luke said.

MHA

After the plan landed, all four boys gathered their belongings and headed off of the plane where they entered a terminal that had moving floors below them. They all passed through some security beams that scanned their ID's and confirming their identities. After passing security and obtaining an interesting, high-tech wristwatch, they boys went passed a few mechanical doors that opened up for them to reveal the wonders of I-Island.

There were so many different buildings, attractions, and so many people of different cultures and ethnicities milling around as if they were in a large, modern city anywhere else in the world.

"Whoa, this place is amazing!" Kal shouted as he looked around.

Ethan nodded, "Indeed. I have never been to a place where there is so much around every corner. It's like its own miniature floating city."

Diego took out his phone and started taking pictures, "Man, Luis is never going to believe this." He said as he planned on sending so many pictures to his little brother.

Luke laughed at his friend's reactions, "Okay boys, I know it's a lot to take in but let's keep moving. The sooner we drop all our stuff off at our dorm, the sooner we can do some sight-seeing." He said as his friends agreed. After getting some directions form an attendant, the boys all loaded up into a small, freight car-like vehicle that took them to a large dorm complex that reminded Luke of the Heights Alliance Dorm that was back in Japan for UA.

The group of boys exited the car and grabbed their gear before walking forward and coming face to face with a large iron gate that acted as the barrier between them and their new home. Resting on a sign above the iron gate were the motto of the school, Acta non Verba. Deeds not words. Right above that was the name of the dorms, Guardian Terrace.

Kal whistled aloud, "Damn, now this is fancy."

Diego scratched the back of his head, "I don't know about this. I've never been anywhere this fancy, let alone living in a place like this." He said sounding nervous.

Ethan placed a hand on his Latino's friend's shoulder, "Be at ease Diego. This place is going to be our home for the next few years. Might as well get used to it. Besides, you say you have never lived in a place like this, use your time here to enjoy it." He said with a smile.

Ethan's words seemed to calm Diego down a bit as he nodded, "Yeah, you got a point amigo," he said looking back at the gates to the dorm, "Well, now that we're here, how do we get in?" he asked.

They all looked around the front gate until Luke's eyes landed on a small terminal on the side of the gate resting onto one of the brick walls that the gate was connected to. Luke looked down at the high-tech bracelet that they were all given when they arrived and raised an eyebrow.

"Maybe…" he said as he placed his wrist band up against the terminal and it scanned the bracelet. After a few moments, a green glow came upon the terminal and the gates opened up.

"Huh, what do you know? It worked." Luke said.

Diego looked over at his friend, "Luke, how'd you do that?" he asked.

Luke showed him and the rest of his friends the bracelet they all received, "The security officers didn't really tell us what these were for but I'm assuming that these bracelets that they gave us serve as our keys." He said getting nods from his friends.

Luke then slapped his friends on the shoulders with a smile, "Well come on boys, let's go check out our new home." He said getting loud laughs out of the other boys. They all made their way to the front door, all laughing and chatting about how much they all looked forward to the classes that they were about to take. As they reached the front door, Kal took it upon himself to unlock the front door for all of them. As they entered their new home, the sound of groovy, club music filled the air.

"Did someone leave the radio on?" Diego asked as they all walked in and closed the door behind them. The layout of the first level was rather causal, a large lounging area with a massive wall mounted TV was set in the center with a large kitchen towards the back of the room accompanied by several sets of sit down tables and chairs which was more than likely where everyone in the dorms would be eating their meals. But what caught the eyes of all four boys was the young woman their age dancing to the music that was all around them.

The young woman was around their age with long flowing black hair, beautifully tanned skin, and a curvaceous figure that would make any seasoned model jealous. She was dressed in a pair of dark blue shorts, black knee socks, a bright yellow tank top and a sheer, purple long-sleeved shirt over it all. She seemed to be in her own little world as she moved and swayed to the music that seemed to come out of nowhere, but she had a very content smile on her face while she moved.

"Well, seems like we aren't alone." Ethan said.

Luke nodded but before he spoke, he looked over at Diego who seemed to be entranced by the girl's movements.

He tapped his Latino friend on the shoulder to snap him out of his stupor, "Yo Diego, you all right there?" he asked.

Diego shook his head before he nodded, "Yeah, yeah I'm all good I just…I've never seen a woman move like that." He said almost speechlessly. Luke could tell that his friend was starting to fall for the dancing girl, but he wasn't going to tease him about it. Or the fact that he didn't know anything about the girl only that she was a good dancer. If Diego was going to fall for her then more power to him.

Luke didn't want him and his friends to be standing there the whole time, so he loudly cleared his throat to get the girl's attention. It took him a few times, but the girl finally heard him and stopped dancing. She turned in the boys' direction and while she seemed shocked that they were there she eventually smiled and made her way over to them. As she did, the music around the room stopped which made the boys' curious.

"Well, hello there boys! It's nice to see that there are some other people coming here!" she said excitedly.

Ethan chuckled, "Well, you seemed to be enjoying having the whole place to yourself." He said.

The girl nodded, "True, I was. But it's so much better to have actual people here." She said crossing her arms behind her back.

Kal raised an eyebrow, "How long have you been here exactly?" he asked.

"Only a few days. I had to leave a little bit earlier from my home in Brazil due to my test happening a lot sooner than some of the other tests." She said.

Diego seemed to smile, "So you're a Latina?" he asked.

The girl looked over at Diego and she seemed to blush when she saw him but quickly composed herself, "Yes sir, that I am. Born and raised in the beautiful country Brazil in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro. Carina de Silva, at your service." She said giving a bow.

Luke chuckled at her actions, "Nice to meet you Carina. I'm Luke, the bi-spectacled boy is Ethan, the Latino is Diego, and the giant behind us all is Kaleo, but we all call him Kal. I guess this means that we will be your new classmates." He said.

Carina jumped in joy at that, "Yay, I am so excited! So where are all of you from? What kind of Quirks do you have?" she said as she rattled off more and more questions.

Luke chuckled before he held up his hand, "How about we all get to know each other, after me and the guys put our stuff away?" he suggested. The other guys agreed with what Luke said and Carina offered to show them to their rooms. The boys accepted and followed the young girl to the top floors of the dorm where all the rooms were situated. Apparently, all the floors were separated by gender. The first two floors were for the male students while the top 2 were for the female students. It made sense in Luke's mind to have the floors gender segregated, even if some of his classmates could eventually become couples they were still in high school and they had to keep all their hormones in check. Even if it was appealing.

"So Carina, when we walked in we noticed that there was some music playing all around you but I didn't see any kind of speaker or stereo." Kal asked.

Carina giggled as they arrived onto the boy's floor, "That was actually my Quirk." She stated proudly.

Ethan raised an eyebrow at this, "You have a sound based Quirk?" he asked.

Carina nodded and snapped her fingers making the same sounds that they all heard from earlier start playing again, "With my Quirk, any sound that I have heard before I can recreate." She said cancelling the music once more.

Carina De Silva

Quirk: Fortissimo

Her Quirk allows her to recreate any sound or beat that she hears and alter it to a variety of different frequencies and tones.

Diego nodded, "Wow, that is really cool. You must be a lot of fun at parties." He said.

Carina giggled again, "You would be correct sir. My older brother back in Brazil is a DJ who plays a lot of gigs all around the country. I used to sneak out a lot whenever he was playing gigs near our home. After my Quirk manifested, our parents allowed me to play with him. As long as I didn't leave his side."

Luke smiled, "I hear you. Even before my Quirk manifested, I would hang around my older brother and the other heroes at his agency. I guess the hero life was something that was always going to be apart of my life." He said as he reached his room.

"Oh, looks like this is me."

The others all looked at their bracelets to check their room assignments and saw that Diego was the only one that was on the same floor as him while Kal and Ethan were on the floor above. After saying a small goodbye to each other, Luke and Diego entered their respective rooms.

As Luke walked in, he was a bit taken back with the sheer size of what his room looked like. The main thing in the room was his bed, a decently sized king bed with some simple sheets and blankets on it and a desk with a dresser next to it was against the opposite wall. A wardrobe where Luke could store his clothes was right next to a sliding glass door that led to a small balcony overlooking the outside area.

Luke nodded his head, "Not too bad. I can definitely make this work." He said. After taking off his shoes and setting his bags down, he quickly got to work on unpacking and setting up his room. If this was going to be his home away from home for the next three years, he needed to make it his own.

MHA

About an hour later, Luke had his room set up the way he wanted. Posters depicting his brother, Fearless, Feral Unleashed, Tsukuyomi, and Lemillion were on his wall, his laptop with a few pictures of his friends, family, and mentors were on his desk with his clothes all put away in his dresser and wardrobe. He updated his bed with some blankets and sheets that were colored black and red. As a finishing touch, he pulled out a collapsible punching bag and set it in the corner of his room. A small gift his brother gave him before he left so he wouldn't slack off on his training.

Luke smiled as he looked around his room, happy with the way it looked like. It had his style and that's how he liked it. He slid the glass door open and stepped out onto the balcony of his room. He took a deep breath in and exhaled with a content look on his face. His eyes scanned over the entire span of I-Island that he could see from his room. He couldn't believe that only a few hours ago he was back in Ashland, fighting against some uppity punk who thought he could become a good hero just by being popular.

Now he was on the famous I-Island, preparing to work alongside his classmates, all of whom were from different parts of the world, and get as much training as he could to become a great hero that could bring honor to his city and his family. He just knew that it was going to be one crazy ride.

Luke's thoughts then turned to his classmates, he didn't know who they were or what part of the world they were coming from but there was a part of him that wanted to do something for them. A small peace offering to show that they were all there for a reason, but they were all going through their hero journey together.

Luke smiled; he knew exactly what he was going to do. From what he knew, all of his classmates would be arriving at the dorms over the next 2 hours so that still gave him some time. Luke quickly threw on his shoes and headed back down to the main area and entered the kitchen, luckily for him the kitchen was fully stocked with a multitude of ingredients from all around the world.

Luke smiled, "This is going to be great." He said as he quickly got to work. The one thing that his friend Gen had taught him when it came to cooking was that no matter where you from, nothing brings people together like good food. And that was exactly what he planned to do.

Luke rolled up his sleeves, grabbed some ingredients, a few pots, and pans, and preheated the ovens, "Let's do this." He said with all the enthusiasm he could muster.

MHA

Luke let out a deep sigh, "Man, I am so glad that I have my Quirk. Doing all of this would be so much more of a challenge if I didn't." he said as he finished plating up some delicious looking stuffed grape leaves. He knew that not everyone ate meat, so he made a few different dishes that didn't have any meat in them. Luke was busy at work as he made all the food for him and his new classmates. His stomach was doing light flips as he hoped his classmates liked what he made, he knew that since his new classmates came from different parts of the world, he made different international dishes.

He made a lot, everything from Barbacoa and Arroz con Pollo, sweet and sour pork, lo mein, some curries, a few different stewed dishes, some grilled vegetables, a huli-huli chicken Quesadilla, pulled pork, cole slaw, bulgogi, some various types of breads, not to mention some desserts and some really cool drinks. Courtesy of the new friends that had joined him in the kitchen.

"Well, Quirk or no Quirk Luke I would say that you have done very well cooking Luke." A soft female voice said next to him.

Luke smiled at the source of the voice, "Thanks Nira. Would you mind tasting the Murgh Makhani for me?" he asked. The girl, now named Nira, was a lovely young woman with a skin tone that was a shimmering bronze tone with long black hair falling down her shoulders that was tamed back by a simple red headband, and a pair of bright green eyes. She was dressed in a pair of black pants that went up to her knees with some fuzzy slippers on her feet and a long-sleeved blue shirt. On her right wrist was a beautiful, bejeweled bracelet that looked as though it was made of flowing water once it hit the light.

Nira arrived shortly after Luke did and after getting changed, she was more than happy to help him cook.

Nira tasted the brightly colored, cream chicken dish and sighed in appreciation, "It tastes beautiful Luke. My grandmother would be proud." She said getting a laugh out of Luke. Nira's grandmother was a professional chef and one of the only female chefs in India to gain a Michelin Star, so Nira had a lot of pride in her country's cooking since she grew up with the best of the best.

"I agree with Nira Luke, you have some serious skill. How on earth do you even know how to make Jollof and Piri Piri Chicken so perfectly like this?" a heavily accented male voice asked. The voice belonged to a young African man whose height and size defied his 16 years of age. The boy was named Muteba Bankole, he arrived at the dorms about a half hour after Nira did and Luke was shocked by his sheer size. Muteba stood at around 6'5 and was heavily muscled from head to toe. His skin was a deep ebony colored skin tone, and his eyes were a deep brown. What caught Luke's eye immediately were the bright gold, almost metallic looking symbols that ran around the entirety of his body. When Muteba caught Luke staring he simply laughed and shrugged off his worries, he told Luke that the symbols on his body were due to his Quirk and Luke understood. Muteba was dressed in a simple pair of black shorts and a short-sleeved t-shirt with some sandals on his feet. Muteba was a very kind and gentle young man who was more than willing to help Luke cook.

Luke chuckled as he plated up said dishes, "In all honesty I have never made Jollof before. I know that Jollof is very similar to Jambalaya which I have made many times, so I just adjusted it from there. The Piri Piri Chicken is a dish that a friend of mine's grandfather used to make whenever we visited him, and he passed the recipe down to me since I was the only one who could make it properly." He said.

Muteba smiled, "I would say he taught you very well." He stated making Luke chuckle. Something that made Luke very happy about I-Island was the International Translator they were all given. It was the small metal earpiece that they all wore, somehow the device connected to their brains in a painless way and allowed them all to understand each other even if they all didn't speak the same language. It was a very helpful device that Melissa developed once IHA opened up.

Luke and his new friends finished plating up the rest of the food and moved it towards the several tables that were set up in the dining room. They all placed the various dishes of food onto the tables. Muteba had taken some of the other tables and lined them up together so it could fashion as one large table for all 20 students of The IHA Jupiter Class to sit at. The rest of their classmates had arrived a short time ago, so now all that was left was to get everyone down to the table.

Once all the food was set up, Luke, Nira, and Muteba started to bounce around different ideas of how to spread the word to the rest of their classmates.

Luke scratched the back of his head, "I honestly didn't think about that. I just figured the smell of the food would get everyone down here. That's how it usually worked back home."

Nira crossed her arms, "Well, since not all of us really know each other, I can understand how everyone isn't so keen on meeting people they don't know."

Muteba hummed before his eyes brightened, "Why don't we use these?" he said gesturing to their wrist bands.

Luke caught on to what his African friend was saying, "Oh I get you, if we send a message to everyone with our bands then everyone will get the message."

"Do you think everyone will actually show up?" Nira asked.

Luke shrugged, "Maybe, maybe not. But everyone has to eat eventually." He said as he fiddled with his wrist band for a minute and found the option for how he could send a message to his classmates. Once he did, he chose to send a recorded message to everyone.

Luke brought his band to his mouth and spoke, "Hello to my fellow Jupiter Class Classmates. My name is Luke Storm, I know that a lot of you must be extremely tired from your journeys, but I would like to extend an invitation to everyone. I along with our fellow classmates Nira Sharma and Muteba Bankole have prepared several dishes, and everything is piping hot. So please don't be shy and come and get some good food. I feel like it's something we could all use." He finished.

Luke then turned to his new friends, "Well, that's that. Now we just have to wait and see who actually comes down." He said just as a gust of wind blew past him, making him blink. The three friends looked over to see a young man who stood just a head shorter than Luke with a slicked back brown hair, a pair of eyes that were an interesting shade of golden orange. He had a rather thin build with only a little bit of fat on him and a pair of jean shorts and a sleeveless dark green tank top on.

The young man gave all three of them a bright toothy smile, "Sorry about the speedy surprise their mates, I just wanted to make sure that I got here before the food got cold." The young man said with a thick Australian accent.

While at first surprised, Luke smiled at the new edition to the common area, "No worries dude you are just in time. There's still plenty of food left." He said.

"Whoo," the boy yelled in joy as he spun around, "I am so happy you did this. I am starving." He said.

"Go ahead and enjoy dude." Luke said as the Australian boy loaded up a plate with various types of foods. He set his plate down at the long table.

The boy then turned back to Luke and the others, "Sorry about the late introduction. Name's Alex Myers. Most likely, the fastest guy in all of Jupiter Class." He said spinning on his feet. As Luke took a better look, there appeared to be small wheels on the soles of Alex's feet which would explain the speediness of his arrival.

"Your Quirk is wheels?" Muteba asked.

Alex nodded his head, "That's right. These baby's let me move at higher speeds and a lot easier along different terrain."

Alex Myers

Quirk: Wheels

The wheels on Alex's feet allow him to move at extremely high speeds and can switch between the different treads for better access along various terrains and surfaces.

Nira nodded, "Interesting Quirk you have there Alex."

"Ain't it?!" Alex stated with a happy grin as he began eating.

After Alex arrived, more and more of Luke's fellow students began to arrive. It was a multitude of colors and shapes as those with obvious and not obvious looking Quirks showed up and made themselves comfortable at the table. It made Luke happy to see that there were so many different kinds of people that would be his classmates. Soon enough, all 20 members of Jupiter Class were sitting down at the table. Eating delicious food and talking amongst themselves like good friends. Some seemed a bit more reserved while others were incredibly friendly.

Among his classmates, two of them stood out the most to Luke. The first was a young man with red-brown hair styled very simply with a few bangs hanging over his eyes which were a deep golden-green color. His features were Asian with a sore of pretty boy look about him and his skin tone had a nice tan to it. He had a very fit body, one that wasn't uncommon amongst those who had been trained in marital arts from a very young age. He was dressed in a long-sleeved red shirt with a pair of long black and orange workout pants with his feet bare. He seemed friendly for the most part but when his eyes met Luke, a small smirk showed on his face. The young man inclined his head to Luke in respect and Luke did the same.

The young man's name was Hyun Mori, a marital artist that Luke had met a few years ago when they competed against each other in a competition. The two had great respect for each other's skill and a sort of, almost brotherly bond formed between the two. When they fought against each other, the fight ended in a draw but neither Luke nor Mori were upset about the decision. It just made them respect each other all the more.

The other person that caught Luke's attention was quite possible the most beautiful woman that Luke had ever seen. She had long red hair that fell to her shoulder and framed her face that looked like a mix between Hispanic and Asian and worked incredibly well for her, especially with her tanned toned skin and bright golden colored eyes. She had a very fit body with a slightly large chest defined curves and dressed in a pair of black shorts that reached down to her knees with a tight black tank top that was covered by a short red sweatshirt. The girl introduced herself as Emilia Flores, she was a rather lovely girl and Luke felt like she got along well with pretty much everyone.

Luke didn't know what it was, but he couldn't take his eyes off of her, she was beautiful. But Luke didn't want to push anything too far so he would just start off as being friends.

Speaking of friends, it had seemed that everyone in their class had gotten fairly acquainted with each other. It made Luke happy that his new classmates and his new friends could get along with each other over a good meal. He figured that since everyone was comfortable around each other, he may as well say a decent toast. Luke stood up and tapped the glass he was drinking from, getting everyone's attention.

"Hey everyone, I'm very happy to see that everyone decided to show up to get some good food. I know that all of us come from different places around the world and that we all come from different background but there is one thing that binds us all together. We all chose to come to IHA because we all want to be heroes. For whatever reasons we all have, being heroes is the goal of every single one of us. Soon enough, all of us will be fighting alongside one another in order to become the best kind of heroes we can be. So, I propose a toast, to our future as heroes and the growth of The IHA Hero Course, Jupiter Class. Cheers!"

"Cheers!"

Everyone clinked their drinks together in a happy toast, this was the first step that would define all of them for their upcoming future. The moment when the Heroes of Tomorrow came together.

Hey everyone, Kuro no Okami 23 here! Thank you to everyone who has read and liked my story so far. I will be showcasing the rest of Jupiter Class in the next chapter so please look forward to that.

As always, a bit thank you to Heroboy005 for allowing me to use his characters for this story, always appreciated brother!

And a small shoutout to my own lovely girlfriend who served as inspiration for Emilia Flores.
