Lu Ten and Ursa were dressed to the nines. Their family had spent a pretty penny to get a reservation at the most expensive restaurant in the city. After all, it's not every day one celebrates their sixteenth anniversary!
They'd just finished ordering their drinks when the trouble started. Now, this establishment had quite a good reputation. They had excellent services and food. The staff was top-notch. The restaurant received good reviews and loyal customers. Plus, most knew how to show respect plus have good manners.
Not tonight, it seemed. The table to the left had six people seated, two sets of parents, each with a teenage daughter. It didn't take a genius to figure out that one of them was highly entitled. The entitled lady seemed a picture-perfect example of entitled. Short bleached blond hair, too much make-up, slightly overweight, and quite demanding.
The entitled bitch wouldn't let the family order what they wanted. Instead demanded they eat and drink what she told them to. Quickly the obnoxious woman was getting louder and more disruptive to other patrons.
Most patrons tried to ignore it, but this woman's entitlement and obnoxiousness got too much. When her husband wanted more bread, she threw it in the server's face.
This was when Lu Ten had enough. He calmly got up to locate the manager. He explained how this woman was bothering the other guests. Not to mention rapidly ruining the restaurant's reputation.
The manager summoned the owner, who looked like he was about to rip someone's face off. But instead, he calmly walked over to the woman. He told her calmly but firmly if she didn't leave his establishment, she'd be removed by force.
She retorted he couldn't make her leave. And she wasn't doing anything wrong. Instead, the owner informed her that he'd call the police to have her arrested on the charges of disturbing the peace, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
Either she left, or he'd call the cops to do just that. He also stated his older brother was a cop and didn't take bullshit either. The woman screamed and caused more of a scene.
The owner immediately called his older brother, who'd already been on his way. It seemed he, too, was coming to celebrate his anniversary. When the brother showed up, he handcuffed the woman.
He told his wife to go to their table. He'd waited for nearby patrolmen to pick up the woman and take her in for booking. Instead, there was a round of applause after the cops took her away. The proprietor then announced tonight would be on the house, and everyone cheered loudly. Then, finally, everyone could return to their meals in peace.
Not the way Lu Ten and Ursa planned to spend their sixteenth anniversary. However, at least they'd saved everyone's evening and the restaurant's reputation.
